NextCare Urgent Care Thornton

This place is incredibly well run and efficient. From Terina being incredibly kind and helpful, and who has the best customer service skills I have seen in a long time, suggesting an appointment so I would not have to wait too long, to Aaliyah who was also extremely kind and patient, doing everything with a smile, to Jason who came in and was extremely quick and precise. I called at 4:45 asking about a wait time for stitches. I had an appointment scheduled immediately online for 5:15, got there a little early, finished my paperwork, all said and done I was stitched up and out the door before 6. Truly impressive. Thank you all for a great experience. I wish all businesses handled things so well.

Had to go in for ear infection. Easy to make an appointment online and fill out my info before I went to make visit faster. They had available apt times (wasn’t a busy night). Front desk was very nice and helpful. Nurse who took me back was nice. Wait was a little long but not too bad. Exam was quick and Doc even helped me find a pharmacy that was open since it was later in the evening. This was my second time there and probably will go back if I need to. Close to home and good service.

My self and my wife came in. Every staff member was amazing, from the front desk all the way to the pa. They were professional, fast, just all around great. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Shout out to the PA Dave. You rock Dave!

Yesterday I took my daughter to the Grant location and from check to seeing the Doctor was amazing. 👏🏾 The young lady at the front desk was very nice and inviting. She was fast and pleasant. The young lady in the back took her vitals was great and very nice. Dr. Christianson is amazing 👏🏾 We just love her. She is always nice and attentive. She listens and is very knowledgeable. I always feel my kids are in great hands with her.

From the ease of making the appt online, to the pleasure of checking in with the super nice receptionist and then the kind and efficient/thorough treatment received by the care team; today was the best urgent care experience I have ever had and I 100% recommend NextCare on Grant for both adults and children needing their services. Wait times were brief and the P.A. who treated me really gave me all of her attention and did everything she could to rule out serious illness and make sure I was comfortable.Side note: clean office, updated equipment and rooms with fun wall decals.

Great experience it was fast any easy to fill out the paperwork online. Everyone was very nice to my son and took care of him well. The room also had minions 🥺so adorable

The Dr here today took her time to listen to me about the concerns I was having after feeling pretty ill. I love this clinic because I always receive the best care here. Thank you so much for being such a great team.

Went in for my eye issue and was blown away by how helpful and pleasant the lady at the front desk was (thank you!). We were then medically seen by Ashley and she was both knowledgeable and so personable! We will most definitely be back if in need. Thank you all!

Great experience! Staff were helpful, kind and understanding. They were able to diagnose me and prescribe meds quickly. I will come here again if needed.

Office was extremely cold, 68 degrees. Had a 10:15 appt but didnt get seen until about 10:45. Had 10 minute rapid tests done and sat in freezing exam room for about 30 minutes before someone came in and gave the results.On the plus side, staff was extremely nice and switched my prescription to a different pharmacy when I found out mine was closed.

Provider/ doctor didnt show up for the appointment. Ive worked in healthcare for almost a decade and never heard of anything so unprofessional.

Great communication. Excellent wait time. Staff was professional and kind.. My Dr. was great. From the time I was seen to the time I picked up my prescription was only 1 hour! I was so sick and now I’m not. Will definitely go there again.

Awful place that just cost me thousands of dollars. They scared me enough with my medical diagnosis saying I should rush to the ER because my life was in danger. Yes indeed, I do have a medical condition... one that could have waited 4 days for primary care doctor to see. The ER physician says this happens all the time and what freaks out urgent care doesnt freak out the ER. Next care did not even offer me treatment for the original problem I went there for. So now I am out thousands of dollars on an Er visit. At least the Er people new what they were talking about.....instead of the PA I saw at urgent care that had to keep running back to her supervisor for advice. What a sham.

We went in to get a physical for my daughter cheerleading. the staff there were very professional and nice. the wait time was nit long at all over all very satisfied with this vist

Went in w/o an appt., straight after work, feeling like 🤧🤢, waited bout 15 minutes to go back, then got put in a room. Dr came in & said shed be in to see me in a moment, that she was still tied up with another patient 😳 then she came in, examined me, ran a test or two, treated me and if Im not feeling better in two days to return to clinic, got an excuse for work.

Just got out from NextCare. Everything went pretty well. Receptionist was incredibly nice, check in was smooth as could be, Doctor was great. Really pleased!

If I could give a ZERO I would. Went to this location because my daughter was very sick and we couldn’t get her into her doctors office. Instead of doing their job, they sent us AWAY because they were “booked” with appointments the rest of the night? I’m sorry but I thought urgent cares were walk in based… and just because you have a lot of appointments doesn’t mean you should be telling people go somewhere else for help. Mind you, the waiting room was empty and online said there were 0 people in line (: I don’t think it is legal for urgent cares to do that as well.

There was a waiting list but even then the wait wasnt really bad. And any questions I had about the forms, the receptionist really helped me me with how to respond.

I have really bad anxiety when it comes to needles and my visit was for a tb test the nurses were very patient welcoming and accommodating knowing my fear and the appointment went perfectly

Every time I have gone they are always super polite and friendly. Everyone there is knowledgeable. I ask a lot of questions and I have always felt that they willingly answers all my questions. Nothing seems forced. It’s Always really clean. Bernadette at the front desk is always super nice and helpful. She even took the time to explain the two different plans for people without insurance. I have insurance I was asking for my dad who wasn’t present and she still explained everything and gave me all the paperwork. So my dad can have all the information just in case he decides to sign up.

