I am a patient of this clinic and I want to recognize the good work of all the staff, from the ladies in the laboratory, the ladies at the front desk, the x-ray lady, the managers Carmen & Rubi and especially my primary doctor, Dr. Hassen for being very professional in their work and also for their good service. Thank you for always making me feel at home and for being very kind. I definitely recommend this clinic to my family and friends because they are serious people who care about your health.Thank you to this great team at the Southern California Center clinic in El Monte!

I was just seen by Nazanin the Ultrasound Tech and I have to say she is such a delight. She is really friendly ,made me feel so comfortable with her ,as always! She never fails to be such a kind person . THANK YOU TO HER.

Doctor gave me a referral to see a specialist. The clinic said they have to send it for pre authorization. I went back to the clinic after two weeks when the clinic said they have already sent the pre authorization request to the medical group but have not heard back from them. Three and a half weeks later when I called the medical group, they said they have NOT received any pre authorization request from the clinic. The doctor is good but the staff who work here including the management is trash, these people are used to not doing any work but just take the salary at the end of the month, a bunch of lethargic liars.

Had a great experience. Didn’t wait more than 20 minutes. Got my X-Ray fairly quickly and was on my way. Thank you for to Jennifer for being prompt and kind!

The X-ray technician, Jennifer, was very nice, informative and professional. Every time I come to this clinic they are right on time with appointment.

Maza in the ultrasound tech was unbelievable and awesome. Very kind. , she took her time and was very very detail oriented and explain step-by-step and also front counter. Staff was also awesome.

The ladys in the in the front are rude 😒 I dont like coming here but my therapist is here she is the only reason why I come looking forward to seeingalways long lines only 1 person take your information and all the other ladys juts on the computervery unprofessional and they leave you standing at the front for a while until their readyI had an experience where this one girl who forgot to check me in at 1:30 so I left about 1:50 my therapist called me ask me where I was and I told her I checked in about 1:30 and she didnt even put me into the computer so I missed an appointment because of her

Horrible service!the women in the front seemed very unprofessional and Dr.Bonni (gynecologist) was worse.there’s no sense in making an appointment if we won’t be seen at that time. my appointment was at 10:15 and I didn’t get called in until over an hour later at 11:45.aside from the unprofessionalism, the Doctor also made me feel SUPER uncomfortable, asking me ignorant questions and the appointment seemed rushed. clearly he’s uninterested in his job.needless to say, I don’t recommend this place. 👎🏽

Completing my physical therapy treatments here with Meriam Keluda has been super helpful in the management of my pain. She is so understanding and kind and treats my issues with professionalism and lots of care. You can tell she truly cares about her patients!

My sessions with Anamaria at Southern California Medical Center in El Monte began at a very critical and tumultuous time in my life, during a period of much change and confusion, which resulted in exacerbating already long-standing cptsd related anxiety and depression symptoms along with generally low sense of self. For those and other reasons, I tend to be very closed off and guarded around certain topics. But with her approach and support in navigating these often overwhelming & insurmountable feeling issues, for the first time in many years, I feel peace of mind may be attainable. With patience and compassion, Anamaria has been able to cultivate a warm environment of safety and trust that is incredibly beneficial and conducive to healing and wellness.I feel deeply grateful and fortunate to have her as an invaluable member of my mental, and therefore overall, health team. SCMCs behavioral health program is essential to the well-being of this community.

Last week l took my mother- in-low for ultrosound.Nazanin the tech was amasing, she was so friondly, she explained every thing to us step by step and made it so comfortable for my mother-in-low.Thank you Nazanin for being so profiotional.

I have been going to this clinic for my obgyn appointment for 2 pregnancy already. i love how the staff are all so nice especially NADIA , she’s super helpful and friendly. she makes sure all my questions are answered , and always has a smile.

