Jaime at the front desk was amazing and super friendly, made the check in process smooth and quick. Armando the medical assistant was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I was able to see the PA Craig, he had amazing bedside manner and explained everything thoroughly and helped me get in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely visit this location again if I ever need to come to urgent care again! Highly recommend this place and such fabulous staff!!

I recently visited AFC Urgent Care Denver and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The wait time was incredibly short, which was a huge relief when I wasnt feeling my best. The online scheduling portal is incredibly easy to use. The staff were all extremely polite, especially Jazmyne and Ana, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.The entire clinic was spotless, which really put me at ease. Everyone was professional and friendly, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. My doctor was fantastic—very nice, professional, and courteous. This is, without a doubt, the best urgent care Ive ever been to. Highly recommend!

Really great Urgent Care. Went here to get something checked since I had a weird bump on the right side of my stomach. It was a smooth good experience. Staff and doctor were super friendly, clean exam and waiting rooms, nice entertainment, and nice x-ray (since I did one) .This place is also usually my go-to AFC since we’re nearby this area as well. There is a parking lot available as well. So, to sum it up, great AFC Urgent Care location. Will definitely return to this location and highly recommend them for all your needs.

I went in for an X-ray and my technician was Armando. Armando was incredibly kind, very quick, and accommodating! I’ve had numerous bad experiences at different urgent cares but AFC always does an incredible job with amazing staff and resources.

I am beyond disappointed with AFC Urgent Care. I took my son in with a suspected foot injury, and after paying $165, the doctor spent less than a minute with us. They initially told us that his foot wasn’t broken, only to call 30 minutes later to say it *was* broken and that we should see an Orthopedic specialist.We went to the ortho, who not only said my sons foot wasn’t broken, but also informed us that the x-rays from AFC Urgent Care were of poor quality and unreliable. To top it off, AFC had the nerve to bill us for a 45+ minute appointment when the doctor barely spent any time with us. This is completely fraudulent!This was a total waste of time and money, not to mention the stress it caused my son and our family. I would not trust this facility with any serious medical concerns and will never go back.

Armando was kind, friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease during my appointment! Also excited I could get in same day within a couple hours of booking online.

The staff here were very nice and considerate. They truly care about the patient and in what is going on with them. And, they allow the patient to be involved in the decision-making of what is the best solution for your medical situation. Thank you Staff 🙂

First time in, Jazmyne was very friendly with her greeting and the check in was quick. Made online reservation to reduce wait time, and when I arrived, my wait was fairly quick with only 2 people ahead of me. While in the treatment room, I was treated respectful by Sam as she took my vitals and asked about my symptoms. My PA was very informative and friendly and answered all of my questions with care and compassion.

I pre-registered for my appointment online. Check-in went very smooth. I waited for a few minutes and then Armando brought me back. The initial intake was easy and he got me to x-rays very quickly. Overall a great experience.

Everyone at the clinic was so friendly and professional - Sam, Halima and the Doc. They took great care of my baby girl. I feel at ease knowing they are just around the corner.

I’ve been to this location maybe 3-4 times and it is hands down the best walk in clinic I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and caring. I love that they always have music playing and TVs in the rooms to make it feel more comfortable. My MA was Leslie I believe, she was amazing!

I took my son in for an ear infection. We went it a little before 10 and we were out little after 11. We left the urgent care and picked up the medicine right there it was quick easy and painless. Everyone was friendly and kind. We had a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately this is my second time at urgent care in the last two weeks for different things but both visits, the staff has been wonderful. Today I worked with Jazmyne and Sam and they were both extremely friendly and helpful. It’s always a quick and easy process and I actually feel like I’m listened to when I come here, which I personally feel isn’t always the case when it comes to going to the doctors.

We are from out of State and had to go to urgent care. I was extremely impressed by everyone’s professionalism and kind hearts. Great service and great experience. Unfortunately I had to get antibiotics, we drove less the 1/4 mile and the medication was ready! I was so thrilled that I did not have to wait. 10/10 for service! Thank you so much 😊

Went to this urgent care yesterday with wounds from a bike crash. I came in about 30 minutes before the place closed. The doctor (Dr Slinden) acted like she wanted to be out of there ASAP, did not even really look at my injuries, much less dress them, and then wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic I had mentioned I was allergic to. Absolutely awful experience. Complete waste of time and money.Update: the staff called me today and apologized and let me speak with a different doctor and refunded me my copay. I appreciate their diligence in rectifying a bad experience.

