I had the most wonderful experience at this Coral Springs “Walking Urgent Care, Inc. Judy, Jen & Jaime are extremely professional, knowledgeable & caring. Everyone here is wonderful!! Their attention and kindness made me feel very calm because I felt they knew what they were doing & would really take care of me. I was so impressed by the service that was offered,from the front desk to nurses to PA. The respect that they offer and the friendly atmosphere they create have no words. I went with full anxiety and came out relaxed as a feather. This is my urgent care place forever! Love you guys.

This team has always strongly evaluated and attended to my concerns/questions. Rubasha and Madison (I hope I spelled those correctly..) are great. They are willing to take the necessary measures to address your problems. This quality of care comes from good-hearted people who want the best for your general health. Youd hope that was true everywhere, but its not always the case. Thankfully, this place stands out.

I went in today, Id been feeling bad going on 4 days. They remembered me from the past, they are so nice and caring. They sent in prescriptions for me and said if Im not better in a couple of day to come back. Everyone there is awesome. Im thankful to have them.

The best experience I have ever had at a clinic. They were fast and through. I also got a follow up call to change the medication Jamie PA was wonderful and so was the nurses and receptionist.

Im so glad I came here. The atmosphere was amazing. Everyone made me feel right at home. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Caitlin was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. PA Rubasha was very easy to communicate with. Great place and overall team. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this clinic for a few decades and they always see you quickly and take care of whatever the issue is and get you back on the road to health. I am so grateful for the whole team and their kindness to myself and my family.

For years, my family turns to Walking Urgent Care when one of us is between providers, or when the pediatrician is booked and we need care same day. The staff are kind, efficient, and considerate of their patients. The office is always clean and I’ve never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. They offer Telehealth visits when appropriate, which is very convenient. They always follow-up to make sure patients are doing well post-visit. Caitlin and Jamie are particularly wonderful, especially with stressed mamas.

5/5 stars. 100% the best urgent care. My mom and I have been coming here for about 2 years now, the staff is always friendly and treats everyone with kindness. The workers go beyond the medical needs and do their best to help out however possible. Shout out to Laz for helping me outside in the very hot sun.

Rubasha Masood, P.A., is wonderful. Very gentle, caring and thorough when addressing my wound! Shes the BEST!Jen at the front desk is always smiling no matter what time of day and able to answer all billing questions.I just wish they could be my primary health care for all time!

During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of being attended to by Jamie, the Physician Assistant (PA), and Caitlin, the (MA). Both Jamie and Caitlin were exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Their positive and friendly attitudes truly made a difference in my experience. Thanks to the staff’s approach, expertise and warmth, I always feel confident returning to this facility for any medical needs.

Worst health care facility I’ve ever encountered. My husband went in for JUST antibiotics due to our flu symptoms (they then made him wait OUTSIDE in the scorching heat). The bigger issue though is they gave him extra meds and whatever they gave him nearly k!lled us overnight. When we called to make them aware of the situation they completely dismissed us and basically hung up the phone. Total disregard for our lives and well being. They’ll take your money and then turn around and tell you to go to the ER. Such a scam/waste of time and money. They offered zero relief and take no accountability for what could’ve been a deadly outcome. No apology, NOTHING! I’ll be honest though I’m not surprised since I don’t trust doctors for this exact reason. Also the clinic is rinkydinky and hardly a place you’d want to receive care from according to my husband. We only decided on this place based on a “friends” recommendation but we’ll never go again nor will they be getting any recommendations from us. I wish I would’ve read all the bad reviews before having my husband go there. Seems like this place is half malpractice and half winging it. Please save yourself the grief n aggravation and choose a more reputable & reliable healthcare facility. We will also be reporting this incident accordingly. Hope this helps!

It’s always such a great experience walking into this urgent care. We’re always treated so nice today we saw Caitlin and Jamie and they were so attentive with my sick 5 year old. I highly recommend coming here when your not feeling your best or need a physical for sports or school

It was the best experience for me. Judy and.Jamie and Laz and Gilda are the best team. I have only had bad experiences with other urgent cares, but now I will only come here! They were very attentive, educated and did not keep us waiting.

Went to this clinic due to a sinus infection. I was in and out in 10 mins! Such a breeze to check in and to be quickly seen by Caitlin to who took my vitals and was super friendly. Then I saw the PA Rubasha Masood who was so nice and quick and efficient with her assessment. Everyone was super friendly and made sure that I got what I needed.

Such a great experience! No wait with a super friendly and supportive staff. Judy was quick and precise with testing my symptoms & Dr. Jamie was very knowledgeable & figured out my diagnosis after my exam. Highly recommend!

I will have to say, most times I am skeptical of going in places I have not been yet. I got there and filled out new paperwork. I was pulled and seen by the nurse within 30 minutes and the Dr. within 10 after that. If you are honest about your symptoms they are amazing. Having only left hours ago and gotten home, my fever is now broken and symptoms are manageable with the prescriptions. Thank all you amazing ladies to helped me tonight to get on the road to recovery!

Wow what a pleasure our visit was! From check in to check out I was thoroughly impressed. With teenagers I am often visiting urgent care for sick visits. Because of bad experiences prior I decided to check out google reviews before picking the place to take my daughter. Walk in clinic is beyond friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. As a person fighting cancer, I appreciate the extra precautions in place to keep everyone safe, including patients and staff. The PA was awesome and was so knowledgeable. I will now only use Walk In clinic of Coral Springs for all of my families urgent care needs

Very satisfied with this facility & its staff. They took the time to investigate my illness, took x-rays w results in 30 minutes, gave me medications & treatment on the spot & sent Rx to pharmacy. Clean & bright, friendly. Choose them!

Caitlins vibrant energy made today’s visit a good experience and Jamie was very helpful and quick to tell me what I needed to feel better, overall very good environment and nice people. Not usually a good time in urgent care but they made it one.

Really good experience. I went in after crushing my toe in a car accident and was taken back by the medical assistant very quickly to get an x-ray. The PA was professional and was able to tell me that I had three broken toes from the xray. I was able to get the proper boot for my foot and was referred to ortho. I recommend this place to all my friends. I am very happy with my experience and am recovering quickly.

Many thanks to all the staff there. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors and nurse were so nice and caring. I had an issue with my eye and walked in at 7pm. The waiting time was no more than 10 mins max. I had my issue resolved and walked out with medication.Many thanks again and God bless you all at this clinic!

