I don’t understand how someone who works in financial assistance can be so rude and passive aggressive when someone is in need of guidance. I asked questions to clarify certain things and the lady rolled her eyes, sighed so loudly and proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid for asking OBGYN charges vs medical. I can’t tell if she was having a bad day or if she was just tired of helping people but I didn’t need that kind of treatment. Also, $4325 for a maternity package paid upfront if I wanted any help??? Dang I came here for financial assistance and she throws that in my face.2 stars overall because the front desk ladies were nice and so very helpful. So I’ll give an extra star there.

The front counter ladies were very ŵelcoming and pleasant.Then Nikki the MA was wonderful, very through, spoke real clear and made sure she understood all our needs and didnt leave anyone out.Dr Mirta is wonderful, he listened to my friends issues.They only thing that I was disappointed with was how long we waited in the room after the doctor left till we were given a slip to go to another room.

Clinic is deserving of zero stars. I started the journey of getting a cpap for my sleep apnea in October. It is now 3/22/24 and I have not received it. I had a sleep study done early January and nothing has been done since then. Their follow up is terrible. I am back and forth with third party and it’s a run around. You know what came on time though? The bills. Those I got fairly quickly.

Valleywise Health coded my in-network medical claims incorrectly to my health insurance company, causing the bulk of the costs on me. When I asked them about it they denied any wrong doing. They are a contracted provider with my health insurance and Im sure are required to have claims coded correctly for processing. UPDATE: I had an ultrasound from them last year 2023 it cost over $650, I just had another one 6/2024 by Simonmed it was only $130.

There is no 0 star that I can give, so have to give 1.With no lab test, nothing; just for 30 min of conversation, they charged $515. This really doesn’t make any kinda sense. So so so so bad. They are just throwing random numbers. I don’t understand for what they are charging this much amount.Very frustrated, very bad… don’t have enough words to talk about them. Never think of going there again. Bad Bad Bad Bad. They think we are getting free money. 😡😡😡😡Even they would not know for what they are charging this much amount. Really frustrating and pathetic.

Misty Cox is the absolute best. Shes incredibly patient, and caring. By far, the best health care provider Ive ever had.

This place is rated way too high. Front desk is rude and treats you like you are lucky to get an appointment when I have insurance that cover my services. It more of a clinic for people that can’t see a doctor. Never will I come back. I was 1 minute late and they gave me a hard time.

Very expensive. Charging $500 dollars for just 20 mins office visit. Thats ridiculous. Wont even tell us the upfront charges

This is honestly the worst doctors office Ive ever been to. You can feel that the doctors and staff couldnt care less about any of the patients there. I had a Telephone appointment at 11:30. I finally got a call from a nurse practitioner by the name of Christina T Hagan to call me around 12:30. I actually had to come in the office and have them send her a message to call me. I asked about a replacement glucose meter and was assured that the order for it would be sent to my pharmacy. Surprise... it was not. I had to call them and wait on hold for 20 minutes (which is the average hold time) to see why it wasnt sent. Christina forgot to add it to the orders, even though I stressed how much I needed it. This just shows how little they care about taking care of their patients. I would avoid this place at all costs. One star is the minimum on google reviews, because if it wasnt, I would drop it in the negatives.

The PA, Michelle is very pleasant and easy to talk to. The front desk registration and back office MAs made sure my visit was prompt and easy.

By far the best pediatrician\family health clinic Ive ever seen! They have an entire preschool inside the clinic with free classes and activities. They also have us several books for our two daughters and went over all the amazing things they have for children. I 100% recommend them!

The PA who is my PCP had her nurse contact me to complain about the number of messages sent through MyChart. All VWCHC wants to have me do is repeatedly make an appointment to be seen to refill prescriptions or make unnecessary recommendations which I have already part of previous medical care and diagnosis. An example is I decided to take myself off of several medications I felt were causing gout-like symptoms- most notably Allopurinol and a statin medication. For the past four years I have been dealing with almost weekly episodes of painful ‘gout’ attacks in both feet. Since taking myself off of Allopurinol, I am glad to say I have not had an episode or pain in my feet and ankles for more than two months. The reply I received from my PVP when I messaged her was I would most likely experience a gout attack.Not a single doctor over the past four years, including those at VWCHC, have EVER discussed proper diet and exercise. My faith in Western medicine and healthcare has me seeking out alternative forms of care.

