Womens Centers of Ohio

I came here Sept 19th around 8 am , I am from out of state I took an Uber, I seen the Womens Center sign and thought that was the correct building for my abortion appt. These women are down right wrong & disrespectful, she told me my baby could live on its own, that its brutal, that Im killing my childs brother/sister. ITS MY CHOICE , YOU ARE NOT THE ONE GOING TO RAISE THIS CHILD IF I HAVE IT . I had kindly asked where was the correct place for my appointment since I knew it had to be somewhere close (my maps said I had arrived) but I didnt see a sign on the womens med building , so I was genuinely lost . She proceeds to tell me she doesnt know where they do the abortions at , knowing its right across the street from her job . Yes, it was my mistake for not knowing to correct building but the way I was treated for MY choice was utterly disgusting. I honestly dont know how these women can sleep at night after treating a vulnerable person like that. Luckily when I left this building I seen the first protester setting up across the street so I knew exactly where to go & I got my procedure done. This entire place needs to be moved , the signage & name itself is there to trick women. They are just as much protesters as the people standing outside yelling at you. Even if you are planning on going through with a pregnancy, I would never ever ever recommend this place !!!

This is one of my favorite womens centers to come to! Everyone is super nice here, and theyve helped me quite a bit with my child. They have also helped me learn about different parenting styles.

Called today as I am 12 weeks with my first pregnancy. Luckily, they were able to get me in for an appointment just hours after I called. The ladies here are so welcoming and informative. Such a lovely and convenient service, and completely free of charge. Would highly recommend as a great place to start for all expecting parents, so grateful we found them!

The women here are nothing short of wonderful. I came here two years ago with my first pregnancy. My husband and I had no idea where to start so a friend recommended a womans center.They were very informative, kind and patient. We received so many resources and guidance plus proof of pregnancy for insurance. We even got not one, but TWO ultrasounds. 100% free.I went back today to confirm my second pregnancy because I didnt want to wait to get in with my OB. It was so wonderful to see all the friendly faces like Hannah again.Rebecca the ultrasound tech is the BEST. And when we left today, they offered my son a crocheted chicken! How sweet. Please, if you need help, go here. They have everything you need.

Today was my first visit and the experience was phenomenal. I spoke with Micah over the phone Tuesday prior. Today O met with Kim and and explained this will be my second pregnancy. Im new to the Ohio area from Nee York and the amount of care and consideration, information, and continued support for this second time around was truly refreshing. This should be a consideration for your first stop to your pregnancy journey.

This is my second pregnancy in which I’ve gone to the women’s center for. Each time has been extremely positive and the staff are super friendly! This last visit Hannah was super nice and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend coming here, especially if you need advice/recommendations on anything pregnancy related.

If you think something could be wrong with your pregnancy and you’re hoping to get an ultrasound to ease your mind- don’t say you’re concerned. I was turned away and told to go to the ER even though I don’t think it’s that serious I just mentioned that I had concern and let’s be honest, when you’re pregnant, when aren’t you a little paranoid? I don’t think the organization is a bad one but… c’mon. My concern would have been either 100% validated or relieved with the free ultrasound they provide and I’m not ready to pay my ER copay.

I had my first ultrasound done here at 8 weeks. The ladies were kind and welcoming; it really was such a peaceful appointment with lots of joy. Thank you all so much!

This place has been absolutely amazing. The classes offered are very informative and all of the staff is super friendly.I was able to confirm my pregnancy, see my baby for the first time, and get information in prenatal care along with classes.With the classes you not only get great information but they provide baby bucks so you can shop for your little one!

This place and the people have been so amazing. Ms Katie at the Kettering center has helped me as soon as I found out I was pregnant. She has been a saving grace to me. From being so personable and patient to checking in on me during this whole pregnancy. They really make you feel like family and that you are not alone in this journey. They offer advice and classes for free to educate any expecting moms who are unprepared or just need that extra knowledge for during the pregnancy and after care for newborns. They are truly a blessing.