The Dr my Step-son saw on Sunday evening was great. The staff on the other hand, needs more training when it come to helping the patients. And running the office. I have made 3 trips to get an itemized copy of the bill and services that were provided. They gave me 3 sheets of paper showing payments, but not what those payment were for. They dont accept Health Savings Account payments.after being processed a copy of the bill was going to be emailed, which never happened. Finally after 3 day I got something close to what I need.

Even though the staff were busy, the place seemed to be under control and I never felt the pressure, from checking in and those providing the medical care I can only say one word EXCELLENT !! By far the best Urgent Care Center I have ever been to! The front desk is friendly, helpful and Adrianna Mattoli, PA goes above and beyond to listen to her patients. She shows compassion and truly cares about how you are feeling! Her goal is to make sure you are comfortable and to get you feeling better. Highly recommend this clinic and staff.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this walk-in clinic, and I feel its important to share my feedback. I called around 8 pm to inquire about their closing time, and I was informed it was 9 pm. However, upon arriving before 8:30 pm, I found the doors locked, though the lights inside were on.Despite knocking and calling, there was no response. To my surprise, the lights were promptly turned off, and it seemed like the staff was intentionally avoiding our presence. This level of unprofessionalism is concerning and not what one expects from a healthcare facility.Effective communication and transparency are crucial in a healthcare setting, and unfortunately, this clinic fell short in that regard. I hope this feedback helps them address these issues and improve the overall experience for future patients.

This is the best urgent care my mom Aviva Eckhaus Beyhan went to. She said the people are so nice, especially Judy, the nurse, she cleaned my ears after attending an Ent that couldnt get the job Judy managed to do it .its the best. I had the best experience here :)

Dr Nawabi and his staff are truly remarkable. He was mine and my husbands doctor when we lived in Coral Springs. We always felt we received the best medical care, Dr Nawabi is an amazing, competent physician.

I used Walk -in Urgent Care today for the 1st time in many years. The Staff is super friendly and both the waiting and exam rooms are nice and clean. Although the office was super busy today everyone from the reception area , X-Ray room and the PA were apologetic about the wait time and they were very efficient and courteous . It’s hard to find urgent care centers like this and I would definitely recommend this one.

This urgent care has some of the nicest staff, eager to help and care for patients. The PA Jamie and Adrianna are really informative and caring with great bed side manor such Tania and Caitlin as well. When I walked in Latoya greeted me with a positive attitude and was very nice to me. I recommend this to my family and friends.

I never going back there again, I paid 130$ for them just to tell me that I will get better in days that if I bleed or get worst to go to emergency. The doctor wasn’t helpful at all. Paid for a 1 min talk. And I I had insurance. SCAM PLACE don’t go

Dr. Nawabi is an exceptional Doctor. He goes above and beyond to make sure the patient is healthy and gets the right treatment . He even answered my call at 10pm at night to help me with my medical issues. I’m so happy that he is my doctor and I would not see anyone else!!!

Update: My daughter continued to experience pain after leaving this office. 5 days into taking amoxicillin , I called to figure out what was the issue and a curt woman answered the phone and simply provided the name of another urgent care clinic. There was absolutely no concern for my child’s discomfort nor any possible insight as to what may be happening. A complete turn from the previous visit.My 6 year old had a bad ear infection and was in pain upon our arrival. We were greeted warmly from the moment we entered into the door and within minutes of signing in- we’re taken to the back to be treated. The medical assistants that we interacted with were extremely caring and patient and the doctor was quick, thorough and knowledgeable. They even gave us an opportunity to quickly fill in office instead of having to wait for our pharmacy. At one point my daughter was in so much pain after us receiving her medication that they even ensured to give her pain medicine prior to us leaving the facility. And of course she left with smiles with lollipops from the front desk. Thank you all for such a warm and kind visit. It means a lot with a child in pain.

I brought my son into this Urgent Care for the first time and it was a very pleasant experience. Adrianna was the Physician Assistant on duty that day and she was such a delight. She took her time to listen to our concerns and carefully explained her suggested course of treatment. I will definitely go back to see her in the future. It was a refreshing change to see a medical professional that truly cares.

The staff here is so friendly and there is barely ever a wait. I come here a couple times a month because its very fast, clean, convenient and the staff is nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place.

So grateful to God that I found this clinic. I was tired of being treated like a customer at other clinics. Everyone here is so nice, and its not even Friday. The staff is so friendly. The P.A. and front desk all have a smile on their face, you can tell mask and all. I got a physical and blood work and left happy. Their prices are very reasonable, even without insurance. Staying with them forever.

Doctor was great. Unfortunately, the front desk staff very rude. Spoke to front desk regarding a charge and she continued to cut me off on February 3 at 10am. A poor front desk is not a good way to grow any business. This person should not be answering the phone.

Came in and got exactly what I was looking for. An In and out consultation with the P/A. I think her name was Jessica Who was super helpful and sweet and was referred right away for an MRI within the hr.. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have never written a review before, but this is necessary. Everyone at the Coral Springs Urgent Care Clinic has been amazing. An unmatched level of care is always expressed, unlike most medical offices (I know this because of my own experience with numerous medical services). When seeking help, they have delivered. I am forever grateful for everyone at this clinic.

Literally the best experience I’ve had for walking urgent care. I got everything I needed. I don’t feel any pain with the blood work thanks for the experienced staff there and the whole experience is just wonderful. Angelica recommended X-Ray which is exactly what I needed. You can just tell the staff there are not like the usual type of Urgent care who just want to get everything over very quickly, they are professional!!!

These are the nicest, most helpful people! I was seen immediately, which was wonderful. They are easy to talk to and extremely efficient and caring. I have been here five or six times in the past and its always the same way, I would never go anywhere else. You get what you need without losing half a day. I recommend them to all my friends, you just could not find a better place, especially when it takes 2 months to see your own doctor.

Truly love this place the day before I went to the urgent care I was in the hospital they charge me $150 did an ultrasound on my leg their labs and sent me home with all the pain that I was in didn’t even do an x-ray. I went to urgent care they did an x-ray found liquid in my leg. Found out why was hurting gave me medication today. I’m back at work. I cannot think them enough. The doctor or the nurse is the staff I will never go to the hospital again from this point on it will always be to urgent care. I truly truly truly appreciate every single person that works there including the doctor

I came in Wednesday and I was in and out in under an hour. The staff is so nice and helpful! Linda Landsman was the sweetest health care provider Ive had. The doctor was knowledge and I felt very safe. My lab work came in quick and the provider was able to give me feedback the same day. I highly recommend!

