Edit!!! Horrible horrible very racist!!! Not punctual do not pick up calls when payment is complete, very slow takes them over 3 weeks when they guarantee you results in 7 business days!!! They have a lawsuit going on please avoid the drama go to request a test.I was initially very happy with their service but it’s been 11 days and they have yet to upload results and when I call them they either transfer me and have me wait for 30 minutes or more till I don’t hang up or just don’t pick up the only time they do pick up is when your purchasing Please try “request a test” they are cheaper and give the results on time and customer service helps you!!!

Staff did a good job trying to move people quickly through the waiting queue. Not much privacy for incomming customers though; its a small space and all noises/conversations can be clearly heard by every person, whether they be staff or other customers in the waiting area. Quick in-and-out experience gives them 4 stars, minus 1 star for lack of privacy. Overall, not bad for Everett.My advice to Management: Install a noise cancelling system in the ceiling tiles similar to medical offices. Or, perhaps taller partitions.

My Dr wanted labs. Typically labcorp would be the Dr choice as they are in network. However, theres isnt a sat appt available for months, week days are impossible for me. I googled blood draw and found Any Lab Test Now and scheduled a Saturday appt know I would have to pay out of pocket. Heres the plus sides:1) pretty sure on the back end Any test Now is cheaper because they dont bill insurance. The patient can and I will to be reimbursed.2) this is a small operation. The receptionist is also the phlebotomist. I like to support small business especially when labcorp has a 2 star rating. They cant get their act together people move on. I did.Would I go back and use Any Lab Test Now, absolutely!

The lady that works there is rude and doesnt need to work in customer service. I am a Federall/FAA collector myself so I know how it works. The lady had no customer service and said not one word to as I walked in, I waited 45 min before she said one word. I would never go here again😡

Update: the tech was super kind and professional so I added 2 stars.-----I called for an appointment as directed and was told that they are first come, first served for walk-ins only and that I just need to arrive before 4pm. I arrived at 1:10 to discover that the entire facility closes from 1-2pm for lunch... This is not documented and I was not told when I called for the appointment. Now I have to lose wages to get this done. Very poor and thoughtfulness service.

Was very punctual, friendly and helpful where I needed help, plus treated me professionally and there was no time wasting.

Another person waiting was watching a tutorial video without headphones. It was incredibly irritating. They tried to start a conflict when I calmly and kindly requested they use headphones or watch the video later. The tester was firm, professional, and had no problem asking the person to leave when they declined, after a warning, to be courteous to those of us waiting. I’m so thankful! It ended up being a very peaceful and simple process!

I had an appointment set at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday. The door opened right at 9. I was finished within about 10 to 12 minutes. So the place is efficient. I would suggest getting there as soon as they open if you dont have an appointment because I saw several people waiting when I was finished. Overall it went well!

The woman who administered the test was sharp and efficient. The only snafu I had was a text that said my appointment was at 10:45 am CDT and in another state.

Any lab test has a very small waiting room and very professional employees. They offer b12 shots which boost immunity and energy. I havent tried it so cant say if it works.

Rude/angry/emotional nurse. Got scheduled and got there on time. The nurse said they dont provide the blood drawing on Sat even i got scheduled officially. I was told they dont provide it before scheduling, but how would i confirm they dont provide it after i got scheduled officially through calling the number they provided. miscommunication happens everywhere, everyday. Im ok with that. But she throws tantrums and gets super angry, accusing me, judging me emotionally, said you are rude! which is unprofessional.

Friendly and quick service. I got there when they opened and was the first of two people in. I havent gotten my results yet, but so far I am glad I chose to go here to get my blood test done :)

I failed to read my instructions and showed up without an appointment. The girl working was extremely friendly and compassionate. She quickly help me set up an appointment at a sister location! Great customer service! I felt cared for and it meant a lot

Phlebotomist was gentle, skilled and very good at what she does. Easy to schedule and good service.

The lab technician, Jessica, was incredibly professional. She was by herself but had everything moving efficiently and smoothly. I arrived early to my appointment yet was not ready to proceed. A plethora of customers came in an some were rude but each individual was greeted and handled appropriately and quickly. Highly recommend Any Lab Test Now.