With my previous pregnancy, I went to a different women’s center and did not have a good experience. This time I went to the Kettering location and had the absolute best experience! These people treated me with such kindness while they were rushing to help me as I was getting sick in the ultrasound room. I highly recommend going here. They help you figure out insurance if you don’t have the right kind, offers a bunch of amazing classes and takes the time to actually get to know you!

Truly have enjoyed this facility and their assistance. An unexpected pregnancy especially during a pandemic has its own anxieties but they’ve been so supportive and helpful through this process I’ve received everything I could need for my new baby. Especially with me starting almost over with having a 6 year old I’m so thankful for their support. Each program offering baby bucks has helped tremendously. Very thankful for their service.

Better experience than I could have imagined! I have to say that I never ever imagined how much help we would receive by coming here! I thought I was just coming for a pregnancy test and an ultrasound! After the receiving the amazing news that my husband and I are expecting our first child every single lady here went above and beyond to help us, as a first time mum I have absolutely no idea what to expect and am pretty clueless! The ladies here offer classes so you can learn how to take care of your little bubba and even offer a point system so you can buy things you need for your little bundle of joy, which for my husband and I is an absolute blessing since were not exactly rolling in cash haha! They give you guidance on the next steps you need to take in your pregnancy! And just help you in every way you can imagine! They even have help and guidance for my husband and have a male who will come in and support him and help him with any questions he may have! We both felt so comfortable and definitely recommend anybody who is potentially pregnant to visit here, its a place where you will be loved no matter your situation, trust me my husband and Is current situation is super strange and we didnt feel judged we just felt loved and like everybody there would go out of their way to help us! I even left with a super cool tote bag and every leaflet we could ever need with pregnancy information! Thank God for these ladies!

I am so so happy that I chose and contacted the Women’s Center in Kettering! I am so nervous. This is my first pregnancy, and they provided me so much comfort through this anxious time. The staff is wonderful, and was so welcoming. I am nothing short than grateful, and will refer future moms there time and time again.

Womens Centers Of Ohio is the best!!! I have gained so much knowledge during and after my pregnancies while attending the in-person and online classes they offer, and receiving Baby Bucks is awesome too. They also offer ultrasounds and referrals, its a great program, you will be so glad you joined. I am so happy and glad i found Womens Centers Of Ohio, and i am so thankful for all the classes and services they provide. I highly recommend the Womens Centers Of Ohio to anyone who has children and/or is expecting a child, its a wonderful program that you will definitely enjoy! I wish I could give this health care facility 10 STARS!! I cannot say enough how wonderful these dedicated women have been to me on two separate pregnancies now. They have offered me kindness, support and a ton of information about all kinds of options for many different paths of life. I will say in full disclosure, I am Pro-Life. However, I have never felt any pressure during my several visits here to be anything but myself. Please consider coming here and finding answers before considering anything else! They will make you feel comfortable and cared for. THANK YOU KETTERING WOMENS CENTER!!

I see lots of negative reviews claiming they are pro life and religious. Well, you arent wrong. But Im a staunch atheist and pro-choice. I went here when I was surprised with an unplanned pregnancy. ( I have severe fertility issues so we never thought wed ever have a kid)I made it very clear that I didnt want religious propaganda and that I honestly didnt know if I wanted to go through the pregnancy. They treated me with respect and were very helpful and didnt try to push me to a decision. Yes, they might not fully jump out and support the idea of abortion, but they didnt demand I follow their Gods plan.They gave me all the info I needed to decide what my best decision was. I felt they respected my personal beliefs and were very supportive when my life was crumbling around me.(I have a lovely daughter now, MY CHOICE not theirs. Im still hardcore atheist and pro-CHOICE.) But I had good experiences at this facility when I was unsure what I wanted.