I went in with a swollen eye, it was late, about 45 minutes before closing, but the staff couldnt have been more pleasant or kind. They took wonderful care of me, made sure I understood what had caused my issue and made sure I got the proper meds. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing compassionate urgent care thar doesnt require hospitalization.

Walking Urgent Care treated me very well. When I was not feeling well and tested positive for covid one of the mangers named Amanda was very helpful. She helped me in a kind and orderly manner. She did a rapid test on me and it came back positive, I was able to purchase the medication I needed and the doctor called to check on me the next day and I was feeling much better. Next time I do not feel well I will be going there instead of my primary doctor it was a much quicker experience.

I love this office and their staff. My dad and I have seen, PA Luana Dias and she was awesome! She took her time to listen to us. She made some great recommendation and prescribed the proper medication. We were feeling better the very next day. We would highly recommend this urgent care.

This is a great walk in urgent care facility. First it is owned and operated by a physician and is not part of a large chain. He is great and his staff is wonderful too. They are professional and sensitive to the needs of the patient. I highly recommend this facility. Both my wife and I have used it on many different occasions.

Just got home from my 1st visit with this clinic. Was in severe back Pain. Was the second patient of the day sign in went smostly. The whole staff was Wonderful. The X-ray technician was very patient with me. I highly recommend this clinic.

Walking clinic deserves 5 stars for their quick and easy services. I was only there for 2 hours total with a full waiting room (which is great time compared to any other “urgent” care.) All doctors and nurses were polite and easy to understand. Communication was thorough and my injury were treated with gentle hands. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

This is the best urgent care Ive ever been to. Everyone treats you with great care and respect. Theyre very professional and very courteous. I first encounter them during Covid, and the treatment they gave was wonderful. They made my daughter and I feel at ease with the way they handled us. They didnt make us feel like we were bothersome because of Covid, the way some other urgent care places made us feel. Today I came here because of a foot infection that I went to an ER for. The ER just looked at my issue and gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. Today I was seen by Jamie Breslin PA, and another girl ( I am so sorry I didnt remember her name who took my X-rays and gave me two (painful ) shots. Its amazing the difference in treatments between the ER and this urgent care. I cannot thank them enough for the time and patience they each took with me. Ms Breslin actually took the time to clean my feet and medicate them both and then wrap them. Ive read some negative reviews about this place that just didnt make any sense to me at all, especially after the two experiences Ive had with them. So have a blessed day and keep up the fantastic work that you do. And before I every think about stepping foot in an ER again, Ill definitely be coming here.

We stopped in here this evening for a work related injury my spouse had treated. Everyone from the front desk, medical assistant, X-ray tech and PA were incredibly kind and personable. Going to the doctor is uncomfortable, but the staff here was the perfect mix of professionalism and humanity. We will be coming back here if we ever need to use an urgent care again.

This Urgent Care Clinic will put you at ease. The environment is calm & friendly . Judy the X-ray tech is great. Lou Anna the PT is very knowledgeable & thorough & has a very kind caring demeanor. I would go there again !( but hope I don’t have too 😅)

I have not been a fan of walk in clinics in the past. Ive found them impersonal and the treatments to be conveyor belt style. I took a shot in the dark with this place because they were close and found out in the process theyre the exception to my previous experiences. The staff discussed options for treatment with me, genuinely seemed to have a concern for my welfare as a patient and followed up with me. Sam, Judy and Jamie helped me start doing a 180 from where I was when I hobbled in there. If you need a walk in place for emergency care I dont think youll find a better place.

Looked great at first. The receptionist was great. We went in because my husband was having back pain and ear pain. When the doctor came in he was very indifferent and negligent. He told my husband to stand up and my husband was clearly in pain so I had to help him. He told him he would give him 2 shots of muscle relaxer and left the room without further instruction. When the nurse came in to give him the shots we told her my husband was also having ear issues but the doctor left so quickly we werent able to even ask him. The nurse told us they wouldnt help us with that issue because our copayment only covered 1 issue at a time so we would have to pay our $30 dollar copayment once again if we wanted their help with the ear problem. Ive never been to a urgent care that only helps with 1 issue at a time. THEY CLEARLY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR HEALTH.

Dr NAWABI , Maddie and Jeniffer are the best!!! I go to this urgent care from Fort Lauderdale because of how friendly accommodating they are. They always make sure to get me in fast and call me with my results right away. Thank you again staff .

The service you get her is just awesome. I went into the office for a chest x-ray first thing Friday and was in and out within 30 minutes. I wanted to go in to pickup records for a previous visit but didnt have the time, the had it in my inbox within 10 minutes. Theyre very efficient and seems to care about their patients. I will continue to go here as long as theyre capable of the task at hand.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. By far the worse urgent care Ive ever been to. The receptionist are rude and ghetto you walk in and they act theyre mad at the world. Went in with ear pain told to come back for an ear lavage. When i got back their was still fluid in my ears. Every visit it a different Physician assistant who had no clue what was wrong. They sent drops that werent covered by my insurance, So I called back to have an antibiotics sent instead. I was told I would have to come in for a new prescription which made no sense when it can be sent directly to the pharmacy. Receptionist purposely put me on hold for ten mins so I could hang up, I call back and she says GIRL and hangs up in my face. Very unprofessional. Its like they purposely want to create visit after visit to bill the insurance company. Ill be finding the appropriate party to write a formal complaint to and have this hole in the wall should be investigated for their illegal activities and unsanitary office!

Great experience and medical care . The PA Adriana was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and answer my questions . Office staff was nice too. I had to call again the next day with a question and spoke to Dr. Nawabi. He listened and addressed my concern . If you can’t see your PCP for minor care, I strongly recommend this urgent care !!

Excellent service, very friendly. … and, when I had an issue w a scrip that wasn’t covered by my insurance, I called the clinic, they looked up my case and called the pharmacy w an alternate. It’s SO nice to get such efficient, professional and friendly service.

The worst urgent care experience. Not only was I overcharged for the visit but the staff was very lackadaisical. Not attentive to my needs and dismissive.

