Dr.Putman and his staff our top of the line! Sensitive, caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Dr.Putman is such a gift to the fertility world! He is passionate, detail oriented, professional, and most importantly kind! He does it all!!! From lab work, surgery, retrievals, etc. he is very hands on and does an amazing job! Jan is also so knowledgeable, outgoing, and always goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, great experience!!! They are such a gift to the world! I had my second laparoscopic surgery with Dr. Putman when I was 17 years old. At 22, I have just had my third and I have to thank Dr. Putman for his thorough work in my procedure with him. I had no findings of scar tissue and very little growth of endometrial tissue after 5 years. Between my first and second surgery there was quite a bit, but after seeing Dr. Putman, all of the endometriosis found on other organs other than reproductive has not since returned. He is absolutely the most knowledgeable surgeon I have had experiences with and did a fantastic job in setting me up well for my surgeries to come.

I love this facility especially the staff. Dr. Putman is so sweet and knowledgeable. They are making my first IVF cycle such a breeze. Appointments are always in and out, the nurses doesn’t mind answering any questions, they truly do their best to help you in anyway. “Zee”

Treated me surgically for endometriosis. He removed it all and my symptoms improved. I conceived and had a healthy pregnancy directly after surgery. I am very grateful to Dr Putman. He took his time with me with every visit and like his surgery, he is very thorough.

Dr Putman and his staff are great. I have been going there for 3 years now and his nurses are fantastic. However his office manager Tina is extremely rude. I only have had to speak with her a handful of times but each time she has been everything but respectful. If you have a question she makes you feel as if you are bothering her. I was left waiting in the waiting room for over two hours, went to the desk to see how much longer (doesnt usually happen do I thought maybe they had something going on) Tina walks out to sit across from and say one of the girls forgot to mark you here and went to lunch. We can see you in about another 30min. (no apology) I explained to her I had to get my kids from school she shrugged her shoulders and said well. She stood up and walked away and didnt say another word. She has no people skills. She is not caring. There are a few more times she has just treated me like an inconvenience. If it wasnt too much trouble and money to switch to a new doctor I would. She sighs really loudly when asking her questions that I am able to hear her over the phone. It makes you feel just completely awful and small. If I started over again knowing what I know now I would choose a different facility where their patients are valued.

My first cycle of IVF resulted in a pregnancy. The office staff is great from the receptionist to nurses embryologist and doctor Putman himself. His level of service exceeds expectations. His staff is knowledgeable and kind making the process less stressful.

Putman is an amazing doctor and we got pregnant the first time w/ IVF after unsuccessful IUI, clomid etc. Fully trust him and felt that he was on the journey with us. There were a few hiccups, issues getting call backs during weekend - but I think with any doctor, you need to be your own advocate. I flagged it to Dr. Putman and he seemed to address with his staff. Overall, Id recommend him and dr. zhang is wonderful! The fertility journey is hard and so many things come up, not only physical but emotional. I do wish doctors across the industry had additional resources to assist in that area. It is a lonely journey, no matter how amazing your partner is!

I went to Dr. Putman for endometriosis treatment. I underwent a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy for treatment and we discovered that I had stage IV endometriosis and wouldve never conceived a child on my own. We had been trying for three years without success and I wasnt even sure that the surgery would work. I got pregnant within a year of having surgery and had a healthy baby boy thanks to Dr. Putman and his team!

I got pregnant with my 2nd try of IVF. We were very happy with all the staff. Everyone was very professional and kind. I highly recommend Dr.Putman & all the other wonderful people in the office.

Dr. Putman is the best doctor I have worked with. He’s a pioneer in his field and works expeditiously on your behalf. This brilliant man is truly a gift from God.

Conceived three times, however its challenging trying to conceive and many women our extremely stressed out and vengeance due to the side- effects of any infertility meds.

Worst experience of my life. Had me on meds with side effects including ovarian cancer, only to cancel our transfer less than 24 hours before.

Wonderful doctor. Very thorough. Highly recommend!