I just can’t even begin to express my gratitude for these women. They were both calm and patient with me. They were so welcoming and made sure to walk me through it all. I came in definitely scared and anxious and left laughing. If you need a safe, welcoming, and educational environment, come see these ladies. I’m beyond grateful.

The Womens Center - Kettering has been so good to me. I got a free ultrasound to prove I was pregnant so I could apply for medicaid. I didnt qualify for medicaid, but they helped me a lot my first pregnancy to earn baby bucks by taking classes.Im in my second pregnancy and its been less helpful. The Kettering office staff is nice, but to take classes to earn baby bucks, youre referred to an education coordinator that uses favoritism in the classes she monitors. This became a detriment to my mental health, which is something I cant tolerate while pregnant so I no longer takke classes, which is pretty unfortunate. Baby stuff is really expensive and while I buy a lot second hand, some things I cant and baby bucks really helped me fill the gaps.

I have been coming here since I found out I was pregnant, I was very early (2 weeks and 5 days). Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the classes are fantastic and they help a lot even when you think you know a lot about pregnancy, and what’s going on with your body during pregnancy.

Liars. Beware of deceitful tactics. They provide free ultrasounds but will not go over ALL the options with you. They will dissuade anyone from going across the street to access safe, and legal abortion services. Shameful.

Do not go here if you are pro choice. They act like they want to help you , but then try to switch it up on you and get inside your head. No I don’t need 3 years of diapers and stuff for the baby. I need my life and my own choices. They called me twice after an appointment I had trying to talk to me to come back in. Go to planned parenthood for all the RIGHT INFORMATION.

I dont know how to thank the people who work here enough. They were so sweet to me when I was in a time of desperate need. They perform FREE pregnancy tests and inform women on ALL of their options. I was really afraid they were going to feed me a bunch of pro-life propaganda but they were nothing but informative and helpful.This place does NOT perform abortions or try to persuade women into making a decision. They are here for womens health and education when women have no where else to go. Im so grateful that women have resources like this to rely on. Thank you!!

For anyone looking up this place, they falsely advertise abortion services. THEY ARE A PRO LIFE CLINIC WHO TRY TO FORCE YOU into keeping the child. Especially foreigners, they make you sign paperwork stating you cant have an abortion anywhere, but tell you otherwise. BEWARE OF THESE EVIL PLACES.

The people who work here are liars. STAY AWAY!! Go to a planned parenthood where you can get informed about all your options.No, youre mistaken. I have been here...6 years ago when I was scared and had nowhere to go. Shows how much you care about your patients. Its a shame that our government gives you funds to lie and deceive young women who are in need and impressionable. Shame on all of you. This place is ANTI PRO-CHOICE! They disguise themselves as pro-choice, but they are not! Do not be deceived!

I LOVE this place. They are great. I went there for my pregnancy and they’re always caring and there for you. I definitely Recommend! Kimmerry was SO nice. She helped me and rushed to get the door for me. I will return.

I dont know if the man worked for them or not, but there was a guy stalking outside of the building. He asked me if I had come out of this business, and despite me answering no (as I was literally just waiting for the bus), proceeded to try and preach to me about Jesus Christ and how he could wash away my sins. He also had a camera strapped to his chest and have no idea whether or not I was being filmed. Even if hes not one of theres, I warn others to be prepared for such an encounter.

Based on L. Woods review, it is surprising that she didnt givethis place 5 stars...after reading her review, she saved me thetrip to Planned Parenthood to learn about abortion, which I wantNOTHING to do with! Thank you L. Wood for letting women knowthat THIS PLACE is pro women, and pro baby.

This is a “crisis pregnancy center” and they store the anti-choice protesters’ signage in their office overnight. Do not go here. They will mislead you. They are 100% anti-choice.

Do not go here. I went here for a abortion consultation which they said they did and the entire time they shamed me and told me I was going to hell for having an abortion and that they dont do such ungodly things there. They will play movies for you that have a ton of misinformation and straight up lies. Please go see an actual doctor across the street and remember that its always your choice and your body 💕
