Texas A&M Health Womens Care Plus

I was really excited about going here and Jennifer Light was so kind in person. But when we had a miscarriage I was reminded that I am just a number to the system. When I messaged them with concerns that something was wrong they did not help me make an appointment just told me to call in for a problem visit, no one answered. No one returned my call. When the baby had passed I called them to say I was looking at my deceased baby the lady at the front desk just told me to come in to make sure I really had a miscarriage. No sympathy or anything. I messaged saying I needed to cancel future appointments due to a miscarriage and all I got back was. “ your appointment has been cancelled”. I didn’t really feel cared for at all by this team during a really difficult time. Then to make things worst was sent a bill for $320 even though I had paid everything up front for my last visit and they told me that I paid everything and it was all taken care of… will be looking for a new doctor for future pregnancies.

Very comfortable, respectable environment.A positive experience with thorough testing and check-ups on your lady parts! I am at ease to return to these services in the future, thank you!
