I’ve been a patient of Dr. Keenya Little for over five years, and I cannot recommend her enough. She truly listens to all of my concerns and ensures that I always feel heard and cared for. Her customer service is excellent, and she consistently displays a high level of professionalism and warmth. Dr. Little has an exceptional bedside manner, making every visit comfortable and reassuring. If you’re looking for an OBGYN who genuinely cares about your well-being, Dr. Little is the one!

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. I am so disappointed in the customer service I received for my recent appointment. I planned to arrive 10-15mins early as requested, however I was having difficulty locating the building. I tried to call the front desk to let them know I might be late and why, however the phone tree sends you to a person in a completely different place. I could not contact the front desk once.The front desk did not greet me, did not acknowledge that I was visibly upset, made a insensitive remark about how I might not be seen, and did not apologize for my frustration after I explained why I was late. I was brought to tears because of the frustration I felt.The woman at the front desk at the end of my appointment had me standing there for several minutes until I explained I needed to leave and that this was ridiculous. Not one apology. I genuinely felt like she did not care about me in the slightest. The lack of compassion was incredibly concerning.As an establishment for women’s health and pregnancy, I can lot believe the lack of customer service I experienced. These appointments can be very vulnerable, scary, and anxiety ridden. I am so grateful for the doctor and nurse I saw, and I’ll be coming back because of them and their wonderful care. But I STRONGLY recommend you work with your front desk on treat your patients with respect and compassion.

Dr. Little is an amazing OB/GYN! She is very knowledgeable and continues to take her time to make sure that you have all the answers that you need and also when it comes to educating patients. I have been going to her for years and I am amazed at the consistency! Definitely the best hands down!

Dr.Washington is one of the best doctors I have met she takes her time to address your medical needs and explain things on such a professional level give you options of what we can do according to your visit explain things clear to which you can understand when you ask questions she is overall beautiful inside and out always greeting you with a smile and through out your visit she is a blessing and the best would HIGHLY recommend to family and friends I really appreciate her she takes care of her patients and offer the best option for your visit its been a pleasure meeting you thank you Dr.Washington have a beautiful and Bless Day🤗

I am giving 2 stars because of one doctor in this practice I have been coming here for years and have never had any issues with any of the providers Ive seen until I saw Dr Cohens. It takes a lot for me to be upset with a medical provider, but this woman treated me with a bias. I am used to not being listened to as a woman of color, but being blatantly ignored and then when I turned out to be correct about being pregnant essentially fat shamed by her is absolutely ridiculous. She did not make sufficient notes on what I had told her in our initial exam so I was sent for hospital visit when we could have just monitored for an ectopic pregnancy with frequent appointments(which is what is currently happening). I recommend ANY of the other providers other than her. My care under this practice has been phenomenal up until now, but I would sooner have a doctor Ive never met deliver my next child than her..Updating my review because for the second time in this process I have showed up for a blood test they told me I needed at the lab and the orders were not put in if it’s so important to my health that my levels are decreasing and this is so life threatening why is no one doing their job.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Washington for years and she is phenomenal! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Washington takes time to assess your needs, provide explanation of care, listen to your concerns, and answer questions.

Honestly save yourself and don’t come here. I would say probably the worst OBGYN office I came too. As a first time mom I expected so much more. The front desk staff is rude the one with the sides of her head shaved off always had a funky attitude when you come in or ask a question. They always cancelled my appointments at the last min and this is for a pregnant woman. I will never forget I had my first ultrasound scheduled to see my baby for the first time I was so excited they called me the day of to cancel (well they didn’t even call they sent a text ) and I wasn’t able to he rescheduled for another month and had to go to a different office in huntersville. I want to support black women black doctors but this is the worst I ever seen. You make an appointment months in advance take time off from work for them to just cancel the week/day of. They made my first pregnancy a horrible experience and I hope this saves other women.

I transferred from a different Atrium location to the North Charlotte location due to the proximity of my home, and my first visit was very concerning. My ultrasound went well, but as I was waiting on my prenatal, two staff members rushed into my room and said, I havent looked at your chart, how many weeks are you and why are you here today? I was taken aback because, shouldnt all health care providers/staff members look at the patients medical chart before seeing or treating the patient. So, I had to explain my pregnancy history and what tests Ive already completed. Thankfully, Im aware of my history, since I was already 32 weeks pregnant. But Im sure a lot of first-time mothers are completely clueless on next steps and what tests or procedures are needed within certain weeks of pregnancy.The worst part was when I was checking out and scheduling my next appointment. Two ladies were conversing at the checkout window, and I had to initiate the conversation since they werent going to acknowledge the only person standing in front of them. I told them I was checking out and needed to schedule my next appointment. One of them took my form, looked confused and asked the other person, What do I do with this. I figured, oh maybe shes still training or new, but then both of them looked confused and started looking at me for an answer. Again, because I was 32 weeks pregnant, I knew what the next appointment would be. So, I had to tell them what kind of appointment to schedule, how many weeks out, and how long it should be for.Its terrifying to know that this is the standard of staff members at this location. A team who relies on the patient to tell them their medical history and how to book their next appointments. The level of training, knowledge, and customer service is severely lacking. I highly encourage the team members and management to take my experience into consideration as this is a medical facility where people heavily rely on for their wellbeing.