I think this is the worst urgent care you can go to I took my son in for strep throat they sent his prescription to the pharmacy totally wrong so the pharmacy couldn’t fill it the pharmacy try to get ahold of the urgent care no answer from the physician. I called and all they kept telling me that the physician is busy taking care of patients that he will get to it when he gets a chance keep in mind my son has strep throat he is in pain. And I get it he might be busy but it takes couple seconds to write and email back to pharmacy

Very clean reception area as well as exam rooms. Front office staff was very nice. I showed up early just to make sure there were no problems with my insurance information. Did not expect to be seen early but they got me checked in and almost immediately taken to the back. The provider came in and checked me over, diagnosed me, and sent me on my way. Would definitely recommend this place for a quick and efficient visit.

They took what seems like forever to attend me. I had a obstructed cornea, which was torture, but once they did finally attend me, I was grateful for the kind people

Made a last minute appointment online. Did all my paperwork on my phone. They got me in quickly. Accurate diagnosis and sent me on my way. I’m satisfied.

I made an online appointment for 10am and when I get there, they are closed and have a sign outside saying they dont open until 2pm. Why do you allow people to make appointments when youre going to be closed? I feel like this is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I wasted money with lyft for nothing. I ended up having to go to Concentra urgent care across the street.

First time at any urgent care facility. Did all paperwork online. Receptionist was friendly. Very clean rooms. Was seen within 15 minutes. Nurses and doctor were all very kind. The whole process was quick and easy. Ill go again if needed. Thank you.

We have three kids who have needs outside of normal primary care visits, NextCare is always there. These guys were phenomenal. I didn’t have an appointment, but someone canceled their appointment, so I was able to get in right away to see a doctor. Didn’t take long either, about 5 minutes to see the doctor. She prescribe medication for me and I was out of there within total 8 minutes. Very great service. The staff was wonderful and very friendly!!!

Check in was quick and easy. Jasmine did my vitals well and did well at making me comfortable for visiting. Dr. Jason was great. I was in and out of the office within 30min. Sent me home with antibiotics. I will definitely be recommending this office to my family and friends. Thank you all for your help this morning.

I needed a prescription filled, l feel you did everything to get this done, you all saved me from a lot of pain by making this a painless procedure, thank you all for your service.

Had no idea these locations did sports physicals. Really impressed! $25, took 30 mins and made the appointment 1 day in advance!

Dr. Ashley was amazing. She listened to everything I said and talked me through what was happening that I wasn’t seeing. Everything made senses after our conversation. Then she walked me through the future actions to take and I’m already set up with imaging scheduled not even an hour after my appointment. Also the two lovely ladies in the front really helped so much and were so friendly. I couldnt find the insurance as usual, so they assisted and made sure my coverage was on my visit 💕 (please bring yours tho 🤣 let’s not give a hassle every time) and even wished me an early birthday. Definitely where I will go if needing anything right away

Came here looking to receive URGENT care only to be told by the receptionist she has to pick up her sister and can’t process my paperwork before leaving (I am an existing patient, which paperwork should be quick) until she comes back in an hour. They didn’t have anyone cover the front desk while she was gone. Seems unprofessional to leave the front office completely empty while nurses and doctors are sitting in the back doing nothing.I wait nonetheless and in an hour I get seen and tested for strep which came negative. The doctor then ordered for a throat culture and I waited four days. I received my results in my email but couldn’t understand and hadn’t received a call from the clinic either. After calling 3 times over the hour they finally answered and said that the physician hasn’t seen it. I asked when will I have my results explained because at this point i’ve been fevering for a week and the lady answered “whenever he sees it”. Only for them to call me back an hour later saying “oh yeah we tested you for strep and it came back negative”. They tested me for strep twice and nothing else and said they cannot help me further.They wasted my time and my money. I guess they prioritize their personal appointments over patients who came here to seek URGENT CARE.

If I could give negative stars, I would. If you value your life, and want to keep on living, absolutely do not go to this place. I gave the assistant a list of my symptoms and only o e was addresses. Also, I didnt know that doctors were trained to just take a glance at you and k on whats wrong. Oh. Wait. Their not. Doctor needs to be resent to medical school or this place.just needs to be shut down. They dont care whatsoever about their patients. Front desk lady gave me some paperwork I was supposed to read and had the balls to look at me as if I was offending her when I handed them.back and said I cant read this. She gave me all the paperwork in Spanish. To that lady. Do not ever get offended that a white man can not read Spanish and hands you back the trash you handed out.

I made an appointment online and check-in was fast as they offer online check-in. Vitals took no more than 5 minutes. I saw Dr. Giordano this time who was very through with his exam. In and out in no more than 30 minutes total with 2 prescriptions. I have been here several times and the nurses and doctors are always professional, quick, and thorough.

There was a MA that was not feeling well but she had a mask on which I appreciate! Kodos to her for showing up to work!!! Ashley the PA is fantastic! Nothing but great things to say about these 2 people who helped me!!!

The Urgent care in Northglenn is the best I have been to in the NextCare network. Very fast and efficient. The doctor that treated me for severe back pain was great, prescribed something that I was unsure if it would work on my pain as I have rods down my entire spine. It worked, and I take less of it than my daily 800mg ibuprofen which can be up to 3 a day.Thank you for caring

This NextCare Urgent Care was very helpful in a stressful situation when my son cut his foot open and looked like he needed stitches. The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful and the nurse and doctor were nice and accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone who is looking for good care and friendly staff!!