This place deserves more than 5 stars 🌟 there is amazing ladies in there! They make you feel welcomed and safe. I took my daughter in for the first time and they took care of her so well, Ilse was so amazing shes so good at what she does she deserves to be recognized for the love she has for her patients.The two front ladies in the office are super polite Yareli and Arizbet took good care of us. This is the type of clinic we deserve with wonderful ladies and gentlemen like these. ♥️

Last time I went for wisdom tooth removal Susana P, was really nice and helped out a-lot. She made sure everything was ok and made sure i wasnt in any pain during the extraction.Thank you

I had went to take out blood 2 weeks ago and nadia did an amazing job!! nobody had been able to take out blood the way she did. no bruises were left and i usually get left with them when i get blood taken out and it was first try too!! thank you so much :)

My favorite doctor At this facility is Dr. Hassan. He tends to really listen what his patients are saying giving me an extreme sense of worth. The wait time is reasonably acceptable.

WORST CLINIC. I went in for a consultation last week and had an appointment at 9:45am. Showed up 10 mins early and doctor WASNT EVEN THERE. They told me doctor was running late.Waited for my turn and all doctor did was tap my stomach and referred me to a SURGEON! They asked me to schedule an appointment for blood work results, turns out I had an appointment telephonically at 4:45. It’s 5:35 pm AN NOTHING. I called and customer representative indicated it was A POSSIBILITY THEY WOULD NOT CALL ME TODAY BECAUSE THEY WERE PROBABLY TOO BUSY AND IF I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE. THEN WHY WOULd YOU SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS KNOWING YOU WILL NOT GET THROUGH THEM ALL! NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME AS COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW WHETHER OR NOT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO ME!!!! I HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMESSSSSSSS AND YET NO ANSWERS OR SOLUTION!!!!! WOOOOOORSTTTTTTTTTT OF THE WORST!!!!!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK!THEY BASICALLY LOOK AT HOW GOOD OF AN INSURANCE YOU HAVE AND TAKW ADVANTAGE OF IT! REFERRING YOU TO DOCTORS YOU DONT EVEN NEED!!! REFEREED ME TO A SURGEON WITHOUT EVEN GIVING ME MY BLOOOOOOOD WORK RESULTS!!! THIS IS BEYOND PATHETIC!!

Had my doctors appointment here and Arizbet was super helpful. She helped with any questions I had and was very courteous always answering with a smile. I would recommend everyone here and will continue to come here thanks to her amazing service

Friendly staff the front office girls Yuliana& Judith are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The clinic pretty much covers all medical needs. Now they even offer dental & optometrist. They have you covered and make it very convenient.

Sally Matter is very, very helpful and professional and explained everything she was doing to help me understand.

I was not happy about how the doctor Torres talks to me rude guy . Not a professional doctor. Also the girl in charge of sending the prescription to the pharmacy forgets to send some prescriptions I gotta be calling the clinic about it , it has happened 2 times already I feel the manager needs to have a talk with her .Besides that the clinic is clean and organized.

Nadia is great at her job she was able to find my vein at her first try thats why I always request her when go get blood drawn.

Friendly nice and care, professionally, she and her assistant give a very Friendly care and understanding my problem, and patient focus on my painful Situation.

Came in a few days ago for an appointment. A woman by the name of Judith helped me out with filling out medical paperwork. I am much appreciative of her she knows her stuff.

Been going here since I was a kid and it changed! The current staff here are not the best at their job. The doctors are still great. I know good workers are hard to come by, but please review your current staff because I can pick out 3 that shouldnt be there.

Always pleased with the services and care provided. The nurses alway polite and willing to listen. Alex was my nurse today I give him 5 stars

Horrible place. New patient I was there from 10am until 1pm. The assistants forgot to communicate with the doctors that they still had one patient left. Dr. Was pulled out from his lunch to see me. I went back because I needed an ultrasound , had it done result should have been given to me on Thursday and they forgot to put me on the schedule. Called them 3 more times after that to schedule three more attempts to get my results and Dr. Didnt call me again. Its now been 5 days. I paid for my services I need my results. Never going back here again thank God for PPO Insurance otherwise I would be stuck with them. I dont recommend them. They also dont follow infection control guidelines.

