Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care

I went to Mercy Go Health last weekend as a walk-in. Even though they had standing appointments I didn’t have to wait long. The place was clean, quiet, and calming as I had a terrible headache all week.. The staff was cheerful and kind. I was especially impressed with Dr. T. Fuchs. He took one look at me, asked a few questions and knew exactly what was wrong with me. His cheerful and friendly manner made me feel relieved. It’s so good to know that this place is available if I can’t get an appointment with my primary doctor.

The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and thorough. The front desk clerk, the nurse and physician assistant all worked well together and were so pleasant. I was in and out and my meds were sent over to the pharmacy without any issues.

My experience at Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care was great for me. The care by the team was excellent, especially by the doctor.My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the examining room. You could see dust under the computer key pad; the table you sit upon you could see that the sides showed dirt smears and the step showed dirt and gunk. It did not feel clean at all.

I chose this location mainly because I like the area and because of the reviews. However, my experience left a lot to be desired. Upon my arrival, I checked in on the self check-in stand. There were three female employees present. None of them bothered to greet me. A fourth staff person (a male) entered the area, looked at me and kept walking. I sat in the reception area for approximately five to ten minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence (no hello, no have a seat, no smile, etc.) One person was scrolling on the phone. I dont have a clue what the other two were doing. The only reason I gave a three star rating is because after I was officially checked in by a staff person, one of the employees was cordial while taking my vitals. I later discovered that one of the persons who didnt seem welcoming was the nurse practitioner that would be waiting on me. Her demeanor was friendly once she entered the exam room. I dont know. My appointment was later in the afternoon, maybe they were all tired.

This place is definitely the worst. Sometimes you can go and be seen and sometimes you cant. The crazy part is you know as soon as you walk in. The lazy staff is always moving ultra slow not saying anything when people walk in, taking forever to see you with an appointment and no one is waiting. It may have to do when they have a physician on the premises vs. When there is only the practical nurse. Regardless they have horrible service. Crazy how you can see me one day for an issue and the next time you cant. I would not refer anyone to this location.

Came for a sports physical after finding this place online. Booking was quick and easy. They are open early Sunday. We barely waited 5 mins after check in to get started with paperwork and were in a waiting room in less than 10 mins. Very clean facility. We were seen in less than 5 mins and outta there before the hour. They did a very thorough check on my son which I appreciate. Some places just look at the kids and pass them through. Would definitely recommend if you need their services.

They were very professional, pleasant to chat with and I was in, saw the nurse and doctor right away. The doctor listened to me and made her diagnosis. She gave me all the material I needed to read to take care of my issue at home.

Mercy Hospital is an excellent place to heal! The nurses and doctors are very nice and professional. The place is well-lit, organized, and clean. The chaplain is amazing! I highly recommend Mercy Hospital to everyone.

People go to urgent care for help, but it definitely felt like an inconvenience to the woman you see when you first walk in the door. Very sorry my son was in pain and we came to your clinic lady. Thanks for making it very clear we were there 3 minutes too early and then point us to the self check in when the clock struck 9. May I suggest a career change if you dont like working with people in their time of need.. Clearly being kind to patients who are not feeling well isnt your strength. Thankful to the NP who looked at my child, but would not recommend going here unless you like feeling insignificant when you walk in the door.

The staff was professional and I was seen by a medical doctor within fifteen minutes and my total visit lasted thirty minutes. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend others to utilize their services if needed.

The staff seemed more concerned about ordering Taco Bell for lunch than assisting sick patients. The nurse practitioner we saw seemed unsure of how to assist my child and we ended up in the Emergency Room for hours the very next day. They literally did nothing helpful to assist her or make her feel as though they cared and we still ended up paying the copay and our insurance being billed. The issue is that patients should feel as though the care providers are competent and care about them. My child was the patient in this case and she recognized the behavior of the staff!!!!

My experience here was amazing. The staff is very professional and personable. They got me in right away. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Thank you to all staff for amazing customer service they went over any beyond for my daughter and for that I’m want to say thank you. They all represented their company very well they all need a raise. My daughter doctor who say her is just phenomenal and very caring and it shows he cares for his patients. Thank you all so very much

Lady in the front was absolutely gorgeous 😭🙌🏽 with a wagon to say the least. That might have been the best part for me. But my kid was urgently taken care of and they all happily helped.. even the young lady was so patient with swabbing his throat.. 10/10 for sure..

This place is the best urgent care thous far. Staff is very professional building nice a clean. The Nurse P. Was AWESOME!!!! Her name is Katie. She was so very concerned. And when I left I felt so much better

It was very clean plus I was in for my visit before my scheduled time. Very thoughtful people at the front desk. Positive attitude with the patients and each other.

The location is ideal, relatively close to me. The personnel was cordial and attentive. They seem genuinely concerned about my condition. They got me in expeditiously but not at the expense of quality care.

Went in with no appointment and still received prompt service. They were very thorough and after several tests and x-rays diagnosed that I had pneumonia

The staff were wonderful, I wasnt rushed through my visit. They listen to what AI had to say regarding my health. They explained to me what they thought my illness was and explained the medication that was being prescribed to me.

It was good. I just didnt like that they had one doctor, seeing all of the patients. If they would have had another it would have been 5 stars. But the doctor they did have there, was decent.

Shouldve followed my first mind and walked into a dentist office and just wait all day to get seen, trying to go by house to urgent care billing my insurance for nothing doctor barely look in my mouth to see my tooth was in hella pain feels like my top and bottom give me a antibiotic medication but no pain medication at least couldve gave me some 600 ibuprofen. Maybe I have to take half the pills before the pain is gone. Never again

Professional, empathetic, great with my 7 year old. We didnt wait long ( we registered online), good vibe in the atmosphere, got us in and out, facility looked clean

First urgent care/doctors office Ive been too in the last few years that actually did full patient care. The doc came in and did an actual exam to diagnose my problem. Will be using this urgent care again.

The medical staff was warm and welcoming. My medical test results were good. And each question was answered

The reception was nice and pleasant. Everyone there was professional with excellent customer service. It was nice and clean as well. A real nice professional Urgent Care to go to if you need to. I highly recommend.

Not my first visit to this location…have always gotten fast and pleasant people caring for me from walking in and in getting care!

