SpringCreek Fertility

Now that we have shared our pregnancy publicly, I have been anxiously awaiting writing this review! Our experience with SpringCreek has been absolutely amazing and top notch. From the moment we started our journey with the clinic, we felt welcomed, informed, and supported. Although our pathway had some ups and downs, we are grateful for such an amazing staff and experience. We will be welcoming our baby girl in December and are over the moon in love with her already. Thank you to all of the nurses, NPs, Dr. Groll, and office staff for making us feel at home and making our fertility journey attainable.

Beginning to work with and having to go to a fertility clinic is not what anyone wants to do. Springcreek made the experience one that I will never forget. It was scary, overwhelming, frustrating and just no one wants to jump into. Each and everyday/apt and step they were there to help. From financial, to the front desk to my NP. The office was inviting. All the ladies were nice, loving and understanding. With a long commute they always tried to work with me on apt and reschedules. Without the help of Springcreek and taking the plunge, we wouldn’t be where we are today!

The staff is very supportive, caring, and knowledgeable. Theyre also very prompt to respond to messages through their patient portal.I highly recommend SpringCreek Fertility to any woman on her journey to become a mother.

After 4 years of interacting with this clinic I will never be going back. They have been the only fertility clinic in Dayton for years and they know it. I felt like a number, I continually had to ask questions and advocate for my own medical and mental care. It was implied by the lead Dr that something was wrong with me when no tests showed that to be true. They claim to be LGBTQ-friendly, but that doesnt translate into anything meaningful. I was grateful that some staff were kind and thoughtful. Overall, I cannot recommend anyone to this clinic.

Baby Born!!!! I am very happy that we chose SpringCreek. My husband and I started the IVF process and had a consultation at the end of August. SpringCreek is very good about answering questions and about contacting you back when you call with questions. During the entire process if someone wasn’t available to talk the office usually calls you back the same day or next day to answer any and all questions you have. I find it good that the staff is usually busy, that means they are busy helping patients make their dreams come true. The office has great organization and they have a set up at their office that allows appointments to be quick but precise and it keeps the whole process flowing quickly. This is important for those of us traveling in for our appointments. We travelled 3 hours to get to the Centerville office. We started stimulation in September for our first IVF cycle. I was diagnosed with low amh and low ovarian reserve. I feel that Dr Groll was aggressive in his approach and gave me medications to help me succeed the first time. I had my egg retrieval in October and it was successful. I just had my first FET November 27th and as I am writing this I am 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant. Dr. Groll was very precise at egg retrieval and embryo transfer. Everything inside was very clean and professional. I am so happy that after 13 years of not being able to conceive because of blocked fallopian tubes that me and my husband were able to announce that we are going to have a new baby!!!! I thank Dr.Groll and the entire office. All we wanted for Christmas was two pink lines and with their help we have them.

In November/December 2022, my husband and I decided to get our fertility checked by SpringCreek Fertility Clinic. We had been trying for 2 years to conceive without luck, so we sought help medically. Most of the staff was kind, attentive and understanding. However, the staff for the sperm collection was dismissive and upsetting to be around. Generally, they didnt seem interested in making sure my husband and I were comfortable and lacked any real compassion for our struggle. It was a cold, unwelcome environment for having to provide something so intimate. Its not that they were even trying to be professional, they just didnt seem to really even care to be there, whatsoever.After 2 semen collections and a check for my fertility, we were told by the doctor my husband had damaged sperm and that I was completely fine, but that overall we had less than 1% chance to conceive naturally. We were told IUI wouldnt be the route they suggested, but IVF would be more in line with our needs.No less than 2 weeks after our suggestion for IVF and discussing the costs (well into the low 20K area IF the fertilized egg held first attempt, with additional several thousands each attempt after, none of which is covered by our insurance), we decided to just wait and see. We wanted children but were ok if we didnt have them, basically. Were super easy going people so we were happy if something worked out, but financially couldnt swing it so we opted to just keep on living life and see if anything happened.Another 2 weeks go by and its mid-January 2023. I got another phonecall from SpringCreek asking if we would like to start IVF, again. I told them politely to please not call me anymore and that I told them last time they called that we decided not to go that route.Mid-February 2023 and I got another phonecall from SpringCreek asking yet again, at this point harassing me, to come get IVF. Not only was I pissed to be getting another harassing phonecall, but I had the gloating ability to tell them I was pregnant, without their intervention. The girl hung up on me. HUNG UP ON ME. The audacity of this place was astounding.In October of 2023 I had a healthy baby girl.Its now April of 2024 and Im pregnant again. Same husband with no intervention.Moral of the story is basically, dont let anyone bully you into do something youre either unable to afford or dont want to do. Now, if thats the path youd like to take, by all means! But Id get a second opinion at least. We were told less than 1% naturally. And Ive had 2 pregnancies naturally.Food for thought.