This is absolutely the best Urgent Care clinic that I have been. I took my dad there last Sunday. Everyone was very helpful and professional. We did have to wait a little but that is normal for any doctor office plus was a lot of people in from of us. My big point is that they did all tests they could to give me the right diagnosis . The next day doctor called me and explain all blood work. I highly recommended.

Dr Nawabi has been caring for me and my family for many years. He is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever known. He has a great bedside manner, listens, is NEVER condescending and always goes above and beyond what one would expect of a doctor...and far beyond what one would expect of an urgent care facility. He and his staff treat everyone like family and I wish he was our primary care physician!

It was apparent from the moment that I arrived the staff was stressed and busy. Nevertheless, 3 out of 4 staff members were extremely professional. I was able to speak with a physician and checkout in less than an hour after arriving. It was a non-traditional visit but I was able to obtain a prescription to get the necessary medication. If you are visiting any urgent care, you have to be patient and have an open mind. Its a very busy season and the staff are working non-stop.

The wait time was shorter than an ER. The staff was friendly and courteous. The doctor was nice, knowledgeable... they diagnosed me with type A flu (didnt know there were different designations), I had a list of symptoms that they listened to and he answered all my questions. He gave me 2 shots right there at the office, which helped me feel better faster, and they were able to fill my prescriptions right there at a very reasonable price which meant that I could go home, not to a pharmacy, and get some rest right away. I would recommend this urgent care facility to anyone that doesnt want to be treated like a number.

I’ve been going to this Walk In Clinic for a over 20 years. At one point they even saved my life!I have a regular MD but when I come down with something and I need to be seen quick and easy I don’t hesitate to come here. I’ve brought my kids, family and friends here over the years and highly recommend this place! They take great care of you here. I don’t consider it a clinic, I consider them one of my Doctors. You should too!

I have been to this walk-in clinic 3 times now and they never disappoint. Almost every staff member from the front desk, to the nurses, as well as the doctors treat you with compassion and seem to genuinely care. I dont go to the doctor unless absolutely necessary and I’m very grateful to have found them :)

I went there yesterday and it was my third stop. I had already stopped at two other urgent cares and emergency room. The girls in there were so nice and friendly. They had me bandaged and out the door completely ready to go in an hour I will never go to any other urgent care about them. Best experience😁

This has been my third time at this urgent care center and they are the absolute best!! All of the staff are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable.. each Doctor and Physicians Assistant treated me with respect and took the time to actually listened to my concerns.

This experience started off with my daughter visiting the urgent care with pain and was quickly told to go to the ER ! She felt the way she was treated not right doctor in a rush! she was also being charged more but the office didnt know why so she was told to call today as she did and couldnt reach what people call office manager when she did Amanda was rude and also told her why she want to the urgent care instead of a hospital and if she knew the difference between both where do they find these people so I called the office and of course she did not want to talk so I had the doctor call back to my surprise the doctor was as rude as her I wanted to speak to him about Amanda and all he kept telling me was do you know the rights of America we cant give out information about your daughter and so on so I said to him Im not calling about my daughters health if you give me a little time here to speak it was to tell you about your office manager quit sending people to the emergency room because I guess she doesnt want to work or whatever the case may be and to inform him but she didnt even give me the opportunity and then hes explaining things to me like Im some type of immigrant when I fully understand him and personal information about health was not what I was asking so he took offense but he took immigrant to another extreme and started telling me that he works more hours than me and that hes not on welfare he doesnt get the e b t and so for which I thought was rude someone calls themself professional to speak to someone or anyone that way bottom line dont ever go to this place the experience was an experience that shouldnt happen to anybody the worst experience the ruinous of every single person in there Ifrom the office manager to the assistant and the doctor and Im pretty sure Ill get a reply saying its a bunch of lies but its not its all very true go on your own Risk save your money as well and check your paperwork worst place ever so the doctor said everything is recorded you should let all your patients there listen to whst the doctor said

Can’t say enough great things about this amazing medical practice! We were new to the area and after a two hour wait at a nearby pediatric office, decided to take my older child to what I hoped would be a faster experience for his school physical. Not only were we in and out within about 30 minutes, the entire staff was absolutely WONDERFUL!Dr Paul is the shining star, however. This incredible professional is truly an example and aspiration for the medical community. Filled with knowledge, wisdom, experience and a huge caring heart, I knew at that first visit we had found our new family doctor HOME. ❤️Dr Paul was so encouraging and kind to my teenager, gave us very helpful advice and really helped him at a level much deeper than a school check up. When my son got sick the following month, we both felt relieved that Dr Paul was right around the corner for another wonderful visit. Since then I moved my youngest from the overbooked pediatric office to this practice, and it’s also where we turn to for our adult care. Dr Paul has become our beloved family doctor!He is sincerely the most caring and wonderful provider we have ever met! We’re so grateful for the whole practice which is filled with very friendly and top notch staff from the moment you enter. I will never go back to the hassle of scheduling appointments with long waits now that my family has experienced the convenience of this fantastic walk in facility and FAR SUPERIOR medical care and front office service! Did I mention they also have an in-house pharmacy?Honestly, Dr Paul is so wonderful that we would follow him wherever he is, but thankfully he’s already in a fabulous practice that is beautifully run and highly recommended by every member of my family! Best urgent care Ive ever walked into. Every single person I encountered was kind and super helpful. I dont live in the area but in any case I would go out of my way to make the hour drive just to come to this clinic. Amazing clinic!

If I could give -5 stars I would. I went in for a lab test. They told me the results would be in within 30 minutes. They call me that same day to say that they couldn’t perform the analysis on site but that the lab results would be ready the next day. The next day they didn’t call me so I called to check on my results. They told me the results are not back yet but that I should check back the next day. I called again the next day. This time they told me that they couldn’t access the results with the lab and they were going to contact the lab to inquire about the delay. A whole day passed and nobody called me back with regard to what happened at the lab. The next day I called 9 AM to ask about the lab results. They again told me that they were going to talk to the lab to see if they could figure out why there was a delay which means they had not actually called the day before. I called again at noon and they had still not contacted the lab to inquire about the status of my lab results. I called again at 5 PM and they still had not called the lab to inquire about my lab test results. I actually had to call back at 6 PM and that’s when they for the first time called the lab. When they spoke to the lab apparently my specimen had gone missing. They have no idea what happened to it and as a result after waiting for four days not only do I not have lab results but I now have to submit myself to go in for an exam again. I asked for a refund and the lady who answered the phone stated that she would text me a picture of the refund immediately. No refund has been issued. I think worst of all is I waited for over three hours in order to get the test. Then waited four days and literally had to call them repeatedly to get a response. I do not wish this on anybody. There are plenty of urgent cares in the Coral Springs area and I recommend that you go to another one.