I arrived & explained to the receptionist that I was having difficulty breathing deeply & the pain was on the left side of my chest. She said it was an hour and a half wait. I looked around at every customer seat empty. She noticed the look on my face and said, Or you can come back at 4. I was thinking 🤔 to myself, can I schedule a heart attack for 4. I rubbed my chest & went to the fast track up the street. Whats ironic is I was told that was going to happen at that location by my ladies friend as I was talking to her on the phone on my way there.

Ladies were super nice❤️ They were efficient and all worked together when another needed help😊 Calm environment and not stiff!

Professional, kind and friendly staff. Knowledgeable, and efficient in their procedures. Went in after a fall, checking to rule out possible fracture. Didnt have to wait too long for X-ray and results. I had difficulties finishing the registration process online, but that was finished with receptionist once I arrived.Overall, my visit was quick and pleasant.

I liked being able to schedule my appointment time, register quickly online, and the professionalism of all of those with whom I came in contact. The doctor was knowledgeable, he listened intently to what I said, and he had a very pleasant attitude. He also made sure I understood the information he shared with me.

We came for our appointment for PCR test on July 28 as we were travelling out of the country. When we arrived the technician suggest we return on July 29 Thursday morning at 8:00 am for the test to meet the required deadline for the airline. We arrive at 7:45 wait until they open, call the lady the answer tells us they can’t see us. Bad communication. I would not recommend this place for PCR testing if you are travelling.

Not sure what medical practice turns people away for an injury that theyre filing under their personal insurance.

The staff asked maybe two questions. They took my vitals then listened to me breathe. They asked no further questions after that, provided no follow-up care. The team did not go over my diagnosis. They simply gave me discharge paperwork and told me to get over the counter. There was no empathy or trying to get to know your patient. Patient relationships should be your first priority. 1/5. This is extremely sad for those patients who already have anxiety going to the doctor. I felt worse than when I got there.

I had a virtual appointment. It was scheduled for 5 PM and started 20~ minutes early, catching me off guard. When reading my list of prescriptions, the practitioner asked me Youre on X medicine AND Y medicine? as if I wasnt capable of picking up on the condescending tone of her voice. Despite repeatedly describing symptoms I experienced a few months ago due to dental issues Im having and the need for some type of antibiotic, I was repeatedly told it was probably viral and dismissed. I had to repeat that I had a sore throat three times. Not a pleasant experience and especially not for the price I paid to be seen for 10 minutes.

Pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable staff saw me as a walk-in in a very timely manner.

The receptionist at the front desk was so nice and friendly. I believe her name is Netta. From the moment we walked in she was pleasant!

Took wonderful care of our daughter Gracie when she had a cough due to allergies and an ear infection. Quick and friendly service and very knowledgeable. In and out. They are fantastic.

I scheduled an appointment for 11AM, At 9AM this morning 12/3/23. I arrived, checked in and was informed there would be a two hour wait. I would be more understanding if there wasn’t such a long wait time but two hours with an appointment is ridiculous. I may as well go to the hospital and wait around all day for that. I won’t be returning to this location.

Very nice remodeled office! Super clean and open. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The entire check in process was short and sweet, went right to a room. Staff was super friendly and understanding. TROY, PA was awesome very personable and you can tell he enjoys what he does.

I have had the best and most pleasant health care service in one week. I was waited on immediately, the most professional staff I have seen in ages. I was not kept there for hours. Very clean facility. It was wonderful.

I checked in online at 10am for a a 6pm time. I got a text a 530pm that they were almost ready to see me. I was 3 min early for my appointment and they informed me they wouldn’t be ready for me until 7pm. I waited all freaking day for my 6pm appointment for you guys to still be an hour behind. The entire idea behind having an appointment is so we do not have to sit in the office around all the sick people. Ridiculous!

This urgent care has went down hill ever since they switched over to being under mercy . Customer service is rude and non attentive. You get an appointment and do the check in online , come in on time . No one in the lobby but it’s almost a 2 hour wait . Definitely reaching out to higher ups because that’s ridiculous. WASTE OF TIME

The technician that waited on me. Jovon he was very professional and friendly. The urgent care was very nice and the staff all were friendly. And I was in and out.

Garbage! This is twice I’ve been here and the service showed a lack of real care and concern. Not to go to into details with my issue but I went to a real doctor the next day only for them to prescribe meds. The doctor office actually listed and ran test.

Fabulous experience, in and out within 15-20 mins with appointment. Friendly people. Clean facility. Highly recommend.

I wish I had the option to leave no stars. I visited this office on 06-23-2023 and the front desk receptionist were so freaking rude, because I asked for a more legible consent form that I had to sign. The NP was ill and coughing really bad, she had on a mask, and she was actually the only respectable person there. The Dr. I feel was just there to receice a pay check. I know that the front desk clerk intentionally stuck the ear cleaning tube further in my ear than she was supposed to. I literally had to nudge her, due to the pain. Cleaning your ears is pressure, not pain. I definitely will not be returning to that location. Also, know the difference when billing patients, for emergency room visits vs. urgent care visits.

I went into Mercy urgent care on NorthLindbergh I needed to see a doctor, but it wasn’t necessary to go to the emergency room. I got signed in was immediately taken to a room where the staff came and took care of me. Everyone was professional, pleasant and compassionate. I highly recommend this facility.

This place was very freindly, helpfull and concerned about their visitors health and not to mention quick i was maybe in there 20 mins . It was definetly a great place to go when needing to see a Doctor or in my case a nurse practitioner she made my whole visit a pleasent one

I took my daughter here yesterday and the nurse practitioner says oh I see where she look like she have strep throat and they told me she had a fever. The practitioner still sent usout the door with no proper medication for her systems. No medication at all to be exact. She said that they are waited on the test results to come back. It would take more then one day. Honestly I feel like its some type of racism going on with that practitioner. My daughter is barely even drinking anything we are now headed to the emergency room but all this could have been prevented if she would have just gave her the proper medicine for her symptoms. I will not recommend anyone go here. The rest of the staff is nice and sweet even the nurse is sweet but the practitioner NO. I wont bring my child here.

Great team on the evening shift ! I came in to have my son seen and the Doctor diagnosed him with no problem! I appreciate the great staff that assisted my son so quickly and accurately.

Made an appointment online and got in very quickly. The practicing nurse was very kind.