Came in right when they opened. The lady was very nice and fast. There were about 6 people in line right away and she was not frustrated at all. The first two people were helped right away and then it was my turn. I only had to wait 10 minutes. I was there for a total of 17 minutes for a pre employment drug screening

I needed to get a test done and didnt know i had to make an appointment first but Jessica was so sweet and took me in without an appointment. She was the only person working that day and there were a few of us waiting to get tested. She handled everything well. Great customer service!!!

Great! I called an hour earlier and was able to schedule an appointment easily for the time I wanted, just an hour later. When I got there at the time of my appointment, there was no waiting. I was helped right away, she was friendly and professional and all went smoothly. I was in and out of there in maybe 15 mins, which was so much better than the other option of going to an urgent care where I was told I could either schedule an appointment weeks in advance, or come as a walk-in and wait— I attempted this 4 times and the shortest wait I was quoted was 1.5 hours with the longest being 3 hours! Luckily, I didn’t have to do any of that!

Had a terrible experience at a different test site the week prior, so I was excited to get my test done and have no issues. Showed up at Any Lab Test Now and within a few minutes there was an issue with the order I was given for the test. The ladies instantly offered multiple ways to help and I basically had to do nothing but wait for it to be fixed. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t get worked out, but just the clear communication and the effort fixed the problem. Within 30 min I had the issue resolved and was leaving with my test completed. Not only did the employees do their job well, but they were kind and went above and beyond to help me get my test completed. Additionally, I was told my results should be ready by the end of the day and sent to my potential employer; this was great news and I was hopeful. It was exactly as she said and I was so impressed by the ease of the experience. I am 6months pregnant and was made to wait a ridiculous length of time at the previous place and the professionalism of Any Lab Test Now was a fricken massive breath of fresh air!! This review is already way too long, but this place was great. Accommodating, professional, timely, understanding, and actually HELPFUL. I’ve heard so many horror stories of people people going to get tests and being made to wait HOURS; this place actually treats you like a human being and provides accurate results. Just go here.

Really professional and kind staff.

Disappointed that I wasnt told how long it would take for my Dr. to receive test results UNTIL after I took the test. This information should be given before you take the test. Especially if your paying out of pocket. 4 days....Dr. nor I have results. Unacceptable. I do have to mention the girl working in front of the bathroom was very helpful and nice.

It’s 2023, and you guys still have mandatory mask mandate, which sure is acceptable, but at least offer them, not necessarily for free but at least have them to sell. Had to go to Walmart buy a box of 25 just so I can use 1 mask for 15 minutes. Worst part is the employee almost felt proud about the fact she was able to kick me out because I didn’t have a mask.

I got the service I ordered. A bit exspensive but it is what it is.

The ladies who helped draw my blood today were amazing!!The lady with the sick mask and Leah!I have an insane and irrational phobia of getting my blood drawn but they were both so caring, thoughtful and relaxed in the right way to where it was a pleasurable experience both times i came in (The first time my blood pressure was too low so it didn’t take and i had to come back in)These ladies made me feel comfortable and safe and i could not thank them enough!

I needed to come in to do a pre employment drug screen. I literally called before I left my house to make sure I could walk in, they said yes no appointment needed. I got there 25 min later and was turned away because they were not going to be doing drug screens for another hour and a half. I told the gal I had just called and she apologized (also not her fault). Then I left and from my car called to make an appointment, a man answered. I asked to make an appointment he told me very curtly “ma’am you just called a little bit ago and she told you no appointment was needed”, mind you I have never talked to this man, and they must have some screening process so they knew I called about 30 min earlier. I proceeded to tell him that the office wasn’t taking walk ins currently and due to Childcare needs I have to schedule so I don’t risk coming at a time that doesn’t work again. He hung up on me mid sentence. I call back again, a woman answers the phone, I explain to her what happened when I tried walking in and asked if I could make an appointment so this didn’t happen again since I have to arrange childcare ahead of time, she was much more helpful but also let me know that if I “just call beforehand” it will work, again I told her I called 25 mins before I got there about coming in for a pre employment drug screen and the person on the phone told me to just walk in, she said “oh they probably aren’t at the front desk” I asked if I’m the future I should ask if the person on the phone is with the front desk and she said no they should know what’s going on….. so I guess we will just try again and hopefully I don’t waste more gas and babysitting time if they are once again wrong.