I am admittedly not very good with remembering my lab appointments, but this clinic allows me to get my labs done as a walk-in. This is HUGE in my book. The receptionists are always very polite, caring and courteous; as well as the lab techs and are quite good at drawing blood. Im not an easy person to get blood from.

The dentist and dental staff here are so amazing! It has been way too many years since Ive been to a dentist. Everyone here made my experience fantastic. I had two extractions, and the dentist was so gentle and precise, that I never felt any pain at all. Whew! The prices are so inexpensive that anyone can afford to get their dental work done. Thank you to the entire staff!!!

I was referred here and I’m really glad i was. I had been plagued by a mystery illness for years now so I’ve seen many doctors, universities, and doctors offices across Phoenix. I had really given up on finding good care until I was referred here. I finally feel like I found a great place to continue my care. They may stay busy, but still very attentive and provide timely service and scheduling for everything. Everyone is always very kind which I appreciate the most of my experience. They have really great staff all around. I really like having Dr. Settipalli as my primary care provider as she listens and is a very attentive doctor as well. Thank you for providing such outstanding service especially during covid times when medical staff is stretched thin.

Worst experience Ive had at a medical office. The wait was extremely long to see the doctor and to be discharged after as well. The doctor told me she was going to send my prescription electronically to my pharmacy (which I provided the address for) and also give me a referral to a specialist. I never received my referral, and when I went to the pharmacy that night, they never received my prescription information either. I called back the next morning and the lady working there acted like she could careless. No apology or anything. I was supposed to receive a call back, and never did. Had to call back yet again, and each time Im put on hold for 15 min. Spoke to the same person and she acted like she didnt know what I was talking about. I was told I would hear back from the medical assistant within 24-48 hrs this time.Still waiting to get my prescription filled. Terrible office. I would never go back.

Let me start off by saying the medical office is great I have no issues there. My daughter and I have been going there for years.The dentist office however is very inconvenient and unreliable. The first couple appointments I took my daughter too we’re fine. The dentist told me what they were going to do for her tooth step by step.The very last appointment my daughter and I went too the dentist molded a copy of my daughters tooth and she told me that it needed to be taken out and that they were going to replace it with the molded tooth. Her specific words were, we’ll be sending the molded tooth to the lab and when it comes back we’ll go ahead and take her tooth out and replace it.So for the last few weeks I’ve called, maybe every other day seeing if her tooth cane back from the lab. Each time they told me no or that they would follow up with me and they never did.So today I speak someone after weeks of calling for them to tell me, the last appointment went nothing like I remember. The woman tried to literally tell me what they said like o wasn’t standing there listening at the last appointment.All this time I’m thinking because this is what o was told, is that they were waiting on her tooth to come back.This woman lied and said they never told me that. She tried to make it seem like o was lying and that they told me they couldn’t help her that she needed to go to another dental office.If I had known that why would I waste my time calling for over three weeks knowing they couldn’t help her. I would’ve been went somewhere else.I wouldn’t like about them molding her tooth and telling me it has to go to the lab and comeback.I don’t know anything about the dental office and how they do things, so tell me where would I have gotten that information from besides them.I’m extremely pissed over the fact that I could’ve been taken my daughter somewhere else to get her tooth fixed had they ACTUALLY informed me in the beginning.Now the days my daughter missed and was late to school coming here and the days she had to leave school early all because she was in pain and I’m telling her baby your tooth will be fixed soon because that’s what you guys told me, you have not heard the last of me! This act was very unprofessional, inconvenient and no type of sympathy from the receptionist at all from their mistake.