I had my first in person visit here yesterday and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the care that I received from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor during the procedure. I’ve had issues with my period my entire life and now have been trying to get pregnant since January of 2022 with no luck. I saw a fertility specialist in Columbus that was absolutely horrible and left me more confused about my issues so I decided to call Spring Creek and I am so glad I did! After years of being misdiagnosed I finally have a diagnosis and thankfully it’s a simple fix. I can’t thank Dr. Groll enough for my new found hope! I highly recommended this clinic.

After 3 years of trying to grow our family, the team at SpringCreek listened and worked to make things happen for us! I couldnt praise Dr. Groll, NP Tanisha, NP Julie, or all the other nurses and aids who helped us achieve what weve desired for so long, higher. I will recommend SpringCreek to all those in need as they truly have worked with me and my husband throughout every step of the process and I never once felt like I was being left out or behind. So thankful for this practice!

Highly do not recommend springcreek. As someone with 11 plus years of all kinds of fertility meds and treatments...please take this advice in consideration. They will not add injections meds with IUI like gonal f. Which is widely used with so many positive outcomes. It worked 3 out of 5 times for me. They only use oral meds and then send u for ivf. Which is wild to me. On top of that suggested I use donor eggs when I just had a successful retrieval with my own eggs last year. So much unnecessary cost. Go to dr.chin or IRH!!!!

Thanks to them I have my son! Friendly staff, great doctors. After a decade of infertility, they helped make our dreams come true. So thankful that even through covid, we were able to do IVF

SpringCreek is taking great care of my husband and I on our fertility journey. Everyone is very kind and prompt, they respond quickly the same day when you leave a message, and the facility is clean and comfortable. Staff is compassionate and explains everything well. We drive 2 hours to get here and it’s worth the drive.

My husband and I came to SpringCreek Fertility in November of 2021 seeking IVF treatment. From the very first video call we had we both knew we were I the right place.The staff was so eager, encouraging and friendly. They always made is feel comfortable and important. And after only one treatment they made all are dreams come true. Something that had been so difficult for us to achieve with prior clinics, was some how so easy with SpringCreek.They were always so patient with is, no matter how trivial our questions were, they took the time to always explain. We highly, highly recommend SpringCreek to couples who may be going through a difficult time.

Ive been coming here for about 3 years now and love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Groll is so smart and friendly as well. Communication here is wonderful, Ive never had an issue. Very clean establishment and all of the rooms are so pretty and updated. I live in Cincinnati and have been traveling to the Dayton clinic all this time and although it can be a lot of travel, it was worth it to have the spring creek experience.

Thanks to Dr. Groll and his team we were able to welcome our baby to our family last spring. We interviewed many places both in state and out of state and felt most comfortable with them, they were thorough and very caring.It was a long rough road but we feel fortunate to have found an amazing office and even more blessed to have our baby.The commute back and forth from Columbus was definitely worth it, to have peace of mind that you are in good hands.They do have an office in Dublin that is convenient for blood work and other test.The Dublin team is amazing, Emily NP is just the best.We would definitely recommend them!

I originally went to springCreek 3 years ago for a second opinion and I am so glad I did! I had a horrible experience at another fertility clinic and Dr Groll treated me like a person instead of a number and I will forever be grateful for that. He helped us realize we could become parents it would just be a different way then we thought. Everyone from the nurses, receptionists, and even financial have been amazing and anytime I have a question they are quick to get back with me and answer in ways that dont make me feel stupid. Were preparing to go through them again for another transfer and the office staff is still as amazing as we met them 3 years ago.

The entire staff at Springcreek were always very helpful and supportive. They are very good at what at they do. We didnt have success right away but they never gave up and we eventually all got the outcome we were hoping! I will always be greatful for Dr. Groll and his staff.

