I do not understand how they can be so slow especially in the morning, they open at 7 am (knowing they were slow in the afternoon based on past times i have been here and having to wait at least 2 hours WITH an appointment) and I was expecting to go in quicker since they told me there were only 3 people in front of me (my appointment was at 7:30) over an hour passed and I have not seen a single person being called in.The workers here on the other hand are nice, I don’t think they have a rude staff anymore. A couple years ago there was a specific rude person but I don’t think they work here anymore.

Honestly this place is slow but the are so thorugh with their process so i understand. Be prepared to spend 2 and a half hours to 4 hours at this clinic but they are gentle with your pap and just overall such great staff in the back.

The wait is worth it!!!!! once the nurse passes you in it is way faster the blonde nurse jasel was so helpful , i went in with second thoughts of birth control but she explained every single one and asked me what I preferred i left happily with my implant (it was painless) and got std screened all for free ! Highly recommend it !

I have never experienced any pain before. I was hurt during my pap.

Got here with an appointment set at 3pm, it’s 4:40 now and I’m still waiting. I would not recommend this clinic if you’re on a hurry, they take forever

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is so slow. I had appointment at 3:15 I just left right now without any answers to my questions at 5:30. It’s absurd. The ladies who work there did not care about the time they are wasting. A man who got there after me was taken back before me and helped before me. Terrible place. Don’t waste your time here.

Every time i come here the front receptionist ladies are always so rude and get a rude attitude when you ask simple questions. Wish there was more friendly woman working at a place that should help woman feel more comfortable. Back staff is always very nice though.

I’m usually really patient. However the staff for front desk at this location literally blows. They’re rude sometimes with no good reason and they’re extremely unorganized. The doctors and the medical assistants are SUPER nice but the front desk really ruins this place

Worst experience ever. Unorganized. Untimely. Had two appointments scheduled & was not told that one of us was unable to be seen until three hours later. We have been here since 2!!!! (with an appointment) It is currently 6:15 with no signs of being out anytime soon. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Would give it negative stars if I could.

Went in to get birth control and they never sent it over to where they were going to send it so I called and the lady said me and my partner need to go in for my results even though they had already told me them and everything was negative!!! Called again to tell them I would not be going in but would be going to my obgyn and if they could still send over the birth control and she hung up on me. They’re very unorganized and I am pretty sure they got my test results messed up with somebody else’s the nurse didn’t label it and just told me to leave it on the counter and took me into another room.

They seriously have issues here with their time management. Had an appointment at 9.45 and it was already an hour after that and was still not called. They need to prioritize their appointments more effectively. When its like this I seriously question the importance of schedualing an appointment in the first place.

This place is disorganized. The front desk lady was rude and unhelpful. I received better help from a lady in the lobby. People dont come here for fun they shouldnt treat people so rude.

Ive never felt more comfortable with a gynecologist in my life. So happy i switched to her she is amazing

Would not recommend this clinic if you are in a hurry. Got here at 3:15pm and it is now 4:47 pmand still waiting to be seen. The wait is too long.

They are very rude here. Try to ask questions to get informed and they’re no informative and do NOT make you feel comfortable in the environment. Do NOT recommend this clinic.

Ive been coming for a year, and definitely recommend it to ladies who are in need of an amazing clinician! The staff are professional, and very humble. Love this facility

I used to really like it here they were really nice but I guess they hired this new girl & she is so rude she made me feel like I was getting judged or like if I didn’t know what I was doing, I’m obviously going there for information about something & I know she new or she’s been here for only a while because she wasn’t always here

Was super nervous and scared, the nurses and doctors were so kind and comforting. Everyone was very kind I appreciate it a lot.

Very rude staff, you don’t even feel comfortable asking questions about your symptoms made me just not wanna say anything so I left.

From the attention by phone call, to the attention during the appointment, it was a good experience, they explain everything in detail & are very friendly.

It may take 4 to 5 hours to wait butOnce they pass you to check youThey are kind, attentive, in a few words, okay.Its worth the waitAdvice, it is better to make your appointment a day before 😚….

Super delighted with this clinic, they give super special attention, the girls are very attentive

Honestly, I do not recommend this place, they take too long.
