The staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and quick. Both the Nurse Practitioner as well as the RN were attentive, thorough, and took the time to answer all my dumb questions. This place was clean and comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I felt well-cared for and would highly recommend this place to others . 🙇‍♂️

Went in with an injury to my foot. The doctor and physicians assistant were very kind and helpful. They helped me determine I had a break in the bone as they have x-ray capability on site. They were able to get me a soft cast, a copy of my X-rays and a recommendation to see a specialist. They were both capable and compassionate. I would definitely use this urgent care again or recommend it to others if you need a place to go.

My father went to this urgent care for a burn on the leg. A nurse named William did a very thorough job on wrapping his leg and took a lot of time addressing the wound. He was also a very kind person. The doctor showed a lot of concern and was very attentive with overseeing the treatment. I would recommend this urgent care if you ever need it.

Best experience from the moment I walked in until I left! They helped me check in when I was having an issue with the kiosk, the nurse and dr listened to me and made me feel heard! I had the worst patient experience yesterday morning at AFC Urgent Care with Diana, the front receptionist. She was extremely rude to me and beyond unprofessional. Diana needs to be trained on the importance of demonstrating compassionate care to all patients, no matter their race or age. It matters greatly in facilities such as an urgent care center. Though Dr. Brian, PA and the other care team were good to me, I will never return to this facility again. It is still very shocking to me that I arrived at 8:00 AM and did not leave until a little after 10:00 AM, all because Diana refused to do her job by calling my health insurance provider and obtaining my member ID. According to Diana, I could not be seen without a physical insurance card even with proven active health insurance. I provided her with the emergency insurance form that was given to me by my PCP proving that I have active health insurance. And even when I agreed to pay the $150.00 co-pay for non-insurers, she still refused to accept my cash payment. Diana was not trying to assist me in any way possible. I was in too much pain, distress, and discomfort to not be seen by Dr. Brian, PA. I struggled to drive there from Cranford with one visible eye. I was not going to let one person stop me from getting the care that I needed so I had to unfortunately take matters upon myself to call my health insurance provider and obtain my member ID. I had pink eye for goodness sake. My eye was burning and even through the pain, I had to fight and advocate for myself. I will never go back to this establishment ever again. I have had much better urgent experiences at other local City MD clinics than at this place. Unbelievable and unforgettable experience. First and last time.

We went to AFC Urgent Care last night for my daughter. We were very impressed with the caring and compassion shown by the caregivers. They were very professional and got us in and out in a timely manner. We will not hesitate to visit this Urgent Care Center in the future if the need arrives (but hopefully not!)

I will recommend this facility as the best I have ever visited. Brian and Kara went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable!. They answered my hundred questions and even asked if I had more. They did not rush me out the door.They are true professionals! The facility in Clark is super clean and dont have to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen.giving Kara and Brian 100% is not enough....****

AFC. American Family Care, Urgent care is the place to go for any emergency. The staff is well trained and very professional. I think I was there three times within the last year. And each time the service seemed better. I know I chose the right place because the receptionist/ technician and Doctor share the same birthdate as I do.

I had the worst backache I slept on the couch and when I woke up about 2 weeks ago my back started hurting and I could do nothing to get rid of it I tried soaking in Epsom salt, I tried all of the creams that you can put on your back to help I even went to a friend of mine whos Indian that bought this stuff from India thats supposed to help instantly nothing was taking the pain away I took Advil three of them but then it would give me bad indigestion.Sunday I couldnt take the pain anymore after not sleeping for 2 days I went to this urgent Care and I have to say Im pleasantly happy first they welcome you with a smile I had a guy nurse I didnt get his name but he was absolutely wonderful.The doctor came in she realized that I was in pain they gave me an x-ray which came out normal and they also gave me a shot for the back pain and some muscle relaxers yesterday was a bad day for me but today I feel so much better just a little soreness in my back but I can move around a lot better thank you so much for taking me in so early and being so kind to me if you have any issues please try this urgent Care unit they were the only ones that were open at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday. 5 stars for me

The best urgent care ! Never crowded (prob shouldnt mention that), very clean! Today I saw Shayna, Kara, Sam and Dr. Browne. They are all very professional and kind. I highly recommend!

