Showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment, the door was locked. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time along with another family knocking every 5 minutes. While I was waiting I was on hold with their customer service the whole time and never talked to a person. No text, email, or call to alert me of an office closure or scheduling error. 👎

Remington was really nice and informative. Quick and easy process and not a crowded clinic. The only downfall is that they don’t accept insurance but they are transparent with their prices

This was THE easiest most positive experience of my day!!! Remington made me feel welcome into the office. He knew what he was doing. He was professional, personable and friendly all at the same time. 5 ☆ for this office!!!

I love the idea of having two businesses in one. However, that being said, perhaps a receptionist or separate times for other patients on the wellness side. So that folks are not waiting too long. Also, though I’ll check back, if it’s not in prior notice, perhaps lifting folks know that they need their physical ID card. Or have signs in the office perhaps so that while one might be waiting, they can grab their physical 🪪 if they don’t have it

Its not there? If you go to the address it says on both google maps and their website, its just not there. Not even a building. Just a hole in an empty lot. Needless to say I could not get a TB test there