Unprofessional work environment. If youre looking to be treated for more than one thing upon your arrival they will tell you they are short staffed and ask which is more important to be seen about

We came into this urgent care today, the receptionist was so sweet and helped me every step of the way. We got called back quickly and got our child seen within 20 minutes! We usually have to wait 5-6 hours for our urgent care at the hospital. This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. Quick and painless! Will definitely come back to this location!

This is the slowest slow care I ever seen I missed my turn because I went to use the bathroom after one hour of waiting in the reception. I couldnt wait any longer, I have diarrhea!!! They made me wait behind the rest of the patients , so I left without opening my mouth!!! If you discerminate against the restroom !!! close it , don’t let nobody in !!!thank god for saint joseph ER in Northglenn.

They were incredibly understanding, patient, friendly, and accommodating in assessing my needs in a time of great discomfort as well as having me evaluated and taken care of in a timely manner. For anyone on the front lines and in healthcare, I have much respect and gratitude for your work, selflessness, and dedication. Ashley did a great job and showed much compassion, care, and attention to my needs and went the extra mile to make sure I was safe and comfortable. I schedule appointments online. Did all my paperwork. I show up and I’m told I have to pay $4,000 before they will even see me. I have health insurance and there no way an Urgent Care visit going to cost $4,000. I work in the medical field. Don’t go here. They have to bill your health insurance first. They don’t know what other medical bill that our pending and will be applied to deductible or co insurance. I will be taking with my health insurance report this to them. I know for a fact that I’ve met part of my deductible too.

Called in the morning and was in for an appointment that afternoon. Staff was friendly and the doctor (Ashley Christianson) was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Great experience. It was very clean, was able to get an appointment in within an hour, I was the only person in the waiting room. Nurse and nurse practitioner were both very attentive and pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Ashley was our care provider she was great very knowledgeable got us in and out fairly quickly, the upfront nurse was great made sure all our information was sent back correctly, the nurse who took us back was very nice and made sure we were comfortable.

Fast service and wonderful care. The doctor was really able to explain what was going onto me along with a precise diagnosis. The front desk staff was lovely to work with while getting my paperwork together! Definitely would recommend.

This is not walk in clinic you need to request an appointment or wait for an hour to be seen.... And You have to wait in your car!!

I have to give this facility a great review! I went in for a COVID evaluation and ended up getting super light headed right before I left. Ashley did everything to make sure I was okay. She gave me food, water, oxygen, and even sat with me the whole time. The nurse was amazing as well (I feel so bad for forgetting her name!). I took up an extra hour of their time, but they were kind and caring the whole way through. Thank you for going the extra mile to provide excellent care!

Ive been to this urgent care a few times and it is always such an easy, positive experience. Every step of the process is so easy, Ive never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes past my appointment time, and everyone is just so nice and caring. The perfect model for how a healthcare provider should operate!

Absolutely hands down the best urgent care I have ever been to and will continue to go to! They do amazing with my need as well as my children one of which is autistic and they are very patient and calm with him! Every time I go here the girls are super helpful and just really nice. I have a very sore throat and wanted to get a strep culture and from the time I checked in to when I left was leas than 35 minutes.

Ashley was great. I was in there for no more than 15 minutes. She gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. Never been helped so fast! The wait times were a little long, but I waited for about 20 minutes and was sent back. Overall a very good experience.

I was very happy with the care my daughter received. It was a bit of a long wait, about an hour after our appt time but they did a good job keeping us updated. Morgan was thorough and very helpful. All the staff was very pleasant. I will definitely go back.

Thank heavens for this place. It was a bit further out, but I had so many issues with the closer facility. I was going on sick for a week with no results from the other urgent care that I bit the bullet and came here. Amanda at the front was amazing, went above and beyond to ensure everything was confirmed and made sure I was comfortable. They were very quick in the back, but still super kind. She let me know when my prescription should be ready and what the antibiotics would do. Highly recommend!

Yea it was quick inside but I also felt rushed and the Provider did what I wanted (to test or not). I did not feel much input from them. I have had better experiences taking my toddler previously.Update: next visit- Easy to make an appointment online. I feel like the provider was very short and didn’t leave time for questions. I knew I was taking my daughter there for an ear infection, but I thought the provider just felt bothered by us.

Ashley the PA was so magnificent. I came into the clinic feeling very vulnerable and anxious and she made me feel at ease and was very kind and patient throughout. All the staff I interacted with were lovely.

SCHEDULES BUT DOES NOT TREAT INFANTS. This urgent care (and this brand at other locations) will make appointments for infants under 9 months knowing their age and not disclose to you that they will not see them until you arrive, and, in my case fill out paperwork, provide insurance cards and ID etc, and wait. Apparently, each provider has the discretion to decide whether they want to treat the infants, in my case the provider refused to even see my two six month olds to evaluate for a possible ear infection. I was not told this until I had made an appointment, driven there with my sick children, completed paperwork, and waited for the doctor. The facility knew their age from the time I booked the appointment. It seems particularly careless to waste the time of parents with potentially sick babies. Broomfield NextCare also confirmed upon my request at the time I was turned away that they would not treat either.

It was a great experience, called got info texted to me, I answered. At the facility in 30 minutes, saw Dr in 5 minutes. Got an answer on my issue. Out of the facility in 35 minutes.

