Very nice Dr. we have been under treatment for 7 months and she always addressed our concerns, was very helpful. her team is amazing too. It was easy to make appointments, last minute emergencies were promptly cared by her team and herself. I would definitely recommend Dr Sarah Hessler.

Dr Hessler and her entire team are the absolute best. She doesn’t push anything, she explains your options and creates a specific path for you. She is quick so no time is wasted which we greatly appreciated. I lived 40 minutes from her office but she was so very worth it. Her entire staff is welcoming, gentle and quick. The surgi center as well was amazing and all of the staff was informative and sweet. Highly highly recommend.

I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor than I have with Dr Hessler. Her and her entire staff were so comforting during my entire process of trying to get pregnant and were always there for me and my husband whenever we had questions or concerns. If it wasn’t for her I would have never known that I had PCOS. I will absolutely be going back to her when my husband and I are ready to try for baby number 2!

Dr Hessler and her team are the best! From the first call to graduating to my obgyn, Dr Hessler and her team made this difficult and challenging process as smooth as possible. We decided to do IVF on Memorial Day weekend 2023, made the call on Tuesday and got our consultation appointment a week later. And started the testing process almost immediately, on July 10th we had our first egg retrieval. Fast forward to today we are 25weeks pregnant with the embryo created that day!!Dr Hessler listened to our concerns and wishes from day one and honored them. We felt heard and understood from day one. We never had an issues making appointments or getting answers. We could not be happier with the whole Clark team! Forever thankful 🙏 and we will be back.

Dr Hessler and whole staff is kind and professional. I went through the whole process of IVF with her, after having a horrible experience with another doctor, while doing IUI. Im so grateful and happy I found her! Dr Hessler treats her patients as a person, not just as an assembly line. As a nurse myself I really value this in a practioner. She has a calming, caring, positive aura about her. She cares about you and takes the time to answer any questions you have. The staff in the office is always kind and professional as well. If you have any questions they will address it right away. Everyone is easily accessible. Nurse Jen G was always there for me, putting me at ease. The nurses, office staff and lab techs are all competent in their jobs. I was super anxious about going through IVF and honestly they made the process so smooth and almost easy, it was way better then I had imagined. I was pretty hesitant to do IVF for about a year, and when I decided to finally go for it im so glad I had Dr Hessler and team at my side. From my first meeting with Dr Hessler she made me feel confident she was the right doctor to get me through and to be successful. I am so grateful to you all to now have a successful healthy pregnancy.

My experience with Dr. Hessler and her staff were exceptional. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Hessler made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Dr. Hessler to anyone looking for a fertility doctor!!

She is literally an angel for us. The day I went to see her, she promised that I will walk out pregnant from her office. It was a third transfer which was successful. I had almost given up on this IVF process, it was causing me emotional and physical trauma. But Dr.Hessler is one a human being who would rule out all possibilities but never give up on you. She had 2 different protocols and assured that one will definitely work. Her staff at Clark office is amazing. Lab techs I will specially mention are well versed with their jobs. Nurses are so quick to answer any question you have on the portal and they always said no question is a dumb question. Anyone looking to get conceived pls go and visit her. Dr. Hessler is amazing! She helped us get pregnant with our 1 and only little boy that just arrived last month. She was there to support and encourage me each step of the way. The entire staff at the Clark office was friendly, kind, & encouraging. The nurses were very responsive to all of my questions and the front office staff was wonderful as well. Words cannot express our gratitude for Dr. Hessler and her staff. She gave us the ultimate gift, the gift of our son. I actually miss going into the office and seeing everyone’s friendly faces!

Though my egg retrieval process didn’t go as expected with rare post-op complications (all my body’s reaction, no wrong-doing from the team), this team and Dr Hessler have held my hand through this entire process. I felt scared and uncomfortable at times, but knowing I had this team to contact and having very fast response times (witihin 24 hours) and an on call nurse to reach out to, I felt safe and supported. Jen G, specially, has been an amazing resource and helped keep me calm and answer my many questions.The phlebotomy nurses at Clark and Parlin were on point, and the ultrasound team was quick, gentle, and candid with the many ultrasounds that take place.Overall great experience with this group with how smoothly they made the process happen, but so glad I don’t have to do it again. 😵‍💫 Highly recommend to anyone dealing with infertility or looking to freeze their eggs for the future.

