Dr. Abbi is awesome. She cares a lot about her patient and she even contact you after hours to check on you. She makes sure that you have contact information that you can contact her whenever the office is close. She also sent me such a beautiful flowers when she going out that I lost my baby. I really appreciate her kindness and the way she treat her patients.

I have never felt more heard, seen, and validated in my entire life by a doctors office. Every symptom is taken seriously and addressed. Im never ever rushed out of the office. There are always appointments available quickly. Every single staff member is so nice and polite. I would literally live in Fayetteville for the rest of my life for this doctors office alone. 100/10 recommend

I originally started going here looking for a practice that was willing to see call in patients who were sick because nowadays every office will tell you to go sit at the Emergency Department to be seen if you need to be seen that day. They work to see you as soon as possible and have the best care team. I have recommended them to several different family and friends and they all enjoy going here. They take the best of care with all their patients and I could not imagine changing practices.

Doctor specifically was amazing. Most listening, understanding, throughout, and caring doctor my family and I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.The one and only complaint I have is in regards to cost and scheduling. When I called to inquire about their services, insurance acceptance, and costs I was informed I would be charged the co-pay on my insurance, but the day of the appointment I walk in with my family to check in where Im then informed I was going to be charged a Urgent Care visit for our first appointment. This was never mentioned, much less, discussed when I called to find out specifically what the costs were. This practice needs much improvement in costs transparency, honesty, and basically in short terms the front desk ladies/call takers need to care more for each patient and/or potential patient calls about.Once passed the initial check in with unexpected higher costs the practice is amazing and performs well above any and every other practice we have utilized.

Just had my first appointment with this facility. It was awesome! Its moves efficiently and everyone was extremely nice and accommodating! Dr.Abbi was awesome and was very direct! If you are seeking primary care this place is fantastic! The whole process was fairly seamless. I have my referral and they respected my time and money! I will definitely come back as needed.

I am so grateful for Dr. Abi. She is so kind, compassionate, and patient. I never feel defeated or dismissed when I bring anything up to her. I sometimes have a hard time communicating clearly, and she works so well with me even when I know Im confusing her and overwhelming her. Me and all 3 of my children see her and have been patients for the last year. I picked this office based on a recommendation on Facebook, and also I loved the offices name. So so so glad I did!

Ive been coming to Dr. Abi for 2 years now and I love the time and dedication she gives to my care. I moved an hour away and I refuse to change care provider. I have referred my friends and they have also had a great experience.

Used to work here and I definitely think it is one of the best clinics in the city. Worked at a more corporate clinic, that has offices all over the US with billions of dollars, and one thing I noticed is Dr Abi always made room for her patients. I referred over dozen of people that my Big Boy medical center couldnt work with and they always called me back to thank me for letting them know.What makes Divine stand out is the fact that Dr Abi maximizes her operating capacity for being such a small clinic. At the next clinic I worked at we were telling new patients it could take months to be seen for the first time, while I was seeing new patients dang near every day at Divine. Where my new job struggled to see 12 patients a day while the medical staff sat around watching tiktok and ordering ubereats. The urgent care component allows her clinic to operate in a dual role that takes patient care seriously.Secondly, Dr Abi focus on patient care really changed my perspective on how healthcare can be. She developed real relationships with her patients taking the cold apathetic experience that Ive experienced throughout my life of going at different clinics. Her patients were excited to see her and the staff no matter if they were going through a crisis.Third, is the ease of process of becoming a patient. Today, everyone is moving things online and even if Divine has that option they understand that not everyone can navigate the digital world like the younger generations. She allows her staff to lead this process of helping folks and her focus on public perception wont allow her to let staff members to treat the people who walk-in like they are just a number. Ive walked into many clinics and got spunaround without any guidance on how to even be seen by the clinic, so the fact that her staff tends to focus on making the patients at ease and coaches us on how to get their documents to be able to be on-boarded.Last, I think what makes Divine stand out is that it really owns in on the Family Practices. Though she doesnt specialize in everything the most happy patients I saw were the patients whos entire family came to her. She has no shame on referring you out to someones whos specialty is more equipped for their needs, but I couldnt count how many patients came back hoping that Dr Abi could handle their care after being refferred out.These are all my reasons for giving her a 5/5. The only thing I could see as an improvement would be better pay for the staff, more community resources available, and possibly another nurse or doctor to to make the operation more efficient. Im a medical professional who worked in public health in Chicago, as a 68W in the Army, and a community relations manager for another healthcare facility so this is a comparative analysis and even with my cons all the pros is why I became a patient with Dr Abi and bring my daughter there. Every business could improve but living up to a standard of excellence is why I think Divine Family Practice is the best healthcare facility in Fayetteville.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The doctor was amazing and actually listened to each concern and showed care and the WANT to help fix it. She didnt just blow us off like most doctors do. Definitely recommend this place.