AVOID!! The ER walkin is a few minutes away anyways.. They advertise as being affordable, ya right. 300 bucks for my child to not even walk in the door but had an ambulance called. No paperwork was filled out and their billing department is an absolute nightmare..they put me on hold for hours, and yes I mean hours with an S.!! All because I asked for the common private pay discount at clinics of 30% off.. Apparently I shouldnt have said theyre wear down tactics werent going to work, but after 2 and a 1/2 hours I couldnt man my phone any longer. They threatened collection although I received no calls or bills; because remember no paperwork was filled out by me.. They even kept referring my daughter as a boy because she has a gender neutral name...another point proven that I didnt fill out any paperwork.. Ill be contacting the BBB as well

We have recently needed Urgent care for both my wife and children. The first trip I was unimpressed. Long wait time in the lobby and again in the room.Was hesitant to return but very glad we did. Every time since the first (been back 4 times) we have been met with courteous staff and more than reasonable wait times.Last visit was the best. Doc came in and actually listened to me and what I had to say regarding my sons condition. Took my questions very well and was very informative. Did not conduct any unnecessary testing and was a delight.Thank you all for your efforts. We will continue to use this facility and the personnel in it.

First time going today to get my son checked just moved into the area. The nurse Maggie was so disrespectful and rude I have never been treated like how she treated me from any doctor office/urgent care she does not deserve to be a nurse. I get people have bad days but how disrespectful can you be and infront of my son and for me to raise my voice at you in a clinic not right. the dr was super nice and understanding. She did an amazing job listened to what I had to say and took my sons health very seriously. Thank you for being an awesome provider.

The nurses and Dr. That saw my daughter were friendly efficient and really on top of diagnosing her. We knew exactly what was wrong within 20 minutes. The receptionist could have been a little more friendly and helpful but everyone has bad days especially when surrounded by the sick all day everyday! Overall experience was great

Turned us away with 4 cars in the parking lot and a near empty waiting area and an hour and a half till closing. Why are you here?? Advanced Urgent Care down the street saw us with only 15 minutes left to their day. That is HealthCARE. NextCare needs to remove that word from their name. Clearly they could care less.

I rarely leave reviews for businesses whether I have a positive or negative experience. But I feel like I have to leave a review after my experience today with this clinic. I booked an appointment to see someone about my illness. After arriving for my appointment 20 minutes early, I was not greeted, I waited in my car for 45 minutes before leaving. It seemed like the clinic closed the day of my appointment with little to no communication as to this being the case prior to my appointment. This is totally unprofessional and a waste of my time. I will not be going back to NextCare urgent care ever again.

Very professional and courteous during the whole time. I had to wait while they had to go to a different location to get supplies, but they definitely gave me the heads up on the status and the time frame.

Cant say enough good about this location and staff. Even today when they had a long wait time, they were still super accommodating. We were in and out in less than the quoted wait time, the front desk girl was fun and kept us posted. The nurse and the doc were both absolutely amazing. Quick, efficient, thorough and laughed with us the whole time. This isnt nthe closest location to us, but its the only one we go to

All of the nurses and doctors were very great with my little boy. They made him feel comfortable while he was feeling sick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with kids!

The NextCare on Grant and 97th in Thornton was great. There was no line. The staff was fast, friendly and caring. PA Christianson was fantastic! I always choose NextCare and the Solv app makes it easy. I’d go back to this one for sure.

EDITED REVIEW: The doctor said she would send an order for antibiotics to the pharmacy, but she did not. There was also no after visit summary even in the app I downloaded called Solv.Im still in so much throat pain and I dont feel like the doctor was thorough nor did she explain things very well. I felt rushed once she was done and the lack of aftercare info and instructions makes me angry!

Going here is so much better than to a hospital. They got me in quickly and I was a walk in. They listen to what was bothering me and quickly figured out what was wrong. I would definitely return and recommend them to family and friends. They were all so kind and sympathetic.

While the staff seems very kind and knowledgeable - they charged my insurance for a high complexity evaluation after spending 15 min with me and running a strep test. This lead to a near $200 bill out of pocket which is not appropriate for this case and I will not return for care here again.

Quick and easy. It beat waiting hours at Children’s urgent care. The staff was friendly but I was a little surprised to see the Nurse not wear gloves or a mask while testing my kiddo for influenza. Lady must have a fabulous immune system. My kid was negative thank goodness. All in all I’d probably go back if I can’t get in to our pediatrician.

Took my son for a sports physical and the service was phenomenal. From the moment we walked in to the time we left we were treated with fast friendly service. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a sports physical.

After visit twice for sciatic problem ! The second one whit even more pain , the answer was the same , medication… the second time the provider even don’t evaluate myself .. last time .

The PA and RN were really fantastic in a terrible situation. I was traveling, a few hours from home, and ended up with horrible stomach pain, felt like I was going to pass out. They got me in and laid me down, checked me out and got me a referral to the hospital down the road. Very friendly and thorough.

I scheduled my appointment the night before online after cutting myself fairly badly.The receptionist was friendly and efficient. When I arrived, I spent 5-10 minutes filling out my initial paperwork. The nurse took me back pretty much as soon as the paperwork was done.The nurse seemed experienced and did the initial exam quickly. I only waited a few more minutes before the doctor saw me.Dr. Iannutti (sp?) was friendly and had good bedside manner. I get emotional easily over injuries, but he was very kind when I cried a little. The treatment itself was fairly quick and straightforward. Overall, I had a very good impression of the facility/employees and my injury is almost healed now.

Extremely unethical behavior.Billing department hung up multiple times. Refused to share pricing information, stating pricing could not be determined until after visit.Every Hospital & Clinic has pricing sheets. If it’s not illegal to withhold pricing before visitation, it’s extremely unethical.

They were really busy when I 1st came in for my appointment so I ended up coming back later that day. I was happy that I still got in that day and once I was called back it was a quick process. The staff is super nice as well.