Excellent customer service!!! They are doing appointment only due to the current situation. I walked in with no appointment and was seen 20 minutes after. It was very fast and easy as it was my first time and I didn’t really know what to expect.

The techs were very patient and kind with my young daughter (age 11) who was very anxious and upset about her blood draw. It must have been challenging for them but they remained calm with her. I was very pleased with their service!

Just got my annual comprehensive done. $129 out-of-pocket which is not bad. Ask for Jessica she is incredibly helpful, very positive and upbeat, great job start to finish. This is about my third or fourth time here. Highly recommend.

This is a great concept, having people be able to access the labs they need at the time that they need it. It’s very efficiently run, good location, very clean. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and clearly dedicated to the overall purpose. I highly recommend this place. I noted that they also do wellness services such as B 12 injections.

If your Dr. is looking out for the insurance companies best intrest by not ordering you lab test you need, you have an option. I paid for my own tests with no insurance and got the results back in 48hrs. The bonus was that the cost of the lab work was about 1/2 what Virginia Mason charged me last time with insurance so I would even recommend going to Any Lab Test Now rather than the lab at your Dr. office unless you have some government healthcare that pays for everything. I scheduled an appointment online and I had no wait for service from when I was scheduled. The blood draw was seamless. Great place I will use them again.,,, I wont say the same for my Dr..

Open space room with no privacy, where conversation with the client is exposed to everyone in the room (about 10 people).The fact that you have appointment scheduled is completely ignored, and you will be placed into the general line with ~1 hr wait with no apologies.

Quick and easy. I had to do a drug screen for a new job and i was in and out in 10 minutes. I ended up leaving my headphones on accident and the worker at the desk called me to let me know she had them and i could come pick them up. went as good as peeing in a cup can go.

Charges $260 for a 24hour Covid test. But do NOT get the test on a Friday or Saturday. They will not have the results until the next Monday. Which defeats the entire point of paying all that money for a 24hour test.Edit: I appreciate the response, but it wasnt only that. What you replied with is exactly what I was asking your representative on the phone, He very clearly told me that that was not a possibility because If the test results came back on Saturday after they closed I wouldnt get them until Monday I asked him to clarify saying Im sorry, Im confused, if it is a 24hour test result, why would I have to wait until Monday to which he very rudely replied, No youre not confused, I am telling you the right information. In fact, no we cant do it for you at all. We are not going to do it for you. He was rude, condescending, and overall and impatient. So no, I will not need any assistance in scheduling an appointment with you.

Quick in and out experience. The lady who was in the office kept it super clean and was very professional. She explained the rules and how it will go there were plenty of signage that explained the e procedure as well so no way of forgetting or misunderstanding.

This is our second time having our pre travel covid testing done at this location. Service was very professional and friendly. 3 in our party and everything was smooth. This is a trusted testing partner for Hawaiian Airlines at the time of testing on 9/2/21. Very affordable and other testing available.

I stopped by today for some lab work. They take walk-ins and appointments. I was the only one there when I went. So they helped me very fast. The lady there was really nice.

So the workers at this place the rudest in the world, I went to do a test, and the last with the skull mask I lol find her mane a little later, said don’t come in go wear a mask, I said do you have one she said no go buy it I went and bought it after what when we walked in there was a man without mask I said how is it possible? She said I do what I want. I was like this is discrimination she said everyone is rude and I lol do what I want here. I mean what a heck? What kids of business is this? They cannot work with people, terrible place never will be back….

Highly recommend this lab. Jess was wonderful and made the experience pleasant with her cheerful attitude. The PCR results were delivered on time, as advertised. I will definitely us Any Lab Test Now for future travel tests.

