This place has changed my life for the better. Theyve helped me tremendously with my transition from female to male, and have been very accommodating to me and extremely helpful with my low income, being very understanding and allowing room for me to make payments when I can with my visits, never ever demanding money right away. Staff are always kind, compassionate, and empathetic towards me, genuinely expressing concern with my well being outside of my treatment, but with my personal life as a whole, offering me many places to try therapy and such. I havent got a single clue as to why there are so many negative reviews, because Ive only ever expirenced great treatment and respect from everyone who works here, I dont think any of the staff have a single mean bone in their bodies. It seems like the really negative reviews are from years ago anyways, and I think thats unfair because from the looks of it, theyve improved a lot. I highly recommend.

You will wait for an answer for over 30 minutes. Finally got a consolation for vasectomy after weeks of trying and was told they would call for an appointment. Of course they never called. Now trying to get ahold of somebody for weeks nobody ever answer anywhere. How nice! If I could do 0 stars I would

The front desk ladies were phenomenal and respected my privacy and handled me with care. My physician Ms. Tiffany went ABOVE AND BEYOND with her service for me. Im so touched and cant put into words how grateful I was to meet her today and that she deserves everything good in life and so much more. Shes a literal angel. Love her! If you need your situation handled with delicacy and compassion, I recommend visiting this location.

I went there twice in the last two weeks.The first time they lost my results and I couldnt understand how they can lose someone personal information. However, both times that I went everyone was very respectful. As well as fun and energized, they match my attitude that I brought into the building. So my experience was great besides that one problem.

It took three months to get my birth control because they wouldnt give me updates or return my calls. I had to harass the poor call center to get any response from this location.I even had problems trying to get a different form of birth control. I had to reschedule my first appointment because they absolutely refuse to see you if you have a child with you. (My six month old isnt going to hinder my ability to answer some questions. I didnt need an exam or anything. The fact that I dont have anyone to watch him is precisely the reason I need birth control in the first place!) Then they cancelled my rescheduled (second) appointment without my permission!Also expect to wait at least half an hour before they start your pre-appointment check. I never got into a room less than forty minutes after my appointment time.All that being said, the staff was all very friendly.ETA: And they lost my follow up appointment! Ive never had these problems with other locations.

I love this location. I find the staff is considerate and helpful. I think that the nurse described by the other reviewer is no longer there. The nurse practitioner is amazing! I highly recommend this location if you do not want to be judged and treated rudely for your sexual choices, and want to have someone to talk to without pressure about the best choices for your reproductive health.

They’ve not updated their hours on google and I caught a Lyft up here, wasting my time and money, appears they’re only open on Tuesday and Thursdays

The ppl are nice. I called to see if I need to make an appointment for updating info for birth control. The call center told me no but when I got there they apologized for the misinformation and still got me in. Very friendly and helpful. Ive used PPH for about 7 years now with my anthem insurance Ive never had any issues.

Lady at d front desk was rude and unhelpful. She turned us away saying they couldnt help us with our problem while a different planned Parenthood was able to help no problem.

The staff was nice and the nurse practitioner was amazing. She’s so helpful, understanding, and kind. I will definitely be going back.

Placed refused to give me a Pap smear when my appointment was scheduled for woman’s health they tried to diagnose me through conversation.

I took my 12 year old to get tested and because of that they have to hot line me this is just unfair trying to do something right for your kid and you cant

Was turned away and never received the medical care I needed but keep getting emails asking for donations

They are NEVER on time.... I can have the first appointment of the day and still wait 30+ minutes before Im actually seen.....

Very unprofessional seat for two hour n still wasnt seen . The city location is 10 times better
