Very happy with Dr. Tsai, the staff, and the overall experience over the past few months.Dr. Tsai and his teams are kind and compassionate to help you create your family that you always wanted. He has great bedside manners, he provides compassionate and empathetic care, which is crucial in a field as sensitive as fertility treatment. Good bedside manners can enhance the overall patient experience by ensuring you feel heard, supported, and respected throughout the treatment process and that’s exactly what I received as his patient. His team is highly skilled and supportive. I have nothing but positive experiences with his financial staff, nurses, embryologists, and medical assistants. His financial Staff provided me with clear information on costs, insurance coverage, and payment option. His nurses, offered great care and addressing my concerns with expertise.Overall, his strong and cohesive team enhances the quality of care and patient experience of mine. I am very grateful to have a great doctor like him to help me build my family.

I am very fond of this office. NY Fertility Center gave me hope after coming from an office where I felt like a number instead of a person going through infertility. The entire staff was compassionate, and they made an already difficult process more tolerable. They were flexible with scheduling, which is helpful when you have work. Additionally, getting in contact with someone from the office was never an issue, and I only mention this because it’s a struggle with some other clinics.

Dr. Tsai is the best fertility doctor. He is very experienced and caring. I am so grateful to Dr. Tsai and his staff. The embryologist is the best as well. They made my dream of becoming a mother come true at my 42 years of age. After a long journey, 2 IUIs, 3 IVF and 1 miscarriage I got pregnant. I am 9 weeks pregnant now. It was not an easy process, sometimes I felt hopeless and depressed but I was patient with Dr. Tsai, he would make that happen. NP Cindy, Jenny, Nasreen, Maritza and Christy are just amazing. They are caring, professional, patient, knowledgeable and always showing a positive attitude. If you want to start a family and you have any health issue such as uterine fibroids like me New York Fertility Center is the place to go. Thanks so much Dr. Tsai and staff. God Bless You All!!!.

Made sexist and race based comments and jokes during first consultation( Dr Tsai), kept pushing for IVF instead of taking time to look at medical history and labs of myself & my partner, immediately brought the finance person into the consultation so I could pay for IVF with no evidence that I needed IVF. Literally on the first short consult! Was told by his team and assured that he will order tests for me before deciding the right course of action - he outright refused to order lab tests and insisted I just decide on IVF. Nothing said was based on evidence or science, only greed. They asked for medical history / labs of my partner and I sent them - two months and no word from them. If they can’t squeeze 10k out of you right away they won’t answer emails. Avoid at all costs. IVF is USELESS if underlying causes of infertility are not addressed so it made no sense. That’s why a lot of people get IVF & then have miscarriages. I’m thankfully now with a wonderful doctor who approached this very differently and not from a place of greed and ignorance