I went to visit the clinic. I was really feeling very ill. I knew that I was a diabetic, but I did not know that I was type one and type two. Thanks to Dr. Nawabi. He was able to do tests and find the correct medication for me and thanks to him. I feel much better he saved my life. I was treated very well by the staff who welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable during my time of difficulty. I still am a loyal patient to Doctors Nawabi to this very day. Message: My first visit today. I needed to have stitches removed from my back. I had an appointment with one of your local competitors. When I arrived, they said it could be two hours or more before they could see me, but could not guarantee anything. They said that their appointment was a courtesy, not a commitment. I called other walk-ins, and their process was either too involved, or they did not remove stitches. I found your website, and called. Theyoung lady I spoke to was exceptionally courteous and helpful. When I arrived, the process was efficient, and I saw Paul in about twenty or more minutes. Paul was great. Did the procedure (in part correcting my dermatologists short coming) and it was almost painless. Paul answered all my questions, and I was out in less than a hour. I definitely will use your services if ever needed, and will definitely recommend Walkin Urgent Care.

New to the area and found this with a google search. The staff up front is really nice and are very competent young ladies. The doctor was easy to carry on a conversation and beyond knowledgeable about my sickness that brought me in and type-2 diabetes that will bring me back.. We went ahead and did my labs and I have found my new doctor in South Florida! Highly Recommend.

I came here this morning to be seen with Covid. The staff could not have been kinder. They saw me in my car to keep everyone safe. The Dr. Was amazing as was the nurse and rest of staff. I am so impressed. It was so easy and fast. I am truly grateful.

What a gem I discovered today at the Walking Urgent Care in Coral Springs. The staff at this facility exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service. Never in the history of healthcare treatment have I ever been told to wait outside due to having symptoms of COVID-19. I brought my daughter to this urgent care for the first time, listed her symptoms on the check-in paperwork (symptoms of a cold/possible virus) and was told to wait outside with her because she had symptoms of COVID without determining for sure if she in fact had COVID. They performed a COVID test and advised that it would take 2 days for the results. I asked about administering the rapid test to determine if she in fact had COVID and they said it would cost over $160 to do so out-of-pocket. They kept us waiting outside (once again, completely not normal since this is supposedly a healthcare clinic, which expects sick people to walk in). They also advised that the PA would just prescribe medication based on the symptoms without actually knowing if it could potentially be any other type of viral infection. To make matters worse, they did not check my daughter’s vitals, chest, back, ears, mouth to determine if there were any other potential sources of her symptoms. This was not a normal urgent care check and after having worked in the healthcare fraud industry, I STRONGLY ADVISE SEEKING URGENT CARE TREATMENT ELSEWHERE. The first red flag 🚩 after arriving was being charged a credit card processing fee on top of my copay if I chose to pay with a card, and only paying the true copay amount in a rendered cash. I was also advised due to staffing issues, if one clinician gets sick from a patient then it would affect their ability to maintain the clinic operations, which was why I was advised to stay outside—that any patient that has a fever will be told to wait outside and cannot be properly treated at the center. This demonstrated that the continuity of the business was more important than the patients.

The staff Judy and Mike were very friendly and professional. The PA, Virginia was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with all my questions. She went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. I would highly recommend this urgent care center as a alternative to any emergency room. 6 stars!

So I’ve been to this urgent care a few times and everyone is always so nice and attentive. I went for a Covid test for me and my daughter today , and yes I waited literally 6 hours, but it had nothing to do with the staff or the facility in itself. There was a ridiculous amount of people there for testing. When I checked in at 10:30, there were already 50 people ahead of me. As I waited, I was impressed with how hard the staff was working. In and out trying to get to everyone as quick as possible, with the best quality of care, and on top of that being berated by people angry bc of the wait. People just don’t understand the time it takes to do things especially when it’s a new patient. Verifying insurance, getting patient medical history, preparing the tests, etc. Being in the medical field, I know and understand. Long story short, these woman deserve a raise! Every single one of those woman worked their BUTTS off, non stop! And you could tell they were exhausted but still kept on going with the friendliest attitude. Yes, the wait sucked but that comes with the territory when there’s high demand. Thank you everyone at Coral Springs Walking Urgent Care for being awesome! Appreciate all you do!

My first impression looking at this storefront urgent care. I wasnt sure if I wanted to go walk in.First impression was far from the truth this urgent care is extremely well done on the inside.The staff are extremely great ,friendly and thorough. My Pa set me on the right path in getting better.This would be the only urgent care I would ever recommend to friends,family as well as strangers.

Highly recommended. The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I was a walk-in and although they were busy, a P.A. saw me in less than 15 minutes and I had a physical, blood work and EKG completed in about an hour. I have been here several times and rely on them as my primary care physicians.

I have been to this urgent care more than once. The doctors and staff are all very kind and very fast. They get me in and out as quickly as possible while making sure to tend to all my needs and questions. On my last visit, on Christmas day, I was the last patient and Dr. Nawabi and his staff stayed half an hour after closing to do all they could for me. I was recommended to visit this urgent care by another happy, repeat visitor and I have recommended others who have had good experiences as well.

I went to the clinic when hurricane Dorian was supposed to go by, they were short on staff but still did their best to see everyone. The wait wasnt long considering the timing. Micheal at the front desk was also seeing patients before the doctor, he did great. They gave me what I needed to treat my problem, and the next day I was almost like new.

My throat hurt so badly I felt like I was swallowing razors. The wait for this urgent care wasn’t bad and Angelica the PA was very helpful and diagnosed my strep throat very quickly. Got my prescriptions right away and I’m already feeling better. Thank you Angelica!

I was desperately searching a place to take my son since he not only had high fevers but he complained of an earache. We usually go to pediatric associates, but it was past 8pm and I knew they were closed. I came across this urgent care in Coral Springs… not only were they super quick, they were extremely friendly! I definitely recommend them.