Ive been seeing Dr. Cohens for a few years. She is intelligent and has always been a little cold but I dont expect a hug or best friend, just good care. My most recent visit with her was disappointing and upsetting. I sent a message in the portal to ask for an appointment to discuss bio-identical HRT. The appointment was made but she walked in and just said we dont do that and turned around to walk out. She only stopped because I stopped her to ask additional questions; she wasnt even going to educate me on the topic. They should have just responded to my initial message saying that this would not be an option so I wouldnt have wasted my time and money on the appointment. I wont be going back to her or that office.

I had a great experience with Dr Little and her clinical staff. I felt relaxed and @ ease. Knowledgeable, addressed my needs questions and concerns very informative. Staff was kind and friendly. I definitely will continue my gynecology care with Dr Little.

If I could give zero stars I would, my experience has been horrible from the beginning. The( va) veteran affairs out sourced me for quality care but no time during this process did this happen. The VA outsourced me because I was pregnant and at no time during the process have I received personalized treatment. Everything was U ARE HIGH RISK ! You are black you are high risk, you are old , you are high risk, you have hypertension ( which I don’t) you should have diabetes (I don’t). Every visit i was only a statistic or stereotype. These doctors gave me anxiety with the repeat use of YOU ARE HIGH RISK! I am truly terrified to have my baby at this facility because I was never looked at as an individual.

The absolute worst the most unprofessional OB/GYN I have ever been to in my entire life the front desk staff was a very, very, very unprofessional. They absolutely do not communicate with their patients when things are changing or an appointment has been canceled or a doctor cannot take you very unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone, so save yourself a headache and schedule somewhere else

I absolutely love love love my doctor! She was so attentive, easy to talk to, and took care of me immediately!

The Nurse could have been more helpful and pleasant. As a returning patient I felt the visit was rushed. There was very limited sit down engagement or follow up regarding why I had not received care sooner. However, I did get an exam. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

I love Dr. Little, she is a nice person and an expert. Also, I want to show love to her two assistants. They were amazing too.

They are responsive and thorough.Update: I’ve visited the office three times now. The front office staff are great. This last visit was the only time I waited past my appointment time. My intake nurse was the same 2/3 times. The one I had for 2/3 of my visits, was warm, welcoming and reassuring.Dr. Washington is also warm. I’m always greeted with a smile even if she’s wearing a face mask. Our time together is efficient. She’s attentive and reassuring. She thorough and takes as much time as needed to make sure you’re properly informed. I also appreciate her gentle straight forwardness.I appreciate her transparency, concern and the space she gave me to weigh my options before I decided on my next steps.

I have been a patient for over 10 years and I have been very pleased with the staff, doctors and service I have received. I always feel as if I am being heard and well taken care of.

This location is great, all the staff from check in to check out are amazing. Dr. Keenya Little is the best; understanding, considerate, and supportive. She takes great care me 🫶🏾

This was my second time coming as an emergency pt with so much pain but, Dr. Falcone and her team took very good care of me. Dr. Falcone is very kind and she is an amazing doctor.

Dr. Cohens and Dr. Little are absolutely amazing. I have never left without a question answered or feeling unsure about anything. Based on my experience with these two, I give this office 5 stars

Everyone that works here is always lovely to deal with. Great attitudes and friendly. Dr. Cohens is great. Always makes me feel comfortable discussing any concerns.

First visit was based on a recommendation… I felt I had to advocate for myself in a way that required my own expertise. It felt as if Dr Cohen was gatekeeping options. Not warm. Not welcoming at all.

I thought the front desk was polite and efficient.the sitting area clean and quiet.The doc was easy to talk to.I was out very quickly.No tissue or towels in the restroom was the only hiccup.

Wonderful experience! I had Danelle Boone, NP and she was wonderful! I look forward to my future visits with her.

I’ve been coming here for probably the last 7+ years. I’ve seen a few doctors here but my most current for probably the last 3 years is Dr.Overbey. He is fantastic! I always feel heard. And you know when doctors are listening and care and when they don’t. He genuinely cares and wants you to be your healthiest. The nurse staff are also fantastic as well. The best doctor experience I’ve ever had and I don’t see myself going anywhere else ever. Well taken care of here!

Second time visiting Dr. Cohens office. Whole experience felt very, very rushed. The nurses and Dr. Cohen move quickly. Professional and respectful but I wouldnt say shes friendly. No rapport, no time for conversation; visits feel very transactional. Im sure the staff is super busy but we deserve better Atrium.

