Lizbeth was incredible and so sweet! Made me fee so comfortable and taking care of during my visit. The wait time was short and they even called me the next day to make sure that I was feeling better. WI’ll definitely be coming back.

AFC was amazing!! Jazmyne at the front desk helped me with all of my insurance questions and guided me on what to do because I was from out of town and my insurance company was closed (Sunday). They had compassion and patience. I got in and out of there in under an hour and the doctors took me seriously, which is often times hard to find. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need! I have been here more times than I would like to think about. Always a great experience from checking in with the front desk to leaving. Lizabeth helped me out this latest time and she was patient, friendly, thorough but quick.In the past, I’ve only had one negative experience where I felt I was forgotten about or communication wasn’t as clear to me, but for working in an urgent care office (and compared to many other urgent care establishments) they usually exceed expectations. Thanks for all you do AFC!

Best experience Ive had at an urgent care, the receptionist Jasmine was sweet, the X-ray tech Diamond was sweet, and the PA Bertha Robles was awesome as well. I dont know the ladys name that checked my vitals but she was also a Gem. Awesome experience no complaints ❤️❤️

We were traveling in from California when I got sick with Covid and this urgent care was able to quickly diagnose me and provide medication at a nearby pharmacy. I am very grateful for this team.

The service I was given was so genuine! Great people that I went to see. I have a needle phobia had to get a tetanus shot but they got me through that. You have an awesome crew there. I had an easy time checking in with Jazmyne! She was very sweet and answered all my questions about insurance. The wait time was low and the doctors and other staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend going here for urgent care needs.

Overall very impressed. Im a veteran and after talking to the VA this morning learned I could visit AFC rather than an ER much further away. Check in was painless, care was efficient and friendly, both the MA and the PA were great. Got seen, got a script to fix the issue, and on with my day! I already told a few people how surprisingly positive the experience was.

Giselle and Jazmyne were super friendly and helpful! Overall a really positive experience! The wait time wasn’t long, they were very accommodating and attentive.

Jazmyne was very sweet but very professional. Fast and efficient. As was the front desk. The physician was attentive and compassionate and got me in and out with minimum trouble. I didnt feel rushed though. I felt very well tended to. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care team.

This was one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. Gisselle, at the front desk, was super efficient and talked me through all steps of paperwork and check in - which made an anxious trip to the urgent care so much better! Dr. McGurren was also phenomenal. His soft touch and personal approach helped comfort me through an anxious, and scary, and made me feel safe and confirmed that I was in good hands!

I came into the urgent care while navigating an allergic reaction to peanuts - The provider and medical assistants who took care of me while I was at AFC were the best group of urgent care staff I have ever experienced! They made the experience painless and I really appreciated their kindness and the time that they took to thoroughly explain to me what they had done during the appointment to help with my allergic reaction as well as the best next steps to take. They were wonderful!

Jazmyne was super helpful and friendly! She took X-rays, got my leg wrapped up and got me out the door in under an hour! Overall best urgent care in Denver and they have really great staff and employees! 10/10

From the minute I walked in Jazmyne took excellent care of me. It was clean and open. I recommend anyone to go here if you need Urgent Care. In and out so fast. Pre-register and you will not wait at all.Vanessa my nurse made sure I was comfortable and my vitals were all collected.My doctor was the best. I was a little freaked out but he gave me the info i needed to relax and took time to make sure I understood.

Excellent experience here! Was able to get an appt in less than 24 hours, the staff welcomed me back right on time and everyone was very warm & kind. Test results were available in 3 business days & the delivery was very professional. Would absolutely trust AFC with future health needs & Lizbeth was especially lovely :)

Excellent, professional, speedy X-ray and evaluation of broken toe. Recommended to call first to see if an X-ray tech is available that day. All medicalPeople here were great.

We had a smooth and seamless visit to the clinic. My son had to be tested for mono and strep and Lizbeth was kind, gentle and did a great job distracting him while obtaining the samples. The providers were thorough, attentive and efficient. I highly recommend this location.