The doctor that came in that morning really took good care of me. He followed up with all the test that the shift before scheduled for me and treated my symptoms accordingly.

I was in and out! Which is what you want when youre sick. My test results came back quick and my Rx were sent to my pharmacy asap!

This worst UC experience I have ever had. Went in due to a bad cough. Me and my kids. The did 1 Covid test and listened to us breathe. No further questions or assessments. Can back after 20 minutes with papers saying meds were prescribed. For what diagnosis?? It was never communicated, and then i get to the pharmacy and they can’t find my prescription. Come to find out They sent our medicines to two different pharmacies. This is the second time there was no real assessment or explanation of after care. Don’t go here for actual care.

The office staff is very courtesy and I was seen within a couple of minutes.

I took my son into the clinic today, there was no wait & the Doctor & staff was very friendly. All staff welcomed us with a smile & was very helpful. The lobby was clean & I loved the decor. I felt like, I was at home in my own living room. If our Doctor is unable to fit us in for a visit, we will be back with no hesitation to Our Urgent Care. Thanks ladies for your help & warm greetings.

I am very disappointed. I set up a visit today at 12:30 for pain. I’m experiencing in my foot. Before when this is happened, I needed a Cortizone injection. I googled it and Google says urgent cares can do Cortizone shots but anyways earlier I received a text asking what kind of injury I had and I said I didn’t really hurt myself on purpose but my foot was injured and hurting. I didn’t hear anything back from anyone. I arrive for my appointment at 12:30 and I’m told that they don’t have an x-ray so I might as well go to the other location in Chesterfield, I told her that before I needed a Cortizone shot and she told me they didn’t do that there so basically I spent my whole day waiting for this appointment when I could’ve went somewhere that would’ve actually treated me. They could’ve told me when they text me earlier that they didn’t have an x-ray and that they weren’t gonna be able to do anything for me. Im never going back there.I tried leaving feedback on mercy go health urgent care and the form doesnt ever go through. Ive tried repeatedly it says error every time Ive also called them and nobody answers it goes straight to voicemail...

This place was really easy to go to when I was feeling ill. I was surprised about How fast each process was, from getting checked in to being taken back and being seen by the NP. If I need urgent care again, I will return to this place.

Been here since 9:30.. only 2 people were ahead of me.. it’s now 11 and i still haven’t been seen but several other people have walked in. receptionist doesn’t go in order. go to Clayton instead. Florissant is ghetto

Been here a few times and only once been properly diagnosed. I expressed to the nurse practitioner my symptoms and health history but she proceeded to state I had a virus like the last couple times. Unfortunately these misdiagnoses has required to follow up with other doctors and rack up unnecessary bills. 10 out 10 do not recommend.

The front desk receptionist was somewhat rude. Ive visited hospitals, urgent cares, Pharmacist and doctors appointments many times. All have assisted with calling the insurance company to inquire about coverage. She said she dont call companies! Her disposition was a bit stern, rude and unprofessional. Once I got confirmation of coverage I asked her what I needed to do next and she looked at me as if I asked an unsettling question. She made the visit very unpleasant. No wonder the lady that came in after us was very upset with the service she received from this urgent care. Although I didnt agree with the ladys tactics I understood her frustration. The other staff were very friendly and nice.

I’m never coming back here again. For one it took forever for them to see me. Which I understand y’all are short staffed. When I got to the room I explained my reasoning for coming in and they had me do two tests and urine. Once I did the test the physician was confused on what I gave and she didn’t explain properly what was happening and the tests that they are going to do. They shouldn’t even call themselves a urgent care ladies I recommend if you can’t see your ob gyn don’t come here. Go somewhere else because they don’t care. Once I told them I was getting ready to leave the receptionist and the lady that does the testing calm me down and told me my test results. But the other lady; “the doctor” she is horrible and should work somewhere else. If you not going to care about the patients you taking care of find another job that caters to what you went to college for.

Weve visited this Urgent Care facility on a couple of occasions now and whether it was for ourselves or child, the treatment has been fantastic. All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the wait was MUCH shorter than anticipated, and the facilities were clean and comforting (loved the kids designs in the rooms). Most importantly, they were very helpful and the diagnosis got us back on the road to recovery quickly! Keep up the great work!

My visit to your facility on Dec. 23, 2016. My Acct. # AB302153. I am sorry that I did not get the names of the receptionist or the nurse that took my vitals and symptoms before seeing the Nurse Practitioner. I was having problems with sinusitis and was feeling terrible! The registration was fast and the receptionist was very personable. As soon as I completed my registration, I was called to the back where a nurse took my vitals and took them to the NP Lacy Bach. Very personable and friendly! She listened to what I had to say and answered my questions. My entire visit took about 45-60 minutes. Your staff was efficient and knowledgeable. I would have spent hours in an emergency room! Feeling well enough to cook my Christmas Dinner the next day.Thank You to the personnel at Our Urgent Care in Florissant, Mo. for excellence in emergency medical care! HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU ALL!

I was not feeling very good and I didn’t even want to go but the family was insisting that I go, and when I got there they were very professional and very quick to get me in and out of there. The office was very clean and welcoming. It was a good experience for an urgent care. I usually have to wait for ever to be seen and waiting with a lot of sick people around in other urgent care offices, but not Our urgent care, they were great about everything! I would definitely recommend going to Our urgent care for anyone that needs to be seen!

I took my son yesterday to check for a possible ear infection because he was complaining of ear pain. The doctor or nurse practitioner checked his ears and told me they were fine and to follow up with his PCP if any other symptoms arise. When she came back in with our paperwork to leave, I even asked her again if his ears looked okay and she again said yes. In the parking lot, I contacted my child’s PCP to see if they could fit us in that same day. Luckily they could squeeze us in if we arrived within the next 20 mins. We were seen and come to find out, my son had an ear infection in not one, but both ears. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by kind faces. Everyone from start to finish was friendly. The new patient check in process was quick and we did not have to wait long. (Cant guarantee that is always the case. We walked in when there was no one waiting.) There was a NP on duty that was very knowledgeable and thorough. They even called a couple of days later to follow up. All in all a great experience. Would definitely go back.