Unprofessional at its best. Did not notify patients that ultrasound machine was down. Waited with my husband which was his first with me for an ultrasound for almost an hour in office for them to tell me that I couldnt get an ultrasound. Patients should be notified before coming to visit of day of events and difficulties. Waste of times and lies will go forward with the complaint since I worked at the complaint department in Mint Hill and know that they do not take these reviews serious. Very unprofessional, my husband had to leave the appointment and I did not get an ultrasound that day. Only gave one star because of great visit with Dr. Falcone.

Dr. Little and her staff were very engaging and very personable!! From the front office check in staff to the assistants!! They engage in conversation with you and Dr. Little takes her time with you! She actually takes an interest in getting to know you, ensuring all of your questions are answered and explaining everything throughly to you. You feel very relaxed yet very informed about your care! I highly recommend Dr. Little and her staff!!

Dr. Little is such a great OB-Gyn Dr. She anticipates my needs and gives the best care. Wait time is less than 5mins from beginning to end and if there is an issue her nurses are quick to notify and keep patients updated.

Dr. Little is an awesome doctor. I appreciated the way she takes her time in order to educate my husband and I on our first pregnancy. She also gives us time to ask any follow up questions. I trust her opinions fully. I’m thankful to be under her care during this extremely exciting time. Thank you Dr. Little.

I’m impressed with how they handled my issue. The doctor and the entire nursing team was kind and knowledgeable and made me feel I was in good hands.

Everyone was great. The Dr. was engaged once she arrived. I waited about 40 minutes for her.

Dr. Falcone made me feel comfortable immediately! She made me feel like I was her only patient all day.

Dr. Overbey is lovely. Hes been in practice a long time (delivered my first baby in 2006!) and yet still is friendly and takes the time to listen to all my concerns and answer questions. The front desk staff are polite and friendly as well. The office is always clean and comfortable.

I was really nervous after read the reviews but my doctor is Bianca Falcone. I had to transfer my pregnancy from Florida in the third trimester and she was awesome. She already knew my chart and my situation and was very knowledgeable. I love her as a doctor she listen to your concerns and will get the job done. The only thing I did not like is the staff at check out. Not sure if the young lady is new but I stood there for 30 mins for her to schedule my next appointment which made me late for work. Please train your staff properly

Dr Overbey and his assistant, Maxine, delivered services that were culturally sensitive and appropriate. They were personable and engaged in my care. I felt comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. Having been a patient for over 20+ years, I have never once had an unpleasant interaction with Dr. Overbey! He is the Best in the business!!! Thank you, Dr. Overbey!

Dr. Monica Washington is amazing! She really listens to you and makes sure she addresses everything. Everyone there is very welcoming. The nurses, front desk staff, and even my lab rep was great! Highly recommend!!

The doctor was professional, but I was not satisfied with the nurse.. I am disabled and found her attitude condescending.

The hospital was alright. Was kind of hard to navigate where OB/GYN office located. My doctor literally talked to me 2 minutes total. He didnt care for anything. Just asked how everything was and ended up sending me the wrong birth control. The whole examining was 30 seconds and I felt very weird about it. He seems to want to run out of the room for some reason. I wish he took a bit his time and ask questions.

This office is very quick in and out if you are pregnant. But I believe is there any more problems that go beyond that this is not the office for it. The providers are not very caring and personable. When I was pregnant the office was fine because it was fast. But now Im having difficulties with cysts and I came to the office and had a horrible experience with my provider. I switched providers that day. I usually dont report things but the experience was so bad that I felt like it needed to be told. But I wanted to make other women aware. And I dont want another woman to have an experience like I had. If youre having a healthy pregnancy with no problems this is your place to be. If youre having difficulties you need to find a different office.

As a woman of color it is very important to me to have doctors who look like me and understand my concerns as a patient. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Dr. Washington, Dr. Little, and Dr. Cohens are excellent and caring doctors. They delivered my babies and took excellent care of me during my high-risk pregnancies.

On 3/21/23 I arrived at the appointment 2 hours early because I had an emergency at my sons school. The nurses were not helpful in front and still made me wait for 2 hrs, as they ate their lunches. When I met with the doctor she was nice and moved quickly as I was in a hurry. She stated she didnt know I was in front waiting and if she did she wouldve seen me earlier. (which I knew) She set me up for another appoinment for 4/28/23, however today 3/29/23 they have called to cancel my appointment due to doctors absence and wanted to push my appointmnt even further back. I asked twice to see if can be moved forward and was quickly told no. Because this was my first vist with Little and the canceled appoinment would be second, why not try to make the patient feel important. I stated maybe I should look into another doctor since you are unwilling to schedule me. The nurse w/o hesitation was like ok bye.. smh horrible customer service, horrible rude nurses in front checking people in. The doctor was good, but def needs NEW STAFF FAST!!! I have a Masters in Health Administration and I know how a medical office should be ran and how much effort, empathy, and customer service should be given to PATIENTS. Needless to say Ill be back with Dr. Rouse top African American Doctor in the city!! I wont waste my good insurance on BAD service!!