Jazmyne was helpful and polite at check in. And Diamond was my nurse and she was efficient and friendly! My doctor was great. He moved quickly but not too quickly and I was out of there with a diagnosis and a prescription. Great experience!

Incorrectly told me I had hepatitis B! I went in for routine STD tests and was told I had hepatitis B. Thats all. No advice, no further information. When I asked what I do next, all they said was it will clear up on its own. Knowing I did nothing to expose myself to hepatitis B, the only explanation that made sense was that I was infected years ago, and now had a chronic infection. I went to my Dr. with the news and he was immediately skeptical. After doing more testing, I discovered that I never had hepatitis B, but immunity from being vaccinated against it. How does a medical establishment make this kind of mistake?! I had to spend one week being extremely depressed and stressed out about having a lifelong, chronic hepatitis infection for nothing. These people dont understand the gravity of their carelessness.

Could not say better things about this place! Went in for an X-ray to confirm a broken bone and was done within 30 minutes from start to finish. (Went in on Tuesday around 1230). Diamond was wonderful and provided gentle care every step of the way. Michael was also very helpful and patient with any questions I had for the recovery process. I’ve had my fair share of urgent care visits across Denver, and have to say, this was a top tier experience!

Five star care always I absolutely love this location and it’s one of the best in town. They get you in and out as soon as they can. Their front desk is super helpful And make the processing less from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend!

I had the best experience at AFC with my care providers Gisele and Cali. They took the time to address my symptoms and figure out the underlying cause. You could tell they actually cared about your wellbeing. Cali was very nice and caring and made sure we had a plan of action before I left. I will be going here every time moving forward.

Jayzmyne was great she was able to get me treated 20 mins after they stopped doing the procedure I needed. She didn’t have to do that but I’m very thankful she did. I will definitely return

I went to AFC for a pre-employment drug test due to their Quest Diagnostics lab on location. (I had been here eons ago when I was sick and remembered they were awesome!) Maryssa was extremely kind and helpful in getting me registered, and Jaime was very professional. They weren’t very busy today and I only had to wait around 10 minutes. (I did call earlier and they said I could do a walk-in.) The facility itself was very spacious and clean, and there is ample parking considering its proximity to downtown. I would definitely come back in the future if I needed medical attention. [For what it is worth, to have 4.9 out of 5 stars for a healthcare facility makes them a unicorn- I’m in healthcare and trust me people can be brutal- this nods to the fact that this facility is well-managed and staffed with wonderful people.] Thank you AFC!

Both times Ive gone Ive gotten super prompt and effective service. Im also self pay and this is fairly reasonably priced. Last time I went in I got a chest x-ray and the total cost without insurance was around 300$. The most recent time I came in Jazmyne at the front desk was particularly helpful. My name had been misspelled in their system but Jazmyne managed to find me in spite of that and saved me a bunch of time and paperwork.

Great experience! Booked my appointment that morning and was in and out in under 20 minutes. Jazmyne at the Front Desk was quick and efficient with check in and Giselle my nurse was kind and explained my next steps very throughly. The doctor was very kind as well and got me a referral right away to an ENT. Will be using them again for any last minute doctor needs!

Honestly, super impressed with this urgent care (and I never say anything like that typically when it comes to healthcare in America lol!) The lobby is clean, modern, and not scary/bad vibes. The staff were all friendly and clear. They were extremely quick in getting me seen, taking my vitals, and then the doctor coming in to provide further care. I got the things I needed for my wound and felt super taken care of. Got a juice box after my tetanus shot, wooo! If you ever step on a nail—go here. And if you get Lizbeth as your initial provider/shot giver, you’re in luck. She was super nice and great at her job.

I go here every time I need an urgent care, I never have to wait long and the staff is great. The providers are all knowledgeable and helpful. Jaime was my MA today and he was amazing!

I have had a great experience the two times I have visited the clinic this past week. Jazmyne at the front desk took a couple of my calls and was very helpful. The MA and provider were also wonderful. I have no complaints regarding the care I received from everyone.

Both Cali and Diamond showed exceptional care, communicating that there will be a longer wait because there were so many patients, but I didn’t ever feel forgotten about or that the wait was longer than expected. They were both very friendly and seemed focused on my situation rather than being preoccupied with how busy it was. Would go back there before anywhere else!