I want to start off by saying that I absolutely love Springcreek and how welcoming they are.I am posting this review due to my own personal experience and to save anyone who could end up in the same boat as me if they cannot lose weight easily due to medical conditions.I have PCOS and insulin resistance and springcreek actually diagnosed me with hypothyroidism, which I am thankful for. With that in mind, I am overweight due to these issues.Before I became a patient, I asked if they had BMI requirements. They did say yes, but at the anesthesiologist’s discretion (any conditions that would hinder you going under etc.) the only health issues I have are the PCOS and hypothyroidism and of course, obesity. Other than that, I am healthy with no blood pressure and or heart issues, etc.I had three IUIs, which all failed. So we were told IVF would be our best option, but I needed to lose weight first.I started weight management appointments(in September of 2022) because I had to lose almost 50 pounds to get under the BMI requirement. I was 5 pounds away from this requirement and told that I would have to wait yet again another month or come back after losing the three pounds.I live an hour away and making that trip monthly to step on a scale when I know I could undergo anesthesia safely was discouraging and I have not been back since because I feel like three pounds does not mean much in the grand scheme of things and during my treatment I was put under anesthesia TWICE and had no issues whatsoever, but I was still told I needed to get my BMI down. Once was a surgery that was APPROVED by springcreek.This is an amazing clinic if you are not overweight and have trouble getting weight off.Now I just feel discouraged. I have been a patient for almost three years and feel like I haven’t been able to make much progress within my infertility because they are more focused on the numbers. I do not want to return after putting 1,000 down on IVF that I cannot get done due to my BMI.

My husband and I were so happy with the care and attention we were given at this clinic. Pricing was clear and upfront, and I felt that the staff really took the time to answer all my questions. We were lucky to become pregnant with their assistance and welcomed our healthy baby girl this May.

My family has had nothing but the best treatment at SpringCreek Fertility. The whole staff has been very helpful and kind. Chad and I always felt welcome and were cared for the second we walked in the door. We’d pick SpringCreek over and over again! Thanks for everything you’ve done for our family as it continues to grow!

SpringCreek has been awesome! They have been there for us through our entire infertility journey. We’ve created special friendships and bonds with all of the staff and they’ve been nothing but supportive! Megan, the receptionist, is a breath of fresh air and just hearing her voice puts a smile on my face!!!! I am so thankful for SpringCreek and now our dreams are coming true because of them! I highly recommend SpringCreek!!!

We couldn’t have picked a better clinic for our fertility treatments. Absolutely everyone there is extremely professional and knowledgeable. At every point of our treatment, I felt confident in our medical team and were reassured all long the way when some days were harder than others.Dr Groll was very detailed in reviewing our history, proposing a plan, and later discussing results with us and our options to go forward.They answered every single question we had with a lot of detail. We never felt we were in the dark.All the nurses, techs, and support staff is absolutely amazing as well!Their finance team is great and they work with you to make your treatment possible whether it’s through insurance or self pay.I probably called at least three times a week during treatment with questions, and they were always amazing and answered promptly.They are not only good during their business hours, but I’ve also called twice after hours and I got a call immediately from Dr Groll.When you get treated at SpringCreek you feel like you are their first and only priority.And yes ... currently pregnant after our first transfer. We are beyond blessed.Thank you for all you do! We are very lucky to have found you.

We had the best experience with SpringCreek! Each appointment we were treated with utmost care and they answered every question before we even asked. We will return in the future if we need more help with making babies and I would recommend them to anyone needing fertility help!

The staff is absolutely wonderful!!I had the most pleasant experience from beginning to end...They were very patient & understanding, always helpful (I called a million times with concerns), quick with tests/lab results and very thorough with creating and executing a treatment plan that best fits your specific needs and medical history.I loved everything about my experience and could not have asked for better service than I already received.Spring creek Fertility is truly an amazing place!

Spring Creek was awesome! I felt like they were extremely upfront about the cost and ran my insurance to have it tailored to me. We have not had that experience in past clinics. The doctors and nurses were all extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us before hand. Plus they were kind and caring when discussing our situation. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing their services!

I waited to write this review until my husband and I had told our family the good news.We are forever thankful for the team at Springcreek. Erin was always a welcome face at each of my appointments. This journey is crazy enough and she made it a little more bearable. Lisa the nurse always seemed to be the one to call me about lab results or was the one that would call back when I had questions. Julie the NP always answered mine and my husbands questions without making us feel inadequate for asking them. When I had some bleeding after a successful transfer, I called them in a panic. Lisa called me back and called all my fears. And Julie calmed them even more at the next appointment. And Dr. Groll is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. My husband and I always felt like we were in good hands and felt secure in knowing that that dr groll was making the best plan for us. We couldn’t be more thankful as we are now 20 weeks pregnant and awaiting a baby come May. (Baby is kicking as I am writing this).

