I have been going to this office forever and see NP Linsey. She is fantastic. Unfortunately I’m going to have to find a new place to go. When I called to make an appointment I was told I had a balance due but no one seemed to be able to tell me what the balance was for. This was very disappointing as they won’t see you with any outstanding balance.

Dr. Susan Clark found my cancer before it hit stage 4 and saved my life. I was able to treat and recover from it before it was too late. Thank you Susan ❤️ Everyone I have dealt with at the Graham road location has been wonderful

I have been going to Generations Women’s Healthcare for over 10+ years at least and seen Dr. Clark and her NP and they are absolutely amazing! I could not say enough good things about her or her staff. Anytime you have staff that stays with a doctor that many years it says something about that doctor also. I have always felt like I have been comfortable to talk about any and all concerns easy and comfortable, and never once have I felt judged! Even when a time I felt uncomfortable coming in just myself she immediately took away the nerves. I have referred her office to any and all friends I could over the years! I can’t thank her and her staff enough for all that they do for all of us patients.

Dr. Clark is the best gynecologist I have ever had. She is patient, thorough, kind, calm, friendly, and engaging. Her staff is the best too. I always get my questions answered promptly, my appointments set asap, and always feel comfortable at Generations. Most of all I feel safe!,

The wait was a little longer than expected but dr. Clark was open, honest, thorough and let me know all available options and gave good recommendations which i am following up on. I appreciated this level of detail in my visit because she took her time to listen as well. I recommend her for sure.

My first visit there was today and the NP Lindsay was wonderful. She listened to all of my concerns and treated me with respect. She was also very understanding, friendly and very informative. I would recommend this clinic to any woman wanting a professional yet friendly place to go.

I love Dr Clark…I’ve been going to her a long time over 20 plus years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The receptionist this time wasn’t too friendly when I arrived yesterday. I guess everyone has a bad day so I just brushed it off.

Hi I would like to make a COMPLAINT!!! I don’t think the staff at the front desk are very patient, and polite. I’ve had issues previously with my insurance company and the obgyn. The way the front desk ladies handled it was not good. They kept cutting me off when I was speaking, and would catch an attitude with me. I don’t think this is very professional.

Dr Clark is friendly, professional and thorough. She goes the extra mile to make sure you get proper screenings and tests when needed.

I called to schedule an appointment to get my nexplanon birth control removed, as I have had my monthly almost every week. I was asked if I wanted to do a Pap smear as well and I agreed. When it came time for me to drive from Brunswick to cuyahoga falls to remove my birth control, I was given a Pap smear ONLY and given a sample for another birth control. They refused to remove my birth control and told me I would need to come back the next week. They said since I had not been there recently this was not possible. They made no mention of this on the phone. They do not listen to patients and it seems that they want you in there as much as possible to bill insurance rather than do what you came there to accomplish. I will be finding a new gynocologist office after my repeated negative interactions here.

Dr. Clark is the best. She’s very personable, takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. Best doctor I’ve ever been to.

I have been a patient of Generations Womens Healthcare for ten years. Every visit is a wonderful experience. Scheduling is always hassle free and convenient. There are two office locations, both of which are spotless and welcoming. The entire staff is wonderful and it is the same staff that handles both offices. You still see Dr. Clark-Frantz and Dr. Smith, regardless of which office you are scheduled. Both, Dr. Frantz and Dr. Smith are pleasant, informative, patient, and passionate about their work and treat patients as family. They also work alongside your treatment plans from other providers to give you the best care possible. Test results are always timely and secure. If I could, Id rate Generations WHC ten stars!

Pleasant staff, reasonable wait time for your appointment, Dr Clark has a great demeanor and you don’t feel rushed or part of an assembly line.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything they did was a terrible experience for me. I called to make an appointment for a UTI and they tried to get me to go somewhere else. I get there at 11am and they were 30-45 minutes behind. Talked to the nurse and told her what was going on, I felt she didnt really listen and said lets do STD testing. The doc comes in I explain Ive been in a lot of pain, my UTI is gone, gave her my history and does the STD testing and thats it! Everything came back clean. Now Im back to square one and Id have to schedule another appointment so they will maybe listen to me the second time. Waste of time! Dont go here because they dont care about you or any symptoms you may have!

Had a mammogram done here when I was a patient in 2017. This office told me it was normal. When I went to Cleveland Clinic’s GYN, this mammogram was NOT normal. I believed this office and now I have BREAST CANCER!!!Someone needs to do something about this cold, insensitive office, too. They think the patients just complain too much, but for Pete’s Sake! They need to LISTEN to their patients more and quit judging them. Either that, or make plenty more enemies!

She is very thorough. Just wish that there were programs t help for those with no money, high deductible insurance and cannot afford medicines. They also do not pay for some meds because they are considering they are my medicines for the rest of mynlife because I do not process vitamins and nutrients.

The Dr is a woman and super nice and informative. She is very patient and invites your questions and concerns. The office Is clean and the staff is professional. Ive come across some women physicians that are unsympathetic to other women but not here.....solid B+

Dr Clark is so friendly and has such a good bedside manner. She never rushes you out.

So far, my experience with them has not been good - because I cant seem to get there and get in. After having to reschedule 3x, I was finally on my way. The sign for their place was so teeny tiny, that I drove right past it on Graham Road, then when I Googled from my phone it brought up Facebook which had their OLD address on State Road, so I drove there, where theres a great big visible sign for them, but no offices. Seriously, folks. Fix your Facebook. So I figured it out, and was driving back to Graham Road, when I got a call from the office that I was too late for my appointment and they would have to reschedule me. Seriously. So maybe next week I can write a raving review like the others (4th times the charm?), but right now theyre leaving me with a terrible, unorganized first impression.

Best gynocological experience Ive had in decades! Very proactive. Dr. Frantz is kind and gentle and takes the time to listen. Makes me feel comfortable discussing any issues. As a senior lady, after several visits I can whole-heartedly recommend this gynecolocal service.

First time visit with Dr Clark she was so nice and answered all my questions and didn’t rush me.
