Amazing staff, I recommend lovejoy 10000, starting with Michelle and Jen! Their communication is amazing very attentive both! they answer all my questions and concerns and I’m very happy! I been miserable for a while my hormones were wack! Now they gonna be on track! The front desk was amazing! And NP Debbie is amazing too! I appreciate all the staff and Dr I’m so happy I found this place!

I have been going to this practice for two years with great results and no issues. I had scheduled an appointment for this month which was scheduled on my last visit, three months out from my last. I have been seeing the same provider since the beginning but unfortunately she is no longer there. I was scheduled to see another provider without any notification of this change. The practice had plenty of time to give me a courtesy call and notify me of the changes plus give me the option to choose my new provider. I feel this was very poor communication from this practice to just assume this was ok and It seems to me they don’t care about existing patients, only caring about new patients. I am a cash paying patient so you would think this practice strives to keep existing patients. I did keep my appointment (which was yesterday) but I’m very undecided at this point whether I’ll continue with this practice or look elsewhere. I guess I just expected more than the way this was handled and the common courtesy I should have received.

Love Joy is the place to be. they all are so friendly and welcoming when you walk through the door. being a new patient I didn’t know what to expect. i had my labs done with Micheal he’s so friendly and easy to talk to. I Just had my 2nd visit to go over labs and get the pellet with Debbie who’s very knowledgeable and caring she’s such a sweet and gentle person. You can see they care about their patients. I’m so grateful I found love joy!

I found LoveJoy and decided to try them out due to all the wonderful reviews. I had a great experience thus far as well!! I had my consult, bloodwork, appointment and pellet placement all within a week! And when youre feeling lousy, it cant happen soon enough! Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and made me feel comfortable! Ive already recommended them to my bf and a couple friends in their 40s and would highly recommend them to anyone looking into hormone replacement therapy!!!

Super friendly staff and Dr. Joy is great!! I previously had pellets in my flank and my body did not really agree with them there and I thought my body did not agree with the pellets at all, so I went to a different clinic to get the testosterone shots and after a month I pretty much got tired of having to go in every week so I decided to give the pellets one more try. Dr. Joy put them in my upper hip area yesterday and I can already tell there is a huge improvement. They do not feel irritated at all there. One and Done for 6 Months!!!! Thank you.

I got my pallets from this place and I got a bad allergy reaction all over my back. I called them and they stated that it is impossible to be from the pallets. And suggest to keep taking benadryl because there is nothing they can do. They were not helpful and didnt even take any kind of responsibility for it. I know my body and this was the only change I had made on myself. Is terrible feeling to know that they wont even try to comfort you in anyway,not even a follow-up to see what does the rash looks like. Defenetly not going back to this place. They just care about making money,and not about the well-being of their patients. Very frustrating

The front office staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Joy was kind and explained my lab results and what needs to happen to achieve hormonal balance. It’s an added convenience to see your provider and have your Iabs drawn in office.

Drove one hour for a consultation. Joy was demeaning, demoralizing and just plain rude. She didn’t understand my complex history nor did she care to. She didn’t welcome any questions regarding dosing. Accused me of telling them how to prescribe when all I was trying to do was understand the dosing and why they would give me testosterone only when I have no ovaries. She told me I could go back to my old clinic.. Just unnecessary and unprofessional. And as far her response below. She continually states that I tell My old clinic how to dose. That is false. And she really needs to be more mindful of HIPAA. We had to work up to a certain dose that took a year. Again she has preconceived ideas in her head and isn’t willing to sit down and listen. Would never recommend this place especially for someone with surgical menopause which is very different then natural menopause as she just doesn’t get it. But she has no problem standing over you and talking down to u. ProceedWith caution.

They are phenomenal, I was in dire need of my hormones, and I had just come from out of state. They were able to get me in the next day and within a week I started feeling better.

Dr. Joy as we lovingly call her is now out on her own able to steer the course of her medical practice. I lost her for a bit while she set up her own shop. I missed her tremendously! I cannot say how ecstatic I was when I finally found her again! Extremely personable, great support staff, knowledgeable, quality results driven. I could go on and on. Ill leave it at she has a life long client. She helped me through the worst menopause symptoms ever...hot flashes, night sweats, dry and itchy skin, insomnia, mood swings, zero sex drive, foggy mind, depressed. In a single visit I never had another night sweats or hot flash again. All the other symptoms also went away in time. She is a Godsend! May she be blessed with excellent health, long life and a very busy practice! She is much needed and a gifted healer.

Today was my first experience having pellets inserted. I had a very good experience. Debbie was friendly yet professional. She explained everything to me about the procedure and what to expect. She then inserted my pellets with virtually no pain.

Awesome friendly stuff,First time here soI didn’t know what to expect but so far I’m loving it.—-An UPDATE on my review.I’ve been talking hormone therapy @lovejoy for about a year,first 3 months(treatment #1)were amazing, second treatment AWFUL, one of the worseLots a of yeast infections, UTI infections and I started to loose My hair(A LOT, Handfuls).After the second treatment they have change my dose and or medication and nothing.I’ve even bought the supplements they offer tor hair loss and see no improvement on my hair loss.Still losing lot Of hair and my energy has gone down😔

I love this place!! The NPs are wonderful, and very knowledgable. It helped me get my hormones back on track, which helped with loosing weight ,sleep and overall I feel better and calmer. Best of all no Hot flashes. I have recommended to several friends and they are happy as well with the results.

Everyone is supper nice only thing I would say is that first appointment I felt was a waste could of got those details over the phone had me go to a lab then set up appt. I didnt know that I would not get to talk to anyone about the details of why I was there just get labs drawn.

I’m a patient at this clinic. They test you and become quickly aware of your needs. I’m a really old, old witch and never thought I would feel good again, but I was wrong. After my treatment here, I’m feeling like the new 75 is 45 with proper supplementation of bio identical hormones. I chose the Lovejoy clinic based on their internet reviews. After a year of pellet therapy the nurse practitioner still could not get the dosing right. Certain symptoms were relieved but replaced by equally bothersome symptoms. When I asked about the sudden extreme hair loss, water retention and uptick in my weight she couldnt (or chose not to) explain it. Mentioning that maybe bhrt just wasnt right for me. Thankfully, I now have a fantastic naturopath that takes the time to explain side effects and works toward an optimal result. - two stars for friendliness.....
