The staff are all friendly and seem to genuinely care about their clients. Everyone was very transparent about the possible side-effects and risks associated with this kind of treatment which was something I appreciated and never felt pressured. They do routine bloodwork to make sure your overall health is in good shape. I have recommended this location to several people.

Matt, the manager, is one of the best hosts & service providers I’ve engaged with. Attention to detail, kindness, listens well, competent, ensures you are taken care of. Every time. The whole team is the same way. Every time I go in this place it’s an 11/10 experience. I cannot say how high quality their service is from top to bottom. Any man looking into TRT & even just talking to a professional about his blood panels needs to give this place a visit. I come up from the springs & gladly because nothing else can compare. I’ve shopped around. Too many low quality providers out there just slinging test, just capitalizing on the low T epidemic, without looking at ALL your panels carefully & ensuring you are actually in good health. If your clinic isn’t prioritizing good quality care & education then you are missing out on the most important piece. Anybody can sell testosterone, very few take outstanding care of you.

Castle Rock Mens Health has great services such as vitamin pack IVs and B-12 shots that keep their clients energetic and healthy. I highly recommend them. They also have a great staff as well. Nurse Jackie is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She is a great asset to the clinic and in my opinion a major part of their success. I hope they value her as much as their clients do. This clinic should be an essential to everyone it helps in aspects you wouldn’t even think you’d need. The staff is always very attentive. Jackie has done my labs and injections and she has the lightest touch and can’t even feel it! She is always very welcoming and put’s her heart into medical care. Castle Rock Men’s Health is by far the best men’s physicians center Iv ever been to. Mr. Julian Castañon is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and full of energy. Definitely felt a lot better walking out after every visit due to the helpful staff.

Both my husband and I have been patients at CRMH for over a year. My husband was the first to go and they have fixed his testosterone levels. It was done gradually and with the utmost care. I came to CRMH as somewhat of a last resort. Having had some health issues at about 50 y.o., as well as a couple surgeries that were botched. After the last surgery, the recovery was lengthy, and I became sedentary and literally was ready to give up. I took CRMH up on one of their free exams and met Dr. Moorer, Eric, Lyndsay and the office staff. When my results came in I met with Dr. Moorer and had a conversation, he believe the treatment would work for me. So far, it has. Sure its a lot work to be done, but the results so far are good. If you’re at ropes end like I was, give them a try, bet you won’t be disappointed.

This is the worst clinic ever- avoid them at all costs. Also testosterone is $5/ month at a pharmacy even if your insurance doesn’t cover it. You just need a prescription.