I had a positive experience at NextCare Urgent Care when I received a COVID test. The receptionist was very professional and pleasant. The triage nurse was also professional and caring. The Dr. was very professional and explained everything very well.

Great service and a wonderful staff. Wendy is the best ever, very professional, and helps speed things along in an expedient manner. Ashley, PA is wonderful to work with as well and is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are a great team and I appreciate knowing they are there when needed. Front desk lady and medical assistant were very nice but the provider was rude and took a long time. I was here for an hour and a half and left in a room by myself for probably 30-45 minutes of that with no one telling me what was going on or how long my test results would take.

Terrible experience. I am new to town and don’t have a doctor, came here for a time sensitivite test. They lost it and charged me a 2nd copay when I came back for new blood work. I contacted but they refused to refund either copay. Accidents happen but the refusal to take responsibility for their own negligence is unacceptable.

Years ago, I was not impressed by this facility. However, the last couple years I have been here, they have been amazing. I have a kiddo who gets sick a lot and every time I bring him they are wonderful. We get in and out in no time and the staff is so friendly! I love this urgent care

Everyone was so professional but at the same time compassionate, I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in. I was seen on a Thursday at around 8:20 AM and I didnt have to wait. Overall Im extremely satisfied of the service rendered to me. ❤

This urgent care was amazing. Its wonderful because you could check in and present at your designated time versus sitting in the parking lot waiting for hours. Staff was very friendly. They got me in-and-out I will never go to another urgent care.

We have been here quite a few times. We always schedule online and get seen right away. The last time we were in was for a broken bone and they were excellent in making sure to call the xray tech and ortho place before leaving so they knew to expect us. They are also great with kids! I havent had the best luck with other urgent care places but I really feel like Next Care listens to its patients and gets you out quickly

Super impressed with this urgent care location! I had an appointment for 2:30pm and I was actually in the examination room by 2:31pm. That never happens! In and out and on my way 20 minutes later. The nurse and provider were friendly and efficient. Great experience.

I was actually in need of a pregnancy test and went by my doctors office and was told at best they could get me an appointment later that week. I was quite frustrated and when I walked in the doors at NextCar I asked if they could do the test that day n spoke of my doctors office refusing without a appointment with my provider as well later that week.Not only was I able to get the test right then, they took my insurance making it free. I spent 20 min from beginning to end and the amount of relief I carried having the results was priceless! They were amazing and fast !.

I was not feeling good just wanted my lungs checked. I had tested positive for covid. The lady immediately said they were full, but no one waiting outside. She then told me I couldnt get the covid pills. I didnt ask her for anything but to get my lungs checked I went on 11/26/22 around 2:30. I really dont think she cared. The worse experience ever.

I’ve never done a google review before but this visit made me feel the need to. Very disappointed with their doctors service. I waited almost two hours after work to spend less than 2 minutes with a doctor. I spent more time discussing my symptoms with the medical assistant than my actual doctor. The doctor only asked me to describe my symptoms again and promptly told me it didn’t help, so why ask? I’m fairly certain he didn’t read up on why I was there before coming in as I had to follow him to his computer to ask about my second symptom that went completely ignored. I spent 45 of those minutes just waiting for the doctor to return to give a steroid prescription for a cough and to be told he wouldn’t help with the 2 more important reasons for my visit. He was unfriendly, rude, rushed, and couldn’t be bothered to explain to me what was going on. The only info I got was that it could be anything and to wait and see over the next two weeks and return if my problem persisted. I didn’t need a doctor to tell me that. I’ve never seen a doctor so rude and uninterested in a patient in my life. You’d have to pay me to come back to this place.

Physicians Assistant Morgan G. was excellent! She listened, provided answers to my medical questions, was extremely compassionate and understanding of my medical needs. Processed the necessary tests and wrote an Rx for me. The staff at intake were very professional and caring.

I made my appointment online and when we got there, it was quick. The only employee who wasnt very personable was the MA(?).. Not sure what his title was actually.. He didnt talk much, didnt introduce himself and didnt smile at all. But the girl at the front desk and the NP, Stephanie, were awesome!

I hate urgent cares because the staff usually seems unhappy to be helping but this location Everyone was super friendly. The lady at the front desk & the lady who checks you in were both fantastic. The Dr was quick and helpful. Sent my prescription right over. It Was a great experience.

Ive never been to this clinic before, I was driving home and was not feeling up to par, I had a few concerning symptoms of Covid. I thought that I wanted to be safe rather than sorry, so, I pulled in and figured Id get tested for covid. I would definitely recommend this clinic! I would give 0 if I could. The two front desk clerks were EXTREMELY rude. Basically, went out of their way to deny seeing me for an injury that I needed checked out. Cannot believe this is how someone gets treated for going in for being sick/injured!

The staff here are exceptionally nice. I wish I got the names of the front desk staff and RN because they are total sweethearts and deserve recognition. I was here for a long time and I might of been a little annoyed if it wasn’t for the kindness of the staff. It seemed like they were a little short staffed. I would come here again though they took good care of me.

The front desk staff usually isn’t very friendly or welcoming. However, this does not define how the doctors are at this location. Every doctor I have seen at this NextCare are outstanding. They even provide pediatric services. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. Usually, the appointment is quick.