Best flatobomists ever!!! If you need any blood drawn but have tricky veins that medical professional always complain about, look no further. The manager and medical assistant at Any Lab Test Now were impressively skilled, compassionate, and dedicated.I needed several vials of blood drawn for a lot of lab work. I’ve been trying to have this done for WEEKS at other lab testing facilities and have suffered through so much unsuccessful poking and prodding at other facilities because my veins are quite difficult to tap into.In stark contrast to my experiences having blood drawn at other facilities, the staff at ALTN were masterful and patient with my finicky veins. They got half the draws needed in the morning and after my one accessible vein needed a break, they asked me to come back later in the day when it was convenient for me to finish up. The manager waited up and stayed later than usual specifically to help this very difficult patient. These ladies didn’t give up on me and I was amazed and so relieved when they were able to successfully draw all the samples needed for my medical tests! Don’t let the humble office fool you; ALTN staff provided some of the most skilled and deeply human medical care I’ve experienced. They earned a customer for life!

Made my appointment on-line. Showed up and was greeted when I walked through the door, verified who I was, and COVID test completed.Staff was super getting me and out, everyone was super friendly!!!

My experience was good. I’m a tough one to take blood from and it was easy breezy!

If I could I would rate this company/location zero stars. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a nurse/MA. I came in for a drug test at 2:55pm, the nurse treated me and asked what I was here for, the other nurse or MA who was on staff dropped what she was doing to walk up to me and say, “your child can’t be here”, while her coworker was still trying to gather my information. I had absolutely NO CLUE that my child wasn’t supposed to be there, she said it in such a rude tone. When I asked why, she basically said that I will take urine from her diaper to “cheat” on my drug test. You can tell by the way I was dressed that I wouldn’t cheat.I told the nurse multiple times that I live 30 minutes away, that’s there’s traffic AND I need the test done today for pre-employment. She kept saying “call your employer to reschedule.” I hurried home to drop my child off, I came back at 3:35pm, I came back in and she asked me again what I was in for (she over heard the first time), I told her the pre-employment drug screen. She then look at me and said “oh we stop those at 3:30pm.” I asked if she could please do it, she said no and to call my employer.This wouldn’t have been so bad if she would have COMMUNICATED with me that they stopped doing drug screens at 3:30pm. I wasted my time and gas running back home so I could make it there by 4pm before they close so I could test. This nurse needs to learn how to show compassion, sympathy and learn that COMMUNICATION is EXTREMELY important in any job and with patients. Maybe nursing isn’t her line of work, her mind seemed elsewhere and she seemed annoyed that I brought my child in.

This place is a joke.Called ahead before the first time I tried to get a UA for a job. The person I spoke to seemed genuinely confused, and put me on hold long enough to figure out that they had walk in hours ALL DAY. ok, fine. I tell her Ill be there in an hour and she sounds happy she helped. When I get there, they have a sign in the door saying they are closed for the next hour and a half. What!? Dont you think youd mention that when someone called and I dont know, SAID THEYD BE THERE IN AN HOUR?You know what? Fine. Ill come back another time. Called ahead today and got attitude from the girl on the phone when I asked if theyd be closing in the middle of the day. I get there with my 7 year old son (school and daycare both closed today), and go to the front counter. I was asked if there was anyone that could sit with my baby while I tested. She said no babies cant be... Didnt hear the rest, I was already out the door. Hes 7, and we brought his tablet. He would have been fine sitting quietly for hours let alone the time it takes to pee in a cup. And you mean he cant stand outside the door for 30 seconds?Guess Ill try again tomorrow. Can only guess what kind of road blocks theyll have for me on my third trip.Also, if they dont know they take walk ins all day (sign right on the building days so), dont think to tell someone theyll be closed when they get there, get an attitude when someone makes sure theyll be open when they get there, and cant tell the difference between a 7 year old and a baby... How confident are you theyll get your test results right?Reschedule somewhere else if at all possible.

Walked in at 11:40 and was told they were closed until 12:30 ....so I left and came back at 12:25 and there were people in the place that had checked in and now are ahead of me and might I add a walk in came in for a b12 shot and took another 15 mins I left to get this done on my lunch break at 11:30 and didnt get done until 1:25 ...... garbage place

This Place is great. Getting blood drawn and sending different kinds of lab work out of state is a challenge and then you have to add in dry ice to certain tests and that creates a whole new layer of challenges because of the hazardous waste issue etc. The employees in this facility in Everett know what they’re doing. We need more places like this

Made an appointment for a UA for new job. Got an email and a text to confirm appointment 1 hour prior... I confirmed.I show up on time...and the buildings closed???So i made and confirmed an appointment and no one even shows up to work that day?!