Every time I make an appointment with Dr Vutien it gets CANCELLED. I made a telehealth appointment once again with Dr Vutien and they call last minute telling me to come into the office. The primary reason I need the TELEHEALTH appointment is because lack of transportation and it physically pains me to have to walk a long distance. Today was the last straw for me. I put in a refill request with my local pharmacy and this doctor has the nerve to refuse my refill request. So here I am diabetic and severe asthmatic and nearly out of my medication and she flat out REFUSED to fill my insulin, test strips and my inhalers! Im going to make good on my word and find another doctor! Visit at your own risk but having appointments cancelled and rescheduled is the norm here ....🤦🏽‍♀️

This place seriously needs some work. It always takes at least three weeks to be able to get an appointment and then you are never seen on time. Each time I have been there I have not been called for my appointment until at least a half hour after it was scheduled and then the doctor wont come back to see me until another hour has passed. That is if she doesnt cancel on me out right. She has now cancelled on me three times after I have specifically booked out at least three weeks in advance so I am not having to cancel on my own clients. I get that doctors are allowed to get sick or have personal things come up, but when the staff rudely tells you that you have to reschedule because no one else will see you, I feel is a disservice to the patient. I am finding a new doctor at a different practice.I gave two stars because the times she has seen me (April Estes, DO) she has been great.Work on time management and then maybe you can schedule more than just three people a day.

I had good doctor that actually listened and diagnosed my issues rather than just prescribing medications.After she left I was assigned Dr. Sajwani Laila, the worst primary doctor I have ever been assigned to. Very condescending and rude, does not care about the patients at all. My visits were normally 5 min long just because she did her best to get done with me as quickly as possible without investigating or asking questions to know what is going on. Does not seem concerned about your health, I had a condition that I was going to see her for and she didnt care much and it got worse leading me to end up in the ER for me to finally get the help I needed. Stay away if you can!!

I go to Dr. Williams for my dental visits. He is a super-awesome dentist and his assistants are just the same. They are very thorough and excellent at making every visit easy and pain free! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I went here because they have weekend appointments. I was thinking oh fantastic. I can get a weekend pcp and get my labs and such taken care of. Well that backfired. The lab is only open during normal business hours. This is terrible because people have jobs that work at that time. To get labs you have to drive forever far away. After that was taken care of, i had to get repeat from the dr i was seeing. Oh turns out that dr for some reason cant he my pcp because she doesnt work there frequently enough. Now i am getting so much attitude from another dr about everything. The first dr had put the order in for my labs and sent a reminder for me to schedule everything because the lab cant keep track of stuff like that. They will just do it all immediately. I scheduled that and figured i could get a prescription for a few months. Well turns out that was wrong too. Now this dr. Wants me to get may labs done again. This has been almost every month for labs for the past few months. Please save yourself the headache and do no go here. This is a good example of Americas poor healthcare system.

My first time going to this place was today however my grandparents went here years ago. I like how the lab and pharmacy are also in the same place. My doctor (Michelle Harbottle) was awesome and the rest of the staff were great. I guess there was a bit of a wait but it was busy and Im not the only person on the planet that needs to go to the doctors lol.

Im not sure whats going on with this company, but they are the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. I was speaking to someone about an appointment and suddenly realized that I was being transferred mid sentence, as the line started to ring. This place is a joke!!!!

Making an appointment went fine. Trying to cancel one on the other hand, not so much. Operator lady directed me to the primary care and after I was on hold a min or two they hung up.I have an appointment at 10:30am today. I wont be there, tire and spare are both flat.

I cant really say anything bad about this location. Its a state-funded medical facility, but they really do a great job getting people in and out as quickly as possible. The doctors and nurses are usually pretty on time. Im very happy with the Chandler Family Health Center.

