For all the people bad mouthing this place , you need to practice some patience . With ongoing covid illnesses you will find small clinics that are exposed tend to take public safety in mind and close and take the precautionary measures so you dont get sick . As a patient you should be calling the referring doctor you are waiting to see and remind them you have a referral . Im a patient at this clinic and I am very lucky to see Dr. Lee. You wont find a more caring doctor . Jordan that works the front desk is so nice . He deserves six stars . Its alot of pressure and workload for this small-town clinic . Just give them a break . Be pleasant , be courteous and you will get the same in return. You wont always get along with a new primary physician or assistant so there are other options in cowlitz county for your convenience. Have an open mind and yes its not always easy being nice when you dont feel good . This gal right here sees the big picture and I think this is a great place .

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone at the front desk.Was told they are sending referrals to a specialist over a month ago .When I did finally get someone on the phone to see what was going on, they said oh good thing you called, our fax didnt go through . 3 weeks later . Still nothing.If you want to be left in the dark go here.

Absolutely rude front desk employee, when I first walked in she was on the phone about a personal problem though I cant blame her for being on her phone because no one was there to be checked in, however because I didnt have any paperwork that I needed she told me I was SoL and have to go through another place (DSHS) to reschedule appointments. I found the paperwork and tried to go back in to see if I could reschedule, which is where she told me I was sol, but before I could do any of that, I could hear her in the back jabbing away with another coworker about her personal problems from when I first walked in. Thats when another patient walked in and FOR 15 MINUTES we could still hear her talking! I know she heard us because we could hear her. I get it, we all have problems, but if you cant handle the job, quit. Its pointless wasting everyone elses time for your own problems that can be taken care of on your break!

Their great when you can get them to answer the phone… I’ve been trying to get my antidepressants for a week now (YOU CANNOT BE OFF OF THEM ONCE YOU START) I’ve literally HAD it. Switching care providers.. because I do not deserve the medication withdrawals and the physical and mental pain they come with.

I tried twice to be seen by a doctor and was refused by the blue haired front desk guy. He kept insisting that my Rx ins was my Medicare and that they didnt take humana. He would not even look at my Wa. State provider one card and only wanted to argue that they wouldnt take my insurance. Im disabled on SSI Disability. I have Medicare and Medicare and he personally limited my access to health care in my community.

Update: I have gotten a different primary care physician as this location doesn’t deserve a 1 star. Dr. Lee made a referral for a podiatrist on May 26th, according to the office staff. Here on July 18th, still no call from a podiatrist. I called my insurance company and they told me that there is no record of a referral for a podiatrist, ever. I am so done with Castle Rock Family health center and their office staff is horrible and the woman that answers the phone is completely rude and disrespectful. You’ll die waiting for help there.This location is closed regularly. Always on Friday and today on a Monday it is closed. I am not impressed as I cannot get care when I need it. Takes too long to get a response from the doctor for a prescription.

I just wanted to thank Sarah at the front desk. She helped me get set up with an appointment in my city like it was nothing. I spent over a week calling around trying to get information, orchestrate appointments with different local offices, get a primary doctor. And she helped me in little to no time, something no one else had been able to do. I want her to be recognized for her above and beyond service.

I love this office! Me, my husband and our baby all have Dr. Lee as our PCP. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee is quick to respond with test results. We love having a family doctor in town!

The new front desk guy is very good, its very nice to have a Dr. Min Lee, and Justin, all the Dr.s, Nurses, and Staff have been very good. Thank You for all you do.

Great, personable, Pediatrics- as well as their General practice. Small clinic thats friendly and supportive of the greater community in Cowlitz county. Intelligent response to our questions are one of my most sought after qualities in doctors and nurses. They deliver it. Youre more than a number here, and it shows in their compassion and attention to patients. I have had our family go here for over 10 years (it used to be a private practice) and have been completely blessed with our experience. Care seems to actually be a passion of the people who work here. What a gem. Two thumbs, five stars all the way.

I’m visiting from out of town and found myself in need of medical care and treatment. I called Castlerock Family Health 3:45 pm 1/26/2021 and was quickly turned away because this clinic is only accepting longterm primary care patients. They gave me a number for another urgent care clinic in the Castlerock/ Longview area and because this is a rural community there are only 2 other urgent care clinics to choose from. I ended up calling Longview Family Health, which turns out to be a sister clinic. Long story short I got an appointment at the Castlerock Clinic for 1/27/2021. I was treated very rudely by the Nurse Practitioner, Shaun who thought it was in his scope of practice to remind me that the receptionist told me not to come (the night before)because they were only taking longterm primary care patients, I might add that the office in Longview said they were not aware of any such restrictions. This clinic is very expensive for cash pay patients they offer no discounts for office calls, tests, or prescriptions. I paid 234.00 for a 5 minute office call and urinalysis. Buyer beware Pacific Urgent care in Longview or Longview Family Health might be better choices for visiting out of towners for routine/urgent medical care, especially if you don’t require emergent care.Yahweh Yahweh

You don’t answer your phones and Sean Murray is a horrible person and belittles people. Clearly you need to listen better to your patients.. I would not recommend the castle rock clinic to anyone..

I’ve been trying to call for a week now after my appointment got canceled an hour before I was scheduled to be seen.

This place is a disaster no follow up with testing and the office manager is hostile and rude don’t go even waste your time you will be disappointed!

Fastest family health center to get an appointment at but never answer the phone ever and some workers there need some more education

Very unhelpful lady named Lesa at front desk. If someone needs help badly and is willing to go as far as I have to try to get into treatment, HELP that person. Have a heart.

Just bad always has been. Wish it was better. There front desk is not the right person for the job. Go somewhere else.

Dr beck is so kind and caring. He has helped me soo much. The only dr thats ever took the time to listen.

All the doctors are very kind and friendly been with my doctor since I was 2 she is amazing.
