10/10 recommend. Staff is excellent, from front desk, to the Dr herself and everyone in between. I always feel welcome here, and heard. They always go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Rollins is amazing.

The office is efficient. I love to go to an appt and I can see the doctor at my scheduled time. And Dr Delaney is not only knowledgeable but very personable. She shows genuine compassion & interest in her patients

I love Dr. Rollins and this practice. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Im in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Rollins always has time to chat, make sure all my concerns are addressed and makes me feel valued.

I am highly disappointed with this office. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. I delivered my first child with this group in 2022. I was denied services for my 2nd child’s 16 week prenatal visit because I arrived 2 minutes after the appointment grace period. I’ve never been late for an appointment and due to unforeseen circumstances my travel time was longer than anticipated. It is unfortunate that an office has no compassion for circumstances that are out of your control and is unwilling to accommodate you outside of a 10 min grace period. This office showed me checking to ensure my unborn child is still safe, as well as checking my medical safety was not their priority.

I saw Kathryn Inan, NP for my yearly appointment and it was a great experience! Everyone in the office was so friendly and Kathryn took the time to discuss my concerns and was very knowledgeable. It was so refreshing to find a provider that is certified and knowledgeable in perimenopause/menopause care. I have been looking for awhile for a provider that doesn’t look at me like I have four eyes when asking for help with perimenopause symptoms. Kathryn is wonderful!

My appointment went smoothly, everyone was friendly and check in was a breeze. There was no long wait time, (may be due to my appt. time). Kathryn the nurse practioner was very knowledgeable and took care of all of my concerns; even the ones outside of what I was being seen for.

Dr Delaney is amazing! I moved away about 45 minutes and I still go to her. I was with her at her old practice and followed her to the new. This is a great location and everyone I came across was great! It was also run very efficiently, I barely had to wait at all. Highly recommend this office.

I had a great experience here.The front desk people; Jasmine, who did my intake; and Dr. Delaney, were all excellent.Everyone is professional, pleasant, and efficient. They clearly care about their patients health and well-being. Very well-organized and kept me in the loop at each stage of my appointment.Dr. Delaney was really prepared and remembered my medical history. She was respectful and approached it as a partnership where we could explore options together.The office is lovely and very easy toget to.They are the only ob/gyn center I would go to and I highly recommend them.

Dr.Delaney and her staff are great! So professional and kind. They take the time to listen to you instead of rushing you out.

It was quick service. But it was uselesss to come and have to still be charged for the less than 5 min conversation with a doctor. I get it for insurance reasons. But maybe a followup call prior to visit can help eliminate costs or time for nothing

Dr. Rollins is the best OBGYN ever. As someone who has extreme anxiety and PTSD, she was so patient and calming. I typically have anxiety attacks and cannot make it through pelvic exams. Dr. Rollins and her medical assistant talked to me the whole time and eased all my discomfort. She even got to know me while doing her exam. She is an ANGEL!

First off, the staff (which is the first face you see) are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone smiles and speaks to you in such a respectful way. Dr. Rollins is simply magnificent. Shes so friendly and seems so interested in you as a person. I look forward to my annual visits with her.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They cancelled my 8 week ultrasound because the technician cancelled last minute and when I call they tell me that all they can do is make me wait until April for another appointment. They could care less that the cancellation is their fault and not mine. This is my first pregnancy which is also a miracle because I couldn’t get pregnant before a surgery I had. It’s extra frustrating and upsetting to not even get options to have an ultrasound to confirm that everything is okay.

Dr. Rollins is the best! She’s always so personable and I can tell that she really cares about her patients. She always has such a positive attitude and she’s also great at follow-up communication. I’m grateful to have her as a provider. 🖤

Ive been coming here for years. Loved my experience with Dr Delaney. Shes the third provider Ive had here. Ive had a great experience with each one. This location is convenient, quick, and efficient.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Rollins and her team. By far the best visit with any gynecologist I’ve ever had. Everyone was kind and personable. I was also in and out from start to finish within 30 minutes. I cannot recommend this practice and Dr. Rollins enough!

Dr Rollins is the best ob/gyn Dr I have ever seen in my 50 years. I drive 1 1/2 hours to her office. Everyone in the office is very kind and friendly. Great personable care was given to me. I also had no wait time. I was taken directly in and was in and out of my appointment in 30 minutes. Wow! I am so happy to have found Dr Rollins and her amazing staff!

Atrium Health Womens Care Eastover University OB/GYN staff is phenomenal. From the scheduling of your appointment to receiving care from your doctor, it is evident that the overall goal is total care and concern for their patient. My experience on every visit from 2012 until now has been excellent!

Dr. Bhagwandass has been my GYN for several years, so I came to Womens Care Eastover University to continue with her. She’s an incredible doctor—compassionate, attentive, personable. She has cared for me through surgery, the resolution of a chronic GYN problem, and much more. Over the years, I have consistently felt so heard, seen, and respected. I love how she gives thorough explanations of issues and treatment options, answers my questions patiently, and always respects my desires, hesitations, and decisions. She follows up on my problems and concerns, and she even remembers things about my life outside the exam room and my family. In my experience, not many doctors have the humility and kindness alongside their knowledge and skill that Dr. Bhagwandass shows in her medical practice. Her care has been humanizing, restorative, excellent. I’m really thankful for her.