Im gonna go with 3 stars. When I first came to this place in late 2016, my doc & I had an argument about my care. I told them what I needed, they told me what they were going to give me. In the end, I won because of a simple blood test.Its been an uphill battle ever since. 3 years later. Still seeing the same doc. Still getting the semi cold shoulder. Everything that comes up; Youre getting old, or I dont know. Still putting up with an incompetent call center, slow paperwork, Half-truths, and outright lies. Being questioned by interns, and then having to repeat everything again to the doc. Being rudely told If you dont like it, go somewhere else, with them knowing that I couldnt at the time. The annoying not being able to set up the next appointment at the dr visit or online until youre almost on top of, or in that month. The one condescending male doc who when I told him I needed more medication that was given, confidently stated No you dont. Funny. I got it amped up after complaining. Loudly and often. It helped that I got an actual endocrinologist involved.But. On the plus side. When I need a referral, I get it pretty quick. I like the app, the ability to to send emails quickly to my doc (the response takes up to 3 days; it irks me that I found out someone else is reading the emails and responding to me. ive sent emails that were intended for my docs eyes only), and look at my medical records stuff. Drawback? You cant screenshot anything.There is a very cool older Hispanic front desk person whose pleasantly prickly. I like joking with her and would go out of my way to say hi if she couldnt help me that day. There is another younger Hispanic front desk person whose been nothing but nice every time I see her. The ladies who draw my blood are both a hoot to work with. I have difficult veins, and they always manage to find one. I like to come in the morning because the building faces the west & the shade on my car-beast is fantastic!All in all, its a crapshoot when you come here. Youll have good days and bad. Good luck.UPDATE TO MANAGEMENT.I never in any part of my review referred to feeling better. Remember. Medicine is not an exact science so Im not exactly feeling better.

The front contact lady and the female pharmacy lady were awesome. The place is pretty gross and the DOCTOR told me that the next time I need help to just go to Urgent Care. The nurse got my height wrong, it was a strange experience.

Very rude!!Gave me a very bad vibe like they’re about to charge me $1 million just to refill prescription.I asked for cost to see the dr and she said we take $100 deposit and the rest you will get in the mail.I said no I would like to know upfront before I come in what would it cost me to see the Dr.She hang up the phone.

This place its ridiculous! Their customer service its the worst, I drove 45 minutes foe my appointment and they told me that policy has changed. They could have left a voicemail, common courtesy and when I made the appointment they did not catch that I needed to view an specialist? Lack of training on their part

This is a horrible place. its gross, the nurses and doctors are always behind so you have to wait forever. no body knows what there doing in the back office. i asked for a nurse to call me for a emergency twice and no one did. i scheduled an appt. and they scheduled me for the wrong doctor so after waiting 3 days for my appt. they said they couldnt get me in. I would never recommend anyone to this place.

In about late 2016 I think started my experience w/ CFHC.But b/c I had no experience being ill or requiring a dr.it took me some time to begin reaizing you have to be alert. Not swallowing and following Any Dr.simply bc of letters before or aft.their name. I saw my PCP ( name intentionally witheld bc Its in their power to do better) maybe 3 times in that period. All other times I was assigned a resident.Who is a Dr.in practice. So my guess is I was more unimportant than The Resident.The practice is way over TOO busy. If you want an appointment, you must be willing to wait on avg.20-40 min.before a scheduler answers. If you have test results coming you better call yourself. My test results were positive and waited over two wks.before being notified. There are other little things that would deter you. But in short, be alert if you decide to go anyway. Im sure their not qwacks. maricopa itself is very respectable. My wife worked as a cardiac nurse there 3.3yrs.and loved it.The office there needs some order.

I went in for a regular appointment here to get a new prescription for my inhaler as well as get medicine for my stomach pains. Little did I know that when you go to this doctors office they will charge you for your appointment and also tack on a charge for the hospital. I was never told when I called in for my appointment because if I knew I would have found another doctors office to visit. I will not be coming back to this location and would advise that you do the same. PS I PUT A REVIEW ON HERE LAST WEEK AND NOW ITS GONE

Rita doesnt know how to do her job and will straight up ignore your request if she doesnt know what you are talking about. Took a month to get a new script for vitamin d. Every time i have been seen by April Estes she acts like she has something better to do. I finally was able to see a diff dr and after 1 visit i felt like i accomplished more then the 50 times i have seen Estes. But unfortunately she has left the facility. Not sad to say that i am hunting for a new doctor. It does suck that it is so close to my house but the dr sucks.

