Very bad experience. They forgot to tell me to inject, as a result, egg released automatically in advance.No eggs eventually. The doctor said nothing. Not responsible to patients.

We had a great experience with Dr Bulkumez, Erin PA and the staff. They were always prompt in responding to any questions and concerns via my chart and calls. Everyone was very professional and friendly, and they set us up with an OB after we got pregnant. we have our beautiful baby girl thanks to them!!! We will forever be grateful for all they did for us and our family.

I had a bad experience with the facility. I had been scheduled to see one of the fertility specialist in June, on last week I was contacted by a staff member who was very inconsiderate..She sounded as if she was shocked that someone over forty would be interested in trying to have a baby. I was then told that my appointment was canceled because the doctor would be out of town and there was a cut off age. I have met women over 50 who are pregnant or just given birth. This facility states that it has years of experience yet I was not treated unfairly. If there is a cut off time fine you are losing business. There are women in their 20s and 30s who are unable to have children and women who are 40 plus who can. At this facility women over 40 are discriminated against due to age. It is not up to the staff to tell anyone when she can have a child. I would like to speak with an office manager.

Terrible! Do not go here. I should have read reviews. Besides the fact that it can take a long time to get appointments or even get responses (it took 3 weeks for example to get a message back about a basic question) and that youll end up doing visits with their residents in each visit, they will charge you for services that werent done! That for me was absolutely crossing the line.Save your precious reproductive time and the money youll need to support that and go somewhere else.

Would not even see me since I could not say I was actively trying to conceive. As a woman, having the knowledge of what your body is capable of doing is imperative in decisions like having a child. To deny someone of even gaining that information is silly. To piggy back on Gail’s review, she even told me “they see women up to the age of 44” but she is saying she is 40 and couldn’t be seen. Hmmm.

Living Angels work here!! UTSW was the ONLY clinic out of many years of treatment that created not only hopeful results, but a healthy pregnancy. We have been through the top private clinics in Ft Worth and Dallas that produced no hopeful results and treated us like another number at a dairy farm. From every person starting at the front desk, phlebotomists, nurses, residents, to Dr. Bukulmez treated us with the utmost respect and truly individualized my treatment plan. Unlike the other top clinics we tried before. If you are looking for your final hope in infertility treatment, I highly recommend UTSW!

Dont go here, i had some insurance issues, the financial lady and the manager has a bad attitude, had the worst experience. I don’t recommend here.
