AFC Urgent Care Cleveland TN

The visit went very well. Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful! I not have to wait long. The nurse and PA were nice and efficient. I would’ve liked To have a more aggressive treatment for my respiratory condition, but they tend to go with the minimum.

I must say that I was very impressed. The lady at the front desk (a slim, dark haired woman) was very friendly and helpful. Very kind young lady, I forgot her name, but she even gave me more information to help me further, she didn’t have to, but she did. That by itself tells me that she does really care, and she deserves a raise; I insist! The nurse practitioner was awesome, she knew right away what my issue was, she was really experienced and very knowledgeable. Honestly I have lost faith in the health industry, because they really don’t have enough knowledge or experience and treat patients as an opportunity to make money and buy more Ferraris, but my experience in this urgent care gave some hope. Bravo, awesome job. I do highly recommend them.

Very friendly staff, nurses and Drs. The wait wasnt long at all! The Drs and nurses were very attentive and helpful. Pretty quick in and out. Tests take bout 20 mins, so not bad! Clean rooms as well!

The nurse (Kim) and Dr. Von Gremp were both fantastic! Kim was friendly and listened well. The doctor had great bedside manner and took time to explain my husband’s medical issue and answer questions. It was nice not to feel hurried through the process, but both still were efficient and got us in and out in reasonable manner. The waiting room and treatment room were both clean and bright which was appreciated. The check-in team were also kind and professional. Overall, the entire visit from start to finish was a perfect interaction. Highly recommend AFC in Cleveland.

Completing my paperwork on line before I arrived was very helpful. The desk staff as well as the doctor were so kind and personable. I was in and out in less than an hour and that was with waiting on test results. My meds were sent quickly to the pharmacy and thanks to all of that, I was feeling better soon.

They were all helpful and caring. I was in an out in time to get my prescription filled. NP Jessi Steve was wonderful I was feeling rough and they all took great care of me Im very thankful for them.

Took my daughter in for a neck xray and evaluation. The lady up front was extremely patient and helpful in answering all my questions. The dr and nurses were aLeo extremely friendly and I felt confident in their results and treatment plan. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Went in on Saturday for treatment for full body poison ivy rash. Paid significantly more than other urgent cares in the area. Dr. Schumann was in the room for less than 2 total minutes, and didnt even inspect my legs where the rash was the worst. I mentioned the rash was on my face and genitals, a sign of a very serious reaction. I Called back Monday and asked to speak to the Dr or Nurse because my ankle had become infected, hot to the touch, and I was unable to walk on it without shooting pains. Wanted to see if I could get a follow up antibiotic course, or any other sort of help. I had to call several times over 4 hours just to reach a nurse, as I was just sent to voicemail repeatedly. The nurse practitioner I spoke finally got to speak with was empathetic, but told me the notes wouldnt let her do anything, and to just follow the treatment plan. The problem was my treatment plan was not correct, and nobody seemed to want to offer any sort of help other than come back in and spend another 122$ just to be blown off.I went to another doctor who took my seriously, immediately prescribed a round of oral steroids and antibiotics. I know my body, and i knew something was wrong. AFC just dismissed me and made me feel like i was making up my symptoms.I guess this place is fine if you just need a doctors note, but dont expect any in depth of follow up care.

Of course I didn’t feel well when I went to AFC.  I was experiencing a great deal of discomfort.   The check in process was very easy & quick.   My wait time was minimal.  The staff I interacted with were great.   They were friendly & conscientious, quite efficient at their jobs.Rachael (PA) treated me, explained her findings, and offered her treatment suggestions.   Rachael made certain I didn’t have any unanswered questions.I am well pleased with every aspect of my care at AFC.

I loved everything about my visit! People were super friendly, very thorough and clear, and were super sweet and easy to deal with. Definitely going to come back and will recommend them to others!

AFC is an extremely professional and kind treatment center. I have moved to Cleveland only one week and was very Ill from nausea, UTI, and dehydration. The staff was so kind & ran tests to determine treatment. Their expertise kept me out of the hospital no doubt. I am thankful for their skill & kind manner, and highly recommend this provider.

Went in Yesterday, the 11th. Everybody was so nice and professional. I was a walk in but started my paperwork on the website on the way there, which was handy. They didn’t seem very busy and the wait time was Super quick. The PA that saw me was kind and professional. I appreciate that she didn’t seem rushed to get me out the door and took time to answer my questions and her calm manner helped calm me down as a nervous mom of a 1 year old. Thanks AFC.

