Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care

I just love the availability of this urgent care. Its close and on a great location. People dont know its there which is good for me because i grt seen pretty fast and bad for them as I dont want to lose this location due to low traffic. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

The ladies truly saved my life and I loved that the Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Assistant were both equally attentive, thoroughly, and were clear in every step that they would need to take to ensure I had adequate care. They went above and beyond as I was not looking too well. I also would like to mention that the ladies are pretty quick with no waiting time.

Anyone who reads my reviews knows that I pull no punches and I call it right down the middle as I believe its the Brooklyn New York in me. Thing that I review is based on lived experience and not any type of rumor, assumption, or innuendo.I came here on August 13th because I started feeling symptoms of covid. Took a PCR test and realize that I was positive. The people at the front desk are fantastic. They take care of you A to the Z. The provider/nurse practitioner takes their occupation seriously. After not feeling well, I requested Paxlovid and while I was recovering, the only mounting frustration I had being caught up at the emotion of the moment was not being able to speak to the NP who took care of me as I had workmans comp to file and needed a doctors note. That took what felt like forever.However, let me say this: There was one person who stood out from everyone during my experience there: The Young ladys name is Chamia who was patient with me in answering my questions, very professional, and really went out of her way to make sure I am alright recovering.To Chamia, THANK YOU! YOURE AMAZING!You never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression. This place is great considering Ive never been here before. I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for all you do.

I went to the 7 Corners Inova-GoHealth urgent care and I was impressed! I walked in and was seen in a few minutes. Michelle the office manager was terrific and Jennifer the nurse practitioner was courteous, professional and very sharp. I would go again and recommend this practice to all!

After first stopping at a non-Inova urgent care and the ER after a kitchen accident requiring stitches, I was beyond happy and relieved to end up at this Urgent Care. The staff was attentive, professional, and caring. They took outstanding care of me and kept me calm during a stressful event. My only regret is not going here in the first place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you!

When my wife and I both tested positive for covid on a recent trip we went to Inova-GoHealt. The care we received there was prompt professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for any urgent care needs you may have.

I am absolutely impressed by this facility. Not only was I about up secure a spot online, but I was in and out of the urgent care within an hour! That has never happened to me before in any other urgent care facility where just the wait time is hours! The nurse who triaged my daughter as well as the Nurse Practioner who attended to her were so professional, kind, and compassionate. Moreover, they both pronounced my daughters name correctly, which is so so rare 😊.

Had to go to an urgent care on a Monday evening. This urgent care was excellent! All the staff were knowledgeable, understanding, and efficient. The doctor went through my entire history, and provided needed prescriptions and tips on preventing the problem from reoccurring. She promptly called in the prescriptions and sent me for x-rays, which also was easy and efficient. I was back home after Urgent Care, X-rays, and the Rx within a couple of hours. The doctor called me later to provide results of the x-rays. I will absolutely go back to this urgent care.

The practitioner was very thorough and concerned. However, I never got a diagnosis and now, a week later, Im still very sick. I would like to call for follow up but I cant speak. Im not sure what to do.

In short, they mis-diagnosed congestive heart failure as mere allergies.In hindsight, I should have used the emergency room instead of this facility. But if they didnt know to send her to the emergency room, how was I to know? I feel people need to understand the limitations of using this facility. I gave it two stars instead of one because I was at first impressed by the ease of getting an appt, the facility and attention received so I am sure the place is fine for things that dont need testing. (They couldnt have diagnosed my mom there but should have known to send her to the hospital for more tests instead of providing the easy diagnosis hence the low rating).My mother was having trouble breathing and seeing I could get a quick appt (it was a Saturday) and the great care she had received in the past at Inova hospitals, I decided to try Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care. After determining she didnt have Covid or the Flu, the doctor diagnosed her as having allergies and told her to buy Flonase. I even asked about her heart and whether she should get an EKG, the response was you would have to take her to the emergency room and I dont think its needed. I was told that if she started wheezing, then an emergency room visit was warranted. The doctor was patient and thoroughly walked me through everything and I left impressed and ready to give a 5 star review.When the Flonase didnt bring relief, I had her try Claritin before insisting she see a doctor a few days later. Upon seeing her condition, an ambulance was called to take her to the emergency room where she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and admitted. (When I questioned the need for an ambulance as shed been like this for days at this point and I could take her, the doctor said it was protocol for someone with her symptoms - one that Inova-GoHealth obviously didnt have).My only knowledge of Urgent Care facilities was from others who have used them. I know of people who have gone to Urgent Care facilities where they got sent to the emergency room (by ambulance) if needed. Being part of the Inova system, I assumed that if she needed further care, they would send her to one of their hospitals. BIG MISTAKE.

It’s been a few months since I’ve been here but the receptionist has always been very friendly and welcoming.. She always engages with the patients and has small conversations to make us feel welcome. I have yet to catch her name but she is a ray of sunshine!

N.P. Adowa is wonderful. Empathetic, clear, patient and friendly. Clinic is clean and roomy. Great online appointment and form system and connection with MyChart and Inova hospital.No x-ray there as advertised though. Need tissue box in lobby.

My experience with Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care was outstanding. Service at it best. Very short waiting time and the staff were happy. They made me feel better just seeing them loving their work. Thanks a million.

Ive been to 2 GoHealth locations, and both were very clean, spacious, well-lit. The rooms seemed well-stocked and well-equipped with newer equipment. The staff are always very nice, attentive & goof listeners.Also: this visit I just learned there open 365 days a year! Im used to urgent care clinics being open only on weekdays. Im writing this in hopes of saving anyone else the pain of unnecessarily waiting for care like I did.Its quick and easy to make an appointment online, and when you arrive just as quick and easy to check-in at the kiosk by the door.

