Dr Long has always been very thorough and kind. I really appreciate that she also looks out for my overall health, not just reproductive health, by suggesting needed tests like colonoscopy.

Dr. Long was extremely professional and caring. She went into great detail pre & postop re what to expect with my surgery. She has continuedwith follow-up re issues that were presented as likely and to resolve them. Dr. Long takes a lot of time explaining options and answering questions. Very satisfied with her care.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Long for over 20 years. She has been vital in my journey starting out as a young woman learning the importance self-care and now heading into my 50’s. I’m thankful for her. She listens and advises me from a place of true concern for my wellbeing.

Everything about my visit at Dr. Long’s office was great. The front desk people could not have been more helpful, the ultrasound tech and the person who drew my labs were very helpful and polite. Dr. Long was very patient, knowledgeabe and professional! First Rate all around.

An outstanding gynecological physician that really listens and explains matters clearly to her patients. Dr. Long also looks after the whole well being of her patients and inquires about other medical follow ups needed.

Doctor Long was very thorough in explaining what she was doing and answered all of my questions. She is the first provider that I have had that I feel has taken my concerns seriously and has an active game plan for me. I appreciate her compassion and her taking her time with me. I feel so much better now that I am in her care. Doctor Head has also been a great provider and I look forward to working with this facility.

Dr. Long is amazing. Instead of pumping women full of anti depressants and pills, she actually solves the problem. Hormone imbalance is huge, and she pays attention to that. She saved my moms life and she saved mine. All we needed was a balance in hormones. Not a bunch of medications. I absolutely love her and her team. We will be FOREVER grateful for Dr. Cindy Long.

The feeling I got from Cindy Long is ..she did not want me as a patient. She said my physical therapy is no good. She said 80% of surgeries dont work and are extremely painful ful. So....my fecal incontinence is something I have to live with and this is the best its going to get!!!!!!!! But walked me up to the checkout desk to make an appointment with a new Doctor that doesnt start until February. So, no appointment made......oh yea, she fave me an A+ for filling out my daily bowel movement homework...shaking my head!I was contacted by Womens Health because of my review. They want to make a better experience for me. They offered to call me when the new Doctor begins to take appointments instead of me calling until they take new appointments for the new Doctor. I appreciate that.Well its been months since they were to get back with me. They did. They told me that they were unaware when the new Dr. Would begin services, which was supposed to be Feb.2023. They said, they didnt know when the Dr. Would be coming on board and that should not count on it. Alrighty then, the feeling I get, they dont want me to come back because I write reviews of my horrible experiences..

I had a very excellent experience here! The staff were so compassionate, efficient & professional and made my visit surprisingly easy & relaxed! I found Dr Long very personable & willing to answer any and all my questions! I felt valued, heard & very hopeful for some answers to my health challenges - FINALLY!!!

Dr Long has been my OBYGN specialist for 20 years. She has always been good to me.. Honest and cares about my health. She is very popular and I can see why. She is getting me through menopause.

Dr Long took the time I needed to explain everything thoroughly and give me the care I was looking for in other doctors but did not get. She is remarkable in my opinion and her knowledge and bedside manner are worth every minute waiting (although I never had to wait more than 10 minutes) She is the kind of doctor you drive an hour to see and leave with real answers!

I had to go through a couple of OBs in dealing with “older” women’s issues. Dr. Long met with me and listened attentively to all my issues and thoroughly gave me a list and walking me through each of those options with detailed notes for me to review should I forget after our appointment. The only Dr. I have ever had genuine listen to me, take the time to give me true patient care and never discredits anything! She has been be a blessing to have. Ive had more losses than most people and she has never once told me I just couldnt have a child. Instead she has helped me and I can proudly say I wouldnt not 4 weeks from giving birth to my rainbow baby without her!

Dr. Long did a test on my 1st visit she conforted me told me I was correct. We are now going forward with treatment. I give her my highest recommendation.

This is the first time in the 15 years Ive been trying to get sterilized that a doctor did not patronize me about my desire to do so. Most have said youll change your mind or doesnt your boyfriend/husband want kids? Or youre too young to know that for sure or any number of ways to disuade me, thinking an adult woman could never possibly know what they want for themselves and needs unsolicited opinions. Finally a doctor that believes I know what is right for ME. Im very excited to start this new chapter of my life without having to worry about getting pregnant with a child I have known all my life I do not want.

The appointment seemed rushed. I called back to get more info on hernia (Monday afternoon) and I still haven’t heard back. My appeals Monday and was told they’d have test results back the next day and I still haven’t heard anything on those either. It’s now Friday.