Doctor Overbey is the best doctor ! He makes you feel so comfortable in his presence . I always recommend him to my peers and anyone that may be in need of OBGYN services .

Dr. Portia ( Obgyn) and nurse Antoinette delivered excellent service. If you are a woman who cares about having a provider that looks like her, is qualified and caring than look no further. Schedule an appointment with Dr. Portia. Also, Nurse Antoinette made me feel comfortable. So, I highly recommend Atrium health in Charlotte, NC plus checking in was a breeze. So, yes five stars.

Dr. Falcone is absolutely wonderful! Since moving to NC nearly 3 years ago I have been struggling with trying to find good Drs who will take the time to actually hear my concerns. Dr. Falcone actually asked me about my health history and spent time listening to me tell her. Usually Drs just look at the presenting symptoms alone and not the patients history. Mine is fairly extensive and complicated and probably play into what I am dealing with currently. The last OB-GYN I went to last year spent 5 minutes in the room with me and never once even looked into my medical records. We need more Drs like Dr Falcone in this world. Ones who actually take the time to listen to their patients so they have a better understanding of their health care needs. Not Rx writing robots horrible bedside manners. The staff here are friendly and kind and dont make you feel like your just another $ to them. Im very happy I found Dr. Falcone!

This was my first visit. Dr. Washington was so attentive to my every need. I truly appreciate her. I did not feel rushed at all. I’m looking forward to a long lasting relationship with her.

As a woman of color, it can be hard to find a doctor’s office and providers that take your health seriously. I initially had my yearly visit with Dr. Little and she took all my concerns seriously. Fast forward to my pregnancy and all of the providers were great. Definitely would recommend this office, but specifically Dr. Little and Dr. Washington for their phenomenal bedside manner and their commitment to care!!

Great experience from the time I walked in the door. Enjoyed the receptionist, she was nice and polite, very personable which is something I like to see. Dr. Cohens is always nice and professional, I enjoy our conversations and have great bedside manner. No complaints here!! Great office and people!

Disappointed with my visit. This was earlier in the year (2023) I had my first appt with my GYN. I literally sat for over an hour before she came rushing in. I feel like she forgot about me. Nothing was done but I was billed almost $300 basically just to sit in a room by myself. I was told to call a couple days later to see if any spots were available for what I needed. I thought they should call me but whatever. I called back, finally got an appt just for it to be canceled 2 days before my appt. I don’t think I will return.

Received prenatal care with both of my girls here. Great group of doctors that listen to you and care about the things there patients care about. They also have great support staff as well that are concerned and caring and make the checkin process seamless.

I’ve been a patient here for 14 years- In any long-time relationship, you’re going to have ups and downs. Grateful to have had mostly great experiences with this practice! Dr. Overbey is my main doctor, and I was blessed that he delivered my daughter 4.5 years ago. He is always personable and spends time with you. He also has great energy and definitely makes you feel comfortable in what could be one of the most uncomfortable places for a woman. Before I was pregnant with my son, he retired from OB, which still turned out to be fine… I had an unusual occurrence while pregnant and laboring my son 2 years ago. Dr. Cohens was on at the hospital, and her intuition and trust in me saved me from a c-section. She also has always had great bedside manner. And, I especially appreciate her straightforwardness while still being kind. These doctors have always provided me with excellent care! I am very picky with healthcare providers being one myself, and having a mom as a nurse. The fact that I’ve been here so long says much. I am glad that Dr. Overbey and Dr. Cohens were the ones to catch my babes. Danelle, the NP is also wonderful and I was glad she came on-board when I was pregnant with my son. I highly recommend any one of these 3 practitioners. Their exams are gentle, their bedside manner is exceptional, and you’ll feel like you’re a person with feelings rather than just another number on their roster- You can actually feel that they care. Last thing, I didn’t want an epidural with either one of my children- The hospital respected that and whatever else I had as part of my birth plan. That support for different situations is a huge deal for me especially bc I also work with a lot of prenatal and postpartum women and their babies. Again, I highly recommend this group!

Dr. Little and her team were exceptional! They were very detail oriented, compassionate, and displayed excellent bedside manner. They were also great educators. It was a great overall experience.

Disappointed that Atrium didnt inform me that annual well visit is only covered once every 2 years. I was sent a bill of $394.00. If the person making my appointment had told me I wasnt covered, I wouldve waited until next year for my annual ob-gyn visit. How unfortunate it is that women over 65 are now not allowed to see their Drs annually. They now set up a payment plan for me for something that should absolutely be covered.

