Raj was a beyond helpful. My doctor requested a urine tox screening, and he made navigating the process so easy. He kept in touch with me up until my appointment time and followed up after to make sure everything went well. The staff was excellent as well. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Overall one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Would highly recommend for fast, friendly service.

My experience went very well. They were very quick and informative to all of my Questions. It was my very first hair test and they made my experience easy. And I appreciate the whole crew that was on duty. They work well as an team 💯

I was here for a pre employment drug test. It’s a small facility, checking in was easy it was a little busy when I arrived around 3:30 but the wait wasn’t too long. Once I was called back the test went pretty fast the lady who cared for me was super friendly we actually had laughed together and we spoke about my test and had given me a copy as well. If you do have to go here it’s located on Ridge Road, parking is either on the street or I was told there is a parking lot. Make sure you have your ID and the proper papers for the test you’re having done. They have walk-ins until 4pm. I had a great experience. For the lady who took care of me, (I didn’t get her name) but thank you for the laughs I really needed that today 06/28/2024.

I have been coming to Advanced Medical Services for a few years now. Annually for my ODOT Physical. Their Drs and staff have always been wonderful. Always professional and quick with their services. For some reason I get very nervous whenever its my time? Probably, because since I was a kid, any mention of test, no matter what kind, sends me straight back to my childhood anxiety of bubble filling. Today was no different. But again, the staff was beyond encouraging and supportive. Once I was done, and had my paperwork I went out to my car and it wouldnt start. There was a gentleman there trying to back into my space, that I could not pull out of, while yelling at me as if I was doing something wrong? Out of nowhere, Dr Joe, came out with a portable battery charger and cables. He said he had heard the clicking of my battery and was two cars in front of me. Within 2 minutes my car was started and I was thanking Dr Joe for saving my life yet again! As for the gentleman in front of me who was so impatient for my spot, you should get on this website and give a shout out to Dr Joe also! Thank you Advanced Medical Services for everything you do, above and beyond what is asked!

Extremely unprofessional and unsafe staff members. I called this place seeking a service, the staff person was very rude so I said thank you and disconnected the call. The staff person at this organization decided to send me a text message with explicit language. This is unbelievable and unsafe. Do not do business with companies that display this level of unprofessionalism.

When I first walked in I was kind of nervous but the staff was incredible and very professional in a few minutes I felt very comfortable and it was over quickly. The staff is very friendly and professional I give the rating 10 out of 10.to all the staff I say thank you.

AMS has handled all my drug test for the last year. Liz and the girls in the front office are absolutely accommodating. From me running late to having to reschedule, they were very helpful.

I reviewed earlier but I truly believe this needed its own post. This customer service is jaw dropping. Liz is an angel. There was a mistake on my paperwork and the due date was today so it needed to be stamped with todays date before being sent out… she caught the mistake, fixed the mistake, called me and when I didn’t answer she came to my house with the fixed papers and when she found the papers had already been sent out she went out of her way to make calls to get it fixed and then drove out again to my location for my signature and then went downtown to drop them off!!! This story is missing some more highlights but long story short, Liz is incredible and people like her are the real reason I keep my faith in humanity. Thank you so much and you are appreciated from the bottom of my heart!

I am soo grateful to have found this place. I had not one but 2 mouth swabs come back positive on seperate occasions for cocaine (urine was negative both times) for children services. I have not touched a drug at all! So this was very upsetting for me while working a case plan to get my daughter back which a positive restarts my case plan by 6 months everytime. I called AMS , Raj the owner answered I explained my situation and he was willing to help me out. I need a back up mouth swab incase theres another positive swab for the agency. I go there every week after doing my drug screens at SCT in parma. Raj gave me a really good deal on the mouth swabs since I will have to go every week until I get my child back. He has referred a few lawyers to help with my situation. On top of that his staff is very understanding and helpful. Tara and Liz were very nice. I could have talked to them for hours. Overall this is an amazing place and I will recommend it to everyone.