I am very happy that I chose to go here for my medical emergency. The staff, doctor and nurses were all so pleasant and nice. I get anxiety going to the doctor and they were all very nice, caring and helpful, even amidst a internet/power issue that was going on. I went to NextCare for a fractured wrist a few weeks ago and received and witnessed the worst care and customer service i have ever experienced. The x-ray guy was really nice and helpful but the provider who saw me didn’t have any concern for my injury and treated me very quickly and was sure i didn’t have a fracture and sent me home while the radiologist looked at it, feeling confident that it wasn’t fractured. when i had to come back for a split because it is in fact fractured, she had told me “i saw the fracture but i thought i must have been seeing things.” there was no sense of urgency to help me with my pain like i needed or my injury. The worst came when i was checking out and the gal at the front desk couldn’t hardly figure out what she was doing while running my insurance or give me any answers as to what i was being charged but ensured me i could get a print out once i made the payment. I made the payment and she still wasn’t able to explain or get this print out. then another gentleman came in for a covid test. this guy didn’t speak much english but was trying to communicate with the gal at the desk. unfortunately she didn’t care to take the time to try and communicate with him. she just kept telling him multiple times she doesn’t know what his insurance will cover regarding a covid test and he would have to figure it out. i don’t understand that when she somehow knew everything my insurance covers for me. Luckily my best friend who is fluent in spanish talked to the gentlemen and told him he can find a rapid test over the counter after the gal practically refused to help him. I was disgusted and still am with the “care” this facility gives.

Josh was less than friendly. The wait time was long. The doctor was nice, however wrote the wrong prescription info so when they tried to get it corrected no one answered the phone at the after hours number or the clinic. I called first thing when they opened and they assured me they would call right away and it is now 11 am and my daughter is sitting with pneumonia without a prescription. i called again and talked to Josh, and he said well we are busy- Really shows how much they care about their patients. Very disappointed.

The nurse Scott and PA Sherry were very sweet and did an amazing job treating my 9 year old son. Weve been to many urgent cares and I highly recommend this one! Always very understanding and they get you in and out in a very timely manner.

I’ve been to the NextCare Urgent Care in Westminster twice and the Thorson location once. These Urgent Cares are really great. I have absolutely no complaints. They have good hours of operations, the wait times are short, the service is high quality and very consistent, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the staff is top notch.I have average insurance I’d say and a visit only costs me $35 so it’s really affordable too.I highly recommend NextCare facilities when you’re feeling bad.

Went here for a work-related injury and I was in and out within 30 minutes! Fast and efficient caretakers and appointments were open so I got one within 25 minutes of calling! Definitely will go here again in the future.

I have been there twice before this and everyone has been terrific. This time on September 1,2018 I was very upset the front person was very nice and the second person was very nice. The doctor was a joke I got put in a room and the three people came in after me all got seen before I did. The doctor was texting when i got put in the room and i dont think she knew i was even in there. I will not return after sitting in the room for a solid hour with no one carrying at all.

They quoted a 4 hour wait that ended up being about an hour and a half. They have a virtual thing that lets you check your place in line. The PA (I think) was great and listened. She confirmed my suspicions on my ailments and I was in and out quickly. The only reason they get 4 stars is that the building and parking lot is quite dark after the sun goes down. I had to go through the side door and I had a hard time seeing where I was going.

I really recommend the NextCare Urgent Care I honestly took longer checking in than being seen! Once my son and I got in it was a in an out situation! I honestly loved that because if ur not feeling well u don’t want to be there for a long period of time and for us it was super quick got my questions answered and I was out the door!

The experience with the staff on the day of my visit was good, staff was friendly. They gave me antibiotics. After 4 days I still wasnt feeling well, so I called to see if they can give me something else. I called on a Saturday morning. Waited 45 min on hold until someone came on the line. They said they would give the staff the message and someone would call me back. No call back that day. I tried to call them at 130 on Sunday, then waited 30 min got disconnected. At 330 called again, waited 40 min finally talked to someone at 410. They said they got the message yesterday, but they are now closed so they cant call me back until Monday. On Monday finally called me back to say I need to be seen again. This is the worst service ever. Ive called 3 times, with very long waits and no call back until 2 days later. If you are sick, please dont go to this clinic. The follow up is terrible.

I developed a raging UTI while traveling. I arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Friday night, but every staff member I interacted with was kind, compassionate, and professional. They took care of me without any hint of reproach that it was almost time to go home. I was able to get the medicine I needed before the pharmacy closed at a store nearby.

Sierra was an amazing nurse. She made sure I was comfortable and listened to my concerns. The doctor was quick and made sure I understood everything. All together I was there for half an hour which was great.

This is the best Urgent Care in the area. It’s easy to reserve a spot online and I’ve never had to wait very long to be seen. They take your concerns very seriously and are so kind and caring. I’ve yet to be disappointed and will continue coming here!

Awful place to go the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing run by a bunch of kids. I went in to get covid tested and they told me to come back in 4 hours so I can scan the QR code to get in line I went back on time and they told me they had a few cancellations so the QR code went out early now I have to wait another 4 hours. If they cant schedule or take care of patients better than this I wouldnt trust them with my medical records!!

Came in for Rapid test. So i can go back to work. The nurse/assistant named Wendy. Was very rude. Kept over talking me. When i tried to say anything. She would not listen. Gave me overnight test. When i was needing Rapid test.Doctor was not any politer. He was rude when talking to me. I recommend to never come here for anything.

Wendy is very unprofessional. She called me and my call dropped. I had been waiting for over an hour. When we went to check the status of our wait due to the fact that my sons initials were no lo her listed, they said he wasnt registered. Yet I had an email with check in time and confirmation of check in. She then proceeded to text me and I responded with the issue. She then called me again, I explained to her that I was attempting to send her proof of his check in. I told her her we went elsewhere and she just hung up. I text her the photo and told her it was very unprofessional of her to hang up on me. This lady went back and forth with me via text and when she received proof of check in, she canceled my future appointment.

