Dr Landsberger (not sure if spelling is correct) is perhaps one of the best doctors Ive ever seen, especially as a woman she really listens and cares for her patients. She has provided me with so much support and referrals to other specialists to help me. All of the staff have been nothing but nice and helpful!

I loved Dr. Featherstone! She was my baby’s pediatrician before we needed to relocate. She is patient, kind, gentle, and a great listener. Any questions we had, she was always keen to advise, especially since we were first-time parents and unaware of what to always do. We will miss her! Thank you Dr. Featherstone for your service and support!

If you want to be unheard and unseen and just a billable visit and a lengthy referral process to the next and the next and next with zero coordination of care amongst the plethora of doctors you’re sent to and enjoy sitting and waiting for 2-1/2 hours for the lab tech to see you for your 11AM appointment that you arrived at 10:40AM and it’s now 1:20 and he sarcastically and insensitively announces that it’s afternoon now and it’s a whole new ballgame so you’re no longer on the sign in sheet and you can’t have surgery without the labs even though you’ve had 6 recent labs at lab corp that cover everything under the sun… then this is the place for you. Definitely time to lodge a complaint with state and federal regulatory services to substantiate negligent care and perceivable fraudulent billing practices. Absolutely the worst managed medical office I’ve encountered in my lifetime. Sit and wait for what? Insensitivity and disrespect? Five minute visits with doctors and no resolutions. How many people die waiting for diagnoses and treatment? What a shame.

Ive seen an FNP for primary care and an MD here for womens health. I can confidently say that the medical professionals here are some of the most rushed healthcare providers Ive ever met, but also horribly condescending and generally lacking the ability to listen to patients. Why even bother tracking my symptoms when these people can tell me whats wrong just by looking at me? I cant even find any good alternative PCPs with my insurance. I wouldnt wish Medi-Cal on my worst enemies.

Very helpful and friendly staff at this medical clinic. They are always avalible to answer all of my questions.

This place I don’t how it’s still up. They don’t help at all my son is 4 years and been sick and didnt want to help. Didn’t give him no medicine or nothing like i had to take him to the er. Please don’t take your kids or family members there. Don’t even waste yo time find somewhere else to.

Worst clinic EVERR the lady at the front was rude. All doctors there are really unprofessional they don’t care about their patients WORST. CLINIC. EVER. I dont recommend!! I would give it -5 stars if I could.

I’ve had the worst experiences at this clinic for pregnancy, every time I come there’s an issue with my appointment, either they say I’m scheduled for a different day and make me wait 2-3 hours taking me in, or tell me I’m not in the system even after I’ve showed proof of confirming my appt. The nurses are rude, one lady told me she’s never seen me and she’s literally sat w/ me through every visit I’ve been here for. The doctor is not well at communication and the staff is by far the most unorganized I’ve ever experienced. The business manager gave me his business card to “call him” if anything but when I call he never answers or returns my voicemails. They do not care for their patients at all. And has made my pregnancy very stressful in the aspect that I do not know what’s going on and I am already 4 months pregnant. I tried to give them chance after chance but I am fed up and hope they make changes in the future bc I will never step in here again after my last experience!

Pls dont go here. My family member was supposed to be seeing a Dr, but it was just the nurse asking her questions. The Dr called the number on my sisters file, my moms, as my sister was in the room with the nurse saying that she needed to do this and this. The Dr never entered the room with her and never directly asked her questions. He just looked at her file and suggested she lose weight. The Dr then told my mom to ask the nurse questions because the Dr didnt want to give out misinformation like arent you a licensed medical dr?! Why are you relying so heavily on the nurse then giving her generic medical advice for a serious problem? The ER told her to go to her general Dr because her condition was serious. Here, they told her she can come back in October! I would not send my worst enemy to come get care here. Also, they dont allow parents to go into the inner room for hours with their underage children saying that the underage child would lie with them there. Absolute obsurd, I wouldnt send my child here and neither should you. Pls look for an alternative.

I love this clinic! It’s always a pleasure being treated there. It’s clean, easily accessible, available parking, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, great doctors and most services available onsite including lab work.

They lie here to protect their own. The case workers are rude and not understanding of mothers with their children with no child care they bring up past appointments you missed to make their point that it will always be the patients fault and not their own case worker Esmeralda told me i could go to a different clinic if i was not satisfied here i was treated so poorly and launched a complaint where they lied and lied about what happened terrible place to go to

If I could give -10 stars I really would. They do not care to answer the phones nor call back. The doctor they set me up an appointment with on the phone said she was going to call me back with a referral to a neurologist and nobody called. They dont care about your needs just because its medical and for low income people.

Honestly, it was the worst health clinic I have ever been to. How can I have an appointment, and yet all these random walk-in are going ahead of me? Honest, I had to watch a mother and her 4 month old child wait nearly past an hour when they also had an appointment. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The nurses who work here are very unprofessional and do not even follow the list they make for patients.

