Ashley was very kind and friendly not only on the phone, but also in person when I arrived. The College Station clinic was clean and organized nicely without even a five minute wait time. She remembered our conversation from two days before. She answered all of my questions and made sure I knew how to do my injections and that I was comfortable doing them myself. I give the clinic a five star review as I cant rate any higher. Thank you for your kindness and making me feel safe and cared for. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you again!

My mom and I love this clinic. The customer service is amazing and they are always willing to help out. Both ladies Ashley and Connly are extremely supportive in our weight lost journey. In total we lost about 20lbs in 3 months. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had zero wait, staff was very welcoming & friendly! Didn’t take long at all, I was in & out quickly, fast-effective & efficient! Can’t wait to go back. The Doctor sucks. She is rude, gives inconsistent information and lies about situations. VERY RUDE. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here. The front desk staff are very nice but the doctor(or whatever her title is) very unpleasant to deal with. I will go somewhere else to try the Wegovy program.Also, the pharmacy they use, when youre trying to refill the prescription, their rules are crazy. I was told that once its ordered and shipped out they are not responsible for loss,theft, or misplacement. Who wants to spend their hard earned money on this program? I dont and wont. I am at awe with how I was mistreated and lied on.

Started my weight loss medication today and called the office to ask a couple questions. The staff person was very helpful and informative. So excited to start this weight loss journey.

Due to working nights I rarely have any energy to do anything. I finally stayed awake long enough to go by the clinic and boy was it worth it. The staff were very nice and professional, the office was nice and clean and my overall experience was great! I would definitely recommend the Get Well Clinic to all my friends, family and anyone looking to have a life changing experience!

First and foremost, Connie was so helpful. I had no idea what I was doing when I walked in, but I walked out well-informed. I spoke with Ashley for a brief. And she was very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend it.

I had been looking for a weight loss clinic in town and that didnt charge $100s of for the program. Was driving down Southwest Parkway and saw the clinic and was very excited to see it opened. I would definitely recommend this clinic and its services.