The doctor and her staff are awesome. As a new patient, I felt like I’ve been seeing this provider for a while. Scheduling an appointment and getting in was a breeze. Once I arrived I was greeted and the called back in no time. Dr. Kolawole was very professional and knowledgeable. Im thankful that I’ve found a new doctor office.

I have been a patient there for about 2 years. When I first became a patient I would give this place 5 stars. NOW with the new staff if I could give it a zero I would. The front desk lady is the most rude, unpleasant person I’ve ever came across at a doctor office. Lacks basic customer service skills. I called 2 weeks ago to see Dr. Abi. I was told by the front desk I would have to suffer until Friday thats when she would so time to see me. I than asked if I could leave a message for the Dr. Abi could give me a call. As of today I am still waiting for a call back. I am now looking for a new Primary doctor someone that will care about how their patients are treated. There need to be some training on what good customer service. Stay away6-6-24 I have been trying to get an appointment for about a week now. Yesterday I left a voicemail for someone to call me back so that I could make an appointment. No-one returned my call. Call again today and get the voicemail again. I tried to give them a second chance because I love Dr. Abi. However I have been having some issue and I have got to get somewhere I feel as patient I matter. Im not getting that here anymore. Smh.

Ive never been a big fan of doctors. But I love Dr. Abi!!! Shes easy to talk to and is very understanding and cares about your well-being. My daughter loves her as well and always asks about her!!!

As a new patient, I feel the receptionist sets the tone of how organized an office will be. They are the first point of contact. While the woman I spoke to was very nice, she sounded confused and uncertain over making an appointment. It was very hard to make an appointment because she was over explaining everything and wasnt sure on things.I went from being excited to come here to not wanting to make an appointment because it was too confusing and stressful.

Im very thankful for this practice. They offer great care to people who would normally be second rate patients and they always find a way make my health a first priority. I thank this Doctor and staff for top notch genuine care. If you have a legit medical condition you will receive proper care . Again I am beyond thankful for such a caring doctor and practice!! 10/10

Dr. Abi is great at what she does. She is very compassionate and caring. Very pleased with my visit as she hears my concerns and then asks me questions to make sure we don’t miss anything during my visit.