Dr. Washington was very respectful and knowledgeable. I presented my problems to her and she addressed them in a timely manner. Her receptionists got me her calendar as soon as possible for my next visit. I was very happy with my visit.

Have turned to this practice for many years. Consistently excellent care thru annual exams, surgery, menopause, and various minor problems. Highly recommend these competent, compassionate people.

The front desk ladies arent very cheerful or outgoing when youre checking in. But its always a blessed visit to come to Dr. Overbeys office for my care. He truly makes me feel like family not a patient. Hes the best!!! I truly love his nurse{Mrs. MAXINE} shes the bomb!!!

OMG! The best experience ever the office was extremely clean the staff members were amazing very nice very patient and I didn’t have to wait long I was treated like a human being and listened to by the doctor this office North Charlotte OBGYN took all of my anxiety away I can’t wait to go back for my follow up.

Ive been a patient for over 20 years. Dr. Overby has been absolutely wonderful to work with - he delivered 1 of my 2 children and has performed a few surgeries & procedures over the years. He has been absolutely, hands down a wonderful physician. He spends time during visits instead just being in and out of the room. Always professional and friendly!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Washington, and she did not disappoint 😊. Dr. Washington was awesome. She read my chart prior to my appointment. She did not rush during my appointment; asked if she had answered all my questions and address all my concerns.

I have been with this office for 26 years. Excellent customer service. Staff are informative and positive. Response time are prompt and they demonstrate genuine care for patients. My current physician, Dr. Cohens is knowledgeable and provides quality care. I highly recommend Greater Carolinas Womens Center.

Logistical incompetence. Waited an hour for the office to submit the order for a lab when my wife had an appointment with said lab. Overall most of the doctors are kind but your a number. They trying get you in and out as fast as possible so if you have questions are concerns, speak up and research and prepare your questions ahead of time. Office is old. Things like clocks on the wall that don’t work and outdated and dark waiting room emphasis this. For one of our appointments they had my wife and I in a dark room in the back that there clearly used for storage. I gave them an extra star just because it’s not entirely there fault the US medical system is so flawed but I really was hopeful that my wife and I would have the best experience navigating her second pregnancy at this office unfortunately I was highly disappointed.

Unfortunately, my experience with Atrium OB/GYN was a terrible experience. Throughout my pregnancy, I felt like every visit was rushed except my initial visits. I had a healthy delivery, but postpartum is where things took a turn. Three days after I delivered my baby, I felt a pain in my chest. It was not a severe chest pain, but it was uncomfortable. I decided to take myself to a NOVANT emergency room where the staff was amazing! I found out that my blood pressure was over 180 which is very strange because I never had high blood pressure issues prior to my pregnancy and throughout. They diagnosed me with Postpartum Preeclampsia and told me that I had to stay overnight to bring my pressure down and if I had not came into the ER that night, my outlook on life may have looked different. I never heard of postpartum preeclampsia and I am extremely disappointed that my OB/GYNs at Atrium did not educate or warn me about postpartum preeclampsia after my delivery. Novant staff educated me on postpartum preeclampsia and mentioned it is prominent in the African American community. What is disappointing is that all of the OB/GYNs that I gone to during my pregnancy with Atrium were African American, so I assumed they would be knowledgeable about this and would warn me since postpartum preeclampsia was life threatening. I would NOT recommend Atrium Heath Womens Care North Charlotte OB/GYN.

Love Dr Keenya Little and her nurse is also just as amazing!!! I drive over an hour to see her for my appointments. They are definitely worth the drive.

Ive been with Dr. Portia Cohens and Atrium Health Womens Care for several years now. Dr. Cohens is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and caring. In fact, everyone from check-in to check-out is! There is no OB/GYN I would recommend more, hands down.

After Dr. Boesal left I was skeptic of my future with the clinic, but after a miscarriage and being fit in to to see Dr. Falgone, I am so pleased with her bedside manner, her sweet disposition and how she really conveyed that she cared about my situation, feelings, emotional and mental health. I will definitely be staying at the clinic and will be seeing her going forward.

My experience was terrible! The high yellow receptionist with the short hair cut that sits with her face screwed up at checkout needs to find another job! She’s clearly not a people person and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE!

I have been going here for 12 years and have had positive experiences. I had an appointment today and felt a need to provide a review. Dr. Powell is awesome. When he examined me in a previous year he found that I had fibroids. I didnt have to tell him what I think was wrong with me like you have to do most doctors these days. He always remember me and Im always comfortable with him. He has an awesome personality and hes very thorough. I also found a lump in my breast and he examined me and stated it was nothing he was concerned about.. however, due to the rise in breast cancer, I needed to know for sure. He scheduled me a mammogram and his diagnosis was correct. If you need a good OB Dr., see Dr. Powell.. I love him....