I started coming here many years ago when I lived on the north side of Charlotte. I now live 45 minutes away but will not go anywhere else. The nurses are all so friendly and Dr. Rollins is the best doctor (in any specialty) that Ive ever seen. Im always called back to the exam room on time, which is a nice change from some practices that are always running behind. For the reviews complaining of being denied an appointment when they were late.... just dont be late! That shouldnt fall on the practice! Im grateful they dont take late patients because my appointments are always on time or early. THANK YOU for doing things right!!

I really like Dr Jeanne Rollins at Atrium Women’s Health Center!! She’s very relatable as she listens and responds accordingly. Very reassuring and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and the staff is efficient and friendly.

Dr. Rollins has a wonderful personality and shows compassion. She takes the time to listen develop a plan you are comfortable with. The staff there is also professional and courteous.

Ive been going here for YEARS and have had nothing but GREAT experiences. Dr. Rollins is my regular but I have also seen Dr. Hewett, who delivered one of my children. Both are friendly, kind and yet caring and gentle. For 4 pregnancies over 7 years, I think they are top notch. I see a lot of reviews where people have been late to their appts, and not been seen, which is unfortunate, but I find it to be unlikely in my experience. Ive been a few minutes late (literally under 5) and they still saw me each time. There are great people that work there and if you want a kind personable Doctor, its a great place to go.

This is an amazing practice and My provider Dr. Rollins is caring and attentive! I had to make a change from a long time provider who has been promoted to oversee all of Atriums Womens Health...ya, she was that good...and I am in hands that measure up! A friend and colleague of my former physician. One that will not retire on me and has no plans to move into administration. I am thrilled to have found Dr. Rollins at this location and continue to be happy with the care at Eastover, a living legend in Womens Health in Charlotte for decades.

Nurse Jessica and Dr. Rollins were INCREDIBLE!!! Finding care with compassionate bedside manner and friendly education is hard to come by and I’m thankful for these ladies! They made my day!

This last visit was a lot different than my normal annual visits. The front desk receptionist and nurses were lacking in the customer care department. The nurse actually opened the door while I was in the middle of my exam and walked out! I don’t usually see this particular doctor, but I hope she has a word with her nurse. The doctor didn’t make me feel comfortable either bc she seemed a little uneasy as well. She is young though. I felt so uncomfortable with everything I forgot all the concerns and questions I wanted to talk about. Dr. Rollins is my usual doctor and I love her. I will be going to her from now on. No more last minute appointments with doctors who don’t have much experience.Hopefully the nurses and receptionist’s will care more next time.I just got a letter in the mail telling me they’ve been trying to reach me, however, that is not true. I have no missed calls from them whatsoever. This is a follow up letter and I have concerns about it. I called to talk to someone about it but the receptionist took literally 8 minutes to make a note for someone to call me back. We will see.

I am temporarily new to the area and needed a follow up appointment from a doctor I saw out of town. Nurse Karey was really nice and had great energy.. Dr. Rollins was a great experience. I felt comfortable and confident in her findings and I plan to have continued care in the upcoming months. The Covid preparations throughout the building made me feel comfortable with being in a medical building.

I can not say enough good things about this office! I drive all the way from Mooresville to see Dr. Kalleburg and love Dr. Rollins as well. They both are so sweet and caring and listen to your needs. The receptionists are amazing and I enjoy my little conversations with Teresa at each prenatal visit. They are all awesome!

Dr. Kuhn was friendly and extremely personable. I was only coming for an annual and I was in and out of the office without feeling like a number or just another patient.

Never been a fan of these types of visits but 5 years later Dr.Hewat(Kallerberg-spelling) has won me completely OVER! Her staff is amazing as well I literally wait to see her if need be She always goes above and beyond for her patients and LISTENS!!!! That is so big to me you have doctors that don’t listen to their patient concerns SHE DOES!! & as long as I been seeing her I have been beyond healthy and have had no problems complications and if any worries or concerns she is on it right AWAY ! Oh don’t get me wrong the other Doctors are great But not like Her & like Dr.Campbell he is the one I will always prefer if I had to see a male DR.....he is so efficient and warm welcoming and hilarious! I prefer this team over ever team in atrium Obgyn facilities!!!!!!! Try them you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

I am very disappointed ! I scheduled a appointment which best fit my schedule, couple days later they call me asking could I move my time. I kindly accepted their request. The day of my appointment I couldn’t remember which time. ( I signed up for reminders for my appointments I received 0 phone calls, 0 messages, and 0 emails from them all as a reminder. ) This facility opens at 8:30 I called at 8:30 twice nobody answered. I tried again at 8:45, just to get someone to answer the phone I had to call an additional 4 times. The lady finally answered I asked her what time is my appointment. It’s currently 8:51 and she states 9:00. I went ahead and let her know I live about 35 minutes away and I’m on my way. She states “OK”. I arrive at 9:20 the front desk lady states “Nobody can see you, we went ahead and put you as no show” I stated I called and let you all know I will be about 30 minutes late. I sped here from across town just so you all not to see me. The front desk lady Rosinane Price was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused to get her for me or allow me to speak to anyone else over her. Not to mention on my last visit the doctor & nurses were very inconsistent ! They both were telling me two different things. Soon after I left about 3 different staff members call me stating completely different info and asked could I come back in for a thorough follow up.