I had a great experience, the ladys their were really nice and respectful. They were very quick to get me in and get me taken care of so that I could get to feeling better. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to be seen

The wait was longer but the staff were amazing. The office was super busy but everyone was kind an apologetic about the wait. They truly were doing their best to get to everyone quickly. Kim was the sweetest nurse too!

I was seen promptly. The nurse and PA were very kind and efficient. The PA said she’d call me in 2 days to go over the lab results. I’m always pleased with AFC.

Today, I had a little trouble finding someone to help me. My daughter sent me to AFC. I walked in and was greeted by the ladies at the front desk...kind, smiling, and so helpful. They took time to guide me through the paperwork. Kim took me back and once again, I was treated like family. Dr. Anne Neumann made me feel confident that the problem could be remedied and I began to feel better that afternoon. Thank you for being available today.

The ladies at the front are very helpful and caring. The nurse and PA who took care of me were compassionate and knew what they were doing. I was there when they opened, so I also didn’t wait long.Update: I went back in today for a follow up. Same wonderful care given from the reception staff, nurses and PA. Everyone is full of integrity and confirmed charges prior to doing anything since I am self-pay.

My nurse Kim and the Nurse practioneron duty were very kind and accommodating!I came in with a work related eye injury and they got me an appointment at a local optometrist as soon as I could get there. I am grateful for their professionalism and concern! I would highly recommend this facility!

Kim was an amazing nurse. Great personality and kind. The Doctor show real compassion and listen to my concerns and he explain my test results and told me how to help myself feel so much better with the home care he recommended I do.

I received great care at AFC on 5/31/24. Everyone beginning with intake reception to the nurses, radiology, and each person I met was friendly and helpful. Yes- and on-site x-ray!! Check in was completed easily on my phone.I was treated by Becky Neumann, NP. She is fantastic and took time to listen and decide what would best take care of my chronic 4-week respiratory problem. Had a cold for about a week, then developed an earache. Never been to AFC before, but my normal urgent care was closed. Staff was great, check-in was quick and easy (all online with smartphone), and was in and out in less than 25 min. Now my urgent care of choice!

Absolutely terrific!Nurse Terry and Dr. VonGremp were wonderful as was the front desk staff. This was my second visit to AFC Urgent Care and if ever needed, I will recommend to friends and family.

Went to AFC because I felt very sick. I got the best care by the ladies in the front desk Tiffany and by the nurses. Ariana was very helpful and understanding. And Luke was very attentive. Julia have me an X-ray and she was the sweetest. In & out.

I had injured my shoulder. Walked in for my appointment, I already had done the paperwork online before I got to the office and just sat down when they called my name. The nurse who took my vitals was pleasant and efficient, the doctor came into the exam room and proceeded to listen to my issues, she was very nice and pleasant, listen to my complaint and offered treatment and exercises for my shoulder pain. Very nice staff. I will come back in the future.

Very fast, and extremely nice staff. The nurses and the doctor were attentive and I felt that they really listened. Best part was being able to register online and not have to fill out a bunch of paperwork when I got there.

Helpful technicians, pleasant staff at front counter. Solv has a good deal of issues with their app, though. The front desk staff were very helpful to tell me which things actually needed to be done in the app and how to work around the bugs

Fast check in time and friendly, helpful receptionists. Having blood drawn is an unsettling thing for me, but Kim was gentle and experienced. She had the whole procedure over before we even finished our conversation, and I barely noticed a thing. All the staff are friendly and listen to concerns. Will always recommend

When I was in town visiting some friends, an urgent care was the last place I wanted to be. Tiffany made this visit a lot less stressful for me, she checked me in and treated me like a friend, she verified with my insurance and made sure I could be seen there (I’m from Florida). While we were waiting we talked about kids and husbands , She is amazing!!! If I ever need an urgent care when I am in town there I will go there hands down

We were visiting from out of town and my son had an injury to his heel that he was concerned about. We found AFC through a Google search. I’m glad we did. Everything about our experience was positive. Great front desk interaction, easy online forms to complete, triage nurse was pleasant and thorough, and the doctor we saw was great! He took the time to explain the injury and gave my son instruction on how to properly use crutches. I was very pleased with our experience.