SpringCreek has provided me with the most exceptional care. Dr. Groll is so knowledgeable and experienced, and he and the rest of the staff are truly so compassionate. I’ve received many warm hugs from the nurses, which is comforting to me during such a difficult season of my life. I’ve gone through several IUIs and one IVF, and I am so thankful that I’ve had the SpringCreek staff there to support me through it all.

The doctors and staff at SpringCreek are amazing. During a difficult and stressful time in our lives, they showed great compassion and care. Thanks to SpringCreek, we have our beautiful one-year old daughter. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fertility clinic.

Dr. Groll provided the best care, was so supportive, and really took the time to answer questions and help us through every step of our journey. Every person treated us like family, and thanks to SpringCreek, we now have one of our own. I experienced infertility for more than one year and was referred to Springcreek, where I did lots of testing. Found out I had a septate uterus, and Dr. Groll did my surgery in September 2022. He was very knowledgeable and brought a calming presence. On Christmas morning, I found out I was pregnant! The surgery worked, which is what made it possible. I’m currently 18 weeks pregnant. Forever grateful for Dr. Groll.

We have had the best experience when we went to Spring Creek, everyone there was so nice and passionate about what they do it was amazing. Even though our treatment didn’t work I still have high hope to return back when we finally get those 2 pink lines everyone waits on. Spring Creek staff treats you like family they don’t forget a face.

We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Groll and all the staff at SpringCreek. Everyone was very informative and kind, and always called back quickly when we had any questions or concerns. The staff was always so kind and supportive and we will never ever be able to thank them enough for helping us have our little girl, who will be here come January!I will never ever forget the care and kindness we received and that when I was at my lowest and we about to give up, Siree told me Even when you dont have any, we still have hope for you and are here cheering for you, and she made me feel a new sense of hope and really helped me to be ready again, knowing my team was behind me and rooting for me.I always felt valued as a person and every single staff from reception to billing to medical staff was always so eager to help and in whatever ways they could. We cant wait to come back and place our babys footprints next year!!

We came from a different fertility clinic and had horrible experience. Had 4 failed IUI with no explanation to why or what to do. So we switched.From the start everyone was so nice and explained everything in detail. Any questions we had they always had an answer. We did RIVF and got pregnant on our first transfer.I feel Dr. Groll and his team do everything to give you the best shot at getting pregnant and having a healthy baby. Truly great full for them.

Dr.Groll and the SpringCreek staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to make your dreams of having a family come true. We have 3 beautiful girls that they help us get and without them we wouldnt be parents.

Springcreek delivers top notch service and expectations. Everyone going through fertility treatments is frustrated enough, but Springcreek was available for answering any and all questions. Shout out to Lisa, Debbie, Tiger, and Hailey (and honestly so many others)! They are so compassionate, very knowledgeable and individualize your care. Dr Groll and Julie were so helpful in this entire process. They want you to succeed and do not see you as just a number. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic group of people here at this office. Everyone is so sweet! Dr Groll is all around excellent, really knowledgeable and informative. Our particular issue was a little bit extra weird and well hidden, so it took some work to get going. All of Springcreek was there for us through that difficult time just as they celebrated with us when we found out we were pregnant again. Our baby girl is here now and shes great. Highly recommend!

Dr. Groll and the team at Spring Creek Fertility are amazing!! Everyone is so nice and they really seem to care about you and your need through this journey. Dr. Groll has so much knowledge that has uncovered some ways to help me that my old fertility Doctor didn’t know about. My only regret is not coming here sooner.

I worked with SpringCreek as an egg donor and they were prompt, professional, and took good care of my health. Nurse Lisa especially made the process very smooth, she is so sweet and a great patient advocate. And Dr.Groll is so kind and professional as well. Highly highly recommend the clinic as a whole.

If you are thinking of coming to springcreek, especially for recurrent miscarriages, RUN the other way. This practice is terrible. The last thing you want on this hard journey of infertility is more stress and feeling like you don’t matter and that’s exactly what you will get at springcreek. You will never see Dr. Groll or be able to get ahold of him. I have called Springcreek asking to speak directly to Dr. Groll since you will never see him at your appointments…Instead, An office manager, who will say she has no medical experience will call you back so she can’t even answer your questions. It is a one size shoe fits all clinic. They are extremely stuck in their ways and truly won’t listen to anything you have to say as a patient. If you end up choosing Springcreek, I would try to schedule with Priscilla since you won’t be seeing Groll ever & by all means avoid scheduling with NP Julie.