I went to AFC Urgent Care on Speer because I was very sick with a respiratory infection. My MA Gisele was kind, quick and efficient to collect my information. Dr. Ahmed was reassuring in letting me know I’d be just fine with the medication and additional supplements he recommend. I was literally feeling 10x better within 24 hours. Not a long wait time either in the lobby and the receptionist was very kind and compassionate given how sick I was. I’d definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends and family.

I called AFC on speer to ask their drug screening times yesterday. Maryssa answered and was very professional and kind when she let me know the drug screening times. I arrived today and Maryssa and her coworker Jaime instantly stop talking to address me with a warm, Hello. I was called after 3-5 minutes by Lisbeth to do my drug screening They all seem very professional and enjoy their work. Lobby is very clean here compared to previous locations Ive been. The drug screening process was handled with respect and Lisbeth let me know estimated wait time for results. Thanks all!

Went on a Sunday morning and got excellent service from Gisele, Jasmyne and Dr. Craig. They called the next day to check on me and give me lab results. Very thorough. Recommend the team.

Made an appointment. Waited an hour and a half past that appointment time while people who walked in after me were seen before me. I needed an X-ray to assess if I had a broken bone and a physical exam for a damaged tendon due to a dog bite, an actual urgent medical situation. If they’re triaging, they’re doing a bad job. I left despite not being seen because I knew they wouldn’t be able to read the X-ray before they closed. The only thing that was seen by anyone was my credit card. Asked them to refund my copay to my card and was told they couldn’t issue a refund but would get in touch with their billing department…

I’ve had to come here a couple different times for a variety of issues, and every time they’ve been amazing! Today I went in for hives and every member of the staff was AMAZING and helped me calm down a lot. Jazmyne was especially great, and everyone was efficient and nice and got me the meds I needed. Entire staff front to back was excellent. Walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and was seen within fifteen minutes if not faster, I didn’t have time to even look at the clock. Felt very comfortable and like I was a patient that mattered and that they genuinely cared about my well being. Will definitely recommend to friends and won’t be using any other urgent care. Dr. Sarah was especially caring.

If it is a place where they offer services for immigration, they must have doctors or staff willing to speak in Spanish, it is absurd. How do you treat such a delicate subject such as health and being able to speak it in another language? There was a worker who spoke Spanish and simply said that we need a certified translator, thank God my husband was there and helped me with the translation

I walked in without an appointment, was seen right away for a Covid test, and left in less than 10 minutes total. Then they called with my results within 20. Will happily visit again.

My wife had severe nausea and vomiting from her pregnancy. After consulting a nurse hotline we decided to come to this urgent care. We were seen very quickly by Stew the PA on. His bedside manner was fantastic, he quickly got some fluids and nausea medication ordered. Jaime the MA got the iv setup and was very attentive. Highly recommend this AFC for all Urgent care needs.

Usually ACF Speer is amazing. But it’s now the second time I show up with a kid with a broken wrist and they say their X-ray tech has gone home for the day and send us somewhere else. Hours say it’s open to 8pm on weekdays, but now I see that this doesn’t include all services. They should post their hours to reflect when all services are available. This resulted in unnecessary extra time suffering for my child.

I had a great experience here… Wonderful, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable) people (Jasmine and Dr Mcgurren). So glad to have this resource in the neighborhood. If I need medical attention in the future, I won’t hesitate to come here!

I went to this urgent care on a weekend for an xray of my ankle. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating and I was able to be seen immediately. Mosby took my vitals and scans as well as fitted me for a boot. She was kind and gentle with my ankle every step of the way! Would definitely recommend this location for any needs.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Walked in because I have insurance and needed to get tested since I felt I had the flu and they say pay $50 upfront which I do. Then I see a charge on my card for $110 and they claim my insurance denied the claim. Called my insurance they said a claim was never sent. No call from them about charging my card or a warning about my insurance they just went ahead and did it without telling me. Very sketchy. Never come here they are a joke and want to take advantage of sick people.

