The doctors themselves are okay but the problem is the office management. It is very frustrating and time consuming to get anyone on the phone, to get messages through, or get anyone to call you back. Today was the breaking point when I spent 17 minutes on hold and called back to just be told they don’t know why that happened. The birth control they prescribed was not documented or called into the pharmacy correctly. Referrals have gotten “lost”. Labs have had to be repeated. If you miss their call, good luck getting someone back on the phone. Just a lot of unnecessary stress and time wasted due to their office’s inefficiency. The doctors bedside manner isn’t great and they lack empathy for being women themselves. There’s a reason this office has poor reviews. I’m finally switching to somewhere else

My fiancee and i had an appointment here. They had access to information such as social security numbers etc which we had never given them. The nurse named Kelly was extremely rude, refusing to document weight and when asking questions, would assume we were noncompliant and would write down her own answers before we had a chance to speak. Ahe wore no name tag and had no sense of accountability, when called out on her behavior in front of a superior ahe denied everything and lied. There was a used speculum in the sink and the fire lights and alarms were broken. Would give this place zero stars

Y far the absolute, most horrifying experience with this clinic. Not only did they do a vaginal ultrasound and never tell me the results, but when they did a colposcopy and biopsy to see if what was wrong with my pap smear their doctor waited 2 weeks before calling me and then for cancerous cells on my cervix recommended we wait 6 months to see what happens or to do a leep. When I complained of extremely heavy pelvic pain, they refused to do anything other than hormones. When I explained I was on hormones and my hemorrhaging and pelvic pain were too severe they didnt care. If I asked for a refill on tramadol which is the medication offered they treated me as if I was an addict (despite no other history of pain meds), when I cried to the nurses and begged them to do something, they said they couldnt because of audits and the opiates crisis. So, I begged for a hysterectomy. I was denied multiple times. I told them I didnt want pain meds for the rest fo my life. They did an endometrial ablation instead which they screwed up completely. & it was back to the same saga, I begged for a hysterectomy, I was given pills, if I asked for a refill I was denied despite being in major pain. I went to the ER multiple times for pain and finally when an ultrasound and an MRI was done it was found that not only had my endometrial lining grown back, I had growths everywhere, cancerous cells, and cysts on ovaries. My uterine lining was so thick itt was no shock. I had everything, endometriosis, endometrial hyperplasia, cancerous cells, cysts, polyps. I was in so much pain according to the ER doc. This clinic did an ultra sound two week before I ended up in the ER and did not mention anything of that. In fact, they didnt even put any of it on my chart. I had to go to my regular PCP to get him to update it. Oh but thats not all....they also screwed up my FMLA paperwork multiple times, simple paperwork that I had to call literally over 6-7 times to get corrected. Absolutely the worst experience and treatment of my life. Would never recommend anyone go there for anything, because they will definitely not treat you well, they will ignore your pain, deny you pain meds even if they themselves admit you need them, they will ignore your symptoms, screw up your paperwork, and everything else. Thank God, I no longer have to deal with them.

Experience with Dr. Dornbier and these offices has been awful. Noone knows what they are talking about, they refuse to let you speak to your OB doctor or get return calls. The surgery center was a joke as well. Didnt feel safe, taken care of, noone explained what was going on and what to expect after going home. Had a procedure done as told it was part of our treatment plan for the diagnosis I was given. It was denied by insurance and billed $7,100. They all point fingers at different offices.. Dr Dornbier has yet to call me back, as well as the office manager for the wdm office. They were to write a note of diagnosis, surgery, treatment, why it was medically necessary for my appeal for insurance as hes the DR and they havent done anything. Different receptionist answer the phone and tell you to give them all the information your calling about (info about your diagnosis etc that you shouldnt have to give to a stranger) before they tell you the dr cannot speak right now and they dont understand what your calling about. Im 100% certain they have had to deal with a denial and appeal and can comprehend writing this on a piece of paper..

The fact that the senior partners of this practice also run a ‘crisis pregnancy center’ (aka conservative brainwashing center) is a complete conflict of interest. I wouldn’t trust them to save my life if my pregnancy was killing me based on this—office is unspokenly anti-abortion in all cases. Avoid avoid avoid.

Dr. Jenkins is amazing and the nurse and receptionist I met were very polite and professional. They confirmed my preferred name and pronouns.

Love the office and regular staff. However had a mortifying experience with Dr. Schwartz? I think that was her name? I hardly got any time with her or much of an explanation of what was going on other than we were reviewing meds and doing a pap smear for yearly. Easy peasy I thought. I was SO wrong.I was not informed that she chose to do it with a plastic swab/scraper to access more tissue. All I got was a there may be some spotting *cue pirecing and scraping pain*I legit thought they had done a biopsy or something. I had to spend the rest of the day at home in bed in pain and bleeding. I havent had a period in over a decade due to Depo! Why was I not warned or given a pad or something? Was i expected to ask for one? My specimen container was filled with blood and tissue. Never using her again.

Absolutely love Jamie Butterworth ARNP and Dr. Turner as well as all the other OBGYN providers I have seen with this practice. I have never felt comfortable during a gynecologic evaluation and as someone who has extreme anxiety and a survivor of assault I was so relieved that I was actually comfortable and felt safe!

Dr. Naanep delivered my daughter 43 years ago today! He did a great job! He did scare me at the last minute saying he felt two heads. Sonograms were not available then. He ordered an x-ray, but we still werent sure there was just one of her until she was born!