This was my first time going to any urgent care facility and honestly I made the right choice! The staff were amazing and super nice! Armando was my MA and I felt comfortable enough to tell him what was going with me. He is attentive and really nice. After my visit I texted my friend if he needed to go to urgent care one day, to go to this one.

Just finished up my first appointment here, and Ive got to say it was one of the best urgent care experiences Ive had! Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. The clinic was immaculate which should be expected but was not the case in the last Urgent care clinic I went to. This is the Urgent care clinic I will be utilizing when the need arises in the future. The staff and the environment both were impressive.

Fast and professional! Came in after a friend fell and Armando was compassionate as he quickly got vitals. X-rays were needed and Armando took care of those quickly as well. Usually dread urgent care because of long waits but everyone was fast and efficient and they had everything needed in one place.

Was anxious about going to a clinic last-minute because I suddenly had a sore throat. But I came in at a good time and it wasn’t very busy. Even though it got a little busy, It was a clean environment and I didn’t mind waiting, as the 5pm rush came in right after me. Ana was amazing of course, and they found out quickly I had strep throat. Very kind and inviting urgent care, definitely would go again if I absolutely needed to!

Best experience Ive ever had at an urgent care facility. Very little wait time, and great service. Jazmyne and Sam were pleasing to work with on the day of my visit, and Bianca called to check on my status a couple of days later. Would highly recommend.

Got seen super fast this morning. Sam (MA) and Jazmyne at the front desk were extremely helpful getting me checked in. Rosa (PA) took great care of me. I had an eye infection and concern it was also scratched. She took the time to review my case, showed me photos to confirm diagnosis and then proceeded to check my eye for a scratch. All good! I would definitely go back.

As soon as I walked in Jazmyne (I believe) greeted me and told me about what was necessary to move forward.I was feeling incredibly ill and she spoke gently and patiently with me through everything.Ana got me situated in the room and was really kind throughout my visit.The entire staff showed me a little extra tlc during my visit and I really appreciate it.

After getting both negative and positive results from at home tests, my husband and I decided to go AFC urgent care for a PCR COVID swab. Ana checked us in and gave us the PCR test. She was very sympathetic and professional.Hoping we are finally negative.

The staff at this AFC location are great. Ana, the MA, was so pleasant and helpful and thorough. The location is convenient and the facility is very clean. I recommend it for Urgent Care !

Sam and Jazmyne were awesome! We are on vacation and needed them to see our son and Im so glad we found this urgent care, everyone there was so sweet and we got seen very quickly.

Great experience. My boyfriend had to go in to have some follow-up work done on a Sunday. There were seven people in front of us, but the wait wasnt too bad. Roberta at the front desk was wonderful. She was very friendly and kept the waiting room clean while we were there. He was seen by John Shen, who was also fantastic. He did great work on the follow-up and had lots of good advice for us when we left. I would definitely come back here, even though it wasnt covered our insurance. They do take regular insurance. Prices are good even if its not covered.

The staff was all really kind and helpful. Ana especially was super nice and the PA was patient and took time to listen and then walk me through what I should do next. The wait time was a little on the long side but other than that it was a great experience.

My experience at AFC Urgent Care at Cherry Creek exceeded any expectations or fears I had of visiting an urgent care facility. The entire experience was actually lovely from start to finish. Derek and Armando were part of my care team at this visit and they were absolutely wonderful in taking care to walk me through each step of the visit. Armando was wonderful at explaining the entire X-ray process. Having an X-ray technician alone is ann incredible asset this practice has as radiograph technicians are hard to come by when seeking imaging at an urgent care visit and Armando was just fantastic. To the entire team, thank you for your care!!!

Stephany was our MA today and she was so friendly and patient with my very shy 7 yo. She offered stickers to both my kiddos when we left which was much appreciated. I hope we don’t have a reason to return anytime soon, but if we do I hope to get Stephany again (especially with kids).

Ana and Jazmine were both so quick and helpful for my telehealth appointment this morning. My Rx was filled in less than an hour! Most efficient Drs appointment Ive ever had.

I went in feeling very sick and dehydrated. The place was spotless and I was seen almost right away. Armando did my blood work and IV. He was very nice and very patient. He constantly came in to check in on me to make sure I was ok and comfortable. This place is great.

Took my 7 year old there on Labor Day to get checked for strep. We didn’t wait long. The doctor did the test. We got the results back within 10 minutes and were out of there shortly afterwards. Easy-peasy!

Sam was wonderful! Listened well, no issues, seemed to genuinely care, made it quick and easy. Jazmyne greeted me with a friendly demeanor and made it easy to register with no issues. I recommend this Urgent Care!