We came here after 3 failed IVF cycles in other centers, we were able to have wonderful results in terms of retrieval and transfer that ended up in being currently pregnant, Dr. Hessler expertise, the labs experienced staff made a huge difference in giving us better odds in conceiving. I was able to notice the difference between centers and doctors while having the transfer for example, if you have any doubts just go to IRMS and see Dr. Hessler, she is a compassionate provider and have made us feel like we are being taken good care off. Cant wait to meet our little baby this year.

When you learn you need assistance to conceive you feel very stressed, sad and confused. I am telling you go to Dr. Hessler and team. The entire process is laid out for you, they are always available to answer your questions. Alisha at the front is beyond amazing and welcomes you from the beginning. Nurse Jen g is an incredible human I owe her for all of the crazy emails I sent with questions and got such quick and perfect responses. The phlebotomy team is the best. Always happy and smiling! And to top is off Dr. Hessler is incredible, after meeting her and going over my concerns she made me feel so incredibly hopeful and I looked forward to starting the journey with her. Please please if your thinking it’s not going to happen for you go see this amazing team of women. My graduation day was today- I am expecting my first baby after 1 round. I was so sad to say bye but so thankful for such an amazing experience. I thank you all so much for making my experience flawless.

Learning that IVF was the best option for my husband and me to have a healthy child was not an easy pill to swallow. I’ve always envisioned getting pregnant naturally (and all the surprises that came along with it) and IVF was something I had always feared. I could not imagine going through this process with any other doctor, other than the wonderful Dr Hessler. From the second my husband And I met her, we felt heard and supported. I never once felt like I was just a number. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the level of communication, her excellent bedside manner, and the amount of hugs she’s probably given me through the process. AND any issue or question I’ve ever had during the process, she’s called right away. I have friends who are in top clinics in Manhattan who have never even seen or talked to their doctor more than once, so I know just how lucky I’ve been. Thank you sm DR Hessler for your level of care! OH, and also thank you for getting me pregnant :). You’re the best and we love you.

Today we bring our daughter home from the hospital. We still can’t believe this day has come. After three rounds of IVF at fancy NYC clinics, we were in the height of COVID and wanted to pursue a final local option. On our virtual call with Dr. Hessler, we knew she was right for us - we were nearing the end of this physical and emotional journey but wanted to give it a final go with her. I still remember crying in the office (several times) when we learned that this was all happening and a baby was in our future. Dr. Hessler also made an effort to get to know me and recommended a wonderful OB/GYN who would be right for us and the type of care I needed. Her team is warm and professional. I’m honestly not sure how this all worked out for us, but it must have been the protocol she assigned for my cycle and our faith - we are forever grateful. Today we bring our daughter home and I write this because when I woke up this morning, Dr. Hessler was one of the first people who I thought of I need to tell my daughter about someday. Thank you Dr. Hessler and your team for helping to make our dreams come true.

Dr. Hessler and her entire staff made me feel very comfortable from the beginning to the end. Dr. Hessler was very personable from speaking to her on the phone and meeting her in person. I appreciated that she was always available for my questions and concerns. I expected to be in so much pain after surgery and so far am only experiencing minimal discomfort. It’s day 3! Even my incision sites look good hahaha. Dr. Hessler took her time in explaining the procedure to my husband and I and even at the bedside prior to surgery. I’m happy we went with her. Thank you to Debbie, Sharon, Renee, Dr. Mazur( anesthesia), Dr. Hoffman, and the rest of the team that made me feel so comfortable.

Dr. Hessler is the most kind and caring doctor that I have ever come into contact with. You can tell that she truly cares about each individual patient and their specific needs. She is down to earth and has a great sense of humor which is such a plus. Nurse Coordinator Jen Giordano is also the most amazing caring medial professional who always goes above and beyond for me. They both are extremely prompt in their responses and answer any questions the patient might have. In fact the entire IRMS team is fantastic. I could not ask for a better team to assist in my fertility journey. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You guys are the best THANK YOU for everything that you do.

