Find somewhere else is the first thing I will tell you, there are better options and this company will make the process as difficult as possible. If you read the recent reviews you will see it that there are many bad ones. I had been coming here for years and I have had nothing but good experiences until they were bought out by the new company, now it’s been nothing but a problem. Between changing their requirements again, and again, ridiculous prices, forgetting to send my records over, the lack of any sort of therapeutic blood drawing to send the blood, it just goes on and on. There’s some people that work here still from the old days and they are great, but they know it’s a complete mess. Since you need your prescriptions issued by them to keep your levels where they need to be. They know it’s difficult to break off and go elsewhere. They depend on this.

Very friendly staff. Really trying to help you look and feel your best. Very affordable. If you are tried of being tired, overweight, not wanting any hanky panky, dont put it off any longer, come see these folks. For less than a cable bill you can get your old self back.

Great service ! Everyone is very welcoming, friendly, and professional. They seem to always care for your wellbeing , taking blood work in order to accurately measure and treat you and keep your health in check in order to keep you safe. For being a small clinic with a large stream of people both men and women coming in, they always try to get you in and out in good time while caring for you diligently and efficiently to tend to your needs and overall health. Even during transition to a different company, the staff tries very hard to make sure all of their patients are treated properly.

I couldn’t agree more with the one star ratings. Was apart of this clinic for nearly a year and consistently had issues with prescriptions and a lack of follow up from the so-called providers. Started as face to face with providers but then became tele appointments and who knows their qualifications. Stay away from this clinic if you are thinking of starting TRT. Waste of money, time and attention to patients.

I want to preface that the people who work at the clinic are so great and helpful, however, no fault to them, Low T Center as a company has gone downhill fast.They have a contract with “Village Lane Apothecary” (look at their reviews, they’re horrible, all of which are related to Low T Center fulfillment) to fulfill prescription orders. What was supposed to be a seamless transition has turned into a nightmare, orders are not going through, constant shipping delays, I’ve never received my shipments on time and are usually considerably delayed.This was obviously frustrating however we were always allowed to go into the clinic for a courtesy shot to bridge the gap between shipping delays (so constantly), now they’re charging $70 for a single shot, absolutely ludicrous. I’d be ok with paying for a dose if it was the equivalent cost of a 4 pack divided by 4 ($27) but $70?! I feel like I’m being punished for mistakes made on behalf of the company.

Couldnt agree more with the one star ratings the new company seems to be more about the dollar than the patient,(no way to get ahold of any one from corporate too) before you start with this clinic ask about the fees involved they charge if the shipment is not on time , its $70.00 weither its your fault or theres,i have had a couple weeks in gap of treatment, with the emplyees saying theres no adverse side effects or withdrawal from gaps in your treatment. (There is) So if you can afford it or you want 2 week gaps in treatment this company is for you. I gave a extra star because some of the emplyees still care.

Is sadly going steadily down-hill ever since they were bought-out. Everyone at the center has been great, aside from maybe getting occasionally forgotten about (but nothing too crazy).The real issues have been with aspects of the company outside of the facility and pricing rules handing down. First they changed their pricing structure so that, instead of a flat monthly fee, you pay for orders and for tests. That wasnt supposed to be a very big deal, but it gets pricey when youre having to take a blood test every month because of levels.And then, the real kicker is the new fee for getting shots at the clinic while youre waiting on your order. Ever since Ive been coming here, theres been an issue with delayed shipments of your injections. This hasnt been a huge deal for me (or anyone that lives close to a clinic, probably) as weve been able to come in and just get a courtesy shot. However, the big change now is that these courtesy injections are now $70(!!!!). When you combine that with the fact that Ive been waiting two weeks now for my shipment since my last blood draw, it is simply unacceptable. Corporate price gouging at its absolute worst--making customers shell out extra money because you cant get your operations streamlined.My extra star is for the girls at the clinic, because Ive never gotten the impression that any of them are thrilled about the recent changes. Theyve always given me the feeling that they care about you more than your wallet. This new company, on the other hand, is the exact opposite.