Service is great here. I have been coming here for a number of years, $105 for an office visit is excellent. Went in this past Sunday with white spots on my throat. I was checked in, examined, strep tested and had prescriptions filled right there, nice benefit when you are feeling badly, and was back home in an hour. Total cost office visit $105, strep test $29, prescriptions $30. All staff I spoke with were pleasant and sympathetic. Thank you.

I want to begin with thanking the staff of this clinic. This is not our first time as we have been coming to this facility for many years.1) We were greeted with a genuine and warm welcome. Today wasnt as busy as usual, but the staff was efficient.2) We were treated like friends, not strangers and that in itself is very comforting.3) The PA, Valerie, was excellent. She was thorough in questioning our symptoms and needs. Thorough in her examination and explanation in detail of what needed to be diagnosed. She was aggressive to attack the problem instead of being passive and lets wait to see! I appreciate being aggressive as I have experienced urgent care clinics in many locations across the country. Being seen often by the PA and getting zero results. By far, Valerie is the best I have ever been to. I made sure to speak with Dr. Nawabi about the staff and their excellence in every area. Thank you again! I highly recommend this clinic.

If I could I would leave -5 star rating. I went in with ear and back pain. The receptionist was great and the first nurse was great but once the doctor came in everything was bad. He had a really bad attitude and clearly didnt want my wife to be in the room with me but because of my back pain I needed her help to move. I started explaining what the pain felt like and he made me stand up. My wife helped me stand up and once I was standing he didnt even look at my back. He just told me he would have the nurse give me two shots: a cortizone and steroid. I thought it was weird that he didn even ask for xray or didnt even look at my back. He just told me about the shots and immediately he left the room without even asking if there was anything else we needed help with. Once the nurse came in I told her I needed help with my ear problem as well. The nurse told us they wouldnt help us with that issue because our copayment only covered 1 issue at a time so we would have to pay another $30 dollar copayment if we wanted their help with the ear problem. Ive never been to a urgent care that only helps with 1 issue at a time. At the end, the shot only helped for a couple of hours. I ended up having to go to another urgent care for both problems again and of course they helped me with both my back and my ear pain in the same visit at the other urgent care. THEY CLEARLY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR HEALTH. IF I WERE YOU I WOULDNT EVEN WAIST MY TIME GOING THERE BECAUSE YOU WILL END UP GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AND PAYING DOUBLE.

De Nawabi bedside manners are unlike any other interactions I had, his staff and the entire atmosphere made me feel like I was very much cared for… I highly recommend Dr Nawabi.

10 STARS!!! The Walking Urgent Care Coral Springs FL gave my wife excellent care! We had just come from a horrific visit to the FL Asthma Center in Coral Springs where my wife was having an asthma attack and they made us sit out in the hall on the floor. Still in distress, I quickly drove my wife to the Walking Urgent Care Coral Springs for help. From the moment we entered everyone from the check-in nurse at the front desk, through the other nurses and PAs, my wife was treated with care and compassion. They quickly gave her several asthma treatments and also a chest X-ray to check her lungs and confirm treatment. In less than an hour she was feeling better and we were on our way. They are truly health care professions in every sense of the word. They went beyond the call and gave my wife amazing care. Even though they are 30 minutes away, they will be our urgent care center for life. Thank you all so much, Eric & Alicia Markowitz

Rebuttal:: Be advised that the owners response that the labs were ordered is a false statement. I was refunded but I left because you asked for more money for the lab tests. How dare you falsely scald me for writing false statements by providing false statements. Is there a covid test that you performed without touching my son? Is there a flu test that you charge $50 for that doesnt involve a swab or blood test? Please feel free to show me the labs you supposedly ordered. I made it announced and clear why I was leaving. Nice try to cover up the poor service you provided by lying about my experience. I was accurate in my description of my experience. An apology is where you should have left it.The place was not busy however the doctor could not be less interested in treating my son. The doctor was overly brief with my son in his examination, and didnt even check into the main reason I brought him in. Yet the doctor had plenty of time to meet with someone that appeared to be a friend and discuss their problems instead of mine, in the lobby. I should have been more appreciative of the over the counter Tylenol he told the nurse to prescribe me. Yet as I pointed immediately out to her it literally says on the box after 5 days seek a doctor ... which is exactly why I was there ... his response was to send the nurse back in and offer $50 flu test A, $50 flu test B, $130 covid rapid test, what did my $129 visit fee cover exactly? The doctor never checked my sons breathing for the flu, he was coughing and blowing his nose in the room. I indicated he has the fever and flu like symptoms for 5 days. Why do you want to charge me over $500 just to prescribe me antibiotics which are free ... FREE ... at publix? Ive been to this location before and had my children prescribed antibiotics without the additional testing, why the change or was I holding him up from his more important clients? Unless you are a friend of the doctor Id suggest going somewhere

On December 28th I had meniscus surgery. After 18 physical therapy visits I was still experiencing pain, burning. And throbbing. After 3 Lazer treatments, my pain level greatly improved and the burning and throbbing subsided to a manageable pain level. I highly recommend this treatment for pain.

Completed medical clearance orders in a timely manner to include, X-ray, EKG, Urin, blood and Exam. Went to 3 previous walkin clinics, they were not able to accommodate the medical orders requested. The staff was Amazing!!! Friendly, Caring, and Knowledgable. The office will follow up with a return phone call. This clinic will be my new go to. Will share info with friends and family. Thank you.

I went in after seeing all the reviews and high star rating and found out the star ratings were true. The PA I was seen by was thorough and amazing. Val did such an excellent job in pinpointing my pain without prescribing medications that can cause me to become drowsy. As a registered nurse I pay attention to those providing care to me and let me say everyone was pleasant and did their job well

This was a great choice for urgent care. No waiting, was taken in right away. Friendly staff & excellent service. On sight pharmacy was convenient, eliminating the extra stop at an outside pharmacy. Highly recommend to everyone. Much more convenient than your primary doctors office.

Nurses were friendly and Dr Paul was very personable and thorough. The wait was long but it was right before New Years and they were very busy. They have prescriptions right there and are able to take ex rays. I would definitely go back.

The receptionist wasnt friendly at all and actually a little bit rude. The doctor took a look at my throat and did a swab then told me it wasnt strep but she doesnt know what it is and proceeds to sell me antibiotics 🙄. This woman didnt even try to figure out what I had she just prescribed antibiotics that didnt help of course because it wasnt a bacterial infection. The woman who took my blood pressure was very kind though but overall a waste of time and money.