AMS has been more than accommodating to my needs. I’ve been a recurring client for many years. There’s a friendly environment, and professional staff take care of me every time. I’ve referred a number of people & they’ve always given me positive feedback on their experiences as well.

I’ve had services through AMS for a couple years Now and figured should do a review. The staff is funny and a good working environment amongst their employees as well as every time I’ve set an appointment I am in and out the door. The pricing for DNA and Immigration physicals might seem a little pricy but compared to other locations and the quickness they got my results back is worth it Thank you team at AMS!

Just had my visit this morning. It was quick and easy! The office was nice and clean. The staff were so professional and friendly. The technician made me comfortable during my blood draw. He was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. My veins are really hard to find (always have been) and he got it done on the first try. I would recommend their services and will def be back in the future.

Things started off kind of rocky due to a communication gap but Raj was more than happy to rectify the situation. Advanced Medical Services is a great company that provides a fast and accurate service. Im not the kind of person to write reviews of any kind but I need to say that they left a very good impression at the end. I used their service for my immigration medical exam and I must say that they made it easy, fast and simple. Like with any process that is this complicated I will recommend always read every single part of the papers once deliver before leaving the office, that way you can make sure everything is right and if something is not they will always fix it for you immediately. We had a great experience at the end thanks to the person that owns the place because he made damn sure that everything was like it is supposed to be and I must say that a service like that you dont find it easily in any place.

Wonderful people who made an alleged father finally feel seen and heard. Ms. Raj and the very nice woman whose name I did not catch but was equally amazing, did an amazing job at providing quick and trusted services. Give them their flowers when you see them, because they deal with irate and hurt individuals all the time, with peoples emotions and words that truly arent meant for them, and that is no easy task. They went above and beyond what was asked of them so thank you very much ladies!

Definitely recommend this office! The ladies at the front desk were so helpful. I had a little passing out spell after a blood draw and the girls were so kind and made sure I was ok while helping me get back to normal and even gave me a snack to help. Hard to find such kind and friendly staff!!

Every staff member was rude, verbally short and dismissive. Medical staff was tossing specimen aroundas well as mumbles when talking making it hard to hear what they instructions are. Walk-ups are not advised. Call ahead and schedule your visit. If needing a drug test just go somewhere else if you can.

I am with Great Lakes Truck Driving School. We have worked with Advanced Medical for almost 8 years now. They have performed well over 4000 physical and drug screens for our students and employees through the years. We send people to them on a consistent basis and they have came to our facility and handled large groups at a time on many occasions . Raj and their staff have always been great to work with. I cannot say enough good things regarding our experience with the entire Advanced Medical family.

The waiting room was like an oven. The restroom was disgusting. Technician said it was cleaned everyday. If so they need to fire their cleaning service. Better make sure you have all your shots prior to entering this office and no plans for the rest of your day.

I have been serviced by this clinic for the last 13 of the 14 years of their existence I am one hundred percent satisfied and the charm of this place ooh wee! All around good people.

I have to take a drug test for my trade. Usually I drive to West Lake to use Mobile Medical Corporation for my annual drug test. They told me that I can use Advanced Medical Services in Parma so I wouldnt have to drive as far. I sat in the lobby for over 2 hours with only three people ahead of me. There was no reason for them to move so slow. After 2 hours I got up and left and drove to West lake to use Mobile Medical Corporation and it only took them about 3 minutes to proctor my drug test. I would never use Advanced Medical Services in Parma OH on Ridge Rd. ever again! They wasted a huge portion of my day.Update: 13 days after I left this review. Raj from Advanced Medical Services calls me in regards to my post from almost 2 weeks ago. I asked him why I had to sit there for over two hours was it to ensure that no one was trying to keep their urine heated? He then tells me that this conversation is recorded. I then without saying anything I hang up. He calls back and leaves a threatening message on my voice mail that hes going to take legal action against me and hes going to call my employer and so on. THIS MAN IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS MAN! I want people to know to make sure that you have a lot of time because you may just find yourself waiting in his lobby for a very long time. Raj I will not be threatened, harassed, or intimidated by you! I wonder how many others took there negative post down due to this mans threat.
