Been coming to this womens clinic for years and I must say they are one of the best in Dallas. Not only was all my needs and concerns addressed and met but, the staff is warm and friendly. They are like family now and I will always continue to be a patient here going forward. Love it there.

I’ve been going to this clinic for a while now. Every appointment I have, the staff are very professional. The physicians are very respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, the staff are quick, but efficient and this will always be my doctors office. ❤️❤️

Went here 5/20 got exam & blood work. Got 1 call saying they had labs back but I told them I would have to call back, fast forward to me calling them back & they tell me they don’t have any labs for me & they’re not sure who called. Haven’t been back but the Dr. made me super comfortable so I’m like hey let me try to get another appointment. Been calling this clinic since 7/6/24 and it’s 7/29/24 & literally every time I call I’m put on hold & sent to a vm & I’ve been up there it’s NOT that dang busy at all. Literally answered put me on hold & sent me to a voicemail which let me know then u didn’t have any intention on getting back with me after that brief hold. This Doctor could use a better staff for sure UNORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL

Words can’t even describe this place! They don’t care about the patient, they don’t answer your calls no matter how many times you call over and over and leave voicemails they just won’t answer at all ! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Honestly needs to be shut down!

I’ve had TWO of my appts cancelled due to their “staff meeting” and this time they didn’t even bother to call me to let me know! Then they reschedule me and send me to another location. I MADE MY APPT FOR THE CLINIC THAT I COULD GO TO, WHY DO I HAVE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY AND DRIVE 5 EXTRA MINS?! They don’t give a damn about you here. All they care about is your money. Lesson learned. Now I know why Michaela left…

I Was Given An 8:30Am Appointment Been Sitting In The Parking Lot Since 7:40Am Two Employees Have Gone In And Out But Will Not Unlock The Doors. I Scheduled An Early Appointment For A Reason Why Even Offer An 8:30Am Appointment If The Staff Will Not Honer It Just Made Me Waist My Time.

So I was coming from forney , called them multiple times due to being late from traffic and pushed my time back 25 minutes and no one answered the phone and I told them that I called to let them kno but no one answered so no one wants to see me , since I’m 25 minutes late , like she could at least be like let me see since you tried calling , she look like she had an attitude from the start , I prefer the one on st Francis

A lady at the front desk with braces named Jasmine isn’t the best at handling people’s information and she sent me to the wrong location twice. She had a small smirk about it as of wasting my gas is funny. The doctor had the pharmacy make me promethazine for a cold 🥶 but I’m pregnant and can’t take that drug… I do not like this office at all……

I went in for my well woman exam. The ladies in the front were very nice, I didnt have to wait long at all which is a plus for me. From checking in, getting my vitals, and having my blood drawn the staff were all nice and professional. My test results did not take long to get back by the following week they were all in. Micaela did a great job explaining my results and I will definitely be going back.

The Dr and staff are fair. Sadly that’s all your getting. No one answers phones, they NEVER call you back IF you get a chance to speak with someone. I had read all the terrible reviews prior to becoming a patient and sadly ITS ALL TRUE! But I needed a Dr fast at the moment and she was closest. Just don’t go here or you’ll be having issues EVERY MONTH trying to get your RX refills. More stress and anxiety caused by the lack of service.

1st time at the Women’s Clinic, i was recommended by a friend and at first i was a little hesitant to go but I am glad that I went. The ladies in the front are very nice, helpful, they are bilingual which is a plus ! The doctors there are females which is a Huge Plus for me ! Micaela is amazing, she listens to you! She isn’t just another doctor that says you need this, she try’s to help and understands to get you a solution on what’s going on, I will definitely be going back and recommending others ! Another best part about this clinic if you don’t have insurance they will work with you !!! Win Win for all the ladies !

If I could give zero stars, I would!! Don’t come here!!

Today I went to see my new Gynecologist NP Micaela Sanchez. Let me tell you, the girls that work there are amazing. And Micaela youre top notch NP like words cant describe how I loved the visit. I felt very very comfortable and it was soo easy 5o talk to you and like all rhe information I received from you and the MA it was incredible. Im not lying like no one has ever been sooo thoroughly with everything that was going yo be done like you guys were. Look no further go see Micaela for your woman check up. You will not be disappointed at all. You rock Mica. Thank you so so much.