The doctor and the staff are all very nice, professional, and caring for their patients. They do excellent job (they are good at what they do), and more precious thing is they genuinely put their patients first. I am dreadful going to see any doctors, especially dealing with this kind of issue. However, I feel happy every time leaving the clinics. They are very funny and supportive. They are willing to spend time with you, but it also sometimes leads to long wait time. So bring a book or make sure your phone is fully charged. I have been going to Dr. Tsai for years now and will keep going to him.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tsai at The New York Fertility Center. Not only is Dr. Tsai extremely knowledgeable and skilled in infertility treatment, but their empathy and support made a significant difference in my journey. Dr. Tsai and FNP Cindy performed a procedure on me even on holiday, which shows their commitment to patients. The entire staff (Jenny, Maritza, Nasrin and all other staff) at the clinic was incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience . Dr. Tony Tsai is one of the most top rated doctors in the field of reproductive endocrinology and fertility and as someone who also works in healthcare, I can personally attest that he deserves all the praise!This has been one of the most stressful, painful and scariest journeys to take, trying to find out why my husband and I haven’t been able to conceive and why I’ve been in so much pain the past 6 months and it feels good to finally have some answers and relief in knowing that we went to the right person to treat it.Dr. Tsai comes highly recommended as a surgeon that my mom (retired NYPQ nurse) worked with and personally saw many of her own colleagues seeking out his medical care to help with their own infertility journeys. There is a reason why no one has been able to replace this awesome doctor after he left NYPQ, he does what the rest can’t! I fully trusted his knowledge and expertise, especially as he is known for also having the skill to take on the tougher complicated cases, and I knew I would be in good hands.I am now on Post-Op Day #5 recovering well and he has checked in numerous times to make sure that I am doing okay, and also sent my husband my pathology results as soon as they arrived, knowing full well that waiting for results can be very anxiety-inducing.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Dr. Tsai is not only an amazing reproductive doctor but also an amazing family builder! He listens to your concerns, answers to your questions and makes you feel cared for. His staffs are professional, attentive and caring. Their fee is very reasonable. I was impressed that his nurses respond to my emails no matter how late night it is during the medical process.Dr. Tsai helped me to realize that I was with a wrong person who did not support me going through my egg freezing process. Dr. Tony Tsai is one of the best reproductive doctor out there. When I first met him he told me upfront that getting pregnant was a process and it’s a marathon not a sprint, and man was he right. During my treatment he lay it all out and explain in depth what I needed to do and don’t. He was helpful, he answer my many concerns, he’s honest and he finds the treatment that best suits my need.When it comes to his staff, they are absolutely the best in every way possible. Dr. Cindy is so helpful and knowledgeable, and calm your nerves when it’s all over the place. Maritza & Jenny is amazing at what they do and easy with the needles. Always willing to help day or night even on Sunday with concerns or medication. Nasrin is so gentle when she doesn’t her sonogram, & she explains her finding. Because of her I know I needed to do surgery from the beginning due to her diligence. They front desk staff is equally helpful in everything needed from payments to insurance to doctors note or simple questions you’re unsure of.My experience with Dr. Tsai and team has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride with all the emotions. But leaving with what you came for is the best feeling of them all. Awesome team and doctors at New York fertility centers. Everyone is so kind, all the staff from sonographers, nurses, receptionist. I’m currently pregnant and have graduated from their clinic and am sad to go. I wish Dr. Tsai or Dr. Cindy could deliver our future child. There will be long waits but I think it’s well worth it for the results.

Amazing doctor and staff that really care about their patients. After a two year long journey my husband and I were able to conceive through IVF. We are so thankful for Dr. Tsai’s assistance and guidance through it all. As a person that has struggled with vaginismus my whole life, having an understanding staff that were really careful and made me feel comfortable through it all. I highly recommend the New York Fertility Center to anyone trying to start a family.

Dr. Tsais office was by far the most unprofessional bunch Ive ever encountered.1. On our first visit to the office, a sonogram was done and the tech told me that I was pregnant because she saw an egg sac like image from the sonogram and the NP congratulated me. However, a blood test result confirmed that I was not pregnant. That egg sac image turned out to be a Polyp and it had to be removed. You can imagine the roller coaster of emotions that went over my husband and I. I shouldve took that as a sign and find another clinic. But we were hopeful and want to give them a chance.2. The semen analysis was done in the office and they asked for $300 instead of billing our insurance (we found out later that our insurance does cover the semen analysis). I was brought to the back office where the NP show me the result of the analysis or rather how she was doing the test. She process to pour the semen into the petri dish and dip the PH test strip into the semen and swirled it around and around. This was all done without gloves or mask. The smell of semen filled the air, it was one of the most uncomfortable moment Ive felt at a professional setting.3. After all the testing was done for both my husband and I, we were finally ready to process with IVF. I called the office to schedule an appointment and to see what the next step was. The person on the phone said I should come in the week before my period. When I show up for my appointment, the sonogram tech said I was suppose to come in the first 1-2 day of period not the week before. But since Im there already shell perform the sonogram. I scheduled my appointment at 8 AM because I had to head to work right afterwards. I waited and waited and finally at 9:30 AM the front desk informed me that the NP was not even on her way to the office yet. I left the office and never looked back.I shouldve left a long time ago but I was hopeful and had faith in Dr. Tsais office because of all the positive reviews and I ignored all the red flags.

Dr Tsai and his team of nurses are the best. Dr. Tsai really takes time and a lot of care for each of his patients. He takes a lot of time explaining the next steps and making sure you understand everything. You are treated like a person and not just a number at this practice. Dr. Tsai wants to do what is right for you as the patient, and not just rush to get procedures done. This is not about the money for him, he truly loves what he does and it shows through and through! I had great experiences with all of his nurses; Angel the nurse really is an angel! I highly recommend Dr. Tsai and his team.