I write this review with great sadness as I had hoped that my time with Dr. Hessler would give me my confidence in the IVF system. I had originally been going to another MD in the practice (IRMS) but as a nurse myself who works in the Womens Health field, had not felt comfortable with the communication. I was constantly having to follow-up and and when they had sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy right before starting my cycle, I decided to forgo an IVF cycle with them. I decided to stay with IRMS although I was switching MDs and was happy that I was able to find Dr. Hessler. She wasnt to far from my home, so it made morning monitoring easy, had an awesome rating and the office staff was really nice.Some people who really stood out were Alisha who works at front desk and always started the morning with a smile. Wilda & Kiara who would always strike up convo when I got my blood taken and made the process quick and easy. The ultrasound tech, Natasha, who always introduced herself when she walked into my room and greeted me with kindness. I remember the day before my retrieval, the office staff cheering me on and its those details truly made this daunting and overwhelming time more bearable.I spoke with Dr. Hessler one on one when I had transferred over to the office, went in for my initial ultrasound and she had made me aware to call the office on the first day of my period (which was in about 2 weeks or so) she would make the nurses aware to keep me on their radar. I followed the instructions and called on my first day but was made aware by the nurse I spoke with that they had already reached their cap of patients for this cycle due to an issue with the lab. I told her I was never made aware of that information, however, I was told to call in on the first day of my period. The nurse stated she would call me back because she had to double check something with her manager and later on that day I was told that I could start my cycle along with the cohort of IVF families. Because they had not originally had me on the list as Dr. Hessler suggested, they had to start all prior authorizations for our procedures and our meds would not be covered. That evening my husband picked up our meds to the tune of $4000 dollars but my husband and I were confident that we could get some form of reimbursement from our insurance and thankfully, we did.We were thankful for this opportunity and the ladies at the office truly made it an enjoyable experience.It was finally time for my egg retrieval and they were able to retrieve 28 eggs.I was informed that the next day I would be recieving a phone call from the nurse to make me aware of how many eggs fertilized and matured overnight. Instead I recieved a phone call from Dr. Chen (who was on call for my egg retrieval the day before) she stated that only ONE egg matured and was truly remorseful and stating that maybe one more day of LH may have helped this situation, none of my 27 other eggs were mature. She made me aware that I would get a call from Dr. Hessler the next day. No call. As a nurse, I understand how busy the life of an MD can get in an office setting. So I waited, but had to keep calling to find out the status of my one fertilized egg (I believe I called day 3, 5 and 6) and was updated by the nurse. On day 7, I recieved a call from Dr. Hessler and it was with bad news, my fertilized egg did not make it to the next stage. The call felt very matter of fact and robotic, something I was trying to wrap my head around. It made me feel like I was just another number.Dr. Hessler had made me aware that she would sit with colleagues and discuss my case to see what the plan may be to move forward. This was not an outcome that she was anticipating, I would get a call within a week. Nothing. 4 weeks had passed by. I emailed her because she states she replies to emails within 48 hours. No answer. Weve called the office. Still no call. My retrieval was Dec 5th and I still have had no answers as to why my cycle failed or next steps. Will be picking up my records.

Dr. Hessler and team are the best of the best. I can’t say enough great things about them. Of course no one wants to go through the IVF process, but I am so glad to have had this team cheering me on the whole way through. I always felt calm, supported and most importantly educated every step of the way. From day one, Dr. Hessler, Nurse Jen G, and Alisha were like old friends, making me feel right at home, part of the family. Everything was at my own pace and I never felt an ounce of pressure to do anything I didn’t want to or before I was ready, but I was always armed with all the information I could need to make the best decision for myself and my family. So relieved to be able to call on this team when I need to in the future. They are simply the best.

She is the Best, she explained every single detail to me. Love her drawings, Im still in my process but I have all my faith in God and Dr. Hessler.

I have to say that I am very impressed how IRMS Clark office is so professional. I thankfully got pregnant there because of the good job they do. Doctor Hessler was my doctor and Jen Giordano was my nurse. I recommend this office for a treatment to everyone who needs it!.

I’m very grateful for Dr. Sarah Hessler, MD and the entire IRMS staff. After doing 7 failed treatments at a different practice where my old doctor always told me that IVF was our only solution, I did the switch to IRMS. Dr. Hessler met with us and discussed our needs and we set a plan. She changed my medication and I got pregnant on our first cycle at IRMS. I’ve waiting over 2 years to see those two lines. Dr. Sarah C. Hessler is very knowledgeable and smart, i should have write this review a while ago, as God and Dr Sarah helped my wife to get pregnant but for some reasons after more than 3 month the baby has no heartbeat, Thanks God for everything, we will try again with Dr Sarah soon to get my wife pregnant again.

Having to go thru the egg freezing process prior to cancer treatment, Dr. Hessler and her team were truly miracle workers. I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work to make sure not only that I got better from my illness but securing my opportunity to have children in the future.