I was refused an annual exam because I wasn’t there 15 min before my appointment. I was told I had to reschedule. They said that they don’t have a grace period for first time patients they only have a grace period for established patients. I did not reschedule because The next available appointment was 2 months away and also the lack of compassion that I took off work for the appointment and I didn’t know that it was mandatory to be there 15 minutes prior. I did not receive any texts or phone calls saying that because they had typed in my phone number wrong. I would not recommend anyone to any doctors office that will turn down a patient for something as petty as not being there 15 minutes prior to their appointment.

Since my first review was deleted, Im posting another. If you want to get your issues ignored, this is the place for you. I have seen 2 separate doctors at this location and the university location and simply had my issues dismissed. I was experiencing a lot of abdominal pain and wanted to get an exam/ultrasound to see what was wrong. Although I had cysts on my ovaries, it was normal at this location. I tried to see what options I had thinking for myself that I had PCOS... Nothing was done about my problem. I went to the university location thinking that they may have a solution but was just told they wouldnt do another ultrasound and that I just have IBS and PCOS... It is hilarious because the doctors previously said I didnt have PCOS... I see more intelligent doctors now that actually do better to test me/diagnose me properly versus the ones here that just want you in and out like youre an inconvenience.

I was 3 minutes late! Appointment was scheduled for 10:45 and by time I got out of the elevator to the receptionist desk it was 10:48! I was refused an annual exam. The reciptionst called to Dr. Hewatt to tell her I was giving the wrong address and was lost, and was told to reschedule me . What type of doctors office doesnt have a grace period?! Especillay for first time patients!I am new to the Charlotte area and if youve never been here please allot atleast an additional 20 minutes to arrive to your appointment on time. There is 2 traffic circles coming off mallard creek onto prosperity church road to get to the building. If you take the wrong exit you will end up on 485.I was giving the wrong address by the woman over the phone . Pulled up to an empty lot. I had to google Eastover to get the right address. The waiting room literally was empty not one patient waiting.I choose NOT to reschedule, if you dont have compassion to see someone who was less than 5 minutes late, had her 5 year old daughter with her , pleaded politely to please make an exception since I had to take off of work to make this appointment, how can I trust youll give me the right care?Shame on Carolinas Heathcare System for even employing such despicable doctors.

My entire annual took a total of 40 mins from the moment I went back to the moment I finished my blood work, which is amazing!! The staff was very friendly. Dr. Hewat, formally Dr. K, was quick and efficient. Not a lot of small talk which I appreciate! In and out is great for going to a OBGYN!While I agree that they do have a strict late policy, as a mental health professional, I can appreciate that! Additionally, policy is policy! Very happy with my first appointment with this practice!

I began coming here upon a referral, and have been very happy. I use this clinic for my wellness checks and basic blood work. I had a very close friend use them for the birth of her baby, and all of the doctors were wonderful to work with.

The absolute worst OBGYN. On my initial visit, the Dr. forgot to ask several questions after bouncing in 15 minutes late. She then sent a nurse to ask them. I fell at work, and being a high risk pregnancy (multiple losses and incompetent cervix) I was worried because there was blood. They told me don’t worry and no need to come in. I had a few other instances that they were completely unconcerned with. After blasting them via email, and telling them I was going elsewhere, they made clear they didn’t want me to stay..which was fine. Susan, Dr. Bhojwani...a couple others, all a ridiculous mess. Maybe if I’d had another doctor, idk. But these two were messy, inconsistent, and unconcerned. So, I transitioned over to another doctor. Wouldn’t you know it! They found the issues that Inhaf complained of, AND realized I wasn’t exaggerating an incompetent cervix. My cervix began to thin and dilated and my baby almost came at 26.5 weeks. They had to do multiple ultrasounds (which eastover refused to do because they told me people didn’t pay if the insurance didn’t cover.) so when my baby was head down without clear pictures of the heart and brain, etc., they weren’t willing to look any further until next ultrasound. Not greater Carolinas, Dr. Overbey is fabulous, also the specialists st the Women’s Institute. They were able to do enough ultrasounds and piece together the pictures needed. They also gave me fantastic care, and we’ve been able to keep my little one in. They didn’t and don’t skimp on visit time, explain, and take worries seriously. EastOver University was horrid, and I’ve heard that from several other moms. Never again.

Very nice staff. Doctor was very resourceful gave me so many tips my old doctor never mentioned. Very good with time as soon as I arrived I got sent back in less then 2 mins

The staff is always welcoming. Dr. Hewat is excellent and she’s always able to address and explain anything I’ve had questions about. It’s worth the commute for the quality of service.

My appointment was at 2 pm i was there for 20-25 minutes . my doctor was sweet and very educated . i’m new to charlotte so i was skeptical about what doctor i would chose for my obgyn