All of them are so sweet!!! I adore them all. During our journey, I felt the support of the whole team, what makes things easier. Dr. Groll is amazing and knowledgeable, explains everything in really good manners. He is available even after office hours, and he will answer all your doubts. I love also Julie and the whole team that cheers you up every single day. We are pregnant after our first IVF and everything is due to them!!! Thanks :)

Nothing but great things to say about SpringCreek Fertility Dayton! After trying for nearly two years for baby #2 we went to SpringCreek, had all the testing done, as well as two IUIs. Although our fertility treatments failed, I am nothing but greatful for the wonderful experience we got during this difficult time. We are hoping to conceive naturally now, but if things dont pan out we will reach back out to SpringCreek in hopes that one day we will have a sweet little baby to hold.

By far, the very best doctor and staff ever! I have never felt more comfortable at an office than I did at Spring Creek. They were there for us when we had to cry when things didnt go as planned and there for us when our dreams came true. They are the best!

My overall in-office experience was excellent. Everyone in the office was so kind and compassionate. My husband and I have done 3 rounds of IUI and one IVF treatment at Spring Creek. Our experience following the cancelation of our IVF treatment is what led to my one star review. We were notified by the office that our IVF transfer was being cancelled due to our embryo testing abnormally. It was devastating news to receive and the woman who called us was not qualified to discuss any specifics or give us any additional information. She offered to get us scheduled for an additional retrieval and put us in queue with the financial department to go over costs, or schedule a follow up appointment with Dr. Groll 2 1/2 months later!!! My husband and I were not financially able to immediately go into a other retrieval process, as we had already incurred the cost of 3 IUIs and an IVF. We were left waiting for 2 1/2 months with no information, no answers, no explanations about what went wrong, no next step suggestions, no grief resources, no nothing. It has been excruciating to say the least. We had our follow up with Dr. Groll today and I expressed our dissatisfaction with how things were handled. Dr. Groll apologized that we had a negative experience and more or less said that he is one person and the consult/appointment demand is high and he cant get to everyone in a timely manner. Having spent most of my adult career in the specialty medical field, the explanation I was given today is unacceptable. Current patients should be made a priority and should be presented with timely follow up, next steps and grief resources if necessary. Should my husband and I find ourselves in a more favorable financial situation in the near future, we will be seeking a new fertility clinic.

They are so kind and make you feel like part of a supportive family. I recommend this practice to all friends and family going through infertility. Dr Groll is extremely knowledgeable and well trained as the rest of the staff. The office is new and beautifully decorated, so it does not feel like a medical office.

I loved SpringCreek! Everyone was so nice and made u feel like family. We had a long road to have our sweet baby girl and it helped knowing they were on our side. Anyone that asks me about my journey I tell them to go see Dr.Groll he’s the best in my opinion.

I have been a patient at SpringCreek since 2017. I don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for SpringCreek Fertility. I had previously been to a different doctor and was seeking a second opinion. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to see Dr. Groll and his staff. They gave me hope and support that I hadn’t previously received. I walked into that office devastated that I might never be a mother, and 7 months later I was pregnant with my baby girl. Dr. Groll and his staff were always available, even outside of normal office hours. I had to call Dr. Groll on several weekends, and he was always there to help or reassure me. Infertility is a stressful journey, and I can’t stress how important it is to have staff there for you when you have questions no matter what time or day. I have come to know many members of the staff over the last several years. Some have literally held my hand through procedures . They have become my “fertility family.” They helped make me a mother, and I can’t think of a greater gift. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Groll and the staff at SpringCreek Fertility.

