Planned Parenthood - Rosenfield Health Center

I previously loved this center and their empowering staff. I am there frequently for testing and became close with the manager Jordan. I learned that they fired her. I’m very distraught they would get rid of someone who cares immensely and is loved by everyone. I could see and feel the unease from the nurses when talking about it. My heart hurts for you all. I also had a run in with the new manager. She is very unprofessional and couldn’t answer my questions. She had to get someone else. What a piece of work, or lack of. Do better for our community and the staff!

I usually go in for three months worth of birth control at a time today I was notified my insurance was no longer valid and instead of going for god-knows-how-long without a renewed insurance card, I was able to leave with my usual prescription free based off of my proof of income. That is so amazing Im 23 years old and beginning to grow up and this was a really big break for me thank you so much planned Parenthood !

My experience at the army post location was such a breeze from start to finish. everyone was very welcoming & In a good mood. ive seen the same nurse at both locations(army post & urbandale) & i love her. i wish i could remember her name but she’s always in good spirits & makes me feel so comfortable. she told me “you got this! & we got you!” i would recommend this location to anybody i know. im so glad planned parenthood exists. thank you.

Absolutely terrible, please don’t waste your time here, just find another clinic. I had my 6 month old son with me for an appointment after seeing online that they allow infants into the appointment area. I drove 45 minutes to my appointment just to be turned away at the door because that certain clinic did not allow infants into the appointment area. Information like that needs to be updated online.

DO NOT come here for an IUD to be inserted. This is where I got mine and I am now on my THIRD DOCTOR to get this removed. The nurse that put mine in cut my strings wayyy to short and inserted it wayyyy too high. We have no idea how to get this out now.

I went in for a birth control prescription and was one of the last patients of the day. It was all very rushed and they were clearly just trying to get me out of there. Everyone was very confused when I asked that my prescription be sent to an actual pharmacy instead of the clinic. They apparently have no idea how to do that because when I went to pick up my prescription, the pharmacy didnt have it (it should have been sent days ago) and now I have to track it down and figure out where it actually got sent to.

I just went here for some services and the front desk receptionist Rachel was so sweet so caring and then when I went to the back the PA was awesome made me feel comfortable she was so sweet and the nurse that helped me was so kind they all were amazing thank you ladies for all you do💞

Its some prettyyyyy dope people working here. Like Danielle. I love Danielle. Who doesnt love Danielle? Cause we all love Danielle. 🤣

Before my husband and I decided to have children we went here to get my birth control. All the staff are extremely helpful and polite and made me feel welcome and comfortable during my visits.

Staff were incredibly understanding and fit me in when they were fully booked. Eternally grateful for the wonderful staff and environment.

This place is great Ive had 14 abortions already.

Don’t waste ur time and money here very poor services . All follow ups are via phone ; who needs Doctors and nurses if everything can be done via telehealth . Some situation’s require physical examination . they don’t care about you please go elsewhere !!

Spoke with a woman named Andrea who possessed horrible customer service skills. She would cut me off while speaking and was very , very rude.

The staff is SO comforting & helpful. I’ve never had such better care!

No one even answers the phone. This place is a joke and can’t even help you if you actually have a job. Basically have to be living off the government for them to give a damn.

My girlfriend and I have had a horrible experience worth this location and being forced to play this phone tag and never getting calls back
