I had my iud removed at Cleveland Clinic and during removal the arm broke offThe Dr. at Cleveland Clinic wanted to give me a hysterectomy ..2nd opinion Dr.GRABERWe talked about my options, never felt Rushed,and during my exam he did try to remove it, didnt happenBut 2nd Try He got it Out with a small procedure .Dr.Graber made a Very Stressful Situation not that Stressful .Thank you Dr.Graber and Crystal for making it Happen .

If you are TTC don’t go here, I wanted a full check and all they did was do a pregnancy test, a Pap smear and they took a sample of my cervix. Told me to just let it happen naturally. Gave me a prescription for vitamins which I had to fight to get for 3 weeks because they send it straight to your pharmacy and it was the wrong one. Then I waited and waited to hear back on my cervix results and they never called me. So I had to call them, told me everything looked great and if I wanted to see my results I had to pay so I get them mailed to me. I filled out the payment sheet and emailed it back the same day 02/27. Today is 03/21 and haven’t received anything yet. The staff is not very professional, also every time I call I get a voice machine. Save your time and patience. Don’t recommend them.

I had an IUD replacement and had a great experience with Dr. Graber. Well, as great as one of those can go in my opinion. Idk what the last 2 Drs did to me to make the procedure so unbelievably painful but I wasnt even close in the amount of pain with Dr. Graber like I was with the other Drs. On another note, Ive read some terrible reviews about billing/claims with this office & I hope I dont get any big surprises in the mail.....Side note: I successfully edited and updated the address to the CORRECT location. I cant believe no one has ever taken the time to suggest the edit. Because the previous address was SO wrong. I even went to the wrong place my first time.

Dr. Graber is a good doctor, very kind person who listens to your concerns. I give 5 stars to the doctor as a doctor, but give 1 star for the negligence and incompetence in handling the medical bills to health insurance.Take the following as a big warning to new patients who want to see Dr. Graber:This office doesnt know how to bill properly health insurance companies, especially Blue Cross/Florida Blue health insurance. If you get any procedure done at his office, be aware that you will end up paying for the procedure from your own pocket, even though its a procedure covered by your insurance. Why? Because they dont know how to submit the claim with the right procedure codes, so they end up not getting paid by the insurance, and therefore charge the patient for it.Imagine that when I got my procedure, I was asked to pay upfront $250. Their reason: because they always get denied payment for the anesthetic injection and they have decided to charge the patients upfront for this. I was naive and paid that amount, and later on after talking with my insurance, they explained the reason is because they have submitted the wrong procedure, and they will pay if they submit the claim with the right procedure code. I told this office several times the reason why they dont get paid, and to re-submit the claim with the right code so they can get paid and give me a refund, and their answer is this is the way we do the medical billing in this office. In other words, they dont care if they are doing the medical billing wrong, they dont want to submit the right claim in order to get paid by the insurance since they have already gotten the money from the patient.And this is not all: they billed my insurance for $200 for what I paid $250. Months later, I received another bill from them stating that I still owe $155 for supposed co-pays I didnt pay (I paid them all). I went to their office and said oh no, its actually $41 you owe, what? and they couldnt give a clear answer. I told them that I dont owe anything, and that if I am sent to collection, I will hire a lawyer.Whats ironic is that when I arrived to the office, there was a lady arguing with them for an invoice she received owing them money for procedures done 4 YEARS AGO that the insurance supposedly didnt pay. I cant imagine how many more patients have gotten similar invoices showing that they owe money to this office when in fact, it was this office fault for being incompetent and negligent in handling the medical billing.Doctor Graber, it was nice meeting you and I thank you for your kindness and for treating me. I hope you can hire an expert in medical billing to handle your paperwork correctly, so your patients can be happy to continue seeing you. Oh and last thing: the lady handling the medical billing has a terrible attitude and terrible customer service, and I would advice to fire her.

Dr Graber and his staff are some of the most caring medical professionals I have dealt with. They really listen to me and dont treat me like I am faking it. To those of you who think they are scamming your insurance, I have never had a problem with them.

I have now seen Dr. Graber 3 times and I must say, I really enjoy having him as my doctor. Its very evident that he knows what hes doing. He always listens to my concerns and never discounts what Im saying. His nurse Charlotte is also amazing. I always look forward to seeing her. Cant say enough positive things about this office.

Dr Graber was beyond excellent, he did the entire body/glands check ( what a gyn must do) , listen to my concerns and of really important he was gentle doing my pap smear. Will definitely come back for my check up. Nurses are also excellent and respectful, first visit with a doctor you always have a lot of concerns , they nurses were really helpful.

I used to go here for a few years until he started making me come in every 6 months for a pap smear just to refill my birth control prescription even though all doctors usually give you a full year and only need to do a pap smear once a year. I think theyre committing fraud here with the insurances. insurances only cover for one Wellness visit a year. Will be switching doctors. So disappointed. I asked the front staff and they literally said theres a law that states he has to do that every 6 months. a joke.

Had my visit in October during my exam he stated that he sees issues with my uterus and ovaries as most women know that is the scariest thing you can hear. He sent me to have an MRI which cost me 350$ only to find out by the hospital I have nothing wrong with me. I have been trying to call and speak to the doctor or his nurses about my blood test results that I did in the office still have not been able to get in contact. It is now December! Please please please AVOID!!!

Very bad Dr, I almost loose my life because his neglecting; on the appointments I have to wait over an hour Naked in the room because he is always late,; he never gives a prescription at the appointments, he takes 3 days to send it to the pharmacy. A year later I received a bill because his staff doesn’t know how to make a claim to the insurance, the nurse station is a little table on the hallway with room just for the nurse, to go to the bathroom someone has to go inside a room in order to pass through. Drs like this shouldn’t licensed

The Doctor at this facility is kind, the nurses are also kind. However - they have billed my insurance over the course of the past year for incorrect procedures and i am now in collections for bills I do not owe - and even worse - the billing staff - Christina? is dismissive - dodges calls - and is extremely rude. I am reporting this facility for insurance billing fraud through my carrier.

This is a truly caring doctor that does not rush you in an appointment, and has a calm personality and is very well educated in his field.His office staff operates things the old fashioned way and is very efficient.

Dr Ben Graber is the most gentle ob/gyn dr I have ever been to! He is caring and concerned with woman’s health issues. I’ve been using him for 25 + years. An excellent doctor.

Stay away. needed a medical clearance. this doctor blocked me from a good career because he is unable to follow simple directions.

DO NOT GO HERE! They filed a claim with my insurance 5 YEARS LATE! I no longer have that insurance and the insurance company said it was too late to file, now I have to pay. I have NEVER heard of a doctors office filing 5 YEARS LATE! They are beyond incompetent and I will filing a lawsuit if they do not absorb the costs.

I really like Dr. Graber he’s the best. He’s wonderful. He listens to my needs. I will be going to him for my gynecological needs as long as he is in practice. The office staff is great too.

I’ve been seeing dr Graber for 20 years . He is the only doctor I like going to. It’s a shame his office staff are rude and unconcerned with issues when you need help in an emergency. It’s taken me 2 years to post this but ... some things need to change .