The Receptionist and Phlebotomist were amazing, but that’s where it stopped for me. I was a potential egg donor and was connected to spring creek fertility from an agency. My first ultrasound appointment was with a woman, and she was amazing. Very gentle, compassionate and she was willing to take the time to go over things and explain. Most importantly I didn’t feel rushed and I felt she seen me as a person. My second appointment was with Dr. Groll and I was confused, because I didn’t know I was getting a new doctor. Dr. Groll continued to be my doctor throughout the process and I didn’t get the same feel for Dr.Groll as I did the woman. Many times I wanted to ask if another doctor was available, but I left it alone. Also My agency was very supportive, so I was comfortable knowing I had someone in my corner. It wasn’t till I had to go to the emergency room for excruciating stomach pain and heavy bleeding, that my dislike for him as doctor blossomed. He had no answers for what was going on and down played my concerns. The next appointment following my emergency room visit, he told me he doesn’t have an answer for what happened, but it’s almost over. Like what? What kind of response is that? I was furious leaving the doctors office that day, because I honestly felt all he cared about was my eggs and not me as person/patient. I was told at every appointment that everything was on track and that everything was good. Dr.Groll “NEVER” expressed any concerns during appointments or with the nurses when they would call me after my test results came back. Unfortunately, two days before my procedure was going to be scheduled, I got an email from the clinic letting me know they could not move forward due to my estradiol levels dropping significantly. I was also told to return the unused medication, so I did. I talked to a nurse named Ashleigh and asked what happened and how did it happen and she also had no answers her words exactly were “I don’t know, sometimes it just drops. Your levels just plummeted”. My agency asked to contact them if the clinic gave me further instructions and they didn’t, so I let my agency know that. My agency then never got back in contact with me. I thought that was weird , because when the process is terminated due to doctors orders you are entitled to some compensation. So, after 3 days I messaged the agency and asked them when would someone be in contact with me about it, and that’s when they sent me an email regarding a letter Dr. Groll sent them with the concerns of Himself and Ashleigh. In the letter Dr. Groll expresses he felt I wasn’t taking the injections correctly and that’s why my estradiol levels dropped. Not one time has Dr. Groll ever expressed to me about me incorrectly taking my medication. Nor did Ashleigh explain this when I asked what happened, but they decided to send that to the agency. Along with Dr.Groll assuming I wasn’t taking my medication correctly, he felt the need to add other lies to fit their narrative as well. That included :1. Not showing up to appointments on time.With the expectation of one appointment I canceled and rescheduled due to car troubles and one appointment I overslept and Rescheduled and came in that same day. I was NEVER late for any appointments. If anything they never called me back on time.2. needed to be awakened by phoneNo one has EVER had to call and Awaken me for appointments. (This was insulting to say the least)3. Needed to be reminded on the days she was supposed to go in.This fertility clinic took it upon themselves to call and remind me of an appointment the day before. I never asked them to do that, and to be technical what doctor office doesn’t call their patients the day before an appointment?I have contacted them and Ashleigh emailed and basically said in polite words they weren’t interested in talking. What angers me the most, are these lies were the explanation the Doctor gave to the parents on why he chose to cancel the cycle, and because it’s anonymous they’ll never know the truth. Great place if you aren’t an egg donor!

When I first started the process of stating my family, I was beyond nervous! From the first visit, I felt super comfortable and had nothing but great experiences from them on out! I now have a 1yr old lil girl, and now my wife is going here and hopefully by the end of the year we will start planning for baby #2 🤞🏻 But everyone here was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend SpringCreek!!

From the first time walking in I felt as if I was with family. I never felt uncomfortable or awkward. Dr. Groll has fabulous bed side manner, and you feel like an individual person not just another number. If you are considering making an appointment at SpringCreek, do it.

Do NOT believe the negative reviews! This is our 3rd clinic and we are so happy with the entire staff. Our only regret is not finding it sooner!! We make the 4 hour round trip when it’s not possible to go the the Dublin office. The care and friendliness of the staff is way beyond any other in central Ohio!The amount of initial testing gave more answers than any other. They explain things thoroughly and in terms you don’t have to google. There is always a doctor on call and the ivf nurses are always quick to respond (shout out to Lisa Brookbank for answering my million questions)Lastly, you know they care! I’ve received encouragement cards in the mail and they have given me a charm bracelet with a new charm and small note when reaching each ivf milestone!!Kudos to the entire staff including laboratory, clinical, billing and of course the doctors and nurse practitioner. Thank you Springcreek for helping us make our dreams come true!!

I really love this place. i always felt welcome and i feel like i made a friendship connection with these women. from the front desk to all the ladies that checked up on me. and of course made my long time dream come true. after 9 years trying to get pregnant, i am finally 12 weeks pregnant. and super blessed for this facility. i highly recommend.

I went through this fertility journey, pretty much, alone. A single mom by choice. But Spring Creek staff never made me feel alone. I never imagined when I started this, how much their care and compassion would mean to me. If I had it to do over, I wouldnt choose anywhere else.

Dr. Groll and his staff have always provided my wife and I with the best customer service. Even in the middle of the night they are a phone call away. What else can I say other than I get to hold my 5 month old baby boy every night thanks to Springcreek Fertility!

The science behind this place is awesome. Dr Groll pushed the limits and uses whatever he can to get the best embryos. When I was at another clinic and I was 36, I only got one good embryo with 2 good ovaries. Now when I was 40, with 1.5 ovaries due to surgical loss, we got 2 good PGT tested embryos! AMH of a dismal 0.67. Great results! Now pregnant with 10 week pregnancy! Shout out to the financial team as well. They went above and beyond to fight for every last dime from my insurance to save me money!

