Dr. Chung has truly been the best part of my fertility journey. After transitioning from another clinic, I immediately felt the difference during my first consultation. She took the time to listen, address all my questions, and provided a clear plan that gave me much-needed peace of mind moving forward. Every visit has been a pleasant experience—the office is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly. Special thanks to Diana, who is always available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I’m now pregnant with TWINS, and I couldnt be happier with the exceptional care I’ve received from Dr. Chung and her incredible team!

The ONLY reason I am even giving this clinic a 1 star is because they brought me my son and my daughter. Which is HUGE of course considering this IS a fertility clinic.The only TWO people I can speak highly of at this clinic is Jan and Dr. Putman. Jan is the most wonderful and heart warming person you will ever encounter. SO patient and willing to listen and take the time to explain everything at your level of understanding. Shes always such a joy to see and has the best attitude. The kind of person you want by your side during such a difficult time. Dr. Putman is all around so wonderful and completely knowledgeable of his job. He is the best of the best; thorough and meticulous. He successfully blessed us with our two babes.However, I have never received the ABSOLUTE WORST bedside manner and customer service IN MY LIFE until this place with the other staff members. When I say this is the kind of company that ONLY cares about your money, that is ALL they care about. Sure, its a business but youre also seeing patients during such an incredibly tough time in their life. Theyre about the quantity not the quality of care. Not to mention they are HORRIBLE when it comes to answering and returning calls.Let me start off with the front desk. Megan. Not at all the type of person any office should have as their front desk, FIRST PERSON anyone sees at a clinic as sensitive as a fertility clinic. She is rude and is never pleasant to speak or deal with. She doesn’t listen and as you’re trying to thank her she doesn’t give you the time to finish, she’s just off transferring you so she doesn’t have to deal with you.Tina, the office manager. Another unpleasant human being to deal with. She never smiles, she does not have any decent bedside manner. I understand you have to manage an office but you have to have some level of compassion and empathy which she clearly lacks. When you address your concerns its, it is what it is....kind of a response with her. She is difficult to deal with. She does not return calls or emails like she says she does when giving out her business card. What is the point if you are unreachable.My husband and I have some insurance coverage with fertility care. The clinic tracks what that looks like and should tell you if you’re close to maxing out those benefits. Nope. Not here. One day we just received a bill for $1736.51 that we have to pay for IN TWO MONTHS. Had we known that we were near maxing out our benefits we would have either waited or not proceeded with the transfer. We are a single income household, I am a stay at home Mom. We dont have that kind of money just laying around to fork over to the office. TWO MONTHS?! Not even three?! I can understand if it was an expected bill, however it was not. We are not prepared. And they could not care less and are unwilling to work out some sort of payment plan. It is outrageous. Like I said, quantity care over quality care. They just see you as the dollar amount and not a patient, not a human being.Its a great clinic to get pregnant at but if youre looking for a more heart warming, compassionate, empathetic, caring clinic? This is NOT the place for you.From the beginning of our second round of our IVF transfer no one could get on the same page regarding a transfer date. So much miscommunication, so much confusion. It really made you question their ability to function properly as a clinic.Again, I understand this is a business...but where is the compassion and grace and empathy? Because it is NOT here.

We had a traumatic experience at our first fertility clinic before moving our embryos over to the Fertility Center of Dallas. Dr. Putman was absolutely wonderful and we are beyond grateful for him. Our first transfer with him worked and after years of trying we are finally expecting our little one in January. Appointments are always on time and the staff is very helpful. Most of the time you have to leave a voicemail for the nurses because they are with a patient, but they always returned our calls promptly. Would recommend Fertility Center of Dallas to everyone.

I was terrified to begin the process of looking into our troubles with fertility, and put it off for months. I wish I had known what compassionate and professional care that I would have received because I went to see Dr. Putman and his team. Through every step of a very bumpy process I felt heard, understood and cared for. Dr. Putman is honest and straight forward and it’s clear he’s the very best. Dr. Zhang is so knowledgeable and also kind. The staff is so caring and nurturing, especially Jan and Andrea who I worked with most, and understands the toll that fertility treatment can take on a family, and are so good at guiding the entire family through the process with ease and care. I would recommend this office and this staff to anyone who wanted to find out more about their struggles with fertility. They have truly made a pretty terrible process more bearable. We could not be happier with Dr. Putman and his staff. We moved to Dallas in September of 2018 and started treatments, we are currently pregnant for the first time ever. The staff is amazing and know you by name, and remember you and your treatment planat each visit. This has not been the case for us at previous Fertility centers. Tina was super helpful with all insurance questions! We are so grateful we came upon Fertility Centers of Dallas. Forever Thankful!