This was my first time in this place, the staff was very nice, they help me with everything, they are really kind and friendly. 100% recommended.

So far so good... I was hesitant to call and set up appt because of the reviews... But I called and right away they answered. Laura was very nice and friendly over the phone that is a HUGE PLUS for me. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable setting up my appt. Cant wait to see them. :-)

I liked it,nice staff! I got a FULL exam in like just 20 minutes and for my appointment to had been at 2 in the afternoon there was no waiting period,she came in,shook my hand & also talked to me. Will definitely visit again.

If you really care about your health don’t come to this place is trash they don’t care about your health at all I been waiting for almost 3 months to get the final results for my Pap smear they keep giving me the way around every time I come the doctor is late or not here they cxl appointments without letting you know and not to mention the waiting time 3 hrs plus

At first this place was great since i got denied for any type of help with my pregnancy. 1st visit $30, next visit $35, now this visit $65. How in the hell are you gonna charge me for 2 visits!!!!! The girl up front has no idea what shes doing at all!

Best experience ever! The clinic and staff made me feel welcomed and answered all of my questions and concerns. They also made additional health recommendations.

They NEVER answer the phone I have tried calling since 3 days ago regarding my insurance and to set up an appointment and they put me on hold for more then 20 minutes and when I keep calling they just put me on hold .

I set up an appointment and ended up not being able to make it. When I called to let them know I couldn’t make it the line was busy for at least 20 minutes, as I kept trying every few minutes. When someone finally answered I was put on hold for 10 minutes then it sounded like they took me off hold so I said hello several times and was then hung up on.

Staff were all very kind and attentive, my visit was very efficient (aka minimal wait)Informative and calming videos played in the waiting roomSuggestion: Rearrange the furniture in the main examination room to open up the space moreLost a star because I still havent received natera results, and have been unable to get the necessary information from the clinic via phone -_-

This clinic is by far the worst clinic I have ever been to. The doctor, the nurses and front office staff are horrible. They do not return calls, they are very unprofessional. I have called several times and cannot get a call back. I will never recommend this clinic.

Everyone here is kind, especially Dr Sanchez! Loved my prenatal experience here because of her. They deserve more recognition in my opinion.

The facility is disgusting i had an Appointment which i waited for over an hour for due to whatever emergency they had their staff was unknowledgable of anything her continued response was she did not know i am absolutely disgusted with the level of service i received after being there almost two hours which was NONE

The most horrible place I been. I waited 2 hrs to be call just to tell me they have to reschedule me. Would not recommend. We deserve better.

I been going here for years! And once they finally help you they are great. But I have to call over and over to get someone. I never get a quick answer. Nor they call back if you leave a vm.

I’ve been waiting on a call for my IUD since March I’ve called numerous times with no response. This place is a joke!

Ive been calling for 3 days about my medication and they have no idea whats going on.very un professional and un organized

I set my appointment for 2pm was earlier and everything... didn’t get check until 5pm that’s because I was trying to reschedule she took my weight sat me back in waiting room waited another hour walk out she call my phone saying they was calling me into the room go to the room still wait a hour service is horrible business sucks will not every return

I like the doctor.Wait time not to bad depending on time of dayThey are great doctors here.They will also follow up with you concerning results.

The staff is ok, however they’re really bad at answering when u call and when u do leave a voicemail with your information for them to call back they DONT. Its hard to make an appointment if u work during the hrs they’re open cause they just never call back

They offered same day appointments, kind staff, fast service, and thorough exams.

I loved it here! Micaela is so great, I was in and out and everything went so well.

What’s experience every trying get a medicine for two weeks they don’t call back or answer the phone . Don’t waste your time

The receptionists are very friendly. They answer the phone on time when you speak and the gynecologist is Super Nice. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you for attending.

I love this clinic, they are very friendly, they are always aware of the patients, they do their best to serve you as best as possible, the girls in front are SUPER friendly in general, all the staff Excellent, the Clinic is 100% recommended

They take a long time, wait for almost 3 hours for a checkup.
