This place was great I assumed it was going to be like an urgent care you know with a line waiting to get in sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes but this was great I was in and out in 5 minutes Angelina did a great job

Very unprofessional not happy at all. I want to start by saying I went to get fingerprinted, and the young woman that was there was extremely rude. I stated more than twice I was self pay, and my company wasnt getting billed. I dont have direct bill paperwork. I did everything online and should be in your system. Yes, you need the code for the employer, which I can give you, Not in a rude attitude state. If I dont have the paperwork, I need to go home and get it. In other words, say you dont know what youre doing. The owner seemed to be nice, but why hire people who talk to your customers like this and represent your business? I wouldnt go there for any testing or use their services go to another location.

Making an appointment was easy. Got email confirmation with registration form to fill out. Upon arrival my test kit was reviewed by Brooklyn, and the blood drawn by Angelina. They also packed up my kit for me. I decided to drop it off myself though they’d do that, too. Process was very professional. Recommend them for alternative blood testing.

As much as I dislike coming every week I enjoy seeing the girls who help me each time. Always so nice and smiley . Great team 🫡🫶🏻

Their team is usually nice and respectful however a new girl was in there I didn’t recognize and she was extremely rude. After a long day at work that’s the last thing anyone needs is to be treated with a smug attitude.

This is my first time having to do any tests like this and is my second time back and the staff have been so kind and friendly and answering questions i have and the hospitality is awesome. highly recommend to anyone for anyone who needs any kind of testing done they get it done ! brookelyn and angelina were so very helpful

My appointment was 9am they knew ahead of time I require a special needle and a person that is good at using it to draw my blood. The girl said she was running 20 min late. I waited 45 min asked to be called when she arrived as I live across town. Over 3 hours now no call. I ended up driving to KY location and that office was cleaner, smelled better and the lady who drew my blood was excellent. I dont recommend this location.

Don’t go here, they delay your test results and then try to say they don’t have a record. Take way too long. They will hang up on you, they don’t send receipts, and they have the worst attitude, waited nearly 1 1/2 months for result and still am waiting. Don’t waste your time here.

I love this place they are so very nice they are always on top of everything and they are the nicest and cleanest place I have been to!

I dont get the negative reviews on this place.....Ive been here twice and always been treated well and with respect. Comes down to this, treat others how you want to be treated! DO NOT GO HERE! This was the worst experience I have ever had. Rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unhelpful. The owner wanted to call the cops on me because I complained they were not helping me or doing what eHealth paid for. Also, I get back to work... And they charged eHealth for this!!!! This is fraud if you ask me. They tried to charge me for more than I needed done. This business needs to go. We dont need this type of business in Cincinnati. I run a small business. This is not how you do business. The below response is exactly why NO ONE SHOULD GO TO THIS LOCATION. I have had background checks done for many years as a teacher with Cincinnati public schools. I follow all rules. Now respond this way again and I will be forced to respond with my lawyer. This is close to defamation. I followed all rules.

I had never heard of an Any Lab Test Now location before today. I am relatively new to the Cincinnati area and had spoken with a provider at a healthcare facility where I’m originally from. I had expressed my concerns with my previous provider about needing a quick turn around for a Thyroid panel and a doctor couldn’t get me in this week to order labs.My previous provider said she had heard of a place back at home from one of her patients called ALTN. She recommended that I see if there was one in Cincinnati. Thankfully there was! And even better, only a short drive from my house!When I got to ALTN, I was immediately greeted at the front desk. They already had my paperwork printed out from where I filled it out online. They were ready to draw my blood right away.I wish I would have gotten the lady’s name that drew my blood. She was so friendly! She asked me which arm was preferred for me, and I joked that either worked as long as she could find a vein. I typically am a hard stick and have to have blood drawn in my hands.She found a vein in under a minute. She only had to stick me once and I was done! I told her how impressed I was with her work. Her and the other lady that worked in the booth beside the one I was in were so friendly and personable!I would recommend anyone that needs lab testing or other services they provide done, to check out the Forest Park location. I already referred ALTN to a friend that lives in my hometown to go to the facility there for any future needs.Kudos everyone!