I highly recommend Dr. Putman and his staff! They made this process 100% easier than the previous clinic we went to. Every single experience was great! Dr. Putman is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease! You can trust him! & Jan (she does the follicle growth series & who I saw most of the time) is GREAT! Beyond great! She is such a great person to have for such a stressful time! I loved her! I was not expecting to have the outcome I did when I came here, nor to have it as quickly as I did! But they arent about wasting your time and want to help you succeed! My husband and I will be recommending this place to everyone we know that needs fertility help!

The Fertility Center of Dallas is amazing! Dr. Putman, Dr. Zhang, and all their staff will make it very easy for you.Our journey took us 1.5 years, I can honestly say that every appointment we experience nothing but the friendliest, understanding, and caring service. Most important Dr. Putman made us a smart plan that didnt wear us out.We could not have asked for a better clinic to walk us through this process.We are now expecting our first baby, and we have nothing but respect and gratitude for making our dream of becoming parents come true!!!

Dr Putman and his staff are outstanding! We had disheartening experiences elsewhere and his clinic supported us medically and emotionally better than we ever could have expected. We felt heard & understood at every step of the process. This staff are amazing and the expectation-setting, communication and organization were unparalleled. You will not be disappointed with choosing this specialist clinic!! Their atmosphere is very relaxing and well taken care of. The staff is amazing especially all the nurses that work with Dr. Putman! They are the most friendliest staff I have ever came in contact with in the medical field! Our first round of IVF was not successful but they were so gentle with me and so hopeful! Everyone from the front desk to the embryologist to Dr. Putman were so great at walking through each step, that my husband and I didn’t feel we ever left an appointment with more questions! I never had to wait long when I arrived for appointments and I felt I was a patient and not just a number! The second round of IVF was successful! And I give so much thanks to the staff at fertility of Dallas! They made this so stress free! I drove three hours to see them and it was worth the drive! I would recommend fertility of Dallas to anyone!!

I can’t recommend Dr. Putman and his staff enough! He has years of experience and used a lot of wisdom when helping us. Nurses Jan and Andrea are also incredibly knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. We did not have a great experience at a previous fertility doctor and I was nervous to start the process again. But after our first consultation with Dr Putman, we could tell we were in good hands and that he would be able to help us. Dr. Zhang took such great care of our embryo and was extremely caring and helpful. Jan and Andrea answer every single question you might have about anything and actually call you back when you leave a message. Shelley and Tina were above and beyond helpful with all of the financial aspects as well. I just can’t recommend them more. And now we are expecting our little miracle! We are forever grateful to this incredible team for helping us realize our dream. I’m only sad I can’t bring them with me for my entire pregnancy!

We were encouraged to visit Dr. Putmans team on the recommendation of some friends of ours, and it was the best decision we could have made! We love all of the nurses, Jan and Andrea were amazing during our IVF process; Dr. Putman and Dr. Zhang make a phenomenal team during a difficult season in life. We felt supported and encouraged every step of the way with the help of the staff at Fertility Center of Dallas!

The nurses are AMAZING! The support they have given me, physically and emotionally, is what has gotten me through this process! Dr. Putnam is straight forward and some people take that as rude. I appreciated the honesty. Dr Zhang is one of the smartest and nicest people you will ever meet. The whole staff is great and so helpful!

My experience with the Fertility Center of Dallas, from beginning to end, was amazing. Dr. Putman is knowledgeable and thorough in assessing what treatments will be best for you, and his staff is very kind. Unlike other offices, my messages were returned promptly and efficiently, an all my questions answered in the same manor. From the moment I first started working with the team at Fertility Center of Dallas I felt nothing but compassion. They took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I am so thankful that I found them! They are amazing! When I look at my little boy I feel immense gratitude for all the hard work Fertility Center of Dallas did in making our dreams come true. I cannot say enough about the care and expertise we received from Dr. Putman and his staff. After years of infertility we finally have a healthy baby boy thanks to Dr. Putman, his staff and God. It may have taken some time to get here, but the nurses and Dr. Putman were there to guide us in choosing with the appropriate treatments, testing and worked seamlessly with our other doctors. They always offered their treatment reccomendation and knowledge, but let us decide on the appropriate path for us. They were never pushy, and always answered my millions of questions, easing my worries through this stressful process.

I couldn’t think of a better team to help us fulfill our dreams of building a family. The team and doctors were efficient, knowledgeable and above all kind and attentive. No matter how many questions or concerns or worries I had the team soothed and instilled confidence. IVF is a hard journey no matter what your obstacles, but I’m so glad I took the journey here. My husband and I had a successful transfer in September and are now expecting. What a blessing it is that I get to say that! All because of Dr. Putman and his amazing team. I cannot say thank you enough.