Dr. Overbey is my absolute favorite! Every doctor has always been kind when I’ve seen them because he wasn’t available. However, he has always listened to my concerns and taken care of me and referred me when necessary. I cannot day enough good things about him. He took fabulous care of me when I went through a complicated pregnancy with my son! I was bummed when he retired from Obstetrics but made sure that he was my Gyn! Nothing but praise and love for Dr. O!

The appointment was on time, The staff and provider were very professional and friendly.

I went to see Dr. Little on 9/3 for an IUD insertion. She and another doctor could not insert it, but repeatedly tried. I was in a lot of pain so they had to give my cervix a lidocaine shot. They tried multiple tools and attempts but nothing worked. Over the next 24 hours, I started having a lot of pain, horrendous cramps that made standing and walking extremely painful and lots of unusual bleeding. I have never felt so horrible. I tried multiple methods in hopes to relieve the pain, including alternating medicines such as ibuprofen. When I contacted Dr. Little’s office, I was told I was probably having a period and to take ibuprofen. I was now on pain level 10 and bleeding through pads every hour. Again I contacted her office and told a nurse would call me back by the end of the day to assist me. No one called me until the next day. They prescribed me a medicine for the pain which I had been asking for. When I called CVS, I learned the medication prescribed was a “30 day supply of ibuprofen”....obviously no one was listening to me bc I repeatedly said ibuprofen was not helping my pain. So I left a bad review saying I did not feel listened to and that is what FINALLY made Dr. Little take me seriously. She called right after I sent the review saying she was concerned and wanted to see me. I did not want to see her at this point, so I went to Planned Parenthood where they found multiple small cuts on my cervix needing to be cauterized. The cauterization helped my pain tremendously but PP was still very concerned about my excessive blood flow. I was feeling weak and shaky and they sent me to the ER. Dr. Little did not take my problem seriously and I ended up in the ER. I am so thankful for Planned Parenthood and the ER doctors for taking me seriously and helping me. I would not recommend Dr. Little. It is so disheartening to be told that you don’t know what’s going on with your body. And so disheartening to be told that by another woman. I’m glad I trusted my instincts because I did not receive the help I deserved/needed from Dr. Little.

Dr. Overby and I have grown up together. I have been seeing him for 25+ years. He is alwasy so kind and compassionate and has seen me through may phases of life. Each time with dignity and respect. He always takes time for me and answers my questions or any concerns. He is such a pleasure to see. So glad I found him many years ago when I needed a great Dr. the most! I highly recommend GCWC to anyone who wants a caring, compassionate team of Drs.

STAY AWAY from DR.Keenya Little . My wife went to see her for OB GYN and she had a very bad experience. My wife is not even sure if she is a Doctor. This is my wifes 3rd pregnancy and she has good experiences in her past with other doctors , but this is the first time she went to see Dr. Little and she never wants to meet her again. she just came in and never asked for any regular concerns or questions that Doctors ask . Even when my wife asked her something she didnt even bother to reply . She made her wait for atleast 30 minutes before even giving this horrible experience. I strongly condemn her behaviour towards a pregnant woman who is need of reassurance from her obgyn. will never let my wife go to that place again.

Hello, I was previously a patient of Greater Womenss Center OB/GYN. I was seeing Dr.Powell, and I really hate he left the practice. But to make a long story short I went in this week to see a new doctor, Monica Washington and I will not be returning to see her because she was very unprofessional to be a physician. She sent some information to the lab, and came back to the exam room. And stood in the doorway with the door open, and bluntly blurted out what my results showed. Where others in the office could hear her.... As well as the patient in the room next to me could also hear her. Needless to say I walked out of that office feeling very embarrassed, and almost in years... Ive never seen such a thing as a physician acting this way.

After dealing with OBGYNs internationally, I’ve come to really appreciate my experience with Dr. Boesel. Overall really listens to the desires of the patient and even if you make a mistake in your decision, doesn’t judge and will help you through it (but of course giving a fair recommendation). Really helps convey a sense of privacy, security, and walks you through exactly what’s going on. Did mistake one more serious issue as something less serious, but appreciate him acknowledging the mistake and resolving it in an effective way. Nurses and staff are also extremely kind and friendly. Definitely would use the service and see Dr. Boesel again.

Greater Carolina’s Women Center. All the doctors are AMAZING. I went to Eastover prior and it was horrendous. Dr. Overbey is the best but he retired from the OB side. I wouldn’t have wanted any other group to care for myself and my son. Dr. Overbey has also been exceptionally helpful and referred me when needed, postpartum. The most family like staff.I loved Overbey, but also saw everyone else, too and everyone else is amazing. They are gentle, kind and answer any and all questions promptly. I’d had several miscarriages and some complications with my Leo but they kept both of us safe and on Friday my sweet baby will be one and as healthy as ever!Love you guys at GCWC💙

Ive seen many of the doctors at this location and they have been fine. But today I saw Cohens and she is the worst. One bad apple can spoil the bunch. After todays experience, its time to find a new facility after 11 years.