I was seen today by Halima and Jaime. I came in severely dehydrated, nauseous, and dizzy. I appreciated how attentive they both were. I felt very cared for and left feeling a lot better than when I arrived.

Everyone at this clinic was super nice and helpful. They made me feel so cared. Jaime was my nurse and he was so kind, I’m not a fan of shots and felt faint, he immediately ran to get me a cold compact, snacks and juice. He made sure I was alright and I felt so safe. Mosby helped checked me in and out and she was so lovely and seemed to really care about how I was doing. Great staff and highly recommend to anyone needing urgent care.

Being a veteran I was skeptical to get sent to an network urgent care but process was simple as a walk in, smooth. Lizbeth helped with my MA even though it was lunch time.

I came to AFC to take a preemployment drug screening. Being my first one ever, I was a walk in and was pleasantly greeted by Maryssa who helped get me situated as opposed to taking on a walk in kiosk sign up. She was super friendly and approachable, and her assistance helped expedite my visit and I was out in no time. Plus the lobby is nice and upkept, just what you want to see in a clinic.

I brought my wife in yesterday who had wax blockage in her ear. The woman at the front desk Bethany was very kind and helped us finish the paperwork quickly. The procedure for removal was fast and she was treated so well. The staff gave her good advice for proactive measures going forward. Overall I am very pleased and will be coming back here for any future urgent care needs!

Quickest urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Bethany at the front was extremely quick and helpful- I was able to do my urine sample before being pulled back since I had to go right then. Payment was easy. Was taken back within 10 mins of my appointment. In and out within another 10 and my prescription was being filled before I even exited the exam room. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and quick! Love it

I have been sick for going on 3 weeks and felt dismissed by other providers UNTIL I received care from this AFC. All staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Mackenzie & Dr. John Moore showed great compassion, listened to me as the patient and was determined to get me feeling better. I had such a great experience and plan on returning for future needs. Overall, this is the place to go for high quality care!

Highly recommend. I hate having to go the seek any sort of health care… But, Giselle, Bethany and the Doc took such great care of me. I was so dehydrated after days of a stomach bug and hate IVs, but Giselle was able to make the whole process completely painless and I feel so much better today! Thank you AFC.

Gisele was fantastic, she was really nice and efficient. The doctor was great as well, very comforting and addressed my concerns quickly and accurately. Went in for some X-rays and had an amazing experience. I scheduled an appointment online and did all the paperwork quick and easy so when I went in for my appointment was all set. Mackenzie was very nice and helpful. The X-ray tech was super nice. Also the doctor j saw was knowledgeable and cared. I was in and out in an hour. I will go here in the future and would highly recommend this location.

This clinic is awesome they got me in same day Dr Drake was incredibly knowledgeable Bethany at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and Giselle who took my vitals was a wonderful human being awesome team here keep up the good work! I dont have health insurance so it was a little pricey but they offer payment plan very helpful! Its very important when people are not well to be compassionate everyone here was, great care provided highly recommend 🙏

I was in from out of town and this urgent care was close to my hotel. I must say my experience was excellent. It was clean, the staff was friendly and SPEEDY! I took note of the cleanliness of this facility, which impressed me. I had a great and fast experience. I recommend, especially if you’re in from out of town looking for a place to take a child.

I registered online and when I showed up, all I had to do was check in and then they called my name 10 minutes later. Everything was fast and Edgar was super helpful and efficient!

Wonderful atmosphere! Excellent customer service, kind and patient staff, and felt very welcomed. Mosby was the absolutely cherry on top….she made my visit feel lighter by making me laugh and being her genuine self. Cant stress enough how friendly this place was.

Quick and easy to make a same-day appointment online. Location is convenient with parking. Waiting area was welcoming, clean and had the TV on for folks to watch/ be distracted. The receptionist was no joke one of the MOST PLEASANT humans Ive ever encountered. She was helpful, efficient and caring which are not things Im used to at a doctors office. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment and was probably out the door with a prescription already sent the pharmacy of my choice in less than 30 minutes. The medical assistant Erica and the doc listened to me, like actually listened, and were able to provide medicine I wanted. I feel like many doctors dont listen to their patients so this was a welcome change. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting an efficient, seamless doctor experience (especially if youre short on time). Only downside - my appointment cost $160 WITH insurance, but I dont think theres anything the clinic can do about that.

