I had a very good experience going to this clinic! The staff was incredibly kind and caring, most especially Arlene. I was incredibly stressed when I went to get tested, but she made the entire experience more comfortable. Thank you so much! :-)

Everyone at this facility has been so kind and handled my visit with care. Brenda helped me fill out paperwork and her calm nature really soothed any anxiety I had walking in. All of the nurses and anyone else I encountered were really kind to me and explained everything really well and answered all of my questions thoroughly

A safe space free of judgement. My partner and I entered nervous and shaken but the kind staff were friendly enough to explain our treatment options and assisted us in finding an affordable price for our necessary treatment given our current financial situation. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking assistance. I would definitely return if i needed further help or aid.

I thought planned parenthood was supposed to be there for options. I felt like I didn’t have any.

I walked in at 4:15pm and they told me that they stop talking walk ins at 4. That was understandable. Two days later, I went in at 3:39pm and they told me they stop taking walk ins at 3:30! I just needed to refill my bc it’s rediculous. On top of that none of the staff was warming and they obviously don’t care so it’s a drag being there. Pasadena location was a HUGE upgrade.

Waiting time is ridiculous even with appointment. Just for a shot. They should hire licensed personnel to expedite appointments.

They are horrible, the wait time to just get refills or even anything is so longgg no one is ever in the front, and they all look like they don’t care, worse PPH I’ve been too!!

Made an appointment and they got me in the same day. Gave me my birth control that day. It only took 30 mins, is was so great and everyone working there was so nice.

If you set a schedule here, dont. It takes hours before you are seen. They need a better appointment system here.

They take forever to call you in and after they call you in they make you go back and wait for another 1. All the nurses were free and doing nothing but talking and laughing. Bad service if your appointment is at 2 youll be leaving the place at 5.

I asked for the last appointment and still wasnt seen till 4:55 wait time is rediculous and I dont see the staff doing anything

Trying to call in to make an appointment is practically impossible. I have been on hold for 30 minutes.

I called twice to make an appointemnent and they never answer the phone and it said that it had zero calls ahead of me

Very rude customer service!!!! The lady who answered today and said she didnt have time to be on hold smh!!!! Will not be coming here anymore!!!!!

Pointless to make an appointment. Came in at 11am and waited 3 hours before even seeing the doctor. Still waiting...Sad

The worst service, I go personally and they treat me as if they were going to pay my medical expenses, I call and they dont have a gynecologist service, seriously, if you dont like your job, please give the opportunity to people who do want to work and dont. Go just for a check, medical service is very important and as customers we demand and deserve good service.