I used to love this place before it expanded. I could come in and the PA would give me a refill prescription and I would be out. Unfortunately, this place have turn so horrifically bad. I will just give a review on my most recent experience. I came in to get my TB test done for a job, was told results would be ready in TWO WEEKS. Furthermore, I would HAVE TO see the doctor in order for the information to be release. I got a call from them saying my results are ready (always go to voicemail and never rings on my phone). I ask if I can just pick it up because I really need to start on my job. Was told that I have to see the doctor. I asked to speak with the person in charge and she said it just happen her manager/person in charge is not there. When I called back the calls just kept hanging up on me. A couple of MAs have drawn my blood (tb & blood test) and for some reason could not find my vein. I was poked several time and finally one experience MA was able to get the job done with ease. It is very upsetting to wait 1.5 hours with an appointment already made beforehand and this happen to you. Now trying to get the result just to start a job and it seems like I would have to climb peaks and valleys to get it.

Worse clinic they make you wait so long. They called CPS on me because the Dr. want it to make it mandatory for me to see another Dr. And when I asked for help so I can get the treatment my daughter needs. She said I have to look it on my own. Now referral at all. My daughter now have a great Dr. I work with CPS. When the worker come found that the Dr. Was laying. After they investigate me. So be careful.

Horrible ultrasound tech. Very rude to my husband and told him to leave after he was minutes late to appt. He took the day off for this appointment. She is the only tech their at the office her name is Nazz or something like that. She complains about how under paid she is? How the company is cheap, how they only gave her $1 raise. If you are unhappy look else where, but dont take your frustrations and unhappiness on patients. She complains how owner is rich and how employees are under paid. Wow!!!

I was surprised that I got a phone callFrom the clinic just to check up on me after my visit. Ive been a patient here since 2019 and have seen a lot of good changes I feel comfortable with the doctors and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend friends and family.

The Dr,s are Great, They help you as they are supposed to. The Nurses are fantastic, so nice and helpful. Ive been going there for 25.yrs.

The worst clinic. I went for a physical the female doctor came in my room for my physical she didnt even ask how I felt she just came and push on my stomach and said I had a stomach infection. I had some blood work done and was told to wait two weeks for the results. I get called today to get my results and I agreed. Had to change get it to an earlier time and no response. Can believe the type of clinic is.

Carmen the office manager is so helpful and she’s very kind. I feel comfortable coming to this clinic only because of Carmen. She’s the best..

The absolute worst over the phone consultation they hung up on 5 times !! (Ive heard other patients with the same complaint) Put me on hold 5 times kept transferring . No one ever got back to me and now theyre closed and I am in pain (strep) . Not only that it took them a month to mess up my mri appointment which is taking a week to get my results to me . Good bye im switching drs. Worst ever.Ps. My appointment was at 11:20 they never got back to me and I shouldnt have to call 10 times to not be forgotten ridiculous

Horrible service. My first time going there, I had an appointment at 3 pm. I didnt get seen until 5 pm. My second visit, I had an appointment at 11:40. I felt horrible, I kept vomiting and felt dizzy and my mother kept asking why is it taking so long and we just kept waiting. A nurse called me in at around 12:30 just to check my temperature, pressure, height, etc. Even she told me I looked pale. I had to wait until 1:30 until I could get into a room. At 2:30, when the doctor still HADNT attended me, I left because the doctor wouldnt be back until 3 pm. I was very ill and unattended. They lost a patient.

Today, July 20, I took my nephew to an appointment he had in the afternoon and was very disappointed with the front staff not wearing masks properly while there were various signs all over the office reminding patients to wear a mask inside the clinic. As medical workers, even if only doing clerical work, should understand the importance wearing masks. The staff member in charge of checking in patients was wearing her mask under her chin. At first, I thought she would fix her mask, she never did the 45 minutes I was there. Another employee stepped to the front and was also wearing her mask under her chin. Then another one of the two ladies also sitting in the front wore her mask under her nose. None of these employees made any effort to correct their behavior. As medical workers, I wish they understood that we are still trying to fight a global pandemic and set the example especially if they want to be working in a medical setting.