Dr. Abi is simply amazing! She goes above and beyond for her patients. She is truly concerned with the health and wellness of her patients and takes her time and listens to their needs. I am so glad to experience a totally different and fast accommodation when I need a referral. The reason I am here now is the receptionist with whom I just spoke today was very patient and kind and made me feel a lot better about making sure I was going to get the help I need. I was kinda agitated cuz I am worried about my medical issues but after speaking with her I feel better. Ive experienced a lot of abuse and snobbery from doctor staff in my life so its a BIG help when someone has a good attitude and is kind like she was even when a patient is anxious on the phone. I dont know her name, but I thank her for her patience and hope shes there again when I go back for any appointments. Update: to this date all my health needs and referral needs have been met and I have been treated kindly and with respect every time. I appreciate this in ways I can not express.***UPTDATE*** Somewhere along the line, they decided to make an answering service answer all calls DURING normal business hours. There is little to no chance they will ever answer the phone in the office. Whatever your needs, the ONLY thing they do is leave a message which can take days for a response. Scheduling, meds, medical questions, ALL needs go through the answering service. They are the only business in the world that has NO answering service during off hours AND uses the answering service intentionally as their main form of communication DURING normal business hours. I get mixed messages about when to call to refill medication. Some say call within two weeks, but I HAVE, and they say its too early to refill despite it NOT being a controlled substance or anything. Its nerve-racking to not know if I am going to get a med in time when within even a few hours of not taking the med my heart pounds out of my chest and I feel like I am gonna die. Its a med I am going to probably have to be on for years if not life, so why cant I get more than one refill so I dont have to call and HOPE someone fills it in time? EVERY month? Why put me through that? I would like the person who came up with the idea to know that their idea was foolish (the fact that nobody else does it might be a good clue) and helps no one.

0/10. My diabetes meds were sent to my ins with dx code for weight loss so now i feel like i have been trying to get this straightened out since February with no luck. Nobody returns calls for their mistakes

I am SOOOO grateful I found Dr. Abi! She is so kind and caring (traits mirrored by her staff, who are all awesome) and I always feel heard. I also never feel like they’re trying to rush me out the door. Dr. Abi really gives her time and attention to each patient. Thanks to her, some medical issues I’ve been dealing with for years that others providers never took seriously, or simply missed because there was a lack of continuity in my care, have been figured out and I’m feeling better in my 40s than I did in my 20s! No joke! Truly so grateful.

Terrible service, I waited a month to get authorization for my asmtha pump and still got NOTHING, looking for a new doctor as we speak. Receptionist keep saying theyre working on it, I never get an update, same excuses when I call and still NO ASTHMA PUMP as if its not NEEDED DAILY

My friend referred me as a place to take my son! I am so happy she did!. Dr. Abi is phenomenal. She listened to my 10 year old, asked questions, listened to me, answered my questions. She ran some tests in office and sent some out. I loved that we didnt get the normal Tylenol and rest talk. She ended up sending steroids in....and then after his tests were back from lab, she called in antibiotics.The medical team in the back were very professional and kind. They took time to explain to my son what the test was for, where they were swabbing!Im so glad we found this office!Dr. ABI is a true gem! She listens and genuinely cares about her patients. I love her approach, and how she explains things and what steps she is planning on taking to get you back to feeling 100 percent!

Im very satisfied with the level of genuine care with this practice. Ms. Abi is an amazing doctor and she is extremely intelligent. The staff she has chosen from the ground up is amazing as well. I use to give this place 5 Stars, but Dr. Abi front administrative team made me give this place a negative 1! Dr. Abi herself is a gem, however her administration team doesnt get anything done nor will they get back to you with important information regarding your medical questions or requests. Ive moved out of state and have been requesting my kids medical records since AUGUST 2023... TODAY IS November 30! You will get the run around with her staff, and its unfortunately heart breaking. Again DR. ABI is an amazing person and I enjoyed her providing for my family needs. HOWEVER, she needs A WHOLEEEEEE NEW FRONT STAFF who will take her career and dreams serious and not just come there for a check. Imagine being a black woman with your own practice, just for your front staff to literally give you a sour image because of there failed duties... GET NEW STAFF IMMEDIATELY before their dimming your light queen !(Ive updated my email and phone number when I called 08/03/2023) ext 107 for the medical records dept doesnt answer or check their messages

Came in for the first time as a new patient looking for continuation of care since I recently retired from the Military. Dr. Abi’s staff is very warm, genuine with great personalities. Dr. Abi saw me very quickly, and was able to provide me with quality care. I am looking forward to utilizing Dr. Abi as my primary care provider and her team for a while.

The entire medical and office staff at Divine Family Practice and Urgent Care is very professional and responsive. They always address all my concerns and see my family member very close to his appointment time.

