The people who do the draws here are really friendly. The staff at the front desk are always a little salty and rude it seems. The last time I was here they were talking bad about a new coworker loudly enough for patients in the lobby to hear, and now I’m in here and the lady was completely rude to me about a misunderstanding. Not sure I’ll return to this lab in the future. Update: turns out the woman at the front desk today was also doing the blood draw. She was actually perfectly nice once I got back there for the draw but the first interaction with her at the front desk? Oof.

I had my blood drawn this morning with Dangelo at Secure Health Partners on Cherry St. in Denver. Hes great! He is a very good phlebotomist and was very helpful and friendly.

I made an appointment for rapid Covid testing. I got there at 2:41 for a 2:45 appointment and was done at 2:45. Results were emailed to me within two hours (they promise same day). The person who did my sample was friendly and professional. If I need to be tested again, I’ll definitely return.

I visited Secure Health Partners for a blood draw. Despite having an appointment, upon being checked in the front desk incorrectly marked me as a walk-in, resulting in about an hour long wait. They also didn’t realize I had paid in advance for my appointment and we’re telling me I needed to pay a second time.The absolute worst part of the experience was that the lab company I used, Genova, allowed me to activate my test online and provide an activation code so I didn’t need to share my Social Security Number with a random front desk person. They nonetheless demanded my SSN and said without it Genova would reject the test. I called Genova after the blood draw, and they confirmed I needed to provide them with nothing but the activation code and that they NEVER require SSN with any test.I’m giving a 2-star review (rather than 1) because the phlebotomist was very apologetic to how rude the front desk person was to me. They were also understanding when I needed to reschedule this appointment.Regardless, I will not be returning here again and strongly advise others look for alternatives.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I did a 12 hour fast to have my blood drawn, and this is the place I was scheduled to have that done. I went in about 7:50am yesterday. I left shortly after 9am. There were 2 different women who attempted to do the blood draw. Neither one was able to do the job correctly. I was poked a total of 7 times. One of my arms is bruised from one of their attempts. I had to drive 45 minutes to get there, so they said they would have their lead Phlebotomist call me either later that day or the following day. I had not received a call by close to the end of the day, so I called and left a message. I received a call back today from a lady who had a bunch of excuses. She started off by saying that they dont offer home blood draws unless you are homebound and some other instances. I explained that I was told by both of the women that tried to do the blood draw and failed at their job, that the lead phlebotomist would come out to do the blood draw. At one point, she said something to the effect that when she talked to the women, they told a different story than what I was saying. She admitted that she hadnt even heard about the situation until she received my voicemail. I clearly this up very quickly by pointing out that the only reason she even knew about the situation was because I called, pointing out that neither of these women had even done the follow-up they said they were going to do when I left their office. How do you forget to follow-up and fix a situation with someone that you poked with a needle 7 times and failed to draw blood from?!?!?!? Then, she tried to say that they normally charge a fee to do a blood draw in house. Your company failed to do their job, it is your companies job to resolve that, not the customer. In the end, she called me back and said I would have to go elsewhere and they wouldnt fix their failure. AVOID THIS PLACE!

We were in need of a Rapid Test for Covid and had less than 24 hours to get one. We literally called 20-30 places and struck out with all of them. This clinic was so understanding of our needs and the care and concern was genuine. Thanks to this team our prognosis is very good. Thank you so much. We truly do appreciate it!

I got a rapid covid 19 test. I was able to get an appointment easily for the day and time I wanted to get it.There was no signage in the parking lot, but once I called they came to my car for the test. I got the results by email a few hours later.

This is a very professional testing service. I have used them multiple times for COVID testing over the last year. Results are always ready in a timely fashion. The customer service is outstanding and they always go the extra mile to make sure they meet your testing needs

Do NOT get your blood drawn here. It took 3 phlebotomists and 5 needles to finally draw blood from me (my veins are very visible too). I was sore and bruised in several places by the time I left. They convinced me to break my fast which skewed my test results (my blood sugar was so low and I couldn’t think clearly). The facility is not the cleanest or well kept either. Highly NOT recommended!