My MA today was Leslie and she was amazing. She was very kind and helping. The entire staff was too! I highly recommend coming here.

Was having an allergic reaction to something, so I called and Jazmyne answered the phone quickly and had me come in. Didnt wait long at all until I seen Sam who was reassuring and got me what I needed. Between the visiy and picking up the prescription, the whole ordeal lasted less than an hour.

PA Derrick Miller is the best I would be completely lost without him I make sure I see him for my brain injury because he remembers everything we talked about and I don’t have to remember to tell him my whole story every time like if I were to just go to any other person. Aleysia is the hub of the communications network in my case I’d be lost without her the work comp department here keeps everything on track for me so I don’t have lost information that just disappears she is the most organized person and intelligent they really have a superstar! I appreciate everything they have done for me thank you

Friendly staff. Armando was great and very efficient with the appointment time. I’ve visited other urgent care’s in the past and had to spend almost 2 hrs waiting around.

Everyone I interacted with was so kind! Jazmyne at the front desk answered all my questions. I had a foot injury and Nurse Mosby even cleaned my shoe before I left! They honestly went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of.

Never answer their phone. Also asked to get email lab results and have to ask multiple times as it just doesn’t get done. Also they didn’t draw blood correctly and made me wait. Also as I started they asked for a $100 copay and I said that must be incorrect and she said let me check. Then after 2 mins says sorry it’s $15. You can’t make mistakes like that.

Armando did a great job with my xray! Would recommend this spot to anyone in the area - professional, not a long wait at all, and they do walk ins!

I was turned away at another location near southlands bc the woman just didnt want to do my ekg.This place took my insurance and got me in and done in under an hour.Great kid area.Staff were wonderful to me and my kiddo.I will go back to this location for anything I need.

Going to urgent care is never a good time, and to be honest it’s always a roll of the dice with the type of care and treatment you might receive. From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed with warm energy and made to feel very comfortable. Hailey, Edgar, and Sloan were all excellent and took great care of my needs. Everyone at this facility made a not so pleasant experience as pleasant as possible. Extremely pleased with my experience today.

We are from out of state, so we happened to choose AFC Urgent Care as it was close to our hotel. As it turns out, we couldnt have chose a better place. The staff from check-in to medical staff were absolutely wonderful, pleasant, courteous, and proficient. Since we are out state, we had a lot of questions about follow up. Again, rate it a 10. I would not only recommend AFC, I would encourage people to go there

Our visit to AFC was great and super easy with both me and my girlfriend being sick with little to no voices left. Ana and Jazmyne were wonderful and helpful at getting us started and getting our test all situated. Always a great and friendly team here.

Needed a quick x-ray and went to my normal AFC At Colorado and 12th. They didn’t have an x-ray tech, so they suggested going to this AFC location in Cherry Creek. Amazing amazing experience - it was super fast and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and got me in and out in no time. I’d absolutely come back to this location and recommend it to anybody that needs quick efficient friendly urgent care.Mosby, my MA, and Jazmyne at the front desk were terrific.

I actually really recommend this urgent care - they got me in quickly, the place is super clean, and the staff was kind. Stephany was particularly great!

I work across the street and throughout the day felt worse and worse so I decided to stop in. Everyone was so kind and I was amazed that there was barely any wait. Your staff reassured me, immediately called in my prescriptions (that seems to never happen at some places) and got me on my way before the snow moved in. Thank you! I was symptom free but needed a Covid test for travel. They were super polite and redirected me to the car where I realized I missed several signs telling me that. Not once did anyone get defensive or rude despite their lives being on the line. Great office culture. Kind. Compassionate. Friendly. 10/10 listening skills and quick to call and confirm my negative status. Peace of mind was priceless.

Ana and Jazmyne were very professional and the process was very smooth. The testing was fast and I was positive for Influenza A. They sent over a prescription to the nearest Walgreens and kindly bid me on my way. I would visit here again if necessary and fully recommend.

Went to AFC Urgent Care on Christmas Day. Jazmyne, Hugo MA, and Derek Miller PA were all incredibly professional and took care of me incredibly well and rapidly. There wasn’t a single other person in the lobby, and it felt like I got the 5 star treatment. I was quickly seen, tested, and treated for Flu B. The whole process was easy and they treated me with kindness. Thank you all for working through the holidays and taking care of the sick. We appreciate you!

