We’ve only just started our process but have decided to switch clinics. Our first appointment the doctor was 15 minutes late and said nothing about it . No apologizes or warning from staff. Our appointment still ended on time so we did not get our full time slot. We then had our labs done. They took nearly a month to come back and no one called or messaged us. I only know because I kept checking the portal. I was told before the labs I was getting my sonogram done that day but they didn’t have anyone to do it so I had to schedule another day/time. I will say they were accommodating with my schedule, opening an earlier slot so I could get to work. This is a stressful journey and the logistical issues we’ve had have not made it worth it to continue with them.

We have been thrilled with Dr. Patel’s expertise and state of the art technology. It’s been a thorough journey and WELL WORTH IT!!!!!!!! Dr. Patel did a great job putting me at ease when I needed it most. He and his team are very positive and truthful. I recommend him to others

My recent experience with Dr. Patels office staff has been nothing short of frustrating. My wife underwent an MRI, and we were told that Dr. Patel would personally call to discuss the results and go over findings. Unfortunately, this process has been marred by disorganization and a significant lack of communication.Firstly, the office staff seemed uncoordinated in handling appointments and patient information. It took multiple calls to confirm the MRI appointment, which should have been a straightforward process. This initial disorganization left us with a sense of unease about the efficiency of the office.The most concerning aspect, however, was the unfulfilled promise of a call from Dr. Patel to discuss the MRI results. We were assured that this conversation would take place, providing an opportunity to understand the findings and ask any questions we might have. Despite this assurance, we have yet to receive any communication from Dr. Patel or his team.The absence of this follow-up call has not only caused unnecessary anxiety but has also undermined our trust in the professionalism of Dr. Patels practice. In a medical setting, clear and timely communication is paramount, and the failure to deliver on this basic expectation is deeply disappointing.I hope that Dr. Patels office takes this feedback seriously, recognizing the impact their communication practices have on patient trust and overall satisfaction.

This review primarily concerns their shady billing practices. The front desk will call you to confirm that the procedure is covered, even though they wont conduct proper pre-certification with the insurance. When the insurance denies the claim, likely because its excluded, they arent willing to work with the patient and quickly send the entire amount to collections. They should do a better job at this, as 90% of insurance plans dont cover infertility-related services, their primary business.

Worst doctor I have ever encountered. His medical license should be revoked. He did not talk about the steps in order to have the egg retrieval. He did not inform me of being put under. I also got told he would no longer be able to be my doctor because I asked too many questions.To add, they retrieved my eggs, froze them and sent my eggs and my husbands. Sperm to California to have them fertilized and frozen again it’s mind blowing that this clinic had to do that. When any other clinic you would go to does not do that. Eggs are too fragile to be frozen thawed out, then frozen again until transfer.

Working with Dr. Patel and his team truly changed our lives. While infertility is a very difficult process, the team at FST, especially at the Baylor location, was so kind and empathetic through each step of the journey. I’m so thankful that I chose Dr. Patel to do IVF as I never felt alone in the process. I’m so grateful for everyone at Fertility Specialists of Texas.

Only retrieved under 9 eggs, and only had a single viable embryo. The pregnancy later was not successful. The clinic offered a small discount on a new transfer, which costs 25k. Much higher than other clinics. A lot of time and money, and emotional turmoil. The process took years, and Im sad that after genetic testing and a perfectly viable embryo that the process was a failure, with no good explanation available. I mourn every day. If I choose this clinic again hopefully I will have a better experience.

I could not adequately express how grateful I am for Dr. Skora and his team. After 2 years of TTC naturally, Dr. Skora helped my husband and I to get pregnant through IUI. I am now 18 weeks pregnant and as happy as ever. The nursing team and admin team were so helpful and so kind every single visit. I thoroughly enjoyed every visit to their office. They’re making miracles and dreams come true here.

Always had a pleasant visit during my treatment from the first visit to the positive pregnancy phone call. Dr. Patel and his team were great!

Gabriela at front desk treated patient rudely when they arrived to their appointment. I expected better from this location. No need to be rude, plus in front of other patients. Please treat all your patients with respect. Unbelievable.

Called them upwards of 30 times, to get documents and to pay a bill, they did not answer one time, but once I submitted a form saying someone please call me so I can pay they called me within minutes.

I love these guys Dr. Patel and his team are the best ❤❤❤i couldnt have asked for a better doctor me and my husband are now expecting our first baby i am super excited i recommend this clinic to everyone whos trying to conceive every visit has been wonderful thank you all for everything

The staff and the Doctor are super great and friendly they always answer question and make you feel good and secure.