Staff was so attentive and patient when I passed out after a vasovagal response to a finger stick. You have fantastic staff at this office, NP Becky Neumann and assistant Kim are great! Can’t say enough good about this clinic and the clinic in Athens TN.

It was not too busy and I was able to see a doctor in good time. All the medical and front desk staff were professional and made me feel like they cared about my well being.

AFC UC was a good choice. Needed lots if info but once through with that the appointment went very quickly & smooth. Would definitely go back.

Walked in with a cut to my right arm that required 14 stitches. The staff was very friendly and very efficient. The doctor was amazing and took care of the stitches in no time. I have been to AFC many times and have never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend AFC!

I’ve never had a bad experience here but this visit was aweful ! The dr told us that our son was just having a string of bad luck after being sick on and off for a month and had a fever at this visit. They didn’t do any test just looked in his throat and ears. Then the office personnel “forgot” to take my co-pay at the beginning and when I go to leave proceeded to tell me that my deductible wasn’t met yet and it would be $122 for the visit. The lack of communication and poor office management skills was sad. I won’t be going back.

Great experience. I got there early so the wait was minimal. Nurse and Doctor were both fast but thorough. This is nice, especially when you are not feeling well.

The nurse named (Kim) that checked me in was great. The doctor and the entire staff was awesome .The wait time after they take you back to the room could be improved.Thats just my personal opinion .

Experience was wonderful. Logged in to their website the night before. Completed the pre-visit paper work on line. The facility opened straight away at 8:00am. I was first in line and first to signed in. I was first to be seen, just as advertised. Anna was great.. Doctor “Toni”, she was superior. I was in at 8:00am and out at 8:45am… perfect visit. The reception staff was fine and pleasant, but the NP has been a nightmare to work with. All I need is a DOT Physical, and for some reason she will not accept my word that I use my CPAP, or even look at the usage data on the CPAP machine itself when brought in. She is requiring me to have a Doctor generate a usage report, while I do not HAVE a doctor. Thus no DOT physical and no ability to drive a work truck, but still out $115.

Alisha and Tiffany up front are great! They helped check me in and do my paperwork! Julia and Kim were compassionate and caring and really listened! Provider Becky was amazing and explained everything so that we could understand and got us on our way to feeling better!! Thank you all so much for always being here for our family!

Doctor and nurses were great. There were 2 ladies at the front desk, 1 was very nice snd helpful, the other was not. Unfortunately, i didnt get their names.

I was greeted warmly even though I had made my appointment with Ooltewah and showed up at Cleveland. Luckily the receptionist was able to cancel my appointment in Ooltewah and move all my paperwork to Leland seamlessly!!! It was fantastic!!! The doctor I saw was also very knowledgeable and put me on the medicine I would have chosen myself!! Overall it was a wonderful experience!!!

Fantastic Urgent Care I’ve ever been to!!! Start to End experience was phenomenal. I made an appointment online within the hour of me leaving my house and I filled out a new patient questionnaire form on my drive over. I was greeted by Lisa who was so sincere welcoming me in and getting me checked in. Camyrn was a sweet heart getting my height and weight initial baselines recorded and lovely Dr. Davis who completed my assessment/diagnosis and had me on my way to the pharmacy to pick up my script within 20 min of my appointment time. It’s a Saturday, it’s hot out and late in the afternoon but they sure made me feel better even before needing to take my antibiotics that I was prescribed. Thank you so much AFC Urgent Care. Y’all are wonderful and so glad I got to meet ya’ll. They even said “okay, bye, love you” when I was headed out the door hahah”

The nurse Kim was absolutely amazing! Very kind and understanding. The dr also did a great job listening to my problems and, trying to find a resolution! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

I was in excruciating pain and called an appointment to have an x-ray. Of my back. Was told maybe the pain was from a UTI, or a rash on my back! Tell them I need an x-ray to feel relieved that it wasn’t another fractures of the vertebrae. Told them I used Walmart for any scripts and they called the script into Walgreens several miles away. My pain was very severe and well over a 10 The report says that I said my pain level was a 4 out of 10. Not true. Communication was very poor!