Experience is good. Doc T sai is very much experienced & professional. Cost is reasonable compare to other fertility centre in NewYork. All nurse & stuff are very much well behaved & helpful.

I have been coming to Dr Tsai for over 15 years for various issues. Only recently did my husband and I go to him 3 years ago for fertility issues. We were able to conceive and have a healthy 2.5 year old. We’re currently pregnant with number 2 with help from Dr Tsai. He and his staff are helpful and accommodating. His Flushing office may not be as spacious or set up as some other clinics, however, he makes up for it with his success, pricing and hospitable treatment of his patients. Definitely recommend him!

Dr. Tsai clearly explains everything the patient needs to know and is a wonderful advocate for his patients. He is very direct, which is how I like my doctors. His office is staffed with kind nurses and receptionists who are always available to respond to your questions. Dr. Johnson, the anesthesiologist, is very professional and cordial, offering a much needed sense of calm just prior to having a procedure done. I am very happy to recommend Dr. Tsai if you ever need any Gyn procedures performed.

I really want to thank God for guiding me to see the right specialist. I never like to write reviews, so this is my first one ever. Dr Tsai is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and experienced fertility specialist I came across. Hes a very flexible, accomodating, friendly and has a great sense of humor. He also has an awesome team of staffs. RN Lanei is one of the smartest, most friendly and professional nurse that helped me through this fertility process. Jenny was really fast with her preauthoriaztion job. Angel was very helpful as well, and she was the one who left me multiple messages that Im positive for pregnancy test. Diana was very thorough with her ultrasound since she spotted my polyp in the uterus that I had to do a surgery to remove it which might have been the cause of my 1st unsuccessful IUI attempt. Dola another ultrasound lady was also very friendly and knowledgeable in what she does. Alecia was very quick with reimbursement. Thank you once again Dr Tsai and his awesome team for their wonderful service.

Dr Tsai is a great doctor. He listens to your problem, provides the solutions and make sure u get the result out of it. Dr Tsai and his staff r so cooperative and understanding and they never loose hope in their patients no matter how much time it takes to achieve the maternity goals. Im 38, obese, have PCOS, have low AMH, and have egg quality issues. The New York Fertility Center is the third clinic Ive gotten treatment from and at this stage in the game, things didnt look promising. Despite the challenges stacked against me, today I am 9 weeks pregnant with twins who are both thriving. Thats a genuine miracle stemming from the teamwork and care I received from Dr Tsai, his wonderful nurses Lainie and Angel, and the rest of his team. Im extremely grateful to have found Dr Tsai and will be grateful for the rest of my (now changed) life.

I went thru a few fertility centers with my wife, thoses that have a big name in the busiest locations in the city with a large line of employee staffs and then we met Dr. Tsai and his family crew through successful recommendation patients of his. I want to say why we chose Dr. Tsai over the rest of the bigger brands. He is true doctor that believes in his expertise and the job of his profession. He treats every patient and his crew like family. You can feel he wants every patient he treats to be a success story and its not all about money, but you have to take his close friend family approach and appreciate his humor which made me and my wife more relaxed. Another reason are the big facilities, treat their patients like a number of an article in their line of production, not an individual. After a few different visits to the larger fertility centers that was the feeling we received, none of the employees remembered us after multiple visits, they dont even know which doctor is in charge of our case and when we want to talk to the doctor they are never available. At Dr. Tsai once he is free, we would come to you instead to listen to your concerns. Also we settled with with Dr. Tsai with friends of ours and not letting him know he recommended different courses of actions, procedures, and medications for us to treat us. To say, after many years of not succeeding in getting pregnant, my wife is pregnant on our first try with Dr. Tsai thru his hard work and his crews close monitoring and care. If you are like us, truely want a successful baby, then I would choose Dr. Tsai that cares and take his time with his patients, than over other places that treat you like a number.

Dr. Tsai was very helpful with our first pregnancy. He was patient and attentive to our needs. After many unsuccessful attempts with getting pregnant, we were beginning to lose hope. Dr. Tsai kept encouraging us and trying different methods until we succeeded. We are very happy with his tenacity and care!