I was highly impressed with the staff. This was my first ever experience with an Urgent Care facility. They were very professional, courteous and caring. My total time there was less than 45 minutes...diagnosis confirmed, meds ordered, checked out. The facility was very clean and inviting. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Our Urgent Care is amazing. The wait time was extremely short (I waited maybe 5 minutes to be seen). The staff are extremely courteous. I was greeted at the door as I entered. The facility was extremely clean. And the service was top tier. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was really nice and the place was very clean. No complaints there. However, the processing system and timing needs some major work. I set an appointment online and after waiting about 10 mins after my appointment time to be called to come inside, I was taken to a room and seen immediately by the tech for vitals. All was well until it took another 45 minutes of waiting just to get a Covid Test. Yes, I was left waiting on a room for 45 mins after vitals for a 2 mins procedure.It appears all patients are cycled through the normal admission process with the doc or NP, which seems odd since they have testing appointments on the website in 10 mins intervals. There is no way this process should take this long.

Would never go here again. Doc came in for like 2 mins. Barely did anything and was waiting a long time

Our Urgent Care is wonderful! The wait time is superb. The staff is excellent. And the Doctors are great. Dr, Johnson has never diagnosed me with anything inaccurate. My follow up care with my primary or specialist has always confirmed her diagnosis. When there is something urgent going on and you cant get in with your primary and it is not an emergency, go to Our Urgent Care, Youll be taken care of promptly and accurately!

It kind of defeats the purpose of urgent care if you need to have an appointment. I was told to come back in an hour even though I was visibly in pain. The woman at the front desk was rude, dismissive and lacked empathy.

From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and willing to help when I was obviously not feeling so great.After a short check in time, I was brought back to a room and only had to wait around 5 minutes for the doctor to come in and see me. She was really receptive to what I was saying and immediately knew what to do to make me feel better.10/10 would go again and recommend to absolutely everyone.

Love the attentiveness and care my family has received here. This is the one place where you dont feel like a number but you feel as if they care. The workers are friendly and know how to make you smile. They seem to gel well as a group and it reflects in their great attitudes with patients. Went one time for my husband and kept coming back for any care my family has needed. Highly recommended!

Poor medically trained staff. They Wanted to force my son to wear a mask while he was already having hard time breathing. Staff refused to provide any accommodations. Supervisor a non medical person, was unable to comprehend the nonsensical idea to put a face mask on a child already having hard time with oxygen. Got care somewhere more friendly to humans.

A staff member greeted us as soon as we walked in & although she was not the 1 who normally sits at the front desk she gathered all of our information, with a smile and friendly gesture, gave us the paperwork to fill out & told us that the other lady would be right with us after she finish up with another client.From the time I walked in to the time we left you could feel the sincere & genuineness of every staff member. None of the smiles or tones were phony. I enjoyed being there so much that if I had to wait, for my son to be serviced, I would have not been upset. Especially knowing that 1 of the staff members were bringing her new baby so everyone could see. I wanted to be apart of that.I pray that as this location begin to get the recognition that it deserves that the staff continue to be as loving as the ones that I encountered on Monday & I pray that the staff KNOW that their attentiveness is greatly appreciated.

Didnt want to go to urgent care thinking it was not safe and not sure if I was overreacting. Staff was very professional but friendly. Received quick ,efficient care. Facilities were clean. I felt safe and well cared for. Jessica the nurse practitioner explained everything in detail and was caring. Missy the tech made admission quick and easy. She was so kind. Sheree made me feel comfortable In Xray . I recommend this facility for any needs

I was able to obtain an appointment online. I was seen promptly after arriving. The providers I saw were able to accurately diagnose and treat my issue. So I left feeling so much better. Prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy. Everyone was very nice, I would definitely recommend using this urgent care center.

The doctor was very courteous, and explained everything he was going to do very thoroughly. The other staff members were also very friendly and helpful. Id highly recommend going here before the ER, its a much better experience. In fact, I had already been to the ER two days prior for the same issue and they told me they couldnt do anything. This place had me in and out as quickly as possible.

I am so impressed with this Urgent Care. The staff and the nurse practitioner were very friendly and professional. The nurse practitioner listened and was understanding when I reported that we were not interested in going back to poly pharmacy for my 90-year-old mother. She offered common sense suggestions and was very kind and helpful.

I visited today and everyone that I came in contact with was so kind and caring! I arrived around 12:40 PM and was seen by the nurse practitioner in less than 30 minutes! That was after filling out the new patient paperwork and having them take my history. The facility is very clean as well! I will definitely recommend to family and friends!

This place is good if there is absolutely no where else for you to go. My son’s visit was rushed and half done. No real examination to determine the reason behind his cough. I took him his pediatrician when they opened the next day and received the medication he needed.

I visited this office when they opened yesterday morning and the service was very good! :-) Better still is that the treatment prescribed to me is already working very well to reduce - hopefully eliminate - the discomfort I was feeling. My thanks to Traci and Jeff for the promptness, courtesy and professional manner they both exhibited while seeing to my treatment. Well done to both of you. Thank you very much. I will definitely return to this office for help should the need arise in the future.

They were friendly, helpful and quick. I was in and out. I am a veteran and there in network with the VA. I paid nothing and they made sure I had the info to get my prescription filled. If I ever need urgent services again Ill be going there.

My daughter went here on a Monday to get an examination because she had Cold Flu like symptoms. They only tested her for Covid and sent her home. I took her back yesterday and they finally tested her for the flu. The front desk clerk was very unprofessional and mean. She actually did not want to check us in. Needless to say, I will never go back again. This place has gone down since they moved from Dunn Rd.

I had called the day before after reading current reviews and even then I was impressed with the level of professionalism. I went to the Urgent care the next day, it is was the same in person, the staff was friendly, professional and concerned. The service was quick and thorough. I can say I was in and out in 30 minutes upon arrival and registration.

Took my son the other day. When the woman who was checking us in asked reason for visit we said covid testing & consult with a doctor she looked at us, not with empathy but like we were crazy. She decided to have a side conversation in front of us asking if we could leave because she didnt want us there. The woman she spoke with said, no, you cannot turn them away, they still have to be seen. This was so unprofessional. Then the nurse that came to see us never checked his ears or anything just asked his symptoms said there was nothing she could do but sent us home. His temp was 103° in office. They never even got him motrin or Tylenol to bring down the fever. Worst experience at an urgent care ever. Didnt even receive discharge papers or anything. They were too worried about getting us out of the building & rushing the visit. Please dont leave your health in this locations hands. Go to a better one.

