I absolutely love this OB group and trust them with my life and my babies. They have delivered both my babies within the last year and every provider has always answered any concern I have and has made me feel comfortable in any situation. I highly recommend this OB group!!

Ive been going here for over 20 years, always had the utmost care and respect for all of my very different pregnancies and deliveries. Very caring group of Doctors and Nurses.

Dr Hansen and her nurse were amazing women! Felt like I was listened to and the problem was solved! Would recommend. Thanks ladies. I’m sorry I don’t remember the nurses name but she is awesome !

Kristin Kuhles and her nurse Molly were great at listening to my feelings and concerns regarding contraception. They validated how I felt and gave me full autonomy. Thank you!!

Honestly I loved unity point. I’ve always had them deliver my babies but I’m finding myself now choosing to go somewhere else. I recently found out I was pregnant and I’m not really sure who they have on their nursing staff answering the phones but they are very rude and not really professional. I just called to schedule a ultrasound as I was instructed to go after my labs came back great I told the receptionist that and her response was “oh we told you that?” And she put me on hold to check as it i was lying or something. Not really to happy with them right now

Called almost a year postpartum to try to schedule an appointment regarding PPD and PPA and was turned away and told they can only help for the first 12 weeks and then after you are on your own. They would not help. The receptionist spoke to me as if I was stupid and was super rude.

The doctors and staff here are just wonderful. I was able to see all of the doctors before delivering my first baby and got to know and become comfortable with all of them so It was a no brainer to come back for my second. They always answer all my questions and address my concerns. Also, Dr Dickinson in particular was and is phenomenal!! Great clinic.

This review is in regards to the clerical staff at the clinic. Not the doctors or nurses as they have been great. I had 2 insurances from 11/1/20 to 12/31/20 then my “primary” ended 1/1/21. So now I only have the second insurance so it’s my primary now. Yet even though I have said something every single time I’ve come in for an appointment the receptionist still has no uploaded my insurance correctly in my chart and the office and lab charges are not be submitted to that insurance at all. It’s even more of an issue now because I was sent a almost $3,000 bill because my insurance was not billed! I have told the receptionist the past three times I have had a office visit that I only have one insurance and yes I have called my old insurance and they show it’s cancelled and I only have the one. I have called my current insurance and they also show that. Yet the receptionist always says “well you have to call them and figure it out”. I have! Now the insurance company is telling me that the clinic needs to update my insurance as primary and resubmit all the charges but nobody at the clinic is willing to help me. I have provided a copy of my insurance card each time along with my ID. They take copies yet never bill to my insurance? What is the issue? I’m am so stressed about this and I feel like nobody is willing to take the time to fix it and now I have all this medical debt and I’m due in 11 weeks. Very disappointed.

They are 100% awesome I feel comfortable with them they actually talk to u and dont mind if there is a 2 year old in the same thank u so much through out my pregnancy.

Dr. Johnson and his nurse Katie are amazing! He truly cares about his patients!

I felt like Dr. Brown could not have done anything better. He delivered my twins and took care of my postpartum needs.

The front desk employees are not professional and the nurses too.