I am beyond shocked at the treatment from the front desk staff. I was seen yesterday and was advised by the doctor to refrain from work until I am feeling better. I asked for a note from the front desk and went home without looking at it. Today I see the note was written with a different patients name, birthdate, information. Ok, mistakes happen. Though I certainly don’t want mistakes happening with my own medical records, I didn’t get mad. I simply called to request a corrected letter to be emailed to me (since I’m still unwell and not able to come into the office). A few hours later, and one hour prior to closing, I call back as I have not received the letter. She immediately got angry and said she has been too busy with patients and had no time to send me this note. She said she would “try” to get to it before the end of the day. I asked her to please write the letter once all of her patients are done for the day, and she slammed the phone down and hung up on me.My job has a dependability clause and if I miss work for being sick, I like to follow up with a letter from the doc. This is my career and should not be an inconvenience to her. Especially after sending me home with another patients information. Unacceptable.The actual medical staff were fine. I had no issues with them.In fact, when I asked for the sick letter yesterday, she asked me how long I want it for. I said I didn’t know. She had an attitude then, and said if it were her, she would want one indefinitely so she never had to go back to work. I was shocked at that comment and explained that I actually LOVE my job and love going to work. It’s a shame anyone has to be so miserable at work to then take it out on the people they are there to help.

My experience here was phenomenal, from the timely processing, kind staff, attention to both my medical and hospitality needs. I was personally taken care of by Kara who did an outstanding job servicing my medical condition and made me feel comfortable. Going to an urgent care is more often than not a stressful process but thanks the team here it atleast was a pleasant one. Thank you AFC team, I will be returning for any of my medical needs.

First time here and I waited over an hour to see a doctor. Unacceptable in my opinion especially when there was only 1 person ahead of me, who was raken within 5 minutes of my arrival. When I finally got in I saw a PA.

The care here was subpar at best. Came in with a swollen cyst in my jaw and fever blister in a lot of pain. After Brian Adames, the glorified nurse ( the receptionist was very adamant to clarify that hes not an MD ), told me my herpes had nothing to do with my swelling, he sent me on my way with barely a goodbye. They didnt even bother to check my temperature, which is basic procedure when checking vitals at literally any medical practice you go to. Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care right up the street was much better. I went there for a second opinion, after the horrible service at AFC, and was treated much better. The DR, yes, the actual MD who attended me, was respectful and polite. They checked all my vitals, did a thorough exam and prescribed antibiotics for the possible infection they expected. Ill never go back to another AFC in NJ.

Amazing and helpful in a lot of pain from my fall. WILL he’s the best I was so upsetWhen I went I was pushed out of the South Plainfield urgent care by a Dr Bernie’s Taulber I asked her several times to look at my leg but because no X-ray available see felt that I should go somewhere else . Only good she did was send me to clark That location in Clark is better than a hospital took me right away and my new place for care. Thank You 💕

I was very satisfied with the care I received. I felt the doctor and staff were very compassionate.

I was having a tendonitis flare up that I had been trying to treat at home for several days but the pain became so much and the mobility in my shoulder so diminished that I had to seek medical care. I was looking for a place that I could go to without an appointment and found this urgent center during my search. I checked the reviews and was satisfied with what I read and headed over around 9 am. Im glad I did. I didnt wait long and the receptionist was very pleasant. The facility was extremely clean. I was extremely nervous because I hate needles and hate pain, And of course the treatment, as I expected, was a cortisone shot in my shoulder. I was freaking out but the PA Brian and Kara were amazing. Brian explained to me that he is an expert at these shots and that it would be over before I knew it. Kara held my hand and talked to me which helped me through what was a very simple and relatively painless procedure. This team of professionals and this entire facility get five stars from me. If I need urgent Care in the future I will head here.

Just terribleThe blonde female receptionist was rude and the Black doctor lied to me. He told me that I had fluid behind my eardrums which was a totally lie.

Staff is great, they take the time to listen to your needs and not just rush you out. Facility is nice and very clean.

My family has been there multiple times (unfortunately) in the past few months and we have always been treated wonderfully. The office is clean and organized and the staff from the front desk to the doctors are knowledgeable, friendly and timely. Dr. Brian is wonderful and all the nurses have been very helpful. They have a lot of in house testing available and we will plan on using them in the future.