The office is clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. Little wait time, unlike my primary care doctor... Spent as much time as needed with me, no rushing. Very thorough! THEY TAKE INSURANCE!!!! They have your meds there incase you cant or dont want to go to or deal with pharmacy madness. I highly recommend this office.

From the warm front desk staff, Hailey, Gilda, Renay , and Beverly, to the amazing providers, Dr Nawabi, and PAs Virginia, and Neya, Amanda the office manager is always helpful, and will go out of her way to solve a problem. I am extremely satisfied with my examinations and treatments. The labs return in a short timeframe, and I am always informed of the results. They even have a pharmacy, where a patient can fill the prescription without having an extra stop. After all, my time is worth something. I have utilized Walking Urgent Care for my pre and post travel Covid tests and we’re delighted by the Dr and staff (Hayley, Katie and Candice - to name just a few) alike. All were genuinely interested in my well-being and really helped to keep wait time to a minimum. It is a walk-in clinic but scanning in and awaiting a call back allowed me to run local errands while awaiting the tests. First class and THANKS from a grateful client/patient.

After reading the reviews on this place I decided to give them a chance. Boy was it a HUGE mistake. It’s been 2 weeks since my physical & I had to reach out to them for results that they were supposed to keep me updated with,not only did they fail to keep me updated with my results. But were also nonchalant and rude whenever I called for an update..just to find out my tests were never sent out to the lab. Now I have to wait a month for results that should’ve been given to me within 5 days after the examination …(so I was told). If I NEVER called for an update for the third time I would’ve had no clue that my tests were never sent out & that I would have to wait a month for my results. Extremely unprofessional. From my experience I do not recommend because of the lack of customer service & communication.

The few times I have had emergencies I have Taken my son and my daughter and I have never waited looking. I admire the staff and I would recommend everyone to go here. The assistant is awesome and very attentive. Thank you for always helping us in time of need........

Dr. Nawabi goes above and beyond to care for his patients, I could not ask for a better doctor. He takes the time to listen. His bed side manner is of the highest compassion any doctors specialists or hospital staff I have ever been treated by. The staff are kind, caring and considerate. I love Dr. Paul! He is the most kind, sensiitve and attentive man. I have been going here for 25 years and during that time there were several Drs that were ok, but none took the time to really listen to you. Paul does that.He is down to earth, reassures you, and doesnt make you feel bad. He also follows up with his patients. His staff are the sweetest girls and for a long time the staff wasnt the nicest there. I definitely recommend going her for all your urgent care needs.

I am a patient of the above Clinic and I have been going there for quite a few years since t new ownership by dr. Nawabi. I have always been treated promptly and with the greatest care by him and all of his staff with a special thanks to Amanda Purcell. I highly recommend this Clinic for all Health needs with special emphasis on the covid-19 testing and guidance.

I went there yesterday and was able to get help at 9.00 pm. Doctor was very professional and helpful and friendly. They did my express exam and gave me right prescription. No lines, no waiting doctor hours. I’m happy with my experience. Also they prices are affordable.

My family and I have gone here for a variety of illnesses and it has always been a very pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly, the office could use some updating, but very clean. Went for sudden sore throat 3 days ago, diagnosed with Strep Throat, got on antibiotics right away, feel much better, back to work tomorrow!!!

Visit Date: 11/26/17The overall service was pretty good. I would recommend this place to friends and use it again, but likely would try to hold off until a visit with my PCP was available due to how expensive it is. The fact that they had the medicine I needed on site was highly convenient and unlike any other place Ive seen before. The PA working that day seemed bothknowledgeable and down to earth. Everytime I come here I only get great service. They great you, they are pleasant and always answer all my questions. I find it so much easier coming to urgent care for the majority of my medical needs. No appointment needed and very convenient. Plus they accept my insurance so I just pay a copay. Highly recommend THIS urgent care center.

I have used this urgent care a few times when I couldn’t get to my regular primary care physician. I also used this facility for Covid tests. Everyone is so friendly and kind. You always get prompt and courteous attention and accurate information. I highly recommend using this urgent care.

Today I had to call walking urgent care for my son he had an asthma attack. Amanda answered the was very efficient, and had a PA named Virginia in less than a minute. I explained all his symptoms as this was far from his first time. Virgina ordered what he needed for his asthma and sent it right over to the pharmacist. Less than 10 minutes, I will definitely be going to the urgent care before pediatric associates.

Quick, easy and all staff were and are professional. Wait time is very minimal 10 minutes tops for my visit today, very Happy to have Walking Urgent Care in my area.

New to the area. Went in based on other reviews on Yelp, and was pleasantly surprised. In -and- out in less than 45 minutes, on-site X-Rays, they had Rx on-site cheaper than my co-pay elsewhere. 24 hours later I feel so much better and am so glad I found this place. Dont let the outside fool you....this place is a real gem.

They are the most attentive, friendly, and responsive urgent care clinic I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. Furthermore, working in a local pharmacy, I have found that if a patient has ever had an issue with a prescription that I have had to clarify with the office, they respond diligently and respectfully.

Spoke to a physician assistant that Ive never seen before however she was very informative and patient and listened to all my concerns. Nurse who administered the shots was amazing very very friendly. Medical assistant, young gentleman, not so hospitable but did his job

Went in and they took me quick, the wait was minimum. They were very attentive with me and what I had going on, it was an absolute great experience. they listened and didn’t hesitate to help me. Definitely the fastest, most organized, and well employed staff I visited!

My husband and I go to Dr Nawabi. He has time for questions, takes a pragmatic approach to whatever ails us, so important when not feeling well. We dont get sick often, but when we do he remembers us. We leave reassured that we are taking home the best treatment.

This walk in clinic has been a god send. My primary never has openings for emergency visits or sick appts available. I’ve been here 3x in the last year. They take my insurance with a $10 copay, never waited longer than 45 minutes, and the staff has always been through and friendly. Thank you so much for your help!

Amazing doctor and staff! They were all so caring and efficient. The doctor took the time with me to go over all of my concerns and did not rush me. I do not have insurance and they are affordable and tell you up front the cost.