Check-in was easy, I’ve done all my paperwork in the past so it was just a matter of confirm there were no changes.I was there for about an hour and a half but I had to wait on a strep test, then a mini test, and then a shot.The nurse was friendly, the doctor was thorough and the steroid shot she recommended had helped with the swelling of my tonsil.The staff were friendly, the office was clean and the visit went smoothly.

I went in for a toe injury from a previous autistic meltdown. I was nervous to be honest about my injuries due to being self inflicted. Being an autistic adult, I often meet judgement when being honest about myself. The nurse and doctor where so compassionate towards me that I cried when they left the room. Ive never experienced that so it was a pleasant surprise that left me emotional. They have obviously had some diversity training on all parts of the spectrum. Thats more than I can say about Clevelands justice system though. Thats a different review for a different site.

I was seen quickly and all the staff were great they were very helpful and friendly. My cough was taken seriously. Thy take very good care of there patients. I really appreciate this office

Treated quickly and was given information about my fall on my left knee. Thankful that there was no broken bones. . Excellent treatment. I would recommend Urgent Care to others.

Walked in for an infected finger, reception was quick, short wait, saw PA and she examined the finger and immediately recommended going to the hospital emergency room for treatment. I appreciated her grasp of the seriousness of the situation and she provided a write up for the ER detailing her findings. The clinic was clean and neat and quiet as well. Everyone was professional and nice.

Staff is rude and no privacy. They made a guy say his symptoms in front of the lobby. None of us needed to know he has diarrhea. The front desk girls need some common sense training. The doctor was nice.

I did a walk-in with my two-year-old. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. We didnt have to wait very long, and we were taken care of quickly once we got to the back as well.

Terri took great care of me and was very personable. It is the second time that I have seen him as the nurse tech. The doctor that came in and took care of me was very knowledgeable of my situation and sat down and listen to me discuss my symptoms and experience. I really appreciated him and it was the first time I had seen him there. Five stars all the way! I also appreciate the front desk staff. They are very kind and helpful.

My 16 year old son went in on Tuesday with a fever of 102, bad cough, and had been running a fever since Sunday. He was quickly looked at and told he had Covid. No tests were run. He was given a prescription pill for his cough. Come Thursday he was not improving. Friday his temp was 102, so I took him to his pediatrician.He did not have Covid. He does have Type A flu and severe case of bronchitis. Shame on you AFC for not devoting more time and attention to a younger sick patient. I am so thankful I took him to his pediatrician, for had I not, he more than likley been hospitalized come Monday.

The physician was very helpful and seemed to actually care but the nurse was not friendly at all. I waited about 2 hours to be seen with zero communication. The only person who apologized for my wait was the physician.

We had company in our home from outside of the United States, and they needed to be seen by a doctor. From the front desk to the doctor, our guest could not have been treated better. He stated he felt well within 24 hours of this visit. Thank you.

Kim was phenomenal. Super sweet woman and worked fast! Didn’t catch the lady who gave me a shot, but she was amazing as well. Spoke to me while administering it, to distract me from the discomfort.

Outstanding patient care and friendliness. The wait wasnt very long and after verifying my issues performed test to insure it wasnt covid or flu found out it was accute bronchitis and gave me steroid shot and prescription that has me feeling much better within a day.

Very organized, prompt, clean, friendly and efficient! Everything was explained thoroughly and understandable. Will be recommending them and if ever in need of an urgent care in the future I will definitely go back there again!

I called in advance and they gave me an idea of how long it would take. There are forms you fill out on your phone which makes everything pretty fast (so make sure you have an Internet capable fully charged phone). They got me in quickly. The doctor was thorough but speedy. They evaluated me and sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy and everything was fast and easy.

1st trip was unsuccessful. After going back a week later still Ill the Dr that helped was amazing. Slept all night after finally being able to breath better!

I had been feeling pretty bad for a couple of days and decided to go to AFC Saturday morning. Wait time was minimal and staff was very friendly. Cassie got me back in a room and was exceptional!! I was in and out on a Saturday within 45 mins. Highly recommend!!