Absolutely awful experience. We were told the wait was 20 minutes and we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to see a provider. She had absolutely no beside manner and was extremely rude to my husband and I. We actually ended up walking out due to lack of information/ care/ plan of action and simple disrespect. I have never been treated so poorly. Medical assistant and front desk staff were extremely kind and offered to refund us. Andrea Witter was the name of the nurse practitioner who saw us.

I guess I picked the right day to jab a screwdriver into my hand. I am petrified of doctors and medical facilities, but I knew I had to have someone look at my hand because it was bleeding and looked like a deep wound. Anyway, I recalled seeing this new urgent care center awhile back and my friend said it was really good. I figured it would not be as crowded and crazy as all the other ones we have in Clark. Well, from start to finish, I can not stop raving! Immediately when I entered, someone at the front desk helped me register using the kiosk (I was a bit nervous and did not have my glasses on). I only waited a few minutes and was greeted by a super sweet young lady named Kara who right away questioned me and calmed me down. She is the medical assistant, and when I tell you, she is great, believe me. I was very nervous as to what the doctor would do and she assured me that Brian was amazing. I never went to any office where someone was so knowledgeable and nice. He explained everything he was going to do, and thankfully, I got away with just a butterfly and lots of bandages. I was hoping that I did not need stitches! They gave me a bag with supplies when I left, explained how to treat my wound, and told me to come back if I wanted them to take the bandage off. This terrific team just so happened to be working the following weekend, just in case. As a former teacher who graded hard, I give this “team” (Brian and Kara) an A+! I did have to go back two days later because I messed up my butterfly and he did not even have to replace it. They were pleased the way it was healing. I can not even find the words to say how great this place is, but then again, if I tell everyone, it will get too busy! The best part is that parking is easy, the office reception area and the medical rooms were super clean, and the staff wore masks. A big shout-out to AFC Urgent Care in Clark!

Highly recommended!! The fastest and cleanest urgent care in union county! Staff was super nice and knowledgeable. I saw PA-C Adames and he listened and attended to every concern I had. He was very personable and had great bedside manners. Registering was a breeze. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be coming back here whenever I am sick again!

Everyone from the receptionists to ,Med Assistant and the doctor were exceptional.They made me feel that they were concerned and were there to help. The doctor especially, she gave me health advice that brought tears to my eyes .When youre sick it feels good to see staff concerned rather than treating you as if the Dont want to come near you. I never felt that way here and Id like to thank you for having an awesome staff.

Horrible place, do not go here! I was told one thing by one doctor there, then 4 days later was told another thing by another doctor and that doctor also said the 1st one was incorrect, told me I needed to go to the ER only for them to tell me that doctor was incorrect, now I have a $1600 bill from the ER and on top of all that, AFC charged my credit card multiple times without my authorization.

Highly recommend AFC Urgent Care in Clark. The clinic was clean and spotless, all of the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and caring. Brian was quick to diagnose the issue my son was having, initiated treatment, explained home care and sent the needed prescriptions off to the pharmacy; excellent bedside manner. We will definitely return to AFC Clark as needed in the future.

My son had sore throat so we went in for a test. Check in was done electronically and we were able to see the doctor within 15 minutes of arrival. The place is modern and clean. Nurse Jeffery was very kind and helpful. He treated my son with patient. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

AFC is by far the best urgentcare I have been to. The wait time was extremely short and the lovely woman Diana was very loving and comforting. Let me not leave out the rest of the staff which deserve a shout out as well.Thank you for taking good care of my son.

So thankful for Kara and Will who were so helpful and calmed me down the entire time. The two of them were very attentive to me and so friendly. I came in very last minute but they didn’t rush me out and took their time. Again so so grateful I had these two to help me and I would definitely come here again!

Only complaint I have is wait time, but you wait at any doctors office. Staff on Monday afternoon is kind, answered all of my questions, and addressed my problems. We even talked all the way through a shot to make the experience easier. Will come here any time I need urgent assistance. Thank you to the staff for taking care of me.