Staff were very professional and efficient. They were also kind and compassionate. I am very impressed with this facility and plan to use it as my go-to urgent care source.

I brought my kid at 3pm here, no wait time, very clean environment and quiet inside. I liked how nurse Michelle approached my kiddo, she is cracking jokes especially when my kid is scared, gave him some treats to ease his worry. Which I really appreciate in times like this. So thank you nurse Michelle for doing it. Your service is Beyond expectations. Doctor is knowledgeable, explains everything, answers every question. It was a great visit. Highly recommended.

Good experience. Michelle the female front desk technician is hilarious!! She was cracking jokes as soon as I walked in and did the same for other patients. Its a very clean location, and there was no wait time. No wait time is unusual in my experience using patient or urgent care locations. The actual doctor sat with the technicians and didnt wear a white coat, and for some reason I liked that. It was like he was in disguise lol and you can tell they all have a good working relationship. Less hierarchical in nature. Ill come again should I need to. Highly recommend :).

What a great experience! I went in because I had knee pain that then morphed to knee and Achilles pain. They were so helpful explaining the basis of the diagnosis and treatment options. Then, when it turned out I needed crutches, Michelle walked me out to my car in the rain. When she saw about 3/4 of the way that I was starting to lose color, she opened my door for me and walked with me step by very slow step to get there. She then went to get me apple juice and stayed by the car with me until I got my color back. When I told her she should go back inside because it was raining, she said: Im a nurse, this is what I do. To that all I can say is Im glad Michelle and the entire staff are so proud of what they do and make this urgent care a place I want to go, not a place I need to go.

My treatment was fine but while I was in the lobby I could overhear very clearly the person who had a telephone visit with the doctor.

Amazing, friendly, efficient and professional staff. Beautiful facility. They took time with me, they were kind and attentive. Great experience. Thank you.

Had to go because of a really bad flu and Michelle made the experience so much easier/better even though I could not concentrate and was in pain. Excellent service, even gave me a popsicle (:

I’ve been to this location twice and both times I was pleased with the receptionist Michelle. She was attentive and overall pleasant. She also has a great sense of humor.

We recently found out that this new INOVA Urgent Care is close to our house. I was glad of that because we needed to go this week. After listening to my symptoms, they took my vitals and took steps to make me feel much better in a very calming way. I felt that I was well cared for.

Ive taken my daughter here a couple times and the service was great and the employees were very nice. The last time I took my daughter, I asked if there was a way to get her seen any earlier than her appointment because it was the third time in a month shed been there and they kept giving her medicine that wasnt working or helping. The lady got very short with me and said thats not how this works. Then she called my daughter up and proceeded to talk rudely about me to the point that my daughter told me to find our family a new PCP and that none of us should ever go back there. Did this woman know that my daughter JUST turned 18 or that she has cerebral palsy or was she just horrendous bc it made her feel better? This is the worst example of an employee and the worst experience Ive ever had. The same woman was rude as heck to some random Hispanic lady and started talking badly about her lack of English in front of everyone in the waiting room (including the womans child who was under age ten). She was less than professional. And I can tell you all about how she was over this day, shouldve gotten Starbucks, all about her car wreck in a Nissan and how she didnt wrap her ankle correctly so while we wait shes bothering the doctor and causing wait times to be even longer.Id love to be to contacted as calling leads to no one, I could tell you how she told the doctor to ignore his virtual patients and how they can wait since they wont come in, all the while shes bad mouthing everyone in the building as a client and only talking or caring about herself.

I received excellent care. The staff were friendly and attentive. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Have been here before and had 0 issues. Unfortunately the most recent experience was not so great and I left before even seeing the Dr all based on the receptionist and her lack of people and social skills. I wont ever go to this location again and will make sure I let everyone I know to stay away from this location.

So I have been here twice, and its been pretty quick and easy. You have to know what their hours of operation are before you get here. You can even register for an appointment online the night before.It saves time to come here as opposed to the ER and wait 8 hours before being seen.

I like how everyone at Inova urgent care Falls church are very professional and the way they treat patients from the time I walked in to the time I left. Excellent group of workers!!!

“Closes soon”, just so you understand, that translates to “I’m done taking anyone else AFTER a quarter till. The woman who was there was leaning on the desk like she was napping and told me she wasn’t seeing anyone else. I’ve written this review and it’s STILL not 5 o’clock.

Personnel were professional, knowledgable, and friendly. They were innovative and succesful in discovering methods to resolve my issue.

Nicole, and all the other staff i met, were perfect.

Both nurse and PA were very patient and thorough.

Came in on a Saturday. There were no patients. Thought it would be quick. Still waited over an hour for a super simple request and zero updates. Total thumbs down. Basic communication zero.

I went today, Friday, when they were supposed to be open.. and the doors were locked and nobody was there, lights were all off. There was no sign explaining why it was closed. Signs said theyre open. I went at 4pm, its supposed to close at 8pm. Google says it was open.

Very professional staff who were extremely interested in trying to help me with my pneumonia cough.

Brought my child here at 8:55 am on a Friday when they were supposed to be open starting at 8, and the doors were locked and nobody was there. No sign explaining why it was closed.

I came here today at 8.30 door still but the schedule 8 am -8 pm all is not good not on time I was freezing here outside