I wish I could put NO star for the experience I had with this clinic. Let’s start off by saying going through fertility treatments is hard enough and most importantly expensive enough we don’t need extra hassles . My doctor recommended me in March for spring creek, I called the next day and scheduled an appointment less then 3 days away because they had an “early opening” I then later realized this date would be too early for me and called to request to change it less then 4 hours after originally scheduling. A staff member told me I would have to “repay” the deposit (mind you I paid for the entire appointment and deposit at once) when I told her I wasn’t in the grave period because they had an early opening she put me on hold then said unfortunately I would still be charged to which I told her NEVERMIND I wanted to cancel all my appointments and I would find another clinic. This associate left me on the schedule for a later appointment instead of canceling it like I asked. I later disputed the charges with my bank. My dispute was retracted by the bank because spring creek said I owed them for a “cancelation fee” , when I called spring creek to try and get the issue resolved and be refunded the rest of my money besides the “cancellation fee of $75” I was told I would be contacted back by their billing department. I’ve called several times and never received a call back. At this point I feel used, and robbed by a clinic supposed to be in the business of helping us all achieve motherhood. Disgusting place to ever bring your business! They are MONEY HUNGRY

2nd updated:I have lost hope of them changing their terrible policy of not allowing husband to attend appointments with wife. I remain astounded at how little value they place on process being something husband and wife are doing together. I am not a fan of woke policies that are for appearance only.1st update:The VP did promptly contact us to discuss how we felt after initial post. He was genuinely interested in making sure people had a good experience and balancing safety. I very strongly disagree with policy that a husband can not not attend an appointment with his wife, and find other specifics of the policy to be incongruent as well as illogical. it is clear they sincerely care. I hope this policy is changed as I believe it is detrimental to the entire experience and accomplishes nothing in return. They came highly recommend and at this time we plan on continuing with them.

SpringCreek has been wonderful throughout the entire process of IUI and IVF. They are very responsive to all of your questions and make sure you feel good about the process. I highly recommend them!

Love this place! They gave me both my children and I will always be forever grateful! In 2014 I started something I was uncertain of and the staff helped me through it and they were like family. Wanting to have another baby we tried and were unsuccessful so we went back to Dr. Groll and began our journey again. The staff is amazing and is so helpful.

Staff tries to make it a ver personalized experience especially for procedures. Cerie is one of my favorites. Thanks Dr Groll for helping us conceive our two babies, one due July 2023.

I have never felt more love, compassion, and understanding from a doctor and medical staff than I have at SpringCreek Fertility. They were always available to answer questions (yes, I received return phone calls and emails at crazy hours from Kris and Dr. Groll when I was going nuts with anxiety) and the embryologist/andrologist gave me her personal phone number so I could call with questions and concerns. Lorie and Bev worked hard to give us competitive pricing and were willing to work with us to pay the expenses associated with treatments. The front desk staff was always incredibly welcoming and sweet. Tammy provided immense support (and lifelong friendships) with her fertility challenges support group. Siree, April, and Deborah cried tears of sadness and tears of joy with me and were not afraid to give hugs.We went through several procedures before we decided it was time to move on to IVF. I was not an easy case, but Dr. Grolls knowledge and experience helped us achieve a successful outcome, and our rainbow baby boy is almost here!

There isnt one bad thing I could say about SpringCreek! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed as you can be throughout this whole journey. So glad I chose them! 💜

Dr. Groll is exceptional and helped my husband and I achieve the family we had dreamed of. The staff became like a second family to me, so much so that I quit my job and came to join the staff, as well. Dr. Groll and Julie, the Nurse Practicioner, truly care about each individual patient.

What a great place. Ive been to so many doctors and offices. Dr. Karnitis is awesome and the entire staff at this place is amazing.Theyre so organized it kind of felt like a racket at first but having dealt with some seriously awful offices, these guys are so great I wouldnt even care if it was! I just wish all my doctors offices could be like this. With such a sensitive subject, I was really ready to give up. Im glad I gave it one last shot. These people are professionals through and through.

I’ve had PCOS for years and they are the only ones that ran test to find out I have insulin resistance and put me on metformin. A lot of the symptoms I had decreased or went away just by being diagnosed properly. They were very informative, answered all of my questions and even did weight loss consultations with me to help me lose weight. I got pregnant on my second round of IUI. I’m currently 11 weeks pregnant. I’m so grateful for them. Not only was I able to get pregnant,but I also learned more about PCOS and how to manage it though out my life.