I’ve been going there for a few months everything seems rushed the place is kind of shady. Last time I went in was for head pains and leg pains they put in a referral for a CT scan and x ray, I was able to get the x ray done but not the ct scan due to needing pre authorization. I’ve been calling to see what’s going on with the pre authorization and they can never give me an answer all they say is we can look into it and then hangs up. Not professional at all. As far as asking certain questions or concerns about results they want you to come into the office or wait until your next appointment which doesn’t sit right with me. Now I’m having to find another place that can help me get my ct scan due to all the head pains. I feel as if they are playing with my health and will not be returning.

This is a doctors office, that I will be making my primary doctor. The vibe in the office from the front desk to doctors was very nice and caring, I have had a hard time finding a doctor who caring and willing to take the extra steps to make sure I am good! Just when I thought Fayetteville doctors was only about money, this office didn’t give that vibe.

I typically dont like to leave negative reviews but I have to be honest about my experiences and encounters with this office. My family and I just moved here and we were looking for a new doctor for us and was recommended that we see Dr. Abi because of how amazing she was, after multiple recommendations and hearing good things I finally decided to go with this office, little did I know my time with them would not be very pleasant! If first like to start by saying what made the encounters so bad was the front desk staff, Nikki is/was extremely rude on multiple occasions, she talks over patients and doesnt let them get what theyre trying to say out before she starts talking again, her people skills are poor and the way she goes about things is highly unprofessional! Shes inattentive and doesnt seem to do what she says or is supposed to do. Ive been in the office several times and I could hear things that no patient should hear because thats just how loud she is. Ive also had her call me and give out personal results loudly over the phone all while stating my name which didnt sit right with me at all. When asking her questions shes always was quick to give answers but they were usually along the lines of her not truly knowing what is happening or going on. She has called me on a few occasions and was yet again rude including both her and a young man hanging up in my face without addressing any concerns. This made me uncomfortable for various reasons all of which I sent Dr. Abi a message about how I wasnt comfortable hearing my personal results from Nikki and the response I received from that go well either as I was told she is a Certified medical assistant as is qualified to do such! Not to mention. her behavior and mannerisms were not corrected! Dr. Abi seems to be a sweet lady but from a patient Point of view, she didnt seem to really take care of most concerns, it more so seemed as if it was being rushed instead. This office wouldnt give any updates about results or be in communication about what was happening until Id have to call and send messages multiple times despite me being in the office asking questions, instead it would just be pushed off, theyd call or would tell me Im good to go when I wasnt. I also expressed that Id ask questions about upcoming or follow up appointments so that I could plan properly and they would say theyd call but wouldnt until the last minute or ask me to come back after leaving the office and telling me Im good to go. Ive had blood work/X-rays done on multiple occasions and dont receive any updates about any of it, nor does the patient portal accurately show all of the things that were done or discussed, and again calling to try and get updates is a pain in the rear as well. As a former patient, I feel as though myself or my time wasnt respected and It came to a point where I ultimately decided to switch providers because of these things but more so because the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional and makes it impossible to want to deal with the stress of trying to get updates about your health! Please hire better staff for the front desk that doesnt make your patients feel this way about something so important.

Well there is so much I can say about this office. First off I love Dr. Abi shes the best doctor on this face of the earth that I have ever been to. The office has such a great team of workers. From the time you walk in the receptionist making you feel welcomed to the time getting your vitals checked ✔ that nurse makes you feel welcomed, until over all my favorite doctor comes in the room. Dr Abi cares about the health of her patients not there just for the money.