Hello? Can you hear me? …Since Low T Center was acquired by Synergenx the value has plummeted. No more in office prescription filling - Instead, I get shipments that have been frozen and are crystallized during shipping! Oh, and I get the shipment a week after my last dose is complete.They think their B-minus app is an adequate replacement for an in person physician.I am not a number, I am a person! If this is where the medical field is going, we all have a lot of adjusting to do……off to find a different men’s health provider…

I have been coming to Low T Clinic for years,I will never come back again due to the unprofessional treatment I received today.I was told I needed labs done when they were done two months ago, normally this is a 3 month requirement! I was told last week my blood was to thick so I needed to donate so I would qualify for more home treatment, the soonest I could get a appointment was the 15 of January at the hospital located in Brighton where I live. My insurance has always paid for my injections at the Low T Clinic, I mean always! Side note it s $10 dollars every week with insurance, I needed my shot this morning and was told unless I do labs the injection will be $70 dollars and my Insurance doesn’t make a difference. Point being Low T Clinic would make me do labs today and again nextWeek before I could go back to self injectingAfter my blood work is qualified.So Low T Clinic obviously only cares about charging for more high dollar procedures and making money and they definitely don’t care about The patients. Since Low T Clinic has been bought by a different company they are completely money motivated and could care less who leaves or stays. I will never go back and highly advise anyone reading this not to give this place your time or money. My Insurance company pays $100 a week for my one shot, my copay is $10 dollars, Lab work is roughly $600, so not caring to keep me as a client is ludicrous!

I have been coming to Low T Center for 6 months and have had no issues. Of course I get my shots done in the clinic and dont depend on self.injection shipments. Staff are super nice and quick, always accommodating. I have recommended several other men to this clinic who have had great results.

If you like sitting in the room for 30-45 minutes unattended, this is the place for you!If you like to be promised prescriptions week after week and then hear reasons why it didn’t get ordered then you’ll like this place even more.After literally being a client for over 8 years, I have finally had enough. I walked out of my appointment after hearing more excuses and apologies.This place has gone down the tubes so bad since it was bought out by Synergenics.The staff is like a revolving door. Somebody new with absolutely no hormone replacement therapy experience to help you every week.This place is so unprofessional that it is often like a day care for dogs, kids and even spouses that supposedly work there.The icing on this cake was when a Sasquatch size guy comes in to give you your shot. He literally would stab you with the needle and act like he gave you the injection but didn’t. It was the managers husband. When brought up to other employees the consensus was that “Sasquatch” was keeping the testosterone for himself rather than injecting patients.Don’t waste your time or money with this place.FITMD has a good reputation as well as Lions Optimal Health. I’m switching and I would recommend you do too.

One of the worst medical experiences you will ever encounter.Initially, all seemed well. I signed up, went to my first appointment and got an injection like that week. Now, I had to pay roughly $150 initially, then a few days later $105 for their monthly subscription. I went two weeks, two whole weeks, without getting a shipment. I had to call, and call, and guess what? I had to call again. I paid them money, why, in the world, should I have to put in leg work just to get my order filled?So that’s like February or March. I’m told “Oh, the pharmacy is just super bogged down right now, it won’t always be like this.”Shocker, it was always like that. From earlier this year until almost October… It never got better, in fact, it got worse.They told me, oh, you can just come into the clinic and get an injection. It’s an hour trip from where I live to the center and back. Why should I have to make an hour drive, on my dollar, just because you all can’t ship something out in a timely manner.So, if you’re still interested, which, check the recent reviews—they’re not good. Go ahead and Google Village Lane Apothecary. This is where your orders come from. Check all of their reviews, they’re awful.Overall, I will say, the medical staff at the facility are very kind and professional… Cassandra up front; however, literally the opposite. She is the rudest person and awful to deal with. She told me in August that the reason my shipments were always late was because I didn’t setup auto-pay. Well, I did, and after not getting my order after paying, I stopped it. Why the hell would I pay for something that I’m not getting? Makes zero sense.So, she tells me on the phone that if I setup auto-pay and get my August blood work done, that the next shipment won’t be late. Well Cassandra, we’re two weeks behind and it’s still not here. Shocker. So, you all wanted me to pay almost $300 just for my order to be two weeks behind? That’s wild.She was insanely rude on the phone, all the time. I get it, you probably make terrible money there and you’re always called being asked why orders are late … That’s gotta suck, but maybe find a better employer?I called on Monday, September 18th stating that I found another provider and that I wanted to cancel my order that was allegedly finally going to ship. They still said they shipped it. There is absolutely zero communication between the centers and Village Lane Apothecary. None, they do not communicate in anyway and it’s awful.Every time I went into the Center, there were guys in there getting injections because they didn’t have their order at home. If your expectation is to have a pleasant experience, stay the hell away. This place is awful, their management doesn’t care and their leadership is too cheap to employ more quality workers.

