Express Clinic (Urgent Care Walk in Clinic)

I visited the Express Clinic today for treatment, and I was first impressed by the clean and comfortable lobby. The reception staff was very helpful, and the nurse also kindly checked the doctor before seeing me. And Dr.Judys professional detailed explanation and accurate diagnosis of my condition were all very friendly and professional, giving the client a sense of relief. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Express Clinic to anyone considering choosing an urgent clinic.

There is no point in making an appointment. I waited over an hour and ended up leaving because I kept being told that the doctor would see me soon and never did. The ladies at the front desk seemed uninterested in giving good customer service.

This doctor was ignorant. He did not know what he was doing. Also there is no one here and the wait is longer than an hour. I kept telling him that I can’t get steroids as I’m allergic and he insisted giving me one. He made feel stupid and sick and have a mental break down. A total clown.

Just leaving this clinic I arrived at 1:25 for a mask fitting upon arrival the receptionist seemed clueless of what I wanted to have done. She proceeded to tell me to sign in took my information sent me the verification for my identification and other information that was needed. 30 minutes later I asked her how long it would be she told me oh I was up next about 15 minutes well another 30 minutes elapsed she comes out and says the doctor was going to come and speak with me the doctor then tells me Im sorry but the person that does the mask fitting is not here I do not understand why I could not have been told that at 1: 25 when I arrived

Today I came for my first visit. Thanks to Dr. Judith, she was fantastic - very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing urgent care clinic.

My experience here was amazing!! Great staff, friendly and informative. Dr Judith was very nice and caring and extremely thorough. She diagnosed more than I came in for and I was able to get treatment for those issues as well. Solomon, the manager was very professional, friendly and informative also. Very great experience overall. I highly recommend express clinic and I will come back future needs.

First visit here and it was wonderful! Everyone was extremely nice and caring. Super affordable if you are self pay , too. I came in pretty late and they still took extra care of me. Definitely recommend !

Bad call. Bad experience. Wastage of time. First they lure you into trap by providing deceptive information and filling in paperwork then target your wallet even with Insurance. They could have provided right information over the phone Sorry we dont accept Ambetter or you need a doctors order but they didnt why? you know that.This is to the owner rather than defending yourself, you should be checking on your front desk staff what info they are giving to clients and why they took all my personal info like copies of my license, Insurance and filling in 3 pages form in advance. As you can see someone is twisting the entire story. I dont have to misrepresent myself, what benefit would I get.

Excellent care, professional, clean, & very friendly. So thankful to Dr. Judith. She is warm, thorough, & even called to check on me after my first visit. My own primary care physicians have never done that! The front desk people were also very helpful and caring. I couldn’t have asked for better care and attention.

Definitely recommend. They are professional and responsive. I needed my labs for a procedure. After 7 other clinics, they were the only place able to see me and delivered on the results just like they said. I 1000% recommend. Great Service. Nice clean establishment. Great customer service.

I was set for Labor Day weekend! Thats until i experienced severe pains in my upper abdomen. My wife took me to Express Clinic. I was in so much pain, I didnt think i would make it inside! The team was so cool and professional..as a matter of fact, I was so impressed, i had to go back a week after I had my gallbladder removed to thank the team for their excellent care.You guys are amazing!!!!You

Doctor Judith was such a great help. She helped me answer all my questions. The gentleman receptionist was also very nice and helpful.Facility is very clean and well maintainedThank you for the help, I will definitely be retuning back

Horrible experience! They will tell you whatever to make you spend more money. I don’t even trust their results. Everything is about a dollar here. The manager Solomon walked in on me while I was undressed speaking to me about prices. Very creepy. Beware of this place. The doctor told me one price and the manger got upset and said it wasn’t the correct price and called me a liar saying she never told me that. Very weird.

Absolutely wonderful friendly helpful informative staff, dr has the best bedside manner. I came in fearful of possible breast cancer and they worked hard to keep me calm. Highly recommend!!!!

Im out of state, so I went express clinic. They all were very nice and professional, very clean environment! We go back when I need to!

First time coming here and by far the best experience ever. The provider and staff are very professional and friendly. I was surprised how quickly and efficiently my visit was. Definitely recommend everyone to see Express Clinic for your medical needs.

Google says today they close at 6pm, but the lady that answered the call when asked what time they close she specifically said “around 3 or 4” what??? I don’t think she wants me to come in, so I will just go somewhere else. Please update your time to 3-4PM closing time. Thanks!

Excellent attention from the doctors, the Doctor is a sweetheart, something that caught my attention and I really didnt like it the two times I went, it seems to me that there is one of the attention girls who is kind of rude, its the one from glasses, the first time I went a woman entered before me and she barely approached the window or was allowed to speak when she was attacked with a do you have an appointment? I dont know from my point of view you have to be more cordial and more so if you are in that position, you say good afternoon, how can we help you? As it is today, it is my opinion, when it was my turn to go to the window it was the same as the days when I went it was exactly the same, I mean I dont know, the girl knows a lot of English and Spanish but it seems that she lacks education .
