Clara the Health Center Manager and I saw the nurse Tasha and she was was super sweet! They were very cooperative and understanding! I would recommend this to anyone who might need any sort of support! Please go and see them! Go see Clara and Nurse Tasha!!

They were rude and seem annoyed I was there, then told me I could not be seen…now I’ve taken time off with no doctors note. And just disappointed in the customer service at what is a care facility

Fantastic experience at this location. Check in was quick and easy and friendly, the nurse was very kind and efficient, and PA Julianna was lovely and energetic and informative.

I showed up to my appointment for an IUD placement. The doctor turned me away and couldn’t even speak to me face to face (I was being completely reasonable at the counter- no scene just asking questions.)I just feel like the doctor could have had the common courtesy to face we when she was refusing this extremely important health decision that I have suddenly found myself needing. Also, they waited until I showed up. I wish they would’ve told me sooner so I could have scheduled immediately versus been pushed out at least another month.In our day and age, women need planned parenthood to at least be on our side.

I had the BEST experience at planned parenthood in Dallas. The NP Shefali was incredible, kind, and extremely informative! She gave great information on contraceptive options and answered all my questions. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and put my mind at ease. Planned Parenthood has provided me with the ability to have the power of knowledge to take care of my reproductive health with confidence! I cannot recommend Planned Parenthood enough!

On their website they talk about how you can get HPV vaccines at no cost through a program and by filling out an application. So I decided to call them to ask for information, which the girl gave me the prices of the vaccines and I asked her about the application to obtain it, to which she told me that I should make an appointment and go there to apply. (It should be noted that I am 50 minutes from there)So I did that, I made an appointment for the following day and I went there. When I am there the girl tells me that there is no such application and that she could only give me a discount for the vaccines based on my monthly salary. She only asked me how much my husband earned monthly and with that she calculated it on her calculator (she didnt even give me a form to fill it out) giving me approximately a 25% discount on said vaccines. WHICH PERFECTLY COULD HAVE TOLD ME IN THE CALL THE PREVIOUS DAY.In the end I lost my day, my time, my gasoline going there because of FALSE ADVERTISING.

I decided to come to Planned Parenthood after having a bad experience at an OBGYN office. I made an appt to get an IUD. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and patient. The woman who did my initial check in, vitals and whatever, was SO good. She was very kind. I did not wait long once I checked in and filled out my paperwork.The only complaint I do have is how long this mildly uncomfortable procedure took. Granted, there were a few hold ups but one being that they didnt have the proper equipment in the room, and had to just leave me laying there, half naked, spread open on the table while they retrieved whatever was missing. It was a little more than half an hour start to finish. And it is painful. It hurts. Nothing mild about it 😂 and probably would not have done it had I known it sucked that bad. But I have several years before I have to worry about it again.The two women who did the procedure were very sweet and patient with me. They understood that I was struggling and not okay lol. I appreciated that, even if the small talk irritated me at the time, and all I wanted was to be done.Anyway. I will keep going to PP over an obgyn office. Everything I needed, was there and easy, and covered by my insurance.

I made my IUD removal appointment online. The entire process was super easy! No wait time at all! Staff and Physician were very nice. The removal was so fast and painless. I definitely recommend coming to this location!

I was looking for an affordable option to have my IUD removed. I have had it for almost its expiration and it was time to come out. I made my appointment online and I received text reminders (I opted in for these).I have never been to PP before, I felt that the staff was friendly from the moment I got there until I left. I was seen at my appointment time and the Nurse really made me feel at ease during the removal.I felt comfortable enough to schedule my IUD insertion here too.

Was VERY dirty in the exam room. Long black hairs and dirt/dust on the floor and exptiment. The little trash can was filled to the top and they had only been open for 1 hour. There were no paper towels in the restroom where you do urine samples, only an air blower. 🤮 The soap was LITERALLY sitting on the bathroom floor since theres a wall sink? But at least it had the date on it. 😐 Just grab a cup from the bin and use the community marker to write your name on it. Went right into the appointment on time, but had to wait an hour in the room to be seen by the NP, literally naked in December. She just came in and out. Didnt ask me any questions, not even about birth control. Ive been going to Planned Parenthood for over 10 years and Ive never experienced anything like this. Very disappointing. Dont go to this location! Theres lots of locations. I have insurance and choose to use Planned Parenthood but I do not recommend this one!

Made a same day appointment to get an IUD inserted and the office staff here made the process very smooth. Wait time in lobby was minimal. The clinician was very friendly and comforting during the whole procedure! Would recommend.

I like going to this clinic, everyone is very professional and kind especially Clara and Stephanie. They always answer all my concerns and give me options if available. I recommend this clinic to everyone!