Went for the first time today AFC Urgent 🚨 Care in Clark. Dr Brian was very kind and understanding, took his time to listen!! The Nurse Jeff was also kind and helpful. The young lady who took my blood was also outstanding…I hate needles and viola she was done and if I didn’t see the blood in vial - I would never have known she took any from me.Great experience was had there!!! Clinic opened at 8am. Pretty fast checking in and going inside room. While waiting in the room receptionist called nurse practitioner to find out where she was, she was running late and out loud she said I knew was was going to be late. At 8:40 she showed up and receptionist out loud again said “it’s nice of you to show up, you know your schedule”. Nurse said “ I don’t like this shift, working on the weekends”. I heard all this back and forth with the door closed to the room I was in.Nurse practitioner came in to attend to me and basically sent me on my way without any medicine saying it was vital and wouldn’t give me antibiotics.Office very unprofessional, will definitely not go back. Horrible first experience

A long wait. Seemed disorganized.They did not take a pulse ox or a temperature. I did not feel confident in the medical care.The front desk person was very polite and friendly though. He is an asset to the company.

Five star Customer service urgent care, not many physicians left with caring of the patients needs, this place has the best patient to doctor communication. They handled all of my concerns and ran all test to properly diagnose my illness, this is not like those Mikey mouse urgent care where the doctors come into the room for less than 5 min and say theres nothing wrong with you. If you want the best attention then this is the place to go.

I am so happy that I decided to go to this new urgent care location. The location is convenient. Parking is easy the offices are super clean, and more importantly, than anything else the staff was super polite and friendly and helpful. From the front desk check in to the nurse, Jefry and the doctor himself (Brian). they were all fantastic. I will be making this my first choice of urgent cares in the area.

I chose AFC because of the reviews and I am so glad I did. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I was taken in and seen in a timely matter. I felt cared about. I also received a follow up call to see how I was feeling. All that from an urgent care. I definitely recommend and if I ever need will go back.

Awful, stay away if the Nurse Practitioner is going to see you!!I brought my son in for ear pain, she looked in his ears and throat and mumbled something about a strep test and walked out of the room. Then a medical assistant came in to swab him, I asked why, she went and got the NP. The NP was very rude and said his throat looked red and sore, my son repeatedly said it didn’t hurt. I had to ask about his ears, which she said were fine. She was only concerned about doing a strep test, which felt like a money grab to bill my insurance since there was no throat complaint. She never listened to his chest or lungs. We declined the test and left.The next day we followed up with our doctor and she indicated ZERO reason to test him for strep and a severe case of swimmers ear. We will never be back and wasting a copay and time and delaying the accurate diagnosis and treatment. I recommend you try somewhere else if the NP is working.The office staff were very professional and kind.

Horrible experience with one of the African American female doctors. I went for a visit to try and resolve my sleeping problems Ive had for months along other medical things(shortness of breath, numbing in body, dry mouth, etc). I have a crazy work schedule so me living by afc , I figured they would care for me since I am unable to see my primary due to work. The doctor refused to give full attention to what I had to say. She stated there was nothing she can do to help and rushed me out. Its very disappointing knowing their are professionals who dont take what a patient has to say seriously or hear their concerns. The only thing that made visit at afc good was the assistant nurse who listened to my concerns in wanting to get better. Not recommending this facility to anyone l, and already made a insurance complaint. Very disappointing. Also she just told me take melatonin when I explained I already did so along with other medications, which goes to show she refuses to listen..

The staff here were amazing. They were friendly and helpful. I was in a lot of pain and they put me at ease. The Dr. Was knowledgeable in my rare autoimmune disorder which is hard to find. They were understanding and truly caring. Highly recommend!