I had a great experience. I was in and out in no time. I was only there for less than 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and concerned about my well being. The diagnosis was what I thought and now how medication yo help me feel better. I would never go to any other Urgent Care! Truly a great experience.

Total waste of time! I could have stayed at home and took my own Tylenol! Offered no advice on getting my issue resolved other than to go and sit in the hospital emergency room and be treated there. No blood work, no shots, no prescription offered, just nothing. Why are you there? I see no purpose! Never visiting another urgent care again, just go straight to the hospital....to avoid getting billed for nothing! They should have a sign that says WELCOME TO URGENT CARE where NONE of your URGENT NEEDS WILL BE MET! 😑👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

After being previously seen on 4/19 at a different facility; I woke last Saturday, 4/29 feeling worse. My daughter found your location and we immediately drove there. Your staff was very kind and efficient and the doctor came in to talk to me after running the tests, told me the findings and prescribed an anti-biotic. She was very nice, efficient and encouraging. I appreciate your staff and doctor.. Thank you..

It was a quick in and out. Ive experienced other urgent care facilities where the wait time was over two hours. At this facility I was seen quickly and competently and walked out within 30 minutes. Took longer to get my prescription filled than to get the diagnosis. Thanks.

I went in with lower back pain, did the paperwork,tech took my vitals, took labs,saw the Nurse Practioner, gave me diagnosis, and was done. No waiting, no bad attitudes, everyone appeared knowledgeable, especially the NP, she was AWESOME! wish she could be my PCP. The staff was friendly and caring. This was my 3rd visit there each visit was excellent. I would definitely refer Our Urgent Care to anyone. Keep up the awesome work.

My experience today was great one. The wait time was short and the staff was friendly and very helpful with all my needs. The Nurse Practitioner was amazing as well. Id recommend my family and friends, and to mention Im new to the area so I googled them first and saw good reviews as well.

OMG, why does it say URGENT CARE when you cant get any care. It should be posted by appointment only. Who know when and urgent situation is going to happen when you need help you need it then not make an appointment. Oh and the staff is RUDE!!!!! I have read some of the other reviews and you all should be tired of apologizing for bad service every review I read is an apology for something thats happened within your facility if you keep apologizing then maybe you need to revamp on your staff. No I will not be emailing anybody to get any further communication going you need to check on your staff after all of these reviews you still asking people to email you and tell you whats going on, they telling you whats going on right here in the comments, so why would I email you. Guess what Im not going to do is come back and anybody else that I can tell they wont be coming there either.

The staff saw us coming and met my son at the door with a wheelchair. The staff were all friendly and the service was very quick. Staff explained outcome and care instructions thoroughly. Before we arrived home the pharmacy messaged that are script was available.

Ive been to a different Urgent care in the past with terrible service and little to no help given which turnt me off completely from going to an urgent care cause I believed it was a waste of a visit!After being referred to this location I was pleasantly surprised!!! The woman were friendly, caring and made me feel extremely confortable. You can tell that they genuinely enjoy their job and care about what theyre doing. Best people Ive been to in a really long time!!

Ive been to Our Urgent Care on several different occasions, for illnesses and injuries, plus have driven friends there a few times. Each time the staff was courteous, efficient and non-judgemental. Conditions are treated quickly and professionally, and advice is given freely. I would send people to Our Urgent Care without hesitation!

The website states, Covid testing at no cost yet before being able to be tested, you are asked for a $75 copay. There was a lot of disorganization/confusion as to who would be serviced next, at least 2 or 3 times I heard them trying to get clarification as to what room they were supposed to go in to take blood pressure and temperature, I actually had 2 different people come in, 20 to 25 minutes apart. I understand that thinga may take longer, but what I dont expect is to for it to take an hour and a half for a test that took no more than 2 minutes from the time they entered my room until walking out of the door. The only good experience, was the friendliness of the staff.

I scheduled a Covid test for 3:05. I did have to just a few minutes after that but that is certainly understandable. I would rather the staff take an extra minute or two and give attention to the patients than try to stick to a schedule and not give good care.I would recommend this location to others and will go back should the need arrive.

Have been here for myself and both my children and had a great experience. All the staff is great but I LOVE Dr. Johnson. She is very good with pediatric patients. She is very accurate with diagnosis and very quickly. She is very caring and when I called back because I had a reaction she gave me instructions and asked me to call back the next day to update her on my symptoms. Urgent care usually is just that once your gone they dont care and just say follow up with your doctor. She went above and beyond and love her!!! My son saw a nurse practices and she was great to. Even gave me a printout about the difference between a common cold and a stomach virus that you can tell she pulled off line and printed it which means she took time to look it up and print it. Very pleased and will never use another UC!!

This place is AH-mazing!!! I was in and out in 30 minutes tops! Everyone I saw, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was able to complete my registration online, so when I arrived for my visit I was seen , at my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME!Like I said amazing.If, youre ever in need of an urgent care location. I went in on a Saturday, at 10:30am. There was nobody there! The staff was very friendly, and the nurse practitioner was ready to see me before they even finished asking about my symptoms. The NP listened and diagnosed me quickly. I didnt feel like I was being rushed or ignored. It was great! It sucked being sick, but I felt so much better once I knew I was getting the care I deserved.

I love going to Our Urgent Care because you can walk in & get waited on right away. The NP s are very nice & accomodating. I like it that you can get an X-Ray there if you are concerned. Im usually in & out in about an hour. Three times Ive gone Ive been lucky & no one was before me. Great Service.

I was apprehensive to go at first because I didnt understand the process until my sisters experience with Our Urgent Care, she told me how professional and prompt your facility was. I took my sisters word and went to find out that she was absolutely correct, the nurses were nice and helpful. I just had a question, well a thought 🤔 ... I was wondering why they werent wearing gloves during the procedure. Is that not mandatory here?

I hurt my back gardening. The pain become so great I needed a doctor. Upon going to many places only to be told it would be a month before being seen or my health insurance wasnt accepted I found Our Urgent Care not only did they accept my insurance but they were fast and very caring. My pain was there concern and they were quick to ease it. Great group of staff. Doc was quick and to point. Loved it. Ill be going here from now on for any reason.