First time coming here after i needed an xray which i was sent from pico rivera. Got there on time, was out and ready before my actual appointment time. Staff were really friendly, were concerned if i was experiencing any pain or discomfort. It was a pleasant experince for me atleast. Will be coming here again if need be from pico rivera.

Literally worst clinic ever. Had an appointment at 9 and I’m still waiting. What is the point of making an appointment if you’re gonna make patients wait two hours to be seen? There’s too many people coming and going and I highly doubt everyone here has appointments. All their bad reviews are based on wait times and slowness, clearly they’re not working on improving their efficiency.

Do not come here its just a waste of time. Horrible service . The nurses are nice and do their best but that doesnt help at all. I had an appointment at 4 and its been an hour and Im still waiting. Im about to walk out the door this will be the third time.

I paid to get a physical and tb test done.. they did the tb test on my left arm and she didn’t do a good job and i had to redo it.. Melissa did it on my right arm and did it over a holiday weekend so she gave me her personal number to send her a pic and nothing was done.. went in on a Friday to get my lab results (waited about an hour plus and they had also forgotten about me) and I had to do the tb test a 3rd time (blood work this time) ! And now I can’t reach anyone to get my tb results for work!

You will never be seen at your appointment time. I came here for many years, and it has always been this way. Too many patients, not enough time. Note, This clinic does have many services available.

Great place to come for a any sort of visit. I came in as a existing walk-in and they offered to call me after the Dr came back from lnch. They called me, I showed up in 15 mins and was attended in less than 2 mins. No wait whatsoever.

The truth is, for me, the service was easy and fast, very good service. The person who treated me in the laboratory I went to, Nazanin, I think his name was, made me feel relaxed even when I was nervous. Few people care about the patients comfort. My respect for this person is note that she is a professional in the performance of her job

It is the worst medical care place we have ever visited.A while ago my 7-year-old boy caught bacteria around his mouth and we took him to this health clinic.While there, my wife began to ask the people in front of her and they answered her arrogantly, despite everything that had happened with an Asian doctor, who was worse than those in front, she began to speak badly to my wife and to He scolded the child and arrogantly told her why she had taken the child if she had nothing.So we went and made an appointment at another clinic called Tyler Pediatric Center we went there and why lie they gave us VIP treatment the doctor who treated my son is something out of this world, they found a bad bacteria on the child and he told me They gave good treatment. And I am grateful to them.So for your sake, never take your children to that place, its not worth it, its not worth it.

Yesterday, after my vacation, the company asked me to do a rapid screening before returning to work. I went to this rapid screening station on June 13th to do it. I was the only one who had to wait for her to finish the rapid screening and notify me on the 15th. The results come first, because the company asked if I can go to work tomorrow? I said I had to wait for the results of the rapid screening test, so I went to this rapid screening station to get the results. When the results arrived, I had to wait. So I asked for the results of the rapid screening test. A nurse with a tattoo on her hand checked it on the computer and then printed out a piece of paper and He said a series of words in a hurry, you should go home quickly and see that you are infected and are treated so rudely, so I hope everyone will not go to this clinic. It is the southern California medical center. It is located on Valley Blvd. It is close to the Mexican supermarket Good 4less.

Terrible place. I had an appointment for a mammogram at 8 in the morning and it was 10:30 and it still hadnt happened. I asked the receptionist for my pass and she told me that it wasnt my turn to pass yet and that the appointment times are not by appointment. So why did they make me arrive at 8 in the morning if they were not going to respect my appointment? After they made an appointment with me a month in advance to arrive at 8 in the morning so that in the end they did not do the mammogram.

The worst clinic in history, I had to pay 170 dollars for the first consultation where they sent me to do some blood tests, when it was I had to pay another 100 dollars for them to only give me the results, very bad experience