I have been seeing Dr. Powell for about 6 years now. I started off with Dr. Snyder but they stated that he did not deliver babies so god placed me woh Dr. Powell. Dr. Powell delivered my daughter 6 years ago and he has been up on my health since. I can skip seeing him for a year and he still remembers my daughter name and ask about her every time. Dr. Powell is amazing and I will be with him until he decides to retire. Thank you Dr. Powell for all that you do and all that you have done.

I stumbled across GCWC in 2008. Dr. Overbey is the greatest hands down. He delivered my son who was born at only 22 weeks. He was able to tell me why I delivered so early. Thank God for him I have a 10yr old girl! I recently went back & he’s still the best!!

It was amazing. First, they were able to see me on very short notice, I hadnt been feeling well and thought that there may had been something seriously wrong. They saw me that same day. Dr. Whiteside was the doctor I saw. He was amazing. I am a big girl and I always get scared about going to an OBGYN because of my weight. He was so nice and treated me wonderfully. He did the examine and determined what he thought was the problem. Then, today in the mail was a personally written card from Dr. Whiteside thanking me for go there to see him and hopes I will return. I recommend him! Everyone there is just so friendly as well.(wrote this while signed in on my husbands account.)

My experience was so embarrassing. I scheduled my appointment with the receptionist, who advised me I havent been to the office since 2012. I wondered about that but continued on with the scheduling. She also told me my doctor was Dr. Snyder, which I knew. She also told me it was his last day with them. So, I asked to be scheduled with another doctor. I was in pain and familiarity was not important to me. She said no, he is seeing his patients. She scheduled my appointment for 4:30 Wednesday. When I arrived, 20 minutes early I might add, there was 1 female patient ahead of me and a young man. After I sat and filled out the medical update forms, a young lady came in and sat with the man. They called the other patient in, then they called the woman who just arrived in. And that was all good, the young man was waiting. Then the receptionist came out from in the back and asked me to come to the desk. She told me Dr. Snyder couldnt see me. I asked if he had a delivery or something? No was the answer. I asked if he was here and she said yes. So why wont he see me? She said he just dont want to see anybody else. So I sat there for over 30 minutes and Dr. Snyder decided he just didnt want to see anyone else. Total disregard for me, his patient. And then he didnt have the gumption to come speak with me himself. Now I have dealt with a few medical employees, my son had cancer and I had 3 children and a few surgeries. I am a respectable deputy sheriff. I took off the afternoon from work to try to see why I have this constant pain. And this Dr. Snyder just blew me off. I didnt schedule myself for this date and time. I just wanted someone else to know how this office and this doctor work. After thinking on this, I must of had a previous bad feeling or experience for me to stop going there. But I was trying to cover all avenues concerning this pain. So if you have to go see a GYN doctor. Think twice about scheduling at this center, who obviously condone such behavior. And please do not go see Dr. Snyder, who cares more about himself than his patients.

I was so grateful to have found Dr Powell. Id previously had horrible experiences with OBGYNs. Dr Powell was efficient, listened and genuinely cared for my health. I am sad to hear he has left the practice, but am optimistic my next OBGYN will just as amazing.

Dr Jessica is the best, she is kind and professional. But the nurse was disagreeable. Making up her face when my baby was crying. she dont deserve to be a nurse

I usually see Dr Cohens. Saw her prior to and throughout my pregnancy and she’s awesome! Great bedside manner and always answers my questions.Icontinue to use her as my OBGYN.

I made an appointment two months in advance i was traveling over 45 miles to come to their practice to see Dr. Powell. In their registration packet it states to come 30 min early and it has directions on how to get there. I was their first appointment of the day. Well the directions werent helpful bc there was constuction and detours and i arrived 20 min late for my appointment with only one other patient in the waiting room. The receptionist told me they couldnt see me at all today. In the over 30 years i have been going to drs never have i been turned away for being twenty min late. No where in their packet does it say if you are late you wouldnt be seen. No regard to how i was feeling as a patient. I am extremely dissappointed at the treatment i received in the short ten minutes i was there. I will take this as a blessing in disguise.

So glad I avoided this place ‘n I tried to switch over simply because it was closer to my house vs traveling to piedmont .Anyway my records were transferred and after calling numerous time and leaving messages at the medical department .which she never bothered to return my calls or even bother to pick up and just say hey we can’t transfer you, I ended up missing three appointments that I could’ve already handle !! I would not recommend this place at all ! If you can play with peoples health only God knows what else you are capable of

I recently had An appt with Dr. Boesel only because my doctor wasnt available that day, BIG, matter fact, Huge mistake! I will never see him again! I do not recommend anyone to this man. He isnt sympathetic, and seems to be there for just the cash he makes! The worst part about this appt is that he didnt listen to me. His first question upon entering the room is why did you take a pregnancy test, maybe you got a false positive. Took urine and blood test for him, both POSITIVE! I hated him!