I appreciate the fact that in the midst of yet another SARS-covid surge with new variants spreading, your facility understands the concept of viruses being airborne, and practices masking to protect not only the staff, but patients as well. Most medical settings currently do not practice the simple act of masking, so this is very important to us. Additionally, everyone was very helpful and kind, from the medical assistant Maribel to the PA that assisted us, Sloan Krause, who was exceptional in providing recommendations and much needed referrals. Love the staff over there. Came here for an ankle pain xray and was not able to walk properly with my crutches. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they go out and beyond to help me ambulate and using the wheelchair. Special thanks for Ana and Jazmyne, you guys rock!!

Thank you to the entire staff at AFC urgent care at Cherry Creek. Were on vacation when my daughter became ill, I had no clue where to go. A friend had recommended this clinic and I’m so glad we listened to her. They were so very accommodating, made us feel safe, and made sure to do what was best to get us back on the road to being healthy! I am so happy with the care I got at this AFC location. Armando and Devin P.A were absolutely amazing. Armando the X-ray tech was detail oriented and thorough. He went out of his way to take an extra image of my knee to make sure nothing was fractured. I felt seen and heard. They also brought me back in a very timely manner. I loved this location and experience. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 professionalism at its finest!

Sam and Ana were so sweet and friendly. The provider and every staff member we came in contact with was extremely kind and took time to care for my daughter. They were able to bring us back almost immediately. The care here is 5 stars for sure.

Great job with checking me in and taking care of my past due balance at the front desk. Communication is great with the doctors. And Armando did a phenomenal job with getting me into my room and doing whatever was necessary for me to leave without waiting too long. Justin was also clear and concise on what would be happening going forward. Unfortunately for me to be here and my reasons but the staff is excellent. 10/10

This was the most time efficient urgent care visit I’ve probably ever had. Jazmyne at the desk was pleasant and helpful. I was seen by Sam who was knowledgeable and nice. Great staff & service.

I hardly ever leave reviews but my experience today was great! Armando was so kind and put me at ease. The doctor, X-ray tech and reception were all really friendly while still being very efficient. This AFC is not in my neighborhood but Ill be coming back to this location when I need urgent care services in the future.

Came in on New Years Day and they were pretty busy being the only open UC in the area. Had a little bit of a longer wait but once I was taken to the back Edgar got my vitals and check in done quickly and efficiently and Hallie was super helpful in assisting me with the issues I came in for. I had a really great experience and am very glad to have folks like these that are willing to work the holiday to help others out.

I was deathly sick today and Ana & Sam treated me with the upmost respect & got me taken care of right away. Discovering I have the Flu was not enjoyable with their caring and kind words it helped

Saw the Doc and was happy with the diagnosis.OLD REVIEW:Wasn’t feeling great so went to AFC. Tested for covid and strep, was negative, but figured out I had a sinus/ear infection… in and out in 1/2 hour and felt like they were thorough! Thanks to Jocelyn and the team.

Had another great experience at this Urgent Care. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. This was the second time I was welcomed and cared for by Jazmyne and Sam. Dr. Dereck was great as well. My Urgent Care of choice!

What a wonderful experience at AFC. It is easy to book an appointment and Tania was pleasant to work with. It was a rainy Christmas Eve and she came out to administer the COVID test. Truly appreciate the hard work these folks do, even on a holiday. Thankfully it was negative.

Edgar, Hailey, and Sloan are the best caretakers of any Urgent Care Ive been to- their bedside table manner was welcoming and warm; even though I came in with a broken elbow, everyone explained things calmly and confidently, and answered all my questions. Most of all they were friendly, there is no one I wouldnt want to see outside of that urgent care- more like family and friendly doctors than anything!! Will be going here the next time Im unwell over the holidays!!

I have had some very bad experiences at Urgent Cares, Hospitals and just by physicians and their staff in general for a few yrs now and it has stopped me from wanting to get any kind of Medical Care honestly but when I walked into your Urgent Care last night from the very moment that I walked in I was greeted so heartwarmingly and treated so well all the way to the very end of my experience with you all. I could not be more grateful for how compassionate all of your staff is and the point that I was Heard and not just talked to made the whole experience for me worth trusting medical staff again🙏 Thank you🥰

This was my first experience in getting Medicare in the states and away from family. The team from the front desk, till the discharge was very helpful and made me comfortable in having a smooth experience. Definitely would recommend the center to anyone needing Medicare

I came in for an asthma attack and was in a room before I knew it. Stephany was my MA at this visit and was very friendly and made sure the physician saw me asap. I was treated immediately and sent home with inhalers. Overall my visit was very quick and I left feeling 100% better!