Friendly staff. Besides waiting 45m for the doctor, all good. Doctor listened my concerns and symptoms, was very attentive, laughed about me eating too much fatty foods lol, sent my prescription to my pharmacy and Gave me a shot for nausea. I was good to go. I was seen at the end of what looked to be an incredible busy day for the practice on 01/04/22 when the Omicron spread was at its highest, but instead of finding tired and moody staff I was pleasantly surprised to see all the staff being so nice, great atitudes, extremely helpful and professional! Super friendly, super fast, my first visit was today. 2 papers to fill out (not a whole stack like most places). They didnt try to sell me unnecessary things I didnt ask for. I hope I dont need to come back... but if I do. Will 100% come here.

I was severely sick for days when I began feeling like someone was sitting on my chest and my back was extremely sore. First sign of pneumonia however The Doctor who barely spoke any English, tried to diagnose me but when he couldnt figure out if I had an infection or virus, he decided two shots would be best. I PAID $170 for the visit and the shots and FEEL NOT ONE BIT BETTER- Whats worse is that when I contacted the office, they did not return my calls. Dr. B and her husband are good WHEN THEY ARE ACTIVE IN THEIR OWN PRACTICE OTHERWISE BEWARE!

Best walk-in urgent care in coral springs. I have been coming here for years. Visits are always easy and the plus is they have the prescription I needed onsite. Highly recommend.

I came to this place because someone recommended it, but one of the worst experiences with PCR test. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I had the test and I never got a call nor Email, I called them 3 times and the first time they said it takes 3-5 business days to get my results back, the second time they told me that I was getting a call back when they get the results and due to high COVID tests, it takes more than 5 days for them to get them. The third time, they put me on hold almost since I called.I believe that it’s really unprofessional for them as an Emergency place to have people waiting for a really long time even tho it takes almost one day in other places to get the results.If I was able to not leave a star, I would, but unfortunately I have to give a star.Update: Here’s the proof that they put me on hold for 15min and 20min.

The Customer service is horrible.My last experience August 18 when I took my dad 89 years old I was attended by Sharee she is one of their cashier and she treated me like I was a delinquent because they did not remove previous charges from February in their system..she made my dad waits for more than 45 minutes and he was fasting.We arrived at 8:50am they opened at 9:00 and she registered the entire line of patient and she made us wait and wait for no reason instead of fixing the problem that she was addressing to me at that time ...and being proactive with my dad ...She was calling her boss Amanda of course Saturday in the morning her boss was probably off and she was not going to remember my case back on February another mistake created by thenI was asking her please let my dad go inside to do his labs and then resolve the financial issues with me at the end when we are done with his test.I had to asked the cashier Sharee again and again after 45 minutes to see if she can talk to the provider PAUL because I saw him inside and he is one of the physicians who order the labs.I have to repatead again that my dad was fasting and he is 89 Yrs old and he he was feeling weak by the time she made us wait for no reasons.I will not recommend this place to anybody. The front desk staff has no customer service and no skills to be around elderly people.Don’t waste your time on this place find someone else.I feel sorry for the medical staff because they are really good both Physicians (assistant) PAUL and VALERIE very nice professional and humble peopleBut AMANDA the front desk Manager needs to supervise her staff more often and my impression she has lack of management I consider her a passive manager for letting this happen again for second time.Today 08-20-2018 I called her to report the incident that I had and she was like no big deal like she couldn’t believe what happened during the weekendInstead of call me first thing on her priority list to see how the customer was doing and offer an apologizeOr make her cashier Sharee apologize because she never did that they day of this incident when she was trying to make me pay for something that was not supposed to be in my dads account.

Ive been going to Walk-In Urgent care for years. Both Dr Nawabi and Paul, P. A. are extremely understanding. They actually listen to you when you come to them with an issue. Its hard to find a Doctors office like this. Ive tried for many years. I would highly recommend coming to them over ANY other Doctor. PERIOD.

This urgent care is complete garbage. I went in regarding a few high blood pressure readings that I recieved and explained that I was experiencing very mild chest discomfort. They charged me $95 up front for absolutely no reason and told me to go to the emergency room. In the future you should just turn away the patient before you charge them a fee to tell them that youre not qualified to render the services that they are paying for. No wonder you have terrible ratings.

I was here a couple of years ago - I was sick (can’t remember with what) and I needed antibiotics. After waiting about an hour, i was finally seen. I was with my fiancé, and he chose to stay in the waiting room because he figured it would be a quick in & out.Long story short, the doctor refused to prescribe me simple antibiotics and actually had the audacity to lecture me because I was not actively using birth control. She also assumed that I had more than one partner. My fiancé (who was my then boyfriend) and I had been together for four years at this time.I was also here recently for a really nasty spider bite. The affected area had grown substantially since the night before, and i was experiencing nausea, dizziness, weakness, and fatigue. The only other patient was a woman in front of me talking to the receptionist about some website and her nails. I stood there, behind her, for about 10 minutes while they both chatted away. I was not feeling well at all, and was worried I was going to faint.Finally, the conversation ended and the receptionist (who seemed very friendly) handed me paperwork to fill out. After I was done filling out my forms, two more people had walked in and were seen by the doctor almost immediately. I was frustrated, but assumed that they must have had appointments. After waiting in the empty waiting room for more than 45 minutes, I was finally seen.After the nurse ran a couple tests at the desk (blood pressure, pulse), I was led to another room. I sat there, still very nauseous and dizzy, for another 25-30 minutes or so.Finally, I had opened the door and asked when I was going to be seen.A male doctor apologized and saw me immediately.I was prescribed some antibiotics (which he said he would email to my pharmacy immediately & I should have them within an hour).I went home to relax and my fiancé went to the Publix down the street to pick up my meds.The following reason is exactly why my review is one star:When he got there, my pharmacy said the never received a call or email. At all.My fiancé had my pharmacist contact this location, so they can send it again.After giving the receptionist my information, my pharmacist claims that the receptionist adamantly denied that I was ever there and hung up.My fiancé, frustrated (he knows this location well and had had his own bad experiences), had my pharmacist call them back, and tell them I was the one with the nasty spider bite.The receptionist goes “oh yeah! Okay we’ll send it again”. It took them another 30 minutes to send it.My experience with the male doctor this time around was good, but I did not appreciate having to wait over an hour (especially when i was basically the only person there).I especially did not appreciate the receptionist claiming I was never even there! She didn’t ask what I was there for, for my pharmacist to repeat my name... she just immediately (seemingly without checking), said “nope she was never here” and hung up.Regarding a couple of years ago, my right to not take any birth control is my decision, and I do NOT need to be lectured by some random woman about it.