I dont normally do a review unless its made a clear impact on me. A friend recommended this doctors office to me and told me that Dr. Abi was one of the best doctors in town. So, I believed that her team at the front desk would be the same, but I was wrong: this lady Nicky is the rudest person in her office and I do not recommend this office on the basis of Dr. Abis decision to hire a person with no ethics and unprofessional demeanor. First of all, I called several times during office hours (which is always busy) and when the phone was answered I was put on hold for a long time, and after 20 minutes or so the phone gets disconnected. I passed by the next day and went inside to the office to see if I had better luck if I made an appointment in person but no... there was nobody there and the phone was ringing and ringing with no answer, so I decided I was going to leave when I saw this woman who I believe was Nicky, she was laughing and talking on her personal cellphone! She sat down on her chair and continued talking on her cellphone! She made a sign with the finger telling me to wait a minute or something like that, but I had already left. I didnt want to stay there for one minute. An awful front desk experience.Dr. Abi, please choose better people working for you, my friend swears you are awesome but I dont want to deal with the people who work for you, and doesnt value or care for your image.

Dr. Abi is a very thorough & she cares about her patients. Nikki is gives superior customer service and will always try to assist you to get messages to Dr. Abi or find out information for you. If youre looking for a doctor with great bedside manner & people that care about your physical health...mental health and all in-between...this is a one stop shop. They care about their patients...youre not just another patient here.

I just scrolled through these reviews and honestly there’s not much more I can say. It’s all spot on!! Dr. Abi is literally the best Dr I’ve ever seen, the rest of the staff is just so kind and welcoming. The office itself is clean and comfortable. I never wait long on the waiting room, even as an urgent care patient I was seen fairly quickly. I’ve recommended this practice to family members and multiple friends. 5 stars!!!!

I started there myself .I was referred by my sister every since I been going there they always treat us with respect very nice people to deal with. I can honestly say since I moved here from D.C. this is the best doctor Ive seen since living in Fayetteville. I also made a even better decision I switched my children here and they love her my six year old said that her doctor is her best friend that right there says a lot to me. I made the best decision by coming here and my entire family can be seen by some wonderful people thanks for all that everyone in that office has done for my family.

I am so glad I found Dr. Abby. She is the best Doctor Ive had in my 41 yrs. She is caring and takes time and patience with her patients. I came there over a year ago in bad shape now I feel like a new woman. Her staff is so friendly and caring. I truly feel cared for and understood when I leave there. I cant say enough good things about this Drs office. The whole staff is made up of amazing, smart, and genuinely good hearted women. Dr. Abi is extremely smart and goes above and beyond for her patients. Its never a hassle to get in and Ive never had to wait very long. I dont feel rushed and I feel listened to. As someone who has been fighting a long term illness Im really grateful to have found them.

I honestly don’t know how this place gets recommended so often. I have been a patient for a year and the lack of communication is astounding. Their phone number changes constantly and is always out of service, Dr. Abi never responds to the messages on the patient portal but wants me to come in person to ask a simple question that doesn’t warrant a visit, they have lost labs and wrote incorrect orders for imaging. I’m done with this place.

I had a horrible allergic reaction to hair dye and was in desperate need of medical attention. Although there’s a sign on the door saying they’re not accepting walk-ins at this time, Dr. Kolawole squeezed me in, even as a new patient. She’s so sweet, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She didn’t rush my visit and listened to my concerns. I am forever grateful that google led me to her. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a provider who treats you like an individual and not a number. Thanks a million, Dr. Kolawole 💕!!

Dr. Abby office is AWESOME from the front office staff to the triage nurse to Dr. Abby all are awesome. Only complaint is the phones it really hard to get in contact with the office but no other complaints. 10 out 10 I highly recommend

EDIT: Dr Abi, herself called me and let me know that they are having problems with the telephone lines and she’s still at the clinic trying to fix it!! Amazing! Thank you guys!- Great doctor but I’ve been trying to call to refill a prescription and the person at the front desk either sends me to voicemail or will answer the call and not say anything. Called multiple times today and the last two calls the person at the front desk answered and all I heard was clicking from the keyboard.