I couldnt get in to see my Primary Care doctor so I decided to go to a walk in clinic.There was many in Cleveland to choose from.I am so thankful I chose this one.This will definitely b my go to from now on.Everyone was super friendly and very caring,from the ladies at the desk,the nurse that took me back.The NP that treated me was Jessi.She was AMAZING,VERY EDUCATED,PROFESSIONAL & PASSIONATE and GOD SENT! Theres no doubt GOD has truly BLESSED her with a gift of caring and treating others! She explained everything very well! I will definitely go back and will tell others about my GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Quick, efficient, kind and clean. Fortunately my use of AFCs services arent very frequent, but they are the only urgent care clinic i have used for YEARS as I have never needed to seek care elsewhere.

If I need an urgent care, AFC on Mouse Creek is my go doctor. All the practitioners are GREAT! Their office staff is A++. Definitely recommend.

My mother was having knee problems and we went to AFC. They were super friendly and we were in and out in no times, including X-rays. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with my visit at AFC. From the front staff to the back everyone was so nice and attentive. I really enjoyed the Dr., he was very informative and seems to truly care. This place was great in every area except the one place it matters. We came there to get my daughter checked for one thing. They did the test for us, we called about the results and we got an answer that did nothing for my daughter, nor was she prescribed anything.

Scheduling and checking in for my appointment was super easy. The staff took my concerns seriously and treated me so with much respect.

Very quick! No nonsense, got me in and out with no hassle, and I must say that it’s nice to have the tv’s in the room as a distraction for if you DO have to wait longer. Smart!!

Very nice staff. Doctor was excellent. Less than 50 minutes including strep, covid and flu tests. Along with explanation of my diagnosis and the care I should be taking. To top it off. A shot. Excellent service

When I came in with what I thought was a nasty sinus infection, everyone was so friendly and considerate. As I left with a COVID diagnosis, I still felt very pleased with everyones professional attitudes.

Everyone from the front desk to the staff in back were super nice. The wait was fine, had 9 in front of me, so took 1 hour to get back. The front desk had a rude patient that was not there and missed his call. When he came in, he thought he should go right on back.  They tried to explain, but he kept arguing with them. They finally told him we will get you back as soon as possible. They did with about 10 minute wait. I would’ve made him wait 2 hours. The office was very professional.  Will be back if need arises.

The bill was kind of a shocker. $125.00... either BCBS doesnt pay for urgent care, or that 80/20 charge would have been prohibitively high if I didnt have it?

Reception was nice! They didn’t offer any treatment plan and I was charged a copay and every visit before I’ve never had a copay or bill! So I think my insurance wasn’t ran properly!

This place is organized, clean, and they get you back fast. Lisa checked me in and was so kind and caring!

This used to be a great place to go. Be aware that now they bill your insurance as if they are an emergency room--without emergency room care. So your visit here will NOT be your doctors visit copay like it used to be. Now it will be your emergency room cost which for most of us is $250+. And they do not warn you of this billing practice. Greed gets worse and worse. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

I have been to this walk in Urgent Care many times. The front desk workers have always been very courteous and helpful. The office is always very clean. The doctors and nurses take the time to give their patients time and attention for a thorough evaluation. Questions are welcome and should you forget a question you meant to ask, they welcome calls and always respond. I would highly recommend (and have recommended to family and friends) AFC Urgent Care to others.

Absolutely terrible experience. First I call the Gun Barrel road location to ask if they could even treat a broken ankle. She replied yes, we can. Then proceeded to tell me the xray tech had left for the day. After a call back she tells me the Ottawa location has a tech till eight pm. After hobbling into said location, they inform me they too, do not have a tech and tell me Cleveland another 30 minutes away has an xray tech. After going there and waiting for near an hour, even after all paperwork filled out in transit. They confirm its broken and give me a splint and tell me that several orthopedic offices will be open on Monday. So in fact they did not treat me. They simply applied first aid and gave me an xray. I will be challenging this with insurance.

Im visiting family from out of town and this clinic was recommended by my cousin. Everyone from front desk, to triage, to the provider (NP Anne Neumann) was kind, friendly and efficient. The provider dug hard to diagnose my symptoms. Highly recommend!