If youre looking for a one on one doctor you wont find it here, healthcare here is more like take a number, its mass healthcare, you will see a physician assistant who will pop in and out, but on the other hand they will do test ect and call you back.UPDATE: facility is on the ball when it comes to getting tests and they are efficient when it comes to getting refills on your meds, I am pleased with the care and Im giving 4 out of 5 stars

They hand out Scripts to those who abuse drugs, even once theyve been told that the patient is abusing pills. Took the abuse 6 days to finish 120 pills of Hydrocodone. Nicely done guys! When the abuser over does and Dies, I will have this post to show his children as they grow up w/o him.

Awesome! Thats our experience! My mother was treated here by Dr. Sajwani. Great care and expertise. Takes time to listen to, and work out a medical plan with the patient.

THE BOARD MEMBERS WHO GAVE DR Meyerwetz or wjatever his name is would not even call him Dr ..all he cared about was you paid and that he saw you thats it literally dr. Seeing you is. He takes you in look at paper work and shoo you away. !! I spent almost 2pp$ going to and from this clinic because he told me had to get certain documents ..from previous check up although he could have easily asked for fax. Which he. Did ..1hr after i got to mbi ..they said i did not need to matter fact he requested. Through fax since i gave him. Permission etc. Utterly unprofessional .Scam .And. Want money bqck and this DR .To not. Have his title anyone know who i talk to? Cares for money and not patient very unethical and. Unprofessional for some one. Of his profession .

Love this place. Very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that their call times are insane. Ironic every time you call their “experiencing a high volume of calls” so you wait for and hour on hold. Other than that they are very professional and work well with you.

I will NeVeR understand how they say they take your insurance when you give them your card. Then the next day say Oops sorry but we dont. Then think you are going to be ok with paying full price.

Margie, the one doing the lab work is the best in this facility. Shes really nice and friendly. I wish all the other medical staff are as nice as her.

As a new patient I sat down and l was not rushed to fill this out and fill this out the doctor asked everything about me and received all of my medical information and pharmacy medical history very very satisfied 😌

Doctor najeeb is one the most experienced and down to earth doctors I have ever met and has a special way with patience. A sort of kindness you dont usually find in doctors.

Some of these reviews are for somewhere else. There is no dental office here and only one doctor.The doctor is great. He gets straight to what is wrong because he is very knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable Doctors, MAs roomed me and got all my vitals quickly. MD listened to what I had to say and then together, we came up with a plan. Would recommend

I cant say enough good things about Valleywise. From the nurses to the pharmacy to the doctors, everyone was friendly and caring and always took the time to address any concerns I had or answer any questions.

I have received great care here.i have had everything from blood work to xrays done here. Im so glad that they provide so many services here.

A few years back they where good. Something changed and people are just cattle to them will not go back to them. The Noha Clinic is much better and personal.

I dont even live in Chandler any more but I go all the way here because I love Dr Settipalli & I love Margie, she is the best ever!

CFHC treats my family of 4. Truthfully wish we had more time with the doctor but other than that I think we feel that we receive good service.

This location is a joke they dont see high risk patients and also CNM Hanson is very unprofessional by being very pushy and forcing patients into things when they have rights to decline and refuse services also Pricilla is very rude as a Medical assitant she is very demanding and slow and doesnt do her job right they like to argue with patients my family hates this location go to another location other then this one too much miss communication and very rude staff in back office

Went there last week for my second cleaning which was due many months ago they would not clean my teeth but only give me an exam, was not happy with that

Why dose it say is open at 7:00am . I called to make an appointment at 7:10 am and the operator says is closed and open at 7:30 . You guys should change the time on the website

X-rays only on Wednesdays and Fridays and got here at 10:45 and they turned me away even though they close at 11:30 on Saturday

I have been to this place with a dental emergency. The excellent dental assistant... the dentist told me very insistently that I should go to my country... I was in so much pain that I am now thinking about what happened. I have received discriminatory and rude treatment. Ah! I am an American citizen...

I am very grateful to God for the care provided at this medical center. All the staff are very friendly, always ready to help their patients and have extensive knowledge of their work. I recommend valleywise to anyone who wants good medical care!