Update: I was called by Stephanie after she read my review. While I still stand by everything I said she did pull my records and all my complaint were in there. Perhaps the physician that night didnt see it all. Withh everyone being so nice I will give it one more chance as they did eventually get me the meds need to treat everything else. Rarely does anyone call or care that much so I would me remiss not to include that.was there on Tuesday January 2nd. Im almost 65 and Ive had a bad cough, dark colored mucus and developed a fever. I just felt lousy so figured I would go. If you know this area there are literally 4 urgent cares in this small area. I tried City MD and it was packed so I went over to AFC. The lady at the desk was very nice and the place was clean and it wasnt crowded. I didnt wait long so thought I found a hidden gem. When I got in there I told them my issues and the Dr checked me out. He said he heard wheezing in the upper front and I told him thats because I do have seasonal asthma and it acts up when I get sick. They gave me a RSV, COVID and FLU test but they dont give you results on the spot. Weird as I always got Flu tests and COVID results on the spot at other UCs. I reminded the Dr how lousy I felt and since I had mucus which was green there had to be an infection. He didnt prescribe anything but Prednisone and an Inhaler which I told him I had at home already. But said he wouldnt prescribe anything else until my tests came back because they are all treated differently. Well I didnt receive a call the next day so I called them. Turns out all my tests were negative (which I was happy about) so thats it. I told them Im still spitting up discolored mucus and its getting darker, doesnt that mean I have an infection? The girl told me to come back in as the Dr who treated me yesterday wasnt there to ask today so I needed to be reexamined. Really????? I was feeling lousy enough and was examined yesterday. Nothing changed physically, why am I coming back in??? I thought I may need an antibiotic. Now Im not one who takes any meds and rarely goes to a Dr so Im not looking for meds. But discolored mucus and a fever must spell something. She said she would have the attending Dr call me. The attending Dr said my chart stated I was being treated for Asthma??? Is that what the Dr got out of my conversation when I told him I had a fever for two days? No I didnt have a fever there because I took Tylenol a couple hours early. So when he is examining me the only thing he heard was I had seasonal Asthma (which BTW Im well versed in treating) He heard nothing about a Fever and feeling drained and fatigued (which are not symptoms of Seasonal Asthma) If the doctor isnt going to listen to his patience then why go back. When he puts in his chart Im being treated for Asthma when I had other symptoms is beyond my comprehension. So now if you go in there and all the other places have a two hours wait but this UC doesnt thats probably the reason why. Live and learn!!

The staff at urgent care deserve ten stars they were very knowledgeable and made you feel that you were not just another number. Also I like to give Kara and Stephanie special recognition they went above and beyond to help me from signing in to explaining the medication I was receiving. I feel afc urgent care should feel fortunate to have a wonderful staff. Again a special thank you to Kara and Stephanie.

AFC at Clark is absolutely awesome, this is the only urgent care I will visit from here on out. Everyone is kind, professional, engaging, shows genuine care, and spends time hearing your concerns and addressing them. The whole experience was very quick from the time I checked in to the time I saw the doctor to the time I was out the door headed home.

I just move to the area and yesterday my daughter had a huge allergic reaction for the first time I was extremely nervous and so was she but Dr.Brian and Dr.will and Nurse Christina were absolutely amazing they treated my daughter with so much care and compassion even though my daughter was putting up a fight and giving them hell! They gave her an abundance amount of comfort and was as gentle as possible, not to mention how they also made me feel calm as a mom who was dying on the inside for her baby! 10/10 would only be going to this urgent care for now on! If they see this, Thank you guys again for the care you provided my little girl 💜

A cyst lump on my back broke today, but my appointment with a dermatologies is three weeks away. With no place to go, I googled nearby urgent care and called AFC Urgent Care at Clark, NJ for a walk-in. The staff was nice at my check-in and the nurse was quick to show me into the room. The Doctor (Brian) reviewed my open cyst and performed a surgery right way. The doctor did a nice job cutting the cyst out and the nurse thoroughly cleaned the wound. The nurse provided me medical towels for the next two days. Im very appreciative of AFC Urgent Care at Clark taking care of me when my back was a mess. This is the best urgent care in the area - all the staff there are kind and caring, checking in via their kiosk is very quick and easy, and I was seen quickly (went on a Tuesday evening and it luckily wasn’t crowded at all). They also called to check on how I was doing the next morning.I would recommend this place to everyone

Ive been here twice and have had very positive experiences both times. The staff is professional and the PA is kind and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait very long for treatment and am very happy with the service.

Where do I begin. First off Doctor Brian and RMA Kara went beyond above and beyond for me during my visit. The kindness and helpfulness they showed me far exceed what any other urgent care would have taken the time to do for me. Kara spent hours helping me find a PCP that would accept me. Dr. Brian was top notch with his expertise. I highly recommend AFc for anyone looking for amazing medical assistance. I will definitely go back for future needs. Thank you all Soo very much!!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful I was in pain and the staff took me in right away did my x-ray and added a cast to my injured knee I left there feeling so much better then when I walked in what a relief for this urgent care I recommend all the way and thank everyone.