I’ve gone here twice; they are always super nice and I haven’t had any extensive waits. More importantly, they get down to business and diagnosed me far quicker than my primary care physician and have given me the correct diagnosis when my primary care has failed to do so. I go here first from now on. These folks are great

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurse and doctors were very professional, explaining everything in detail (the treatment plan and what I should do at home to care for my injury). They made sure my cut was fully sterilized before applying treatment. They answered all of my questions.

I was literally in this office for no more than 45 minutes. I was seen by Maggie Lewis, NP and she was The Best. She took time to explain everything she was doing to me and my aftercare. The staff was awesome,as well! If Im sick again, theyll be seeing me!

I like being able to go online. I was able to schedule an appointment within 20 minutes. I was in an out. It was an overall pleasant experience. I could not get in anywhere else.

What is the point of you being an urgent care with a sign that says just walk in if you can’t see patients in your last hour of operation and the front desk ask if you’ve made an appointment. Needless to say there were 4 staff members having personal conversation when I entered. It appears everyone just wanted to get home in time let’s not care about seeing a sick child.

If I could leave NO STARS then I would. The service is HORRIBLE and so is the STAFF. The lady at the front desk doesn’t care about your child possibly being positive for COVID she still wants you to make an appointment to be seen 24 hours later. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If I’m telling you my child needs to be tested which was stated by her doctor then why should I have to wait 24 hours later. So if you can STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The staff was friendly and professional. I was in and out rather quickly. My nurse practitioner Elizabeth Johnson was knowledge and made me smile though I was in pain. I would return for any other urgent care needs I would have.

Our Doctor office next opening was September 14. I was able to send my husband and daughter up on a Thursday Morning. The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. They were extremely accommodating, and made them feel welcome. They were even cheaper than Walgreens.

I went online to find a way to get a physical for two high school athletes at a last minutes notice. Found clinic because of clear and to the point website. This was a very professional service with great attitude and made me feel as though they were glad to have my business. I was surprised at the rate they were able to provide what I needed without any delay or excuses. Teresa was very good at keeping track of what was happening and wasted no time in putting things in order and finishing. The entire staff worked as a team and seemed to communicate with each other and the client.

I was here with my wife today and we were impressed with the friendly staff and how competent Dr. Maggie Lewis was. No waiting time and the exam was really easy going. Received lots of information and good tips. Would recommend this Urgent Care any time!Thanks!!

Left the facility in tears. Went there for questionable something in my eye. Had filled out all information on line so what I needed to be seen for was already in the system. At checkin the receptionist ask what I was being seen for so I told her and she told me that the meds to numb and dilate eyes were expired so they could not be able to check my eyes and no one tried to get hold of me before my appointment to cancel and what kinda health place allows meds expire and not have Stock to replace it (poor office Management). I ask if someone could just check my eye to see if anything was their. Waited in exam room for lil while. So when the np came in she told me about not having the meds to dilate and numb my eyes she also said she could only look into my eye the same as I did (how rude). She looked with light she said eye was red and swollen. Well I had been trying to get out anything that was in my eye. She gave me a couple of things it could be but didn’t give diagnosis. She was going to write me a prescription. How can she write a prescription with no diagnosis only said what it could be. I told her in a calm voice that this was a waste of time. I did not take the prescription and left upset. I would not advise anyone to go to this place for any type of care.

Do to a minor incident I needed an urgent care on a mid Sunday afternoon. I was very pleased with the time. In and out in just under an hour. This included, registration, insurance documentation, vitals, cleaning a wound and four stitches. All involved were, polite, thorough and very professional. Upon leaving I received very well explained care instructions as well as when to return. Thank you all.

The online scheduler was easy to make an appointment. The staff was very polite and prompt to my attention. I was very please with such a convenient service. Far easier to access Our Urgent Care than my primary physician.

We arrived at 2:30 p.m. and my daughter needed a sports physical for high school basketball tryouts which started at 3pm. The wonderful and friendly staff were able to get us registered in (paperwork), seen by the Dr. and back out the door by 3:05pm. I was really shocked as the prompt but professional service and my daughter (who made the team) was just thrilled! We just want to thank you! ☺☺☺

This is the friendliest place I have ever been to. However, my greatest like for this Urgent Care is they find solutions, not just remedies. I am relieved to know it is attentive care. Very well organized, clean and efficient establishment. The Doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners are all excellent.

Our Urgent Care facility experience was wonderful.The place was clean and the workers were phenomenal. Me and my son went for our COVID-19 test. They were on time and we were in and out. I would recommend anyone to visit.

This urgent care came to my rescue last week doctor office was closed due to weather and all other urgent care centers. I had experienced a severe and extreme dental complication which required immediate attention . The staff are all very welcoming and patient and I was surprised to also receive this little bag when I took my child back for rapid covid test.

The Nurse Practitioner was abrupt and rude. First, she barged into the room without knocking when the door is closed. Second, she checked my ears and throat after asking me why I was there (spent 2 minutes maximum with me) then had the nurse come in to present my prognosis. When I questioned the way things were done and relayed my prognosis from a different doctor, the nurse offered to bring her back to the room. This time she didnt even allow me to speak; just came back to the room with her mouth full words and an attitude. Needless to say, they didnt bother sending me a patient survey. Good service and friendly staff except for that Nurse Practitioner.

The care you get from the staff and Dr is impeccable. I have a primary care physician. But never seem to be able to see my Dr without 4 day wait. This clinic gets you in and out with excellent staff and Dr.s knowledge is awesome. Secind time I have used there services . X rays are available if needed .Thanks for your great care !

The staff was incredible and the process has been the best that Ive seen this entire pandemic. With how busy they were the process was smooth, safe and effecient. I was in Covid tested and out in under 8 mins tops. I highly recommend Our Urgent Care for all of your medical needs.

I dont really believe in using Urgent Care due to negative feedback from others who have used them. I was in agony over a headach, dizzy spell and ringing in the ears. I read the reviews on this location. (4.9)stars. I saw they were open early @ 8 a.m. They were 4 miles from my house. I went. Was the first one in the wait room. The Medical Assistant was kind, the Nurse Practioner was competent and thorough. They were able to make an accurate and quick diagnosis of the problem. They gave me prescription (called into my pharmacy) some thing immediate to relieve my pain and other uncomfortable symptoms. They took blood work and were very sympathetic to my complaints. I would highly recommend this clinic. Excellent care, service and experience.