This business used to be pretty good but has taken a big nosedive recently. The App no longer work s correctly, Notifications for when blood work is needed are incorrect or dont come at all. And now, just not getting any shipments at all yet still taking my money. I called to inquire and they just kind of blew me off and told me to wait another 7 or 10 days. Not very cool to mess with someones health like that. These kinds of medications and treatments need to be pretty close to on time every time or put your health could be seriously, jeopardized

Stay away from this place. New company bought them out. They will never answer the phone, not send your TRT meds, and constantly change your dose so you have to come in and pay for blood work. The blood work needs to be taken twice if there is a change at $135 per! Not including the price of the T. I walked in today to find out where my shipment was and they said I needed labs even though I just had some done. Going to mens clinic today!EDIT: Will they replied and proved my point. I paid for labs, got one month of test and next month had to pay again for more labs. FYI Ive been a patient for around a year, rip off! They never got my levels to where they needed to be. They expect you to pay for there incompetence.

I have been coming here for years. It has become a weekly adventure for me. The staff is great and works with my insurance. The shots have definitely helped with multiple aspects of my life. I definitely notice a difference if I take a short break from them. Highly recommend the Low T Center!!!

The Low T Center has changed my life. I have more energy, Ive lost weight, gained strength, and feel great. Jason and his staff are amazing. They are professional, kind, amd friendly. This has been an incredible experience for me and I recommend it to anybody that needs a little edge to get over the hump if youre not feeling up to par physically or mentally. Also, my insurance covers my visits. Awesome!!

I have come here off and on for over 4 years and I always get treated well by Jason who always goes over my treatment plan and test results with me. All staff is attentive and friendly. Thank you Low T for helping me to a better quality of life. Highly recommend if you feel weak and tired from Low Testosterone.

I love this place! The staff is amazing! Down to earth, professional and knowledgeable! Robyn (provider) has gone above and beyond when it comes to finding underlying issues that, if ignored, could have been very bad. Shes leaving soon, and will he greatly missed.

Ive been a patient here since June of last year. I am pleased with the prompt service and competence/friendliness of the staff. There were some billing issues that occurred a few months ago, but I was quickly reimbursed for the difference once the issue was addressed. I wish they would find a new developer for their application platform, however. The app on my phone is very buggy and is even worse at the office, making it impossible to pay at times. If this issue was resolved, Id be more inclined to give it 5 stars.

Im really not impressed with this place. There is very bad communication, and the app was probably written by a person with questionable cognitive abilities...kind of like the guy who is President now. I leave voice messages and yet no one calls me back. I leave text messages via the app and yet no one responds. This place is lacking professionalism big time. I will stay until I find a different provider, but once I do Im gone! Im sorry but I cant recommend this place and would highly suggest you seek out better facilities.

I was just looking for a GP when I found this place. Im so glad I ended up coming here. Ive been coming here for a year, and my quality of life has increased in many ways. Absolute professionals work here, and this clinic fulfills all my basic needs. Thank you to the men and women who work here. Im genuinely grateful for you.