Only did a strep test it was negative sent me home with a Drs note for work and told me overcounter meds so other than strep test and work note waste of time and $60.00

Honestly would give half a star for my most recent visit, I’ve been here two times total, the first time about 6ish months ago I got some Indian looking lady, sorry I do not know her race, she was very nice and friendly, sprayed my ear and got my ear blockage out of BOTH my ears when I had a problem with only one, she went the extra mile, this time I had a old white lady and told her the same thing I told the Indian lady, my ear has been clogged for 12 hours, it’s hard to hear and sometimes it hurts, i made sure to tell them that I was told to come back in around 6 months for a cleaning, the old lady decided to be lazy and look into my ear, decide it was an ear infection when clearly I just produce more earwax than the normal person, and then prescribed me some pills that would TEMPORARILY stop my problem, I said screw that and don’t want to take them because why would I want a temporary fix that would resolve DAYS after when her old unprofessional a$$ could’ve simply sprayed it out within 15 minutes, if I might add she had NO manners at ALL until I decided to show her how to use them, HALF A STAR OUT OF 10, ON THE OTHER HAND, the dude that checked my vitals was cool and had manners, he gets a 5/5 I mean he couldn’t do anything else, he did his job, she didn’t.

We love Jessie. She is the absolute best along with the nurses. Very grateful for them all. They have always been good and fast. Would highly recommend

Came in for an X-ray after being hit by a car in a crosswalk. Was told they dont do X-rays for motor vehicle accidents. Was sent out the door.

Urgent Care is a great place, and the staff at this location made my experience very easy. My entire visit was handled with professionalism and consistency. The front staff is well versed on the entire admissions process, including all protocols for insurance. After being admitted, the wait time was absolutely satisfactory. After I was taken to the exam room, within minutes the nurse entered the room and as we talked she took my vitals, then we talked a bit more as she prepared to leave my exam room. The nursing staff are very easy to interact with, everyone involved with the operation of this facility really impressed me. One hundred percent, I will recommend Urgent Care, especially this location.

Jessie at AFC Cleveland is amazing! In treating my 3 year old for a sudden onset of swelling in her eye, she was compassionate, listened, was very knowledgeable, and addressed all of our concerns. My child is much better after just a few days of medication. We would definitely go to AFC again.

Greeted with a smile by both friendly staff when I checked in despite the crowded waiting room and 18 patients in front of me with just 2 attending providers. You could wait in your car or lobby. Lobby was clean and comfortable and there was tv to watch. Someone from X-ray dept came and took my vitals and did my intake -she had a great attitude and made me laugh- I needed that. My exam room was clean. Then I saw the provider soon thereafter who right away assessed my concern. She went over my care instructions and explained to me what most likely happened and why I had not seen resolve of my medical concern. I didn’t leave with any questions - which is empowering - she asked me if I needed a work excuse, and had genuine compassion. When I checked out at the front there was a different staff member on duty along with a lady who was there before and both of them just talked to me like a kind human would speak to another human. Everything on iPads was easy and quick. It’s busy for a reason! Top notch care- thorough and time efficient .y’all are a great team!

When I arrived I was greeted by friendly and concerned staff. Check in was quick and easy on my phone. By the time I finished, I only waited a few minutes till I was called back to be seen. The PA was very thorough with her questions and made sure we were on the same page before prescribing treatment. I received a painless shot (thanks Kim!) and a prescription to begin taking in the morning. I was pleased to be seen so quickly and by such nice people! When youre in pain, thats what you want. 😁

The location is convenient, but I could see how it would be an issue for traffic, or even busy. However, when we arrived, the location was not very busy. The staff was IMMEDIATELY friendly. I had to complete the paperwork from my phone, which Im not too fond of, but it wasnt too complicated. No one gave us any grief whatsoever. The location was clean. The entire process was quick, painless, and beneficial. I think I mightve found my new urgent care location!

I checked in and was only in the waiting room 10 minutes at the most before being taken back to a room. The Medical Assistant was thorough and professional and friendly and compassionate. The Physician Assistant came in to the room and examined me and asked me some important questions concerning my state of health and why I came in. She diagnosed me and prescribed meds to get me well. In total I was in and out in 30minutes and was well taken care of. I always go to AFC Urgent care because they truly do care about you and getting you well.

This was my second visit in about 6 weeks. My review is the same. I was kept informed of my wait time, as they were extremely busy. Front office staff was professional and considerate. Medical staff was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Incredibly great care!

First time at this location and signing in was done online before arriving on my smartphone . The staff was very welcoming and we got in and out quickly with no issues. Amanda and Rachel were very friendly and knowledgeable on any question or concerns I had for them. Would highly recommend this location for any adult or child . This visit was for my child and it went great!
