If your looking to start your IVF journey you’ve stumbled upon the right place. My initial contact with ingenes was with Maria and Dr. Claudia Colmenares through a video chat. The detail and thoroughness surpasses any explanation I’ve ever received from a doctor. My first visit was extremely pleasant, warm and welcoming. You leave feeling that their is hope and you will have your baby. Wonderful people I’m so glad I’ve chosen them. Feel free to find me on Facebook with any questions. I highly recommend Ingenes is you really want to have your baby, its an affordable, professional and lovely clinic to take care of you during the stressing time to conceive a baby. Dr. Colmenares is so special to my family. She received us from day one with such warmness and reassured our hope of having our own child. Linda and Alexia ...are also great. Linda does not fail to reach back out to me whenever I have questions. Even at odd hours they try to respond. I went to Ingenes Institute at the McAllen, Texas site. I wanted to be well informed and to see if my dream would finally come true and it did. Dr Claudia Clomeneras and Dr Alfonso Martinez were so helpful and inspiring. Dr Clomeneras staffs Ms Linda and Alicia were very supportive. I bothered them with my concerns, questions and worries. They were always professional, caring and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. They treat you like family and are very understanding. Thank you so much 🥰

Súper friendly staff and the Drs like Dr Colmenares and Karina and their nurses, Alicia and Linda are always available to answer questions or concerns. They even helped me find meds that were out of stock multiple times to make sure I followed through with my treatment to the end. I can proudly say, on my first transfer, we had a successful pregnancy with twins. Thank you Ingenes McAllen for allowing me to be one of your first patients!!!!

Ingenes is quite a good fertility clinic.Dr. Claudia Colmenares and the administrative staff at the McAllen office are very awesome people. I love Ingenes and Dr. Colmenares! I had been with two other fertility clinics previously that made me feel like a number and that my desire for kids was an easy way to bleed me financially, whereas Ingenes put fertility assistance within reach! Dr. Colmenares puts me at ease, never harping again and again on my age, as did others. She just works toward moving forward, trying new things, and finding solutions. I feel confident in her hands!

Ingenes Mcallen made me feel like home from day one. On my 1st office visit with Dr. Colmenares I new that it was the FERTILITY Clinic that would make my dreams come true to become a mother again. Dr. Colmenares has excellent bedside manners and is always willing to listen to your concerns or questions you might have.The office staff is always willing to help you with any questions or doubts that you might have. Maria and Linda have provided excellent customer service and have answered all the questions promptly in a very courteous manner.

My experience with Dr. Colmenares has always been a positive one. Since day one, she has demonstrated excellent bed side manners, friendliness, willingness to invest time in listening to my concerns, good communication skills, common sense and above all her knowledge in complex medical issues. She never left my case aside, and was there when I needed her the most. You don’t need anyone else but Dr. Colmenares, and you will corroborate this on your first meeting with her. Ingenes McAllen made me feel at home since the beginning. Everyone is extremely kind and supportive and the service provided was excellent. Dr. Colmenares takes the time to get to know you as a whole, and puts her heart in everything she does.

I birth the FIRST BABY of this Ingenes fertility center Texas.... OMG, They made the treatment look so easy, my treatment did not require injection, it might be different with others, but just tablets.. believe me, I will introduce family, friends and enemies to Dr Colemenares for fertility treatment, coupled with that she put this motherly touch into it. Maria was also my nurse, she is just on the top of her job, friendly and follows up. Am grateful to GOD I went here 🙏.You will see my babys picture with this Dr soooooonest. I am a happy mother and wife today.Love always 💖

She went above and beyond to help me through, she will answer all your questions and will always follow up with all your case. I recommend you ask for her as your nurse. This place has been amazing thus far. My experience with Dr. Claudia Colmenares and my nurse Linda has been welcoming, understanding, and an overall great experience. I started my IVF journey almost 10 years ago with no success in other facilities. I’m here giving one last chance in hopes of being a mother so far all information learned has been amazing and I have found out things I never knew which I hope this will allow me to be a success story this time around. Although I have not heard the good news yet of yes I am pregnant I go for my 1st IVF transfer in 3 weeks and have never been more positive in hearing the words that every one day mother hopes to hear “ Your Pregnant “ fingers crossed this is my chance with success. I can’t wait!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Claudia Colmenares and Ingenes. I met Dr. Colmenares when she was working in another practice a few years ago. My pregnancy was high risk IVF and she took excellent care of me. I had a scare in the first trimester and my baby was delivered full term, happy and healthy because of her first trimester interventions. More than that though, she never gave up on me and kept me working towards the goal of having my baby. I know I was successful because of her. She’s compassionate (something a surprisingly high number of physicians lack) and you will ALWAYS have a fighter in your corner. I’m planning baby number two and, as ever, will be seeking out her advice. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone struggling with infertility issues.

My experience with Ingenes was very calming all because of the staff, they were welcoming made you feel at ease with everything. My Doctor answered all our questions gave me pacific information on what is needing done to insure it to be successful. Thank you ladies.

Thank God he put huge institutes near us. Thanks to the help of Dr. Claudia Colmenares and Nurse Maria, they did a good job, we always felt at home and comfortable with them. My husband and I had been married for 10 years and they had never given me a clear diagnosis, but when we came to Ingenes it was different, I was able to find out that I suffer from polycystic ovary, when in the other clinics that checked me they said that everything was fine. Since April we learned about the clinic and decided to try and leave the treatment in the hands of God and Ingenes. The first artificial insemination did not work for us but it helped that the percentages increased for the next one. Many times when an attempt is unsuccessful you dont want to continue, but Maria encouraged me to continue because it was more likely that this time it would work. They were always on the lookout, checking everything, every procedure with prescriptions and medications. Dr. Claudia and Maria continued to help us and gave us support and we decided to try again. In the second artificial insemination it did work and now I am pregnant. Thanks to ingenes and the staff who were all wonderful.

She is a doctor with such a beautiful way of treating her patients. He has a lot of patience and love for his job. They are left with the best treatment and the complete package, since Dr Colmenares treats infertility and as an obstetrician she can also give birth to their children. I am very happy with the treatment they have given me. The Doc has a great team, they are always on the lookout. Colmenares explains very well and is super friendly. I have never had to go to a doctors office and they treated me as if I were at home. ☺️I would recommend it to the closed eyes