Low T is a awesome place. Great people and excellent service. Jackie , Sydney , Jason are truly wonderful people . Always friendly and full of smiles & a pleasure to talk to. I’m glad a picked this place for getting my shots. Been here sense 2015 and don’t plan on leaving. Will tell all my friends about this place.

I have been coming to Low T for about 2 years now and every time I come in I continue to be impressed by the staff and service received. The amount of knowledge shared from the doctors and staff is very helpful and shows the dedication they have to men’s health. I cannot even explain how much better I feel since I’ve began treatment. If I could put 10 stars I would!!!

Doesnt answer phones, doesnt return messages, doesnt take cash, charged me twice for the same month, only morning appointments available for new patients, inflexible, dreary. As for the app, you cannot track your shipment so you have no idea where your medications are when they say theyve been shipped or delivered, online chat support is slow taking the entire day to have a conversation, impossible to get information you want forcing you to call...(see top of review)

Change of ownership and terrible customer service. The senior staff was actually talking negative about prior management (which was FAR better to clients). This place has already lost a ton of former patrons to Lions Optimal Health... Thats where Im taking my business.

Spoke with Jason who is hands down the most disrespectful white trash cracker I’ve ever dealt with. Asked about increasing my dose and got a serious attitude problem from Jason. Then they had the audacity to tell me I never was a patient after the fact. Zero accountability and overpriced. Throwing away medical records over a 1 star rating. Wouldn’t trust them.

I have been a patient here for a few years and have never had one issue with this place or staff. They are always on top of everything and fast and extremely friendly, I recommend anybody to try this place out you will not be disappointed.

This place is awesome. I came in for a consultation and found out that I had really low T for my age. I feel like a teenager again after starting treatment here. The staff is great as well. I highly recommend this place to all men that are suffering from low T.

As a new patient, first time I wasnt greeted or acknowledged walking into a medical office.

I have been going here for 6+ months paying out of pocket due to not accepting my insurance. At $250 auto pay. I was told they were adding a doctor that could take my insurance but that never happened. So I decided to switch to my insurance based clinic. I went in to get my last shot and I had missed the previous week. So in my head I had a final t shot with this place. I go in they say are you going to sign up for 3 more months at $250 a month. I said no I was here to get my last shot since you will never take you insurance. She said shots are only for the month you paid for. Noting the deadline was 2 days prior to me going there. I said then ill just do another month. She said then that will be $395. I own a business and dont have a problem paying $395 its principal. Jacking the price is rediculous and rude. I do not treat my customers like this and I have sent people to this clinic.Just remember if you do auto pay they will only give you 4 shots a month. If some life events happens they do not bend. You are better off getting your injections prescribed and doing them your on your own. When you pay they have no problem but when you decide to find another spot the demeanor changes. This is the First review I have ever written.

Staff is always great. Jackie truly enjoys her job. I’ve never seen someone enjoy poking additional holes in people, as much as she enjoys it.I suspect she is part vampire too. Every time she draws my blood, I have to remind her; she can drink as much as she wants, so long as she leaves enough to send for testing. Can’t say that’s my thing but it looks like it works for her. She doesn’t look a day past 235.462 years old.Sid is great also. I think there is more than meets the eye to Sid though. For example, I have not seen Jaime in a while. My hunch is Sid has something to do with it. I suspect hid Jaimes body in a ditch up north, on some farm with a three legged dog. Despite that She is always friendly, professional and competent. As is everyone else at this ooffice.

What a joke this place is. First thing I walk in and the M.A. starts complaining because I was a new patient. No new patients in Saturday.... oookay.... not my problem, I came to the appointment when I was told to. Then she takes my insurance, then tells me oh, we dont take your insurance WHAT? you mean the same freakin insurance I called about on Thursday to make sure you took? THAT INSURANCE? WTH? waste my Saturday morning waiting for your appointment (the same one I shouldnt of had in the first place) and now my insurance isnt good enough. Unprofessionalism at it best. Ill wait the 2 months for an appointment with the Endocrinologist at Denver Health.