This place does not care about anyone or at least my family !!!!!! Both my husband and I tried to get refills on our meds and they denied it through our pharmacy and did not call us and let us know why!!! It’s bad when you are on certain meds and it is not good to just stop them!!!! I do not know what there problem is I’m happy people think there a good provider but I do not. They suck!!!

I recently found myself in need of a new family doctor as my doctor of 12 years went missing (as of today) for 5 weeks with no explanation and he prescribed several of my longterm medications & I was about to run out of them After much research I found Divine Family Practice specifically Dr Abi and I read her many many positive reviews here so I decided to give she and her team a try I was pleasantly surprised She was very friendly and professional I really liked her She didnt seem taken aback by my complex health issues and gave me a plan of action for where we should start to manage those issues I was also happy to find that her office had its own lab as well as great office hours Her staff were also friendly and professional and seemed to genuinely want to help when I had to call to reschedule my appointment due to being under the weather that day She also renewed most of my longterm prescriptions and the one she wasnt able to renew she gave me a months supply of and advice on which of my other doctors that I might ask to renew it But my biggest surprise was when she emailed me a coupon to use to pay for it so that I could get the best price Im so very happy that I decided to give Dr Abi a try and after 2 visits Id recommend this clinic too! Thanks Dr Abi (& your team)!

I have only been a patient for a short amount of time but I am so impressed with this entire office Ive already referred two people. They are ALL so kind and informative and have patience. You will not feel rushed or unheard.

I had a severe back spasm for 5 days. Saw 3 providers without any relief. This practice got me in the same day. The staff was warm and friendly, and Dr. Abi listened to my long winded explanation with patience. She walked me through my options and advised a steroid shot, which had not been suggested by the other 3 providers. Not even 24 hours later I have major relief in my spasm and my gait has returned to *almost* normal. I am so happy with this practice, it is a relief to be able to return to work! Dr Abi takes her time every time I come in. I’m 40 and she’s the only doctor that ran additional testing to look at my sickle cell trait and discovered I may have lupus. She listens and follows up. Highly recommend her.

Abimbola Ogunleye-Kolawole immediately saw my mother after she was admitted to the hospital. She received immediate care and prescribed her hard to get medication through Medicaid to regulate her glucose levels. Extremely happy with the patient care and genuine care for her patients. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Amazing practice! From the moment I walked in I felt so welcome and comfortable. This is my first visit and I can say with 100% honesty that I am looking forward to receiving all of my health care from Dr. “Abi”. The young lady at the front desk was so pleasant and you could feel the warm smile behind her mask! The young lady that took my vitals was so friendly and amazing (truly enjoyed the laugh we had about my med list 😂)…there was no lengthy wait, the room and office environment was neat clean, relaxing and I love that adherence to Covid mask guidelines were followed and posted!I highly recommend anyone seeking a PCM to contact this office. Dr. Abby is the best. I have seen many doctors over the last several years and was not pleased with any of them. From my first visit with Dr. Abby I felt like I was treated as an individual, she takes time to listen to what is really going on with you. And I feel that she really cares.

Dr. Abi is amazing. She was the first provider I have seen in Fayetteville who actually listened to my concerns. She knew exactly what to order and discovered my illness (which other providers before her failed to do). The front desk ladies and MA are so amazing and friendly too. I highly recommend this practice and am so blessed to have found Dr. Abi.

They let me sit in the waiting room for two hours saying i needed my insurance information then after that told me that i needed to go somewhere else because they were going to close. This place acts like they have gods best interest but is very unprofessional in my personal opinion. If you decide to not care for someone because of a google review how are you living up to the medical oth you took. I wanna thank the girl at the front desk for being professional.

Dr. Ogunleye-Kolawole is my primary care doctor because my children were her patients first, and I followed them. She is a wonderful doctor who is very caring and professional. The clinic is very clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. God bless them all.

This place was hands down my favorite urgent care. Very fast, the doctor actually cares about her patients and their well being. She listened to everything I needed to say and gave me the proper treatment. I will definitely be back!