I started seeing Dr. Putman after the recommendation from an acquaintance who had success with him and overall I was very happy with the entire experience.Struggling with fertility is an emotional, stressful and sometimes seemingly hopeless experience and Dr. Putman (especially along with his nurses) made us feel hopeful and encouraged. It was important to me not to feel like just a number during this process and I never felt that way. After a few appointments, I felt like they knew who I was and really cared about my success. Even down to the woman at the front making appointments - I felt like she cared. And I will actually miss my nurse (Chrissy) now that I have graduated from the clinic!There were times I wished that we were taking a more aggressive approach (after comparing notes from friends seeing different doctors) but Dr. Putman always took the time to explain his thought processes/ methods to me in a way I understood- and most importantly never made me feel rushed with my repetitive questions. In the end I was glad I was patient with the process and put my trust in him.I would definitely recommend Dr. Putman to any couple who is searching for a personal, caring approach to help with their fertility journey.

My husband and I went through 6.5 years of infertility before we made the decision to go through fertility treatment. We were so thankful for this opportunity even if it meant we came out of it having to adopt. We know God blessed us with their help.The Fertility Center of Dallas was a good experience. Some communication issues at times but Dr. Putman, Dr Zhang and his staff are great at what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into fertility treatment. Dr. Putman is very efficient. We are now pregnant for the second time through IVF. This clinic is very busy but the nurses still manage to stay open, responsive, detail oriented and extremely friendly. Dr. Putman clearly has the process down the a science and the results are babies. Being a Breast Cancer surviver, we knew having kids would be hard, but thanks to fertility centers of Dallas, we are our finishing our family with a second baby in June.

Dr. Putman, Dr. Zhang and the entire staff at Fertility Center of Dallas are second to none. I could not be happier with their care and services. The nurses truly go above and beyond to provide crafted, expert care with a friendly face and positive attitude. Dr. Putman and Dr. Zhang made me feel completely at ease based on their extensive experience, knowledge and attention to detail every step of the way. I would highly recommend Fertility Center of Dallas to anyone struggling with the frustrations of fertility issues.

The clinic is clean,the staff is amazing.Dr Putman truly cares for his patients,he goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are okay.When I had problems on a weekend when the clinic was closed,he went out of his way to make sure that I was okay clinically.Dr Zhang is also just an amazing compassionate Doctor. I so want to mention the names of the clinical staff here but not sure if it is allowed publicly so I would use initials, a big thank you A, D,J, & J. I would recommend this clinic a million times over and over again.

They helped us along the way before, during, and after the pandemic to continue the necessary treatment to ultimately helping us achieve our dream! We are sooo thankful for Dr. Putman and the team over at The Fertility Center of Dallas.From the very beginning, they were so caring and understanding of our situation. They worked with our insurance to make sure we had coverage which we did.I had more than one health complication and yet the Dr’s and staff who assisted us were so positive through the up’s and down’s.We went through two cycles, the second being successful! We know God used them to bless us and bring baby Faith into this world.We are going to try again for another baby in a year or so. However if we aren’t able to get pregnant naturally, we will definitely be back to see Dr. Putman!

Through infertility, surgery, loss, and now our rainbow pregnancy, this clinic has been by our side with grace, encouragement, and patience. So thankful for Dr Putman and his team.

The staff is amazing! Everyone was very nice and helpful. We did one round, fresh transfered two eggs and I am now 20 weeks pregnant with one little munchkin! I couldnt be happier. These guys make dreams come true!

Best doctors,nurses,and staff. They go above and beyond and truly care as you and your family embark on your fertility journey. Anything, I write does not do them any justice. Definitely a place I will always hold dear in my heart and continue to use as we expand our family. I hold them all in the highest regard.

So thankful for all of the hard work and time spent explaining by Dr. Putman and Dr. Zang. She spent a lot of time explaining embryology concepts to us and some of our possible complications. I would recommend doing ALL of the possible lab work first before jumping into IVF, but it did all work out for us.

All the nurses and staff were very friendly helpful. All teaching and questions were explained throughly. We really could tell they cared about their patients outcomes.

Fertility Center of Dallas, Dr. Putman and his team all have been such a huge blessing to our family. I highly recommend this center to anyone who is struggling with fertility!

Brilliant dr. He is compassionate and really knows what he is talking about. Definitely trust the process. We got pregnant after one treatment.

I had an appointment this morning I called and said I would it be couple minutes late (traffic) and they said “no problem”. I get there and they just didn’t even care and told me to reschedule. They knew that my wife took off this day from work just to go the appointment. Rude people. Don’t even care about you

When booking an appointment I was never told they do not accept cash. So I didn’t bring another method of payment. I was not seen and will not be returning. Would give 0 stars if possible.

After 4 1/2 years of infertility, I went to Dr. Putman for IVF, first round I got my little miracle, he’s now 8 years old 💙