Best care from an urgent care. No long waiting times. The nurse, the secretary at the desk, the np and doctors are great with people and understanding and make sure you get back to yourself and are you are able to call back when not sure of your condition with a being held online for long. I am so disappointed with this facilty. They took my $75 co-pay, & couldnt assist with my issue. They told me to go to the ER after talking with the physician in the back, when I specially told them the problem when I first walked in. All they did was asked me some questions and took my blood pressure. The physician was offended by me asking for my co-pay to be reimbursed. He was unprofessional, called someone else to assist with my questions/concerns, then gave me the number to their billing department; & told me to take it up with them. Today is Saturday. That department is closed on weekends. All in all people, just go to the ER and deal with the wait. Like the physician told me in a rude manner, they get this all the time. If they dont do certain things as the ER, they should tell you in the beginning before taking your money & making you fill out the paperwork. I explained the issue I was having to the lady working the front desk when I arrived. She could of informed me.

My visit was for a sinus infection which Dr confirmed. She prescribed prednisone. I told Dr Ive never been prescribed prednisone for sinus infection. I asked about an antibiotic & she said no prednisone will take care of it. The med temporarily helped my throat to stop hurting from inflammation for 3 days & now its back hurting, coughing never stopped, now voice is gone, coughing more & mucus still yellow & green, which never went away. Cant sleep @ night due to constant cough. Will return tomorrow with an update & hope Im not charged again for having to return due to med not working!

I usually go to a different Urgent Care but heard about this one from a friend. She said she liked it much better. I agree! Fast, friendly and the doctors seem to actually do something! Have meds In the place right there to help my daughter right away. I actually got answers from the doc, which I have brought my daughter to the other Urgent Care for multiple times, and was just given a script and shoved out the door. I now know my daughter needs to see a specialist. I will always go back to this place and no other place!

I just came back from seeing them today. Thats 1/16/2017 Lea G. Ive had excellent experiences going to this Urgent Care up until now. The doctor spent a total of 1 minute with me. The nurse spent a total of 4 minutes with me if even that. It would have received a 1 star rating if I paid out of pocket. I even warned them about my experience with the other location and it seemed to not make any difference. They prescribed a medicine to me where I would have to stay sick the rest of the day until night time. I informed the doctor that the only medicine that has worked ever was recently given to me by the ER, which did a wonderful job with me. This Urgent Care today prescribed me a medicine that cost $40 with my insurance!!!! OUTRAGEOUS! They knew how expensive that was and I make ZERO dollars!!!! ER prescribed me a perfect medication and it was $2!!!!! I will not be going back to this location for any other services and I will tell other people about my experience there. My father was with me and he was even surprised what little was done. They seem to be more concerned with profit over people. Its a shame and I do not know how these people sleep at night knowing they havent helped anyone.*UPDATE* I didnt tell you that both Urgent Cares told me 2 completely different medicines each were the ONLY SAFE medicine to take. One said one and another said a different one. That is why I said profit over people. This $40 medicine didnt even work. Im taking over the counter nausea medicine until I see someone that listens and cares like the doctor at the ER I saw a little over a week ago.

My experience with the Urgent Care Facility on Lindberg in North St. Louis County was fantastic! The check in staff was friendly. The X-Ray attendant and treating doctor were super! They showed they cared and were very attentative to my needs. I could not leave without telling them their level of professionalism was unmatched!

My experience at Urgent Care in florissant was fast, friendly and Fantastic👍! The whole staff was extremely nice. Ive been two times for myself and once with my daughter and Ive never been there longer than 30 mins! I would highly recommend to go to Urgent Care over the ER!

Don’t believe its an URGENT care you gonna die while you filling the form, even if you made an appointment still it will take long time.. just go to emergency and don’t waste your time.They charge $90 including what they can do inside, maybe its fair price and they’re friendly staff but when you’re painful that not enough.Another thing after you do all that you still have to wait additional ~20 min to get seen by doctor.

First off on 1/25/22 when my brother and I walked into the place, No one said Hello, Good morning etc. They just stared like we were contagious until HE decided to speak. Secondly, the NPs were not on the same protocol when it came to me waiting while my brother was gettting covid tested, Then as my btother was being tested inside the room, he felt rushed as the Nurse Practioner was not actively listening to his concerns and did not give him helpful tips on how to get better. LAST, but defiently not least as he was getting his weight monitored, other workers were calling the NP who was working with him saying We need you, as he listened in he heard the workers asking her, WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM JACK N THE BOX? ....just so unprofessional, immature and impatient.

Excellent urgent care facility for the little things that happen and need medical care but not needing a trip to a doctors office or ER such as UTIs, poison ivy, splinters, etc. Staff is friendly and attentive, the waits are never very long. This is a LOT better than going to an ER and waiting for hours to be seen for less-urgent needs or having to wait days to see your physician.

Staff at this urgent care are outstanding explained everything and took very good care of me. Even had follow up calls with lab in a very timely Manor. I will most definitely return(not to soon I hope).

I bought my daughter here which just turn 18 not to long ago. We where sent to one of the rooms by the lady at the desk, as soon as we got in the room here comes this one nurse barging in the door didn’t knock with a whole attitude saying to my daughter (you know she don’t have to be in here if you don’t want her to)very rudely. I myself and my daughter knew this already and my daughter already had told me before we came to this place that she wanted me in the room, and she didn’t want me to leave, but it seems like the nurse was angry that I was there. When she said this very rudely me and my daughter didn’t say anything to the lady cause we were shocked the way she was talking to use. She waited to see if I was gone get up and leave but I didn’t because my daughter wanted me to stay, so after a minute or two she started taking my daughter vitals... The doctors were sweet, funny, and caring, I left out the room for a minute because of a phone call and the doctors came to get me cause my daughter wanted me to be there in the room with her... That one nurse need to rethink her profession if she’s going to be this rude to people.

Excellent Care. The NP (Nurse Practitioner) and office staff was attentive, compassionate and professional. They treated me like a dear old friend and this is my first visit. Very happy that I got the help and care that I needed. I was out of there in record time. Thank You.