I have had the best experience with Springcreek and Dr. Groll. Every one I have met have been so nice and caring. All the nurses have been so helpful and answer all the questions I have!

My surrogate went her for her scans and they were wonderful I got to FaceTime and they took so much time on the video for me to see the baby and be apart of it !!! I recently applied to a position for medical assistant/phlebotomist for this location through the popular job website Indeed. I have several years of experience and I have used this app in the past for other medical jobs in the past. Normally, when your not one of the more qualified candidates, you dont make it to the next round of the interview process and I fully understand that. I usually get a professional email stating that I wasnt selected, but thanking me for applying. I received a response email for this position from Lorie, who I assumed does the hiring, stating that I had been selected for the next step in their interview process which consisted of an over the phone assessment. I was really excited as any job seeker is when they get a response from a potential employer. So I started preparing myself for the phone assessment. Less than 2 hours later I recieved another Email, stating I wasnt selected for the phone interview process. I was confused so I contacted Lorie to inform her that I received contradicting emails hoping the second one was the mistake. She informed me that no, apparently the first one was the mistake and they were not interested in hiring me at this time. While I was frustrated and disappointed I remained professional and just asked that they address the issue so that this kind of thing wouldnt happen to anyone else in the future as job seeking can already be stressful enough, without inaccurate emails and untrue offers to move along in the interview process. Lorie assured me that they agreed that it was unprofessional and she was sorry that I received the initial email. I accepted her apology and moved on as it was a mistake and things happen. Until today, a few days later, I recieved another email from Lorie again stating that I was selected to complete the phone assessment, the next part of their hiring process which I know is untrue because I spoke directly with Lorie. I dont understand in 2019 how this mistake can happen multiple times from the same company. I have never had this issue with any other employer on indeed or ever for that matter. I just felt this most recent email was completely unprofessional considering a few days later they were informed about the problem. Who knows how many job seekers have dealt with the same issue with this company. Not to mention it doesnt look very good that a professional medical facility in 2019 cant handle sending emails. Use caution and make sure you know exactly what your getting or not getting from this company wheather a new patient or job seeker. I can only hope they are more professional with their actual patients.

I can’t speak on their fertility treatment itself… But me and my fiancé are both active duty army and have tricare. Apparently the doctor there does work with Wright Patt. Im sure they are aware tricare covers NO COSTS for fertility treatment for service members. With all of that being said.. they charged me and my fiancé close to $250 for a 30 minute INITIAL PHONE CALL. I’ve been to a few different clinics who all gave a free initial consultation… even just to explain how their process works. This is the only one who charged a crazy amount just to answer questions that aren’t on their website… AND they didn’t even tell us that the phone call was going to be billed?…. RIDICULOUS. They’re only in it for the money it seems like.

The receptionist, Emily, was rude to my wife. Dr. Groll and the rest of the staff is amazing. The receptionist, Emily, thinks she runs the place and acts like she is in charge of everything. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Avoid her if possible!

5 IUIs last year and IFV this year and have had miscarriages and now I cant even get them to give me a time frame for trying again. They keep ordering tests then dragging their feet for days if not weeks before they get back to you with the results. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want to drop 45000 and still not have a baby.

Highly knowledgeable staff who treat you like family. Lots of support systems in place outside of office visits. Would not have my daughter without them!!! Highly recommend. Completely different experience here than from other local fertility centers.

The staff was really nice but that’s about as far as it goes. I feel like they are only in it for the money.they told us IUI would work. My significant other and I did thousands of dollars in extensive testing and we also did 3 IUI’s which all failed. The IUI’s was such a painful procedure that it made me feel like they didn’t know what they were doing. IUI’s should not hurt!! We spent $8,000.00 on testing and IUI’s. They just sent me a bill for $150.00 because the doctor called to tell me the results of the last tests we did(Feb 2021)and for him to say, I don’t know why IUI is not working for you, let’s try IVF($20k). Excuse me, No! They do not give discounts for IVF even if you e spent thousands of dollars on IUI’s. Emotionally, mentally, and financially draining. They just wanted more test and more test which equaled $$$ for them. They just want your money. Who sends a bill for a reading of the results from a test? Not cool!! They only want your money! Extremely sad!!

They are not up to mark. Has 3 iui cycles and first cycle of ovulation induction was started without an actual period , wasted money and time , don’t recommend this place.