Great doctor, great staff! I was originally seeing another drs office and that office was giving me such a hard time. My health was being affected by the stress caused by them and I looked for an urgent care Dr. I found Dr. Abi’s office and immediately felt so much better. In one visit she did more for me than my other Dr. I gave the other office the benefit of the doubt, and tried to work with them, but they continued to make things harder. So I called my ins. Company and switched over to Dr. abi! It was the best choice I made, we have a health action plan to get me better. And I am excited to finally feel better! Thank you for being the Dr I can turn to and actually listen to concerns!

Mrs. Kolawole is the best. She is the nicest doctor that Ive had in a long time. She takes her time and listens to you and makes sure you walk out of the office confident that everything was taken care of. I made her my new family doctor.

I had a pretty bad experience. They made me wait over an hour, when the doctor finally arrived, she basically told me that she has no time for my questions. I guess her other patients are more important. I also believe that they lied to me because I was next to go in and a family of 6 came in and took my spot. The receptionist told me that they were schedule before me. She must of schedule them at the same time as me or friends and family come first.

Dr Ambi has always make us comf’table everytime we come. Welcoming environment, staffs attended us right away. loved it!!! My daughter and I loved Maribel!!! Makes our visit exciting. Highly recommended !!! God Bless!!!

This is the best experience Ive had at a family practice facility. Dr. Ogunleye-Kolawole did an excellent job!! She is a GODsend!!! Her staff also did an excellent job - another GODsend!! The atmosphere is very friendly. I also like how my blood was drawn in the office for lab work. I highly recommend Divine Family Practice and Urgent Care.

My newborn was refused at the desk. I went in to get my 1 month old seen for a bad rash on her face, neck, arms and legs. Also to be seen for a cough and congestion that has been hindering her from eating her food. Because I didn’t have her Medicaid card they refused to see her. All of her information is in the system so I didn’t understand why they didn’t pull it up. I’ve never had that problem with her insurance. Medicaid also takes a while to send out cards as well. My daughter sat in the office crying out while they still refused to see her.

Dr. Kolawole is such an amazing nurse practitioner! Her and her team are so kind and understanding. They truly listen to you and your bodies needs. I’m so happy I found them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a great physician.

The Staff and Dr. A are all very nice. I like how they remember you when you come back, verses just being a patient. My first appointment I was in and out. The second took some time, but it was due to low staffing, but that didn’t change how well the staff treated us.

Best doctor ever! All the staff is helpful, kind, approachable, and they go above and behind for you. I started going here in April of 2022 i definitely recommend this place. You’re never waiting for long periods of time to seek care. They also accept tricare as well!

I just went here for a Covid test. They took me last minute. Everyone I interacted with was extremely attentive and kind. Listened thorough to all of my symptoms and seemed to genuinely care. They took my insurance no problem and even sent me a coupon for my antibiotics prescription. Great urgent care.

Would not recommend. Couldn’t get my insurance right and almost denied me service. No follow ups. Had to chase after to them to get results as no one called. Didn’t feel like my health and care were that important to them.

Dr Abi is great, she always listens thoughtfully and is thorough. They can be difficult to get in touch with though since they moved.

This place was amazing. I got turned away from another office, i called this place and they got me in immediately. I was only in the office for 45 if that! Dr. Abimbola Ogunleye - Kolawolr was very helpful and as sweet as can be, song with each staff member. I will definitely be using them again!!!

I have waited at other urgent cares in the area for hours but this place was exceptional. Very fast service and she really cared for me and my family. We werent just another number. I will definitely come back here if urgent care is needed in the future.

She always takes her time to listen to your concerns. She treats all my concerns and doesn’t just focus on the “big problem”. Things I have been struggling with for years she’s found answers and is always willing to try to find the best fit for me. She’s seriously amazing!

This place is a joke. No one ever answers the phone, charging you for things you didn’t even receive, wanting you to constantly schedule visits for the same thing to keep charging your insurance