Took time to explaIn where viral infection would come from and why it was not a bacterial infection.dr was quick to send in the prescription to local area pharmacy needed to treat the nasal virus for rhino virus. Was really lucky it turned out only to be rhino virus and nothing more serious like a bacterial infection.

I would give them 10 stars in terms of patient care. Everyone at this facility was kind and caring. Unbelievably helpful. So glad I chose this office. Angels work there.

I was in need of medical care on a Saturday morning. I visited AFC Urgent Care in Clark for the first time. From the receptionist to the medical assistant and then the physician assistant, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend visiting if you are ever in need of urgent care!

I cut my finger badly and came to this urgent care to get taken of. They were PHENOMENAL. I honestly have never been to an urgent care as kind and attentive as this. I interacted with 3 different people there and they were all just amazing and made me feel so comfortable when I was so nervous! From now on I will only be going to this urgent care!

Ive gone to this urgent Care never had any issue they got the best service great staff great doctors they take the time to listen to your issues they explain everything in detail if you have to go to the urgent Care this is the place to go so far Ive been here my wait time was less than 15 minutes therell be times there will be more people but the staff is great and keeping the pace

Absolutely! The MD and medical staff at this urgent care provided a level of care that I honestly have never experienced in my 34 years of life. I walked into this new building on Wednesday April 12, 2023 feeling absolutely hopeless about my current medical state. They managed to not only provide the care that the JFK ED as well as a local orthopedic office REFUSED to provide me with, they also truly made me feel safe, heard, and important.Id broken my thumb last month and both the facilities I just mentioned above refused to remove the acrylic nail that was still attached to my finger despite the growing infection and me telling them how uncomfortable and in pain I was. That exact day I left the orthopedics office earlier after the MD refused to remove my nail and further suggested that I go to a nail salon to have it removed because he didnt feel comfortable doing it. I left his office and I experienced a panic attack in my car in the parking lot and was unable to drive because I just didnt understand why the Orthopedic refused to help me in spite of the current condition of my finger. I called my mother who brought me to this amazing urgent care and thats where this exceptional level of care took place!From the minute I walked in the receptionist saw that I was distraught and immediately got out of her seat to get the MD, who then came out to the waiting area with his medical assistant to greet me and ask how they could help. The doctor took one look at my finger and knew it was not in good shape and assured me not to worry that he was going to help me with removing the nail. For an entire month Ive been trying to convince healthcare providers in an ED as well as in private practice that this nail was going to cause a bigger medical issue for myself if not removed, and in a matter of minutes the doctor at this urgent care facility SAW ME and knew he had to help me! Because the facility was so new, the staff had to send for the appropriate equipment to come over from the South Plainfield office which took a matter of 15 minutes and then we were in an exam room prepping. The staff there, came into the room offered encouraging words and their full support and it was beyond everything I needed in that moment. They were so kind to my mother who just had to leave her office to help me, and I couldnt have asked for anything more!I know I thanked the team that day so many times but I dont think they understand truly what they did for me. Since my injury Ive had to take time off from work, I was having difficulty with my ADLs because the injury was on my dominant hand, overall I had just been having a rough month honestly. Also, Im a fairly new registered nurse and since working in the field Ive noticed a lack of care in healthcare that quite frankly is very scary and also defeating in a way and this team truly managed to restore my lack of faith that day. Seeing how they worked so well with one another with a common goal of helping me was nothing short of a blessing and I am so thankful for each and everyone them

The PA had a very poor bedside manner, gave incorrect info and scared my child with talk of lymphoma as a side effect of mono when he’s an adult ?!?Unprofessional and appeared undereducated. I would Not recommend or visit this urgent care again.

Dr Brian Adam was amazing and very professional and attentive..Jeffrey the assistant displayed such patience and was very helpful navigating us how to sign in the patient portal..and the staff were so pleasant and professional as well..I also liked the fact they have a flat screen TV in the patient rooms to keep you occupied while you waiting for the doctor to see you..I will truly recommend AFC Urgent Care Clark..

Administration sucks--poor check-in procedures, poor billing practices--but certain staff has been a highlight. Having Dr. Brooks on board is an improvement, and Cara or Kara (I cant remember how she spelled her name) is absolutely fabulous, especially with our preschool-age son.