Came in for upper abdominal pain. Upon arrival Was informed that I would possibly have to take a Covid Test. I shared with staff that I am not currently experiencing any Covid symptoms. I dont want to take a Covid Test. Vitals were done, Urinalysis done. Nurse Practitioner came in to ask me questions and told me that x-ray technician was not in today and there was nothing they could do, but suggest I go to the Emergency Room. I asked would I be billed? The Nurse said, dont worry well just charge the insurance company. I didnt like the sound of that being that nothing was really done. I asked could I recieve a print out of what my insurance company would be billed for and they said, we dont give that out, it goes to the insurance company. Charging my insurance company for a visit where nothing was done seems like robbery. This is the Health Industry. Then, while Im in pain wanted me to sit in the exam room and wait while she type up paper work suggesting, I go to the ER. I came out the room and I told the NP, there was no need to give me paper work for that. Pointless, a waste of time and Costly.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was in and out very quickly but the reason I was there was not taken lightly. I was diagnosed and they even called my medication into the pharmacy I chose. If I ever need an urgent care when I am in town again, I would definitely go to this one.

Man, I dont know were to begin.For husbands that are forced by their wives to get medical care when you have that freak accident working with tools, THIS is where you want to go! Very quick, very efficient and very knowledgeable! Had me back on my feet in no time, and working with power tools.Honestly this was the best service I have ever received period. I left work early because of an ear problem that I had inflicted upon my self 3 days ago! It was driving me crazy. Come to realize there was actually cotton mixed with wax in my ear canal! All of the ladies were fast, and very friendly. Thank You all for accommodating me with instant relief. I will visit this facility again if the need to arises. Hopefully it wont.

I was so worried about getting stuck in the bad weather that was coming but I had to take my son in to be seen for his asthma. Check in was great and easy, I believe their names were Teresa and Sam. He loved the stickers from these sweet ladies. It only got better from there because then Katrina took very good care of us. She made my son laugh and comfortable. Then I met Tracy who was the Dr and she wasted no time making sure it was all better! I was in and out in 25 minutes and missed all the icy roads. The best part was that my son was finally himself again.

This is not a place to go went in today thought I still had pneumonia they did a X-ray but no Covid nor flu test I get home my son was rushed to the icu with the flu so that’s wat I haveThe last time I went on the 8 of Jan they did a COVID and flu no X-ray but gave me prednisone had my height weight wrong didn’t check for a fever nor blood pressure I asked the lady she said o they probably got it off the last paper how I haven’t been there in a year somebody need to check them the will get someone killed

I had a Good Experience with the Our Urgent Care Clinic in Florissant MO, for my COVID-19 Testing. First time getting my COVID-19 Test, even though I dont have any symptoms. Thankfully, I tested NEGATIVE.! But, I just wanted to make sure I didnt have the Virus. THANK YOU.!

Very unprofessional. Was told on the phone that I did not need an insurance card, just my member I.D. number. The person at the register told me no, we need your actual card, no apology or anything. Big waste of time and energy, especially since I am ill.

I never go to the Dr unless Im covered in poison ivy or in major pain. I had a fall yesterday on some ice and messed my neck and shoulder up pretty good. My chiropractor recommended me to get a steroid shot so I called them and they saw me right away, no wait at all on Christmas eve too. Everyone was super nice, nurse and NP listened to me and understood why I was needing relief from the pain. I have a 20hr Christmas present/car trip to Orlando/Universal on Christmas day. I can barely turn my head sitting in a chair. They didnt give me a shot (no complaints here) but gave me something that hopefully will loosen my neck up enough to get to Florida (too late to fly now). Thanks again ladies!

Everyone I spoke to, from the receptionist through the nurse practitioner, was polite, insightful, and attentive. They taught me why my vocal cords were swollen. Instead of a simple prescription and exit, they gave the pros and cons of an antibiotic approach and a non antibiotic approach.

Very nice place!! I sked an appt an hour before arrival---once there I was assisted rt away ---the staff was friendly and helpful---the doctor was personable and professional and assessed my condition rt away.My meds were sent to my pharmacy rt away and the whole process took a little less than an hour---I will definitely return to this location in the future.

The care I received was great.The problem that has since arisen is with the bill. I was charged, at the visit ,$60.00. I was not told there would be additional cost. I have recently received a bill for $118.00 more. Additionally my insurance company was billed and paid an amount altogether totaling over $300.00.

Today was my 2nd visit, my first being last year. I was amazed at how consistent both experiences were. The staff were very caring, friendly, passionate, patient and professional. I highly recommend.

Making an appointment online was very easy. I went in, filled or my paperwork, and was seen within 20 min. Not bad at all. I like short wait periods & the friendliness of the staff.

I brought my daughter in on Sunday, and she was treated and we were on our way out the door in no time. One of the staff member called to check on her Tuesday, and I really appreciate it! I would highly recommend this place to others.

I arrived to the urgent care facility fresh off the plane from Mexico. I had come there just 9 months prior for the same symptoms so I knew what it was. I was in and out within 30 mins. The nurse practitioner suggested some over the counter stuff, as well as prescribed meds. I will go back!

Urgent they are not. If I have to an appointment, I might as well go see my regular doctor. The purpose of urgent care is to be seen right away so that you could be treated. And Im not referring to simply waiting because there are people in front of you. EDIT: And their excuses still dont change the fact that theyre supposed to be an urgent care, not generally requiring appointments

I agree. Love the attentiveness and care i have received here. This is the one place where i dont feel like a number but feel as if they care. The workers are friendly and know how to make you smile. Highly recommended!

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Serve was fast. The facility was nice. My prescriptions was sent right over to the pharmacy and starting to feel better already.

When I arrived I was greeted by a woman with dark hair and tattoos. She was very friendly and professional. (Did get her name). In approx 10 min or less I was called into a room where I was seen first by Tina. Shes a hoot. Then very shortly after that I was seen by a very friendly young lady by the name of Tavia. The visit was short and pleasant. My husband took me to Total Access in Creve coeur and it was a nightmare. Took 4 hours to do the same thing it took Our Urgent care did in less than 30 min. Thank you soooo much!

Best Urgent Care Ive been to so far ! The staff was extremely fast, respectful, as well as professional with their services. Ill be sure to come back here if my family needs any urgent medical help.