This test lab provided a GREAT experience for me from start to finish. I brought in my allergy test kit and Tamika took care of everything and made it a hassle free process. Another awesome chick named Demico took my blood sample and she was amazing as well. The most gentle and efficient blood draw ever. Thank you to this Forest Park location for Any Lab Test Now- you all were wonderful!

The staff was generally professional and courteous as well as responsive. At times, one staff member seemed disinterested and was somewhat apathetic, but overall, I was treated with respect.I needed additional assistance with some issues and the front desk staff member was very accommodating.

I think yall did everything professional and great. The lady at the desk was patient and sweet and did her job very well. I actually left out of the building saying to my self she was very nice and helpful. We need more workers like her in every working environment.

The best place to go to find out your babies gender as early as 8 weeks. Go see Tomeka and she will take care of you. She is very professional and very outgoing. Make sure to stop by and check them out if your willing to find out your gender next day you will not be disappointed.

Jenna was awesome at answering my questions regarding testing. She even called me back right before closing time. I greatly appreciate her response time!

My laboratory experience was extraordinary. It was excellent! I am impressed with the professionalism of the general manager, Jay Geisler who responded clearly to the questions that I had and handled my appointment in a timely manner. Also, Katie Gingras who administered my test and answered questions about the testing process itself and further clarified my concerns, provided exemplary service.I am pleased.

Scheduled an appointment the day of for less than an hour from the time of booking. I showed up a few minutes early, and they started me on paperwork. From the time I walked in the doors to the time I got back to my car, it was less than ten minutes (including time spent checking in, paying, and filling out paperwork). I let the phlebotomist choose which arm looked easier to find the veins in because Im afraid of needles and didnt want to have to do it again in case she missed the vein. She found the vein right away and was done unbelievably quick. Such a fast, easy, painless process! Pleasantly surprised!

I had such a wonderful experience here ! I was told by my OBGYN that the cost of a blood test to determine my babys gender early could be between $200-$600 if done at their office. Any Lab charged around $160 and the results were in by the next day! The test itself was a quick blood draw and the lady who did it was awesome. The results were accurate , Ive since had my anatomy scan at the doctors office.

I had to get my fingerprints scanned for a job in health care. My current job was furloughed due to COVID so I had to hustle to get a new position.Because of COVID so many labs etc were closed. This lab not only got me in but tried for a good half hour to get my fingerprints scanned for a background check. This procedure usually takes about 30 seconds. My hands are very dry from doing surgical work where my hands are being washed at least 8 times a shift. They were very patient and professional and walked me through the procedure in case the scans were not acceptable . My thanks to Katie Gringas and the staff for making a difficult situation easier.

Katie was very professional, great customer service. We needed a Covid 19 test for international travel and we got the results in less than 48 hours!

My veins were not cooperating so after 2 trys I left for a couple hours & drank lots of water. I went back & another lady tried 2 times with no luck. The First lady tried again. On the final try she was successful. The 2 ladies were so determined to get my blood so I wouldnt have to make the long trip back. I would definitely recommend this lab!

I went to have a covid test today & blood work with Jenna Lema at the Forest Park lab. I am extremely scared of shots & any kind of needles, but Jenna totally put me at ease & I honestly did not feel the rapid covid test & this was the first time in my life that I had blood work from someone & hardly felt a thing!!!! I will definitely be going back there for all my blood work & also if I have to have a covid test again. I will refer all my friends and family to Jenna Lema and your lab. Thanks Jenna for all you did for me today & for your kindness and gentle touch. The prices were great (I paid out of pocket) and the lab was extremely clean. I felt very safe!!!!

Problems with chain of custody and privacy. Released false test results with no apology that had devastating results. Do not trust this lab. Go to a reputable laboratory. My daughter had testing here, and indeed was a customer. Only defense of this company always seems to be to lie and say people were not clients.

Worse experience ever. The GM is very rude and also does not know how to do any of the services he offers there. Had to wait because they only had 1 employee working and the GM couldn’t do my background check. Never again will I go here.

I went in for a drug test that i passed and they emailed over someone elses drug test and said it was mine. The one they sent over failed thiers. My boss was about to fire me thinking im on drugs luckily i seen another girls name on it and brought it to my bosses attention.