Really hard to schedule an appointment. I do like a nurse there with glasses I’m not good with names but she’s sweet and very attentive however the rest of the staff is a little rude and dismissive and I think they even blocked me from calling every time I try every option to make an appointment no one ever answers there and I know their time of operations. I even tried to do a walk in once just to get a phone appointment and they called me since I couldn’t reach this location just to tell me “keep doing what I’m doing” when my daughter was really sick. I tried reaching them and even waited once for 45 minutes just to see if I’d get transferred to the call center like I used to but now I don’t even get any type of response and I tried multiple numbers. Definitely switching doctors ASAP unfortunately

Ive been going to this clinic for 22 years. The only reason Ive stayed is because of Dr Featherstone. Shes a really good pediatrician. But the rest of the doctors specially for adults seems like they dont care or they dont know what they are doing. This over the phone lab results is ridiculous. I couldnt understand the dr that called me. So many things I can say about this place but that would take forever.

I have been going to this clinic for many years. Both the good and bad reviews are accurate, however when you have a bad experience at this clinic its REALLY bad. Which out weighs all the good experiences. I couldnt tell you how many times I experienced Medical Negligence, Medical Malpractice, including Battery and Assult in both the Adult Medicine and OB/Gyn departments. If I could afford better health insurance I would go somewhere else, but Im on MediCal and Im stuck. Beware. Unhappiness :(

If I can I give negative star they are un responsive for any patients. We had appointment at 2:30 and it’s almost past four and nobody call us and they don’t care I still wait and pass 4:00 no body are here to answer

Nurses or what ever they want to call themselves are horrible. Absolutely no care for patients. Doctor has a huge language barrier and is extremely hard to communicate with. Calling in with health concern and they basically blow you away. In order to schedule an appointment is weeks in waiting and when there it is a few hours process. If i could Id give it 0 stars.

Ive been a patient here 4 about a year or so the Dr and staff here have no idea what there doing,the Dr tells u one thing and the staff tells u another, they never call you back like they say there gonna and if u call and speak to Dr they tell u the office has to call u back which they dont, Im very disappointed with this facility. Especially the staff.

AMAZING. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. Everyone is working extra hard to make sure your needs are met. ive been coming here for years. Its simply awesome.Tip: DO NOT walk in there giving attitude and disrespecting the staff,, What you give, you receive.

My daughter loved her pediatrician, dr Featherstone.. as long as my daughter is happy, i am happy with this clinic also.

Dr. Buenaflor Uy is the BEST DOCTOR. Every time my boys visit her she makes sure she checks everything and explains everything so well. She has been my boys pediatrician for 10 years. So fortunate for that.

Run away from this clinic. My first time rating someone. Oh my, I had to do it. Unprofessional doctors.The doctor told me her time was limited at our first over the phone meeting. FYI, I don’t have any medical history. I was introducing myself to a primary Doctor 👩‍⚕️ was assigned.

Very dirty place. Stinky. I wish I was able to give them below 1 star.If you have and appointment here at NEVHC Canoga PARK Health Center. Be ready for it. IT WILL take u at least 1: 45 Minuets to 2 hours before you actually see your doctor.

Absolutely the most unprofessional, disgusting health center I have ever been to, I would almost rather not see a doctor than see a doctor here, not worth it. The receptionist is rude, the doctor doesnt care, theres no parking.

I will never come to this place again awful service nurses that don’t care I was here with a one year old baby crying the hole time after I came in the morning and our doctor didn’t show up, they gave me an appointment for the afternoon. Sitting there for an hour and a half while my baby is crying the hole time sick .Really disappointed just an awful experience

This place has improved by 100% since last year, the wait time has improved, they have more staff now, also scheduling has improved and its definitely more organized than ever.Thanks to all the efforts 👌.

We waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes people kept getting called and we got there early. Then when they were going to call us they were on their lunch break. So they couldnt call us. No one was on the hospital while we were waiting and they didnt even care.

Extremely unprofessional. The lab opens and closes whenever they desire. They will literally stand in your face and say their closed, start cleaning up and walk out:

Parking is really hard to find here on Mondays And Tuesdays, try not to make appointments on these days

I called literally right when they opened 8 am and I end up waiting over two hours to get a hold of someone to speak to. Literally right when it turned 8 am I called and they put you on hold for hours

For it being my first appointment, I got it quickly and everyone is friendly. I didnt wait that long for them to call me, but I did wait to see the doctor, but I guess its because the place is very busy, there are a lot of people who go to this place and for good reason it takes a long time. little but from there I had a good first experience

It is a shame for the manager of this clinic to have a score of 2.3!! THEY SHOULD EXIST THE — 5 * would be worse, and they are not ashamed to see so many negative comments. Obviously this manager character does not set an example and does not lift a finger to improve the clinic, she needs a drastic change in administration from reception to doctors, they are anti-professionals, if you dont feel like caring for patients, look for another job where you do put effort, clearly this clinic pays you with taxes from ourselves, dont study so much if you are going to do a bad job and a bad employee. Be empathetic!!! PATIENTS…. Its a shame the clinic offers many benefits in all areas of medicine, but the attention is very slow, you wait a long time. When I go to the doctor sick, they dont give me anything. I have high blood pressure and they havent given me medicine. One tells them what. what you feel and they contradict you and tell you something else if only you know how you feel and the appointments are late.

Be very careful with this clinic, they have changed the system and all the patients names have been mixed up with each other, we went to get my childs vaccination record and they gave me my childs file with the first and last name of another, the The nurse has a horrible attitude, even though they are doing something horrible, they are not responsible, please be very careful with this clinic of incompetent nurses and inexperienced doctors.