Dr. Tsai is the best fertility doctor out here!! Understanding and so caring he truly wants the best for his patients. I been to a few other doctors and fertility centers out there and I can truly say Dr. Tsai is the only doctor really trying to put his self in your shoes and understand your situation. Not only does Dr. Tsai try to understand you he gives you his advice and sheds light on the pros and cons of your situation because every individual has a different story. With that being said if you want to start a family and bring a bundle of joy into your life Dr. Tsai is the doctor to go to he will make your dreams come to life. Thank you Dr. Tsai for everything.

Dr Tsai looked nice, friendly and tried to help. Unfortunately his staff didn’t care as much and were just not productive. Before my initial consultation I had several calls with them and had them looked up my insurance and I got to know what was covered by my insurance. At the initial consultation, I was taken blood and was told that they would use it to request authorization and they asked me to check back in a week. I then emailed and called in 1.5 weeks and finally got the lady in charge to respond, and I learned they did nothing in the past weeks. No authorization was sent and no notification to me about what was needed from me. I was told the same coverage info about my insurance and saying I might get rejected because of a lack of information which I was supposed to be informed at the initial consultation. I then tried to explain to the lady that we knew that before. They supposed to send to request authorization right after my blood work and I was supposed to follow up with the result now, but the lady in charge kept cutting me off and refused to listen to that. She almost yelled at me and told me she was stressed and all she could do was to try to send it now. She said she didn’t know what I was told and that was the way it was. If I didn’t follow up with them, then I would never knew they did nothing. For someone who has a busy work schedule and urgently plan to have kids, you have to have great patience and time to work with them. They probably don’t let you know and do anything for you unless you keep closely follow up yourself.

Absolutely love this clinic. All the clinical and support staff are exceptionally friendly and polite, and they ensure you feel safe and comfortable during care.

A different doctor called Dr Tsai appalling. Thats not coming from me. A doctor called him that.Because Tsai was such a clown, we switched clinics to Northwell. The new OB said the information he sent looked like a med student scribbled on a post it and that it was appalling.Tsai will lowball your meds so you get minimal follicles so that you keep coming back while he milks you for $$$. Northwell got us quadruple the amount of follicles in the first shot.Go to Northwell if you can. Actual professionals.

This clinic deserves no star if I could give no star. I have done 1 IVF cycle in New York Fertility Clinic before I changed to another clinic in Long Island. I had my first successful pregnancy at the other clinic in Long Island. Here are the list of reasons why this clinic deserves no star: 1. For my 2nd meeting with Dr. Tsai, I waited for 2 hours due to the receptionist has forgotten that I was sitting in the waiting area. 2. The waiting area is small and generally there are no sits esp. on the weekend. 3. The nurse: Noel sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy without notifying me. 4 The nurse: Rose premixed my mediation: Menopur which was a big errand. Later on I found out that I cant premixed the Menopur powder. 5.The clinic leaves nitrogen tanks near their lab. The lab also looks shady. 6. I hardly get to see or talk to Dr. Tsai after he lured me to start my cycle 7. The clinic phone was frequently busy and I was put on hold quite often. 8. The cost of PGS is $7000 where as the other clinic charged me much less. 9. Dr. Tsai has poor bedside manner. He is very egotistical. When my IVF cycle failed, he didnt comfort me (his patient) instead he blamed the failure of the cycle on me. He tried to convey that most likely it is from my poor egg quality issue. Which it wasnt true once I switched to another clinic, I had success on my 2nd IVF cycle. Please stay away from the New York Fertility Center!

Great staff members and most importantly Dr. Tsai, an amazing doctor. I have tried other clinics and his clinic help us a lot with all the questions and concerns that we had. I got pregnant after our 1st IVF!

Honestly the worst place ever. It’s dirty. It looks like they will keep your eggs in a regular fridge. Why make an appointment at 11am just to be waiting here for an entire hour. No one has the common curtesy to apologize fo any delays. The Rooms are small and nasty. This is just the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I met the Doctor Yesterday,my appointment was at 2:45 pm ,he is Genius,Listens the problem and gives detailed Suggestion.Very intelligent.