I was referred to this place by my PCP for suspected PCOS and Perimenopausal symptoms. My appointment was with Dr Boesell. I wish I had just saved the gas money that I spent and stayed home! Upon arriving, one lady at the desk asked the other Isnt Boesell in surgery? Can she be seen or will we have to reschedule? I was standing there thinking, If hes gotta do surgery you couldnt have called? But....it worked out and I was am to see him. He entered the room, looked at the paper I filled out and asked me why I was there. I told him why. He logged into the computer and was able to see all of the testing I had done last year as well as me having to have a D&C due to heavy bleeding. I told him about the hormone level testing that I had done last month by my PCP and the results of that. He said those test results were not sent with the referral by my PCP. Then we discuss my suspected conditions. This is where it goes downhill. Im going to list my issues and his response.1. I told him that my PCP suspected PCOS due to me having too much testosterone as well as my other issues. He said that sometimes a woman just produces too much. He said that because my ultrasound results didnt show actual cysts, that I didnt have it because the cysts HAVE to be present. (Anyone can Google this condition and see that you only need to meet ANY two of the possible criteria to be diagnosed with this condition.) When I discussed that fact with him he said well yeah and went back on his cyst kick.2. I told him that I had been shaving my chin since I was 15 years old (another of the PCOS criteria). He said that sometimes women just produce too much male hormone. A 15 year old girl???? His remedy for that was to tell me to get electrolysis. Like I havent wanted to. Funny thing is....that takes money that I dont have! Another fun fact is that medications or creams can be...... PRESCRIBED for the excess hair!3. I stated the fact that it took 4 years for me to become pregnant with my daughter (fertility is another PCOS criteria) on the paper that he was looking at. He never mentioned it and kept going on about the absence of the cysts.4. We moved on about the Perimenopausal symptoms. The D&C due to heavy bleeding was brought up. He said that everything looked normal so nothing else could be done because my flow has changed. Which brings me to...5. My periods have become lighter. I absolutely was not complaining after bleeding heavy last year. But it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that something is out of sorts hormonally speaking. All I was wanting to know is if itwas in fact perimenopause. Thats it. His response was You shouldnt be complaining over a light flow. Be greatful. Things change as you get older. You cant expect it to stay the same. I wasnt complaining!!!!6. As I stated on the paper, and even told him was occurring while I was sitting there, I have spells where I feel like Im sitting under heat lamps. I was even fanning myself. His response was What are you stressed about. Theres nothing to worry about. Hot flushes are caused by stress. I was speechless at this point.I looked at my husband who had witnessed this insanity and just nodded my head. I couldnt get out of there fast enough.

First of all, they are too lazy and thoughtless to make sure their address is updated in google, so I ended up at their old office. When I finally did arrive at the functional location, I was told that they dont accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. They failed to mention this when I called to make the appointment, I guess because they, once again, are lazy and thoughtless. So, I cant really speak to the service that the doctors provide, but clearly, there is a good chance you wont even make it that far.

Staff is very friendly and professional. The clinic is clean but could use some updating compared to other Atrium facilities. They also only had one blood pressure machine, which was not working at the time. It seems like this hospital does not have equivalent resources as other Atrium hospitals.

Majority of the doctors are either rude or rushing you out your appointment after taking their time getting to you. And they never give you all the info you need. They give you what they want to tell you and leave the rest for you to figure out

Worthless front office peopleDr powell really good.he is alwaz friendly and updated.But his office receptions are pain,they dont know what they are doind.they gove wrong appointments.After coming you need to wait for an hour and then she says no appointment today.Somebody should change the person who schedules appointment

I wanted a doctor who looked like me to treat me so it started out that I went to this practice because I like what I read online about Dr. Little, but I continue to go because of the customer service and the knowledge of the staff at this practice.

This is the place for you if you have 100% no problems and want and epidural at you delivery. This place is a conveyor belt and the staff is simple just to busy to investigate anything out of the norm. I didnt care too much because I was 26, healthy with my second child. What could go wrong I thought? But sure enough I had a very serious and commons medical problem that was swept under the rug and post partum depression. Had I know it was an endocrine issue I wouldnt have went back to work so soon, thusmaking everything worse. On top of that I had no autonomy at my delivery. It was their way or pressure for their way. Really turned me off from CHS and their practices.

I have been a patient there for over a 10 years and the doctors there are wonderful. They take the time to listen to you, that’s why I keep going back every year.

Dr. Little has and ALWAYS be my favorite OBGYN!!! She is very thorough and informative in my care.