Needed a COVID test for travel purposes and test kits were at a minimum. Lori followed up few days later reassuring me a test kit would be available prior to my travel date. Jennifer who had conducted the test was very kind and professional. Great customer service! Thank you!

Scheduled an appointment online. While I was required to give 24 hours notice if I wanted to change or cancel my appointment, Identogo canceled my appointment and closed up shop without any notice at all. I found out by going there and finding the door locked and the lights out. Very professional. Stunning.

Lori and the team worked tirelessly to get my results to me in time for a flight to Toronto. The personal touch with this business really impressed me. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and customer focused testing site.

Diana and her team are awesome! They have been great to staff and couldnt be easier to work with. Operating during Covid has really been tough but they have provided the information that has allowed us to make decisions based on facts. Thank you !

I needed a quick, close Covid test so I could continue to visit my father in a memory care facility. Secure Health Partners website was easy to navigate, easy to sign up for an appointment and easy to pre-pay. I was able to pull into a designated parking spot 3 minutes before my appointment. I texted them to let them know I was there. A clinician came out to administer the test. I was in and out in 6 minutes. And I got my results in 2 hours.

This was one of the most effective blood tests Ive ever had done, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Im naturally very queasy when it comes to blood and Jesus, the worker who drew my blood, was incredibly kind and supportive throughout. I would heavily recommend this place to anyone needing bloodwork done.

If you get a covid test for travel here, check it carefully. They omitted my birthdate and the date of the test, and I only discovered the latter when I was trying to check in for my flight. I could have missed my flight, but they were able to correct the mistake and e-mail the results in time. Still, this sort of thing should not happen.

I needed to get a rapid covid test today. There were no open appointment anywhere to be found and this place without any hassle allowed me to come in for a walk-in test. They were quick with the process and very polite.

This place has the most wonderful staff. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The male phlebotomist is an angel. I could barely feel it when he drew my blood. Im usually a hard stick, but there was no bruising and he got it on the first time! I will be back... especially to see his beautiful face.

There isnt any signage for IdentoGo from the street or even parking lot. However, inside the building theres a sign on the door of ste #101. My appointment was quick, & professional. Would use again if needed & also recommend this service location to others.

They have a lunch time from 12-1pm. Its not on their website or paper. Its a sign on their door. I have to plan my day because I live so far away. I lost a whole day because of this little unknown fact. I had called a day before and the reception didnt mention it

Great service and results were ready within the same day. We did not have to wait at all to get tested and it was done from the car.

Diana and the staff were very accommodating. That helped me get a rapid results from my staff with a great sense of urgency and were very informative on Covid concerns.

The employee there was very helpful and quick. I made an appointment and they had me in on time and out within 15 minutes.

I’ve been here a few times for last minute Covid testing. They are always so kind and the results are turned around so fast. Definitely recommend!!!

Cancelled appointment by them, when called to reschedule, they dont do same day appointments even when they cancelled the appointment. Companies: PLEASE contract with someone else. This company is a joke. No direct lines, no customer service (they only have access to what is on the website for scheduling).

Easy to book an appointment, staff courteous and professional. They took me on time and test results in an hour.

I was sent three emails, and I called. All information I received was a drivers drivers license was all I needed. I get to the window and everyone working said I needed a passport or another form of ID. Next time update your information so people can be prepared when they come in. Total waste of time.

What a joke! My appointment just got cancelled by email as I was literally parking to get to their location. Is this a legit office!? There is no phone number listed to call either!

Went in for a drug test, ended up having to leave because I waited for 30 minutes and no one helped me. There were only two other people there. Unacceptable.

They didnt send my results to me after many days. I called to ask about this, they said they had them and would send them to me, never did. Will not return.

Efficient way to get fingerprinting done, but wish it was less pricy!

This will be my go-to for Covid tests. It took 5 minutes for the test, and I received my results in 3 hours!