I have been going to ALTN for years. I find the place to be great for confidential tests I need done. The staff who work here are extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I love that I can use my FSA and not have to pay more medical bills for necessary testing. The being able to walk in is awesome due to driving far to go to this location. The appointments are typically less than 15 minutes in and out. I definitely recommend using ALTN for your testing needs.

I wanted to get my test done earlier than normal as my home draw lab was unable to do it until later than usual. The company, who runs the lab suggested this company to do it. I went online and saw what times they were open and it said, no appt. needed. I regret not calling as the information on the website did not match what the young lady ,who i dealt with said it said you had to have an appt. and a covid test. There were some questions about how the completed lab draw was to be handleed as what has been happening for almost a year now with my home draw lab was different than what she was telling me had to be done. She then told me i needed to schedule another day. Needless to say i will wait for my home draw lab. I understand the precautions for covid altho i feel your website needs redone to reflect your true hours since that was my 2nd trip today- 2/23/2021 to try to get test done and that you are seeing people by appt. only!

Nice professional people. Liked it but if you want the results soon I wouldnt recommend it. Got mine after 8days and I had to call 3times to get them to email the results. It was frustrating.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Do NOT go to this location under any circumstances. My husband has a CDL random drug test with an appointment from his company to take it no later than today and she says he doesnt have an appointment. He called to talk to a supervisor and she said its just her and while trying to explain the situation I said the paper has an address and appointment time and if she wants I can go in and show her and she said if I open my mouth again she would call the cops and tell them I threatened her life.

I was greeted promptly when I arrived at the location I believe the name of the medical technician was Jessica she did an amazing job not just with me but with controlling about five other people that were there also for testing she was courteous kind patient and did an amazing job negotiating and handling all the different test shes a very valuable employee

I went in at 9am sharp for a blood draw and labs needed for a new med Im starting. Cost me $49 even. Cash or charge - they dont accept insurance. The results come back tomorrow, and theyll fax em right over to my Dr and email me a copy. I was in and out in 15 mins. Easy peasy.Hooligans do tend to build up in their lobby. But perhaps thats the nature of the business. They do a lot of drug testing, and serve all manner of questionable folk. Go at open and its not an issue. Go at close and thats another story!I was pleased to discover they also do B12 shots. $20 per injection, up to 2 a month.The phlebotomist who did my draw was great. She did not miss or fumble, leaving barely a pinprick and no bruising at all. This is a legit place to go if you need simple labs in a hurry. They get the job done.Update: they botched my labs. They didnt follow the lab order I handed them from my Dr. Im out 50 bucks, no apologies. And I have to have my labs run somewhere else.

Got to the facility after battling traffic at 359 she asked who my employer is and then told me they close at 400 so we cant take you. We are open tomorrow!!!!! On the website it says close at 5pm thanks for the great customer service!!!! NOT

Only one female worker was present, needed to wait an hour to be called for her to tell me they couldn’t do my test because my test required a male observer. Wasted an hour + driving

My husband and I went to get a annual check up panel test and the staff were super nice and the blood draw went smoothly, I was a little nervous and got a little dizzy but they were very attentive and professional, they kept me calm and accommodated quickly with some ice patches, apple juice and some snacks one of them went the extra mile and even fan me with a click board all to make me feel better.... I Highly recommend this place.

Ok experience. It’s a standard lab and they do all sorts of work. I am disappointed that the test I received there was 250 dollars and if I would have done a second more research I would have seen the same place in Bellingham offers the test for 60 dollars cheaper. So beware, the prices are much cheaper up North.

This is a cheap outfit. They must not pay their employees very good because it shows in their blood draw competence. If you dont mind being a pin cushion for trainees, go there.

Should be called Any lab test later. One overworked staff member on shift. I drove 45 miles to pee in a cup and they told me I have to schedule an appointment 2 days out. Insulting to say the least.

Needed a drug screening for a job. They said they where open until 5 and when I got there at 4:30 they where closed. Lights off no staff inside or anything, just a sign on the door that said closed for lunch will return at 1:30 pm.
