Quest Diagnostics Burlington Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

I had a 2:00 appointment, which I arrived early for. There was nobody else in the waiting room when I arrived. Not only was I not taken on time, but the phlebotomist never looked at me the entire time I was at the lab. Part of the Phlebotomist,s training should be how to deal with the public. Although she was proficient at her job, her demeanor could use a lot of improvement. I will not return here for my future lab work.

The phlebotomist has a very nasty attitude. All I said was use my other arm to draw blood she very rudely pulled the rubber band off. Then she drew blood from my other arm and was arguing. She sticked me so hard that I am bruised and I can’t bend my arm. I am very disappointed. First and last time in this lab. 😣😣

Went to the lab just before they were closing. The person took my blood anyway. I was unable to give a urine specimen so she gave me a container for me to bring back the next day. Thank you so much because I have several medical problems so I was glad she took the time to help me

Always nice, always professional.. They do their best to run this as one woman show, doing everything from check in to the blood draw... Remain professional even when people walk in 2 minutes til closing and want to be done immediately..

Apparently they open when they feel like it. Not at the posted hours.

Romaine is awesome person with smile. Quest is very quick was out in 15 min.

Horrible and I contacted customer service wastold I would get a call back to take my complaint. Nope didnt happen

Very fast, not crowed, and they do a good job getting my blood.

Lady had a terrible attitude cause I walked in 30 before they closed . smh felt uncomfortable so I left .. .

You need to hire all new people and train them on how to act. Rude, nasty, ignorant.