Had to wait over an hour even with appt,but provider was quick,efficient. It was a good choice when I couldnt get into my usual provider.

Im actually shocked by all the five star reviews below….To that fact, the receptionist was not very friendly, the waiting area needs a little TLC and the signs…oh the signs [many of them].Ive never been to a doctors office with so many tacky notices. For example, “if you are rude to the staff, you will be asked to leave.” Needless to say, many of those signs had spelling and grammatical errors.This “Urgent Care” will take your money, run your insurance and then refer you to another doctor/hospital as they do not have the ability to do some of the most basic diagnostic tests such as an xray - Your local chiropractor has that ability.And of course, no insurance, no service! I encourage you to be seen elsewhere.

Went in for injured toe for daughter. Very painful but they were thorough, kind, funny, and fast, althought the checkin process takes a while if you have never done it online. Looked like covid patients were in an entirely different area of the building except if waiting out front. Recommend waiting in car if possible. The wait after checkin was 30 to 40 minutes with 4 ppl ahead of us.

I showed up to this clinic at 5pm as a walk in and was greeted with a sign outside that stated that it would be a 2+ hour wait, and multiple signs taped to the doors saying that they would NOT tolerate people bullying their staff. First off: If you walk into any Healthcare facility and treat their employees with anything but respect and gratefulness - you need to reevaluate your priorities as a human being. These people are on the front line of this pandemic putting their health and safety at risk to help you. My sympathy for you drops even more if you adopt this attitude after choosing to not vaccinate or not wear a mask. Secondly, NextCare checked me in and put me on their waiting list despite the fact that they were not supposed to be taking anybody else in at that time. I waited in my car for only 30 minutes before being asked to come in, was seen, tested and out the door in under 10 minutes with the promise that they would call me with my results. This was the third urgent care I had visited, and they will be my first choice moving forward. Would recommend 👍

The staff was all very pleasant even though my two kids and I walked in 10 min before closing. They all continued to be through and tentative to all my questions. For a visit needed last minute before social activities the next day; the reassured the me I did the right thing by bring them in. FNP Sherry got us taken care of and out of there to continue supportive care to not expose any others to any unnecessary nastiness.

Terrible service. Needed a COVID test so I came to this clinic. The nurse who took my call was very rude when I was asking questions, I had to sit on hold for 20 minutes just to ask some questions about their testing procedures and when I finally got into the office for my test the nurse just threw the testing supplies on the counter and left. She was EXTREMELY rude. Now Im sitting here on hold for another 20 minutes just trying to find out the results of my test. No one seems to answer the phone at all, they just put everyone on hold without finding out what I need or want. I know my call COULD take 5 minutes or less if they would just TALK to me and see what I need. Very, very frustrated: Ill never use this clinic again.

Ive been here a couple of times. The first time was back in November of 2021 for a PCR COVID-19 test. Thats not what Im here to write about though. Im here to write about my most recent experience, which was today. (May 9th 2022) This weekend I thought I was just recovering from a 24 stomach flu, but then I developed a very deep and barking cough, the one typically associated COVID or the Flu! As is protocol nowadays, presenting with respiratory distress I was treated as a presumptive COVID-19 patient. I was triaged via telephone and in a room within 15 minutes of arrival. They administered a Rapid Flu test and a Rapid COVID-19 test. 15 minutes later they came back with a diagnosis of Influenza B! Prescribed an inhaler and told to take DayQuil and NyQuil for the aggravating cough. The staff were great, very friendly and happy. As an Autistic person, somebody whos friendly is always better at calming my nerves than somebody who is uptight! Dr. Morgan Guthrie was amazing she explained to me what Influenza B was in a way I could understand and said why the diagnosis made sense as related to my symptoms. I also appreciate that this facility keeps the sick patients out of the waiting room. I certainly wouldnt want to sit with me in a waiting room. Ive been to a lot of emergency facilities in my lifetime, but none quite compare to NextCare. My two visits have been quick and painless.ThanksCJ JonesLocal Guide

Took a family member here do to an ankle injury. The sidewalk was not cleared of snow. And it was really icy. They did not help getting him into the wheelchair. I had a gut felling this is not a good place. I am glad i did after seeing the reviews i made the right decision. So I loaded him back into the car and went to a different urgent care. For what they charge I would assume they would clear the walks. I would recommend not going to this facility.

Untrained staff that don’t know what tuberculosis is. Making statements such as “you’re more likely to have tuberculosis because you were born in a third world country “ they don’t know what they are doing. I had to go into the office three times because the correct information wasn’t relayed. To say the least will not be going in there again. I’ve never been so disrespected

The wait time was a bit long, but the doctor I saw asked me what was going on so I explained about my having a really bad sinus infection (which I have had before.) After some careful questioning about how I knew it was, the doc did some cursory checks of my lungs to make sure there wasnt any pneumonia going on then wrote me a script for what I needed. I really appreciate not having a hassle with getting exactly what I knew would cure me. Very nice people and did not give me a hard time at all. Ill definitely go back there again if I need to.

The staff was awesome, they really care about their patients. It was approximately a 22 minute drive from my home, I would drive 2 hrs if I had to just to go to this nextcare. Very pleased!!