At AFC Urgent care, I was seen promptly, the staff and provider were friendly and efficient, and the provider listened to my concerns and prescribed medication that should help. In short, they did everything that I could ask for in an urgent care visit.

Mackenzie and Dr. McGurren were both so kind and helpful. I had to get some stitches removed and they were quick, communicated each step of the way, and so friendly. My post care was made super clear to me, and everyone working there went out of their way to make me comfortable with an uncomfortable situation! Thank you!

I really appreciate AFC because I was having problems with my asthma coughing very tight in my chest, and I went to UChealth urgent care to get some help because I dont have any insurance they refused to see me the front desk informed me that I will need to pay the no insurance fee of 300 just to be seen I didnt have enough so the front desk left me with no other options so I drove by AFC on my way home and I called AFC for help and I got it between paperwork and talking to the receptionist and she checking me in and talk with the doctor totally it took 30 minutes and I doctor prescribed me medication and Im feeling alot better THANK YOU AFC

I highly recommend this AFC location on Speer and am appreciative of the care I received. PA Abby, Gisele, and Bethany were all very accommodating and compassionate. Even on a very busy holiday, they took the time to carefully listen, discuss, and devise a treatment plan together with me.24 hours later I feel remarkably better! Walked in for routine tests and blood work, the team was excellent and efficientArmando was courteous, effective, and knowledgeable to the point where I was in and out with no issues and all of the needed tests conducted without issue

The entire staff was very kind and helpful. They all welcomed me to Denver (as I just moved here) and did everything they could to get me seen as soon as possible and feeling better. Erica was my medical assistant and she was very kind. Emma, the nurse practitioner, did a thorough exam and listened to my concerns. Wonderful urgent care center!

The staff here is so kind and helpful! I had an appointment and got in shortly after I arrived. I was seen by Gisele within a couple minutes of being taken back to the exam room and Dr. McGurren came in shortly after that. They were both efficient and fast as well as kind and listened to my concerns. I got in and out in about an hour and had my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy before I walked out the door. Thankful for the quick and immaculate service! It’s usually not too busy but if you can, book an appointment to expedite the process and fill out the paperwork beforehand.

I have gone twice to this location and both times the entire nursing staff and receptionist were wonderful. Bethany at the front desk was polite and attended to me quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Jamie, sloan and Kendall. They were friendly and really polite. Made my entire process so easy.

I went to this Urgent Care location today and I don’t think I will ever bother with any other Urgent Care because this location is AMAZING! I was in and out within less than 30 minutes and felt very well taken care of the whole time. Gisele took awesome care of me and made me feel comfortable and heard the whole time! The location is very clean also. I would DEFINITELY recommend this location to anyone in need of an Urgent Care visit!

The care provided at this AFC is extraordinary. During the check in, the staff member was empathetic about having to fill out necessary paperwork asking after I completed, I hope it wasnt too mad. After checking in, Kendall brought me to the exam room and was incredibly compassionate and thorough. She really went above and beyond to be empathetic while digging in to my symptoms. When the doctor saw me, he provided the most conservative approach to treating my symptoms while outlining additional options as well. I had a similar experience about 3 years ago here and will continue to use this care center as needs arise. Thank you to the entire team.

My medical assistant, Jaime, was kind, attentive, and very personable! The facility is very clean and welcoming, unlike many other urgent care centers I’ve been to. Check in was also easy.It did take a little longer to be taken to the back than I expected given that I had an appointment, but they were SO BUSY as we enter flu season, so I understand!

I cut my hand and needed a few stitches. Mackenzie and the rest of the staff were great and I was able to get in and out 15 minutes. It’s never fun having to go into urgent care, but I had a great experience considering.

Absolutely useless. I called ahead of time to make sure they did employer drug screenings only to be denied once I arrived. Why lie over the phone and waste my time.