For a place that is suppsed to educate you and help you feel confident regarding your birth control options, I have never been more disappointed. After driving TWICE (40 minutes each way) for an IUD insertion, I was turned away for reasons and questions that should have been asked/discussed at my consultation! Please make sure to ask all the questions that you need before I have to take time out of my day and to find childcare.

I placed a appointment online last week for today at 10:30a.m. I arrived at 10 a.m. I was greeted by the front desk assistant and she asked me simple questions for what I came for (birth control pills), verifying its me, emergency contact, as well as monthly income. I was called in a few minutes before my appointment. I was weighed and asked to take a urine sample. Once in the room with the nurse she asked a couple of questions and I signed a few consent forms and the result of my urine test (it was used for pregnancy test). Right away the doctor came in and gave me the okay that I can take birth control (pregnancy test came out negative) and how and when to use the birth control. She just gave me a few pointers so that I will be prepared for the hormones changes. Afterwards she told me to wait for my name to be called from the receptionists to pay and pickup my pills. From the moment I was called to the nurse and leaving the building took 30 minutes!! Quick,easy, and helpful staff.

So I understand that Covid-19 is real and I also understand that most times parents are not allowed during a scheduled visit but what I dont understand is why Im sitting in my car while my 14 year daughter is in the doctors office. The receptionist was rude and gave a very poor explanation for why I couldnt even talk to the doctor. This was my daughters first visit and I would have felt better if I knew who she was being examined by. I have used planned parenthood in Fort Worth and I have always been satisfied with the service that is why I thought driving 45 mins to come this location would be ok but I will never come here again!

Just called to set up an appointment to get the arm implant removed and get a new one, they say its still good for another 2 years and that all the implants are good for 5 years. So they want me to disregard what I was told when i got it inserted. I even called the manufacturer of the birth control and they say they recommend to get a new one every 3 years.

Im concerned about those who believe a 20 minute wait is a big deal. Being a resident of California where we wait 2 hours for pretty much anything, including 2-hour waits for our Planned Parenthood adventures and 2-hour waits while driving a few miles, I found that other persons comment to be ridiculously petty. Its amazing to be able to obtain birth control in a short time-frame, especially considering that Planned Parenthood takes so many walk-ins. Im impressed enough to come to this center when Im in town visiting my parents. Its worth a 3-hour plane trip to walk in and get birth control in 20 minutes. If youre a literate intellectual type, bring a book to read while you wait. Or if youre not, just scroll through Facebook. Youll be out the door with everything you need before you know it!

Afyer searching and searching, this was the first positive experience Ive had with reproductive care. Everyone was so patient and informative. Ill definitely be back here. Thank you for making this experience easy and inviting.

Always a good experience. I get the depo shots and Im always in and out of the clinic. The bag they give you after an appointment is also nice, thoughtful, and helpful.

It was my first time here today and I had amazing service. I had a mini procedure done and all the time the practitioner talked to me throughout the whole process, she made me feel very comfortable and she let me know about all the services they provide. I was only there for 30 minutes.

Today I was seen by Ms. Clara and one of the wonderful nurse practitioners I forgot her name but everyone was so amazing so professional, great customer service!! I am personally changing clinics because the nurse (they only have one nurse) is completely rude and when i would try to ask questions, she would act and look annoyed. Went there for my first Pap smear and it was the worst experience and she made me feel so uncomfortable.Please do not go here people

Amazing staff and the sliding scale payment meant that I wasnt charged for my well womans visit giving me a year script for birth control! Prevented pregnancies mean less abortions! Everyone wins. This is a great establishment!!!

I went for an std test they told me that it was something else but the doctor when she did the test she was giving me an attitude rude not professional, careless.And they dont even dont have to communicate with there own staff

Bruh they closed on Jan 23rd and never even said anything and I scheduled and appointment at this location to find out it was closed and they moved to Greenville location I wish they would have said something Like what if someone had an emergency the website should have said they changed locations before I mad the appointment mind you I’ve never been here before so I had no idea it said this place was open

Do not go here, they rush you through your appointment and when I called back to get my results and I gave them my right information, they demanded me to show up in person because policy all because they never gave me a patient number. If you are in need of a clinic, go some where that will treat you according to. Bad experience.

First I go in trying to remove my iud and they can not find the strings than they advice me to make an appointment with the doctor that comes once a month I call in they say theres only nurse practitioners leave me on hold for 30 min just to advice me theres is a doctor but hes booked i had already called a week befor just so they can tell me its to early they dont have a date and now very rudely tell me hes booked and to find a obgyn somewhere else they are very rude !!

Waited over an hour and I had an appointment. Smh why make appointments if other people will go in first if they give attitude about waiting 20 min. Never coming here again.

If I could rate it a zero I would. They messed up my appointment time and place. And try to reschedule didn’t have anything for 2 weeks after trying to set this up a week. Just unprofessional!
