Horrible organization. Unethical drug trials, stigmatizing speech by doctors and the CEO, constant billing issues , self serving referrals and kickbacks. If like me you are lucky enough to have insurance, go somewhere else.

If you show up on time for your appointment even if you are the 1st appointment be prepared to be to told , we are running 15 to 20 minutes late. Then be told it will be another 20 minutes and before you know it you would not be seen for another 90 minutes.

Poor communication with patients, point blank. I am off my meds for the first time in 6 years because of their incompetence and unwillingness to refill a prescription I have taken since 2012. Staff is friendly, but I get the impression things are overloaded and under organized. Have been a patient at Trinity Clinic for years and there is a big difference in care since the Prism change. They certainly no longer seem to care about patients as individuals.

This place is a joke! Former patient I have tried repeatedly to have my medical records sent to my new Dr. All I get is attitude and no records. This place is rediculous! Unless you are forced by circumstance to use these people stay away! #badcare #badserviceI received a letter that my Dr was no longer with Prism. No explanation offered or given. I have had nothing but problems with Prism! Their billing is rediculous I recieved a bill a year after the visit what a joke. Now I do not have a Dr. They said I would be placed with one of the other Dr.s. I only stayed at Prism because of Dr Voskhul and he did not think enough of his patients to contact them about his departure. STAY AWAY FROM PRISM! The staff has a bad attitude you cannot reach anyone with a question about billing and they assume you will just take being treated poorly. I have great insurance and I will not be treated like I do not have a say in my medical care!

I love coming here. They are friendly to me and I always have good quick visits Im never there for hours so I love coming here

Staff is the best. If it need of psychological counseling ask for Raymond great counselor and easy on the eyes.

Very helpful staff & wouldnt know how to thank them for the help theyve given me when I needed it.

Great patient service from case workers. Doctors are not emotionally concerned and their perceived lack of concern caused me to switch providers.

There staff are very lazy and under-qualified the doctors have no knowledge of whatsoever of what theyre doing and dont really care about their patients otherwise they wouldnt send someone out of there out of the room or out of the office with a necrotic finger and tell them theres nothing they can do