Brought my daughter, whom was VERY ill and crying uncontrollably in about 45min before they closed for the evening. I believe this is the reason why the lady at the front desk, c as well as anyone we saw there after were rude to my husband, 3 year old daughter and I. Although unprofessional, this is not the reason for my negative review. Its been a week since my daughter got tested for covid here and I have yet to receive the results!!!! Ive called SEVERAL times for them only to be told that the workers at the location are busy with other customers and that they would give me a call back. Im not sure how long it takes for them to place this call back but I feel 5 plus days is ridiculous! I sure as h**** hope they are negative because Ive had no choice but put her back in school. Im not going to force her to miss ANOTHER week of school because these people refuse to do their job!If you are wanting any form of testing done where a call-back from clinic is/ required, I STRONGLY suggest goings-on ANYWHERE else but here! Unless of course you could care less whether or not you ever see them

Went in because my earring piercings had gotten infected. The provider was attentive and understood my concerns about keeping the piercing. We came up with a care plan to hopefully get rid of the infection And still get my piercings. Everybody was attentive,efficient and kind. 20/10!

While we didn’t get care at this urgent care due to the nature of injury, we did get checked in and saw the dr briefly. Everyone was kind and we didn’t have to wait long. The dr even called us later in the day to see how our baby was doing. It was nice knowing he genuinely cared about our child getting good care and wanted to make sure that happened.

I came here because Morgan Guthrie PA-C was a provider at my primary and she’s wonderful! I saw Ashley Christianson PA-C and her MA Aaliyah. They were so friendly and fast! I went in for a covid test. I checked in over the phone, they had me go in through a separate entrance, and had me in and out within 15 minutes. They called me shortly after with my results! I would definitely come here again.

We choose to go to NeXt Care Urgent Care on Grant right across the street from Sams Club because my 3 year old cut her hand and needed stitches. NeXt Care Urgent Care took care of everything for us and the Doctor was beyond helpful and nice to us! This experience with my little one was scary but this place got us right back and couldn’t have done a better job! We went back 2 weeks later today to get the stitches taken out and again I would rate this place a 10 out of a 10! They even gave my Daughter stickers and a loly pop when she was all done! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I wish i could give the doctors name but i cant remember it all i know is she was brown hair brown eyed and she is very very good at what she does :) Also, it was nice to know that we didnt have to worry about catching covid as they have a whole other side of the biulding for that.

My family has all been to this facility before and received excellent care. Everyone there has taken their time with my family members. However yesterday we went there and the doctor spent a total of 2 minutes with my wife who was upset at feeling so rushed. I hope this was just a bad day for NextCare and not a trend.

I just brought my husband here for lower back pain. Told her we think he is passing a kidney stone. Made her aware we are not insured. They took him in, had him give a urine sample. Dr. Came in and stated . THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR KIDNEY STONES HERE. WE CAN CHECK YOUR URINE TO TELL YOU IF THERE IS BLOOD THERE. BUT YOU WILL NEED TO GO TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM FOR KIDNEY STONES.We were charged $230 for 1 minute with a physician to say we dont do that hereI asked the intake personnel why she did this when we told her we thought it was a stone. She apologized very kindly but would lose her job if she did that. I am broken and stunned by this. And now have no money to put down at the ER. Shame on you. What have we all become.SignedWe the people

Symptoms made it prudent for my husband and I to get tested for Covid-19. They also tested for flu. Thankfully, our results were negative, The doctor gave a thorough exam, and staff were caring & efficient. I felt more confident of the results than at a drive-through test facility.

Reasonable wait time for an unscheduled appointment given all that is going on with covid these days. It was disappointing to not be able to get the rapid covid test today, but the provider took the time to explain why she was not willing to provide that test (too high a rate of false negatives) and that was very much appreciated and helpful.

This facility is clean, the front desk receptionists are customer friendly, the staff in the back are all wonderful people and respond to all your needs right away. The Dr. is very concerned, listens and always ask the right questions. I give this place a 5.

Wish i could give this a lower than 1 star review. They say your insurance will cover covid test but it wont they upcharge a free test so you still end up owing almost $200 just go to a real hospital or wait to test dont waste your time on this overpriced place if they can charge that much for something thats covered or free every else I can only imagine what theyll charge you for a visit inside. This place is a joke.

Excellent service and care. They genuinely care and are so professional. Hardly have to wait and always quick to be seen. Definetly reccomend them. We have an urgent care literally less than a mile from our house but I’d rather drive a couple extra miles to this office.

Worst service an wait time in the medical industry, waited 2 HOURS AS A WALK IN as my girlfriend was coughing vilelentley the entire time WHILE GETTING BLOODY NOSE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Oh let’s also talk about the fact 3 other walk ins came in an were seen before us, as the nurses only thing to say is “ hehehe sorry about that” I do not recommend this place for anyone

They’re super quick, super nice, and very professional. We’re lucky to have them. Wife said, “that may have been one of the best urgent care experiences I have ever seen.”

All of the staff was extremely helpful and polite. We didnt have to wait long to be seen. My daughter was diagnosed quickly and thoroughly. I am pleased that I chose NextCare.

This urgent care is so awesome. They have excellent customer service and its clean. Ive had to take my whole family there, for different reasons, and have never had a bad experience. Ive also never waited long.

I went in because I was having breathing issues and getting a primary doctor wasn’t going to be possible for a few weeks. So a set up an appointment the next day here at Nextcare it was super quick and helpful. Not to mention super friendly staff.

I used to actually love going here but they’ve gotten really bad and rude. They told me twice now that they sent over my prescription and never did!!!!! I am throwing up I literally cannot go another day without them but it’s like f you when it comes to me lol.
