Best OB place I ever seen and experienced. Very friendly staff, calming music, and it smells really clean too. Looking at the bad reviews I will add this as well…I’m a receptionist at a dental office and Honestly more often than not customers or patients are rude. They are not patient and never understanding. Things happen. Imperfect people run these medical offices. So you will not get perfection. Coming from someone on the other side of the medical world…this is a VERY nice place. Don’t listen to the negativity! I’d even be grateful to work here. People are just picky and want things to always go their way. Give this place a chance, and you won’t regret it!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I was greeted right away, and didnt have to wait long at all. I came here to get a 2nd opinion, and Stephanie was absolutely amazing! She took her time, was very helpful and helped put my mind at ease. Not to mention, the office space is beautiful.

The staff is sooooooo NICE!!!!!I couldnt believe how sweet and patient they were while I was freaking out over my issue.Doctor Gupta takes his time and asks questions, he is knowledgeable and reassuring.I really enjoyed going there and def plan on going back and making it my main OBGYN.

This place is super clean and the staff is great they really care. Appreciate the way things where explained and expressed they did not rush thru the appointment and all my concerns where answered and meet thank you guys!

The whole staff is so kind and reassuring; they answered all of my questions and concerns, especially the PA- Tara ! She is so sweet and I am definitely looking forward to coming back here as a patient again.

I’m very annoyed at this experience. I came back in March and in 2 months they no longer accept the insurance I have. And the. They have you wait until almost two hours to let you know that the insurance is out of network. Please don’t waste your time coming if you don’t have the very few and specific insurances they accept. And it’s very unfortunate because they have amazing doctors who are now unable to see many patients. Instead of billing you, they force you to try and pay upfront.

The best GYN in Queens. You can go in at anytime even if you don’t have an appointment, the service is just so good! They all make you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend this place, ladies!

They give me the wrong information about my case and send me for another walking gyn in flushing QueensAfter 3 days waiting for my appointment to the flushing locationwhen I got there they told me they can’t do nothing about my case was a lacking of information between the two clinicsI do the checking online pay for the visited and never got Refound or even a phone callIn 34 years I never expected this type of service because my life was in risk

I was very satisfied with the bayside queens office. The office is very clean and neat , i didnt have to wait long to see the dr everything was very speedy. the staff was very nice , caring and answered any questions i had. The dr assistant was very nice as well and the dr was excellent. I will definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience! From a warm and friendly welcome as soon as I walked in, to the doctors bedside manner, and the friendly rapport with the doctor. Every person I encountered at my appointment including the receptionist, nurse, and Dr., everyone was warm, welcoming, friendly, and professional. I love this place!

I have been to this place twice before and usually I am in and out but this time I waited 3 hours to be seen. I came for retest and the specific test i asked for they didnt even do!. I called them and asked if they can just test it thru the urine and they telling me you cant test for it that way ! when i am a medical assistant and i know for sure you can test that way. SO basically charged my insurance for a visit that does not help me !

This clinic is clean and the staff are remarkable! They communicated everything so that there was no confusion and the process to be seen was seamless. The practitioner took her time and was thorough, listening to all my concerns. What a wonderful experience with such thoughtful staff, which is especially important when women are going through difficult situations.

Such a great experience! I went there for my first prenatal visit and as soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Everything was done so efficiently, and didn’t feel rushed with my questions. Such a great place

Dr. Etman and the whole team here are all AMAZING. Everyone, from the receptionist, the MA, sonographer, scribe, and doctor makes you feel like youre truly cared for. I usually go to the Astoria location. As soon as I walked in the receptionist Maraema and the office manager Monique reviewed my address and my insurance and said that I need a referral I said Why would I need a referral for walk-in Gyn . I also mentioned that I always come here they said 6 months ago they stopped taking Emblem health and that with Emblem health hip you MUST get a referral.They wasted 2 hours of my time then they had everyone in the office look at my account and my address. The fromt desk girl gave me the insurance number , I called my insurance company and they said that I do not need a referral and that they have to see me. After 1 hour and a half of her walking around telling everyone. She finally gave me a cup to urinate .Dr. Etman was really good but the front desk staff and the assistants were discriminatory.The front desk Maraema and the manager . She gave me my referral but no place to go for referral. They both agreed for ke to call my insurance. Crazy. Dr. Assistant came out and gave me appropriate referralsThey were obsesssed with my address.

Just want you to know, if you came across this clinic, you are a really lucky girl! I have never heard of them before, but accidentally i found out about them cause my women`s health office got me screwed up with my problem and these lovely ladies came to my rescue! I loved everything about this clinic to start with receptionist lady and quick and efficient way to schedule an appointment right there, to finish with their amazing Nurse Practitioner Stephanie who was my life saver, with just great personality, demeanor and overall awesome professional. I believe i am gonna ditch my current OBGYN and come to this clinic from now on! I could give 10 stars if i could! You wont regret coming here, and you dont have to wait months for your OBGYN appointment , also seems like they take a lot of insurance plans too. Happy New Year everyone!

Dr. Etman was so warming, professional, thorough and sweet! Really took time and patience to listen, ask questions, and give great advice & recommendations.Staff was also very welcoming and friendly. Facility was relaxing and clean.I loved how easy and accessible the office was. I couldn’t get to my own doctor for a few weeks and it’s usually a long wait time but this facility was none of that especially when you urgently need answers!* also love how RAPID all labs were performed and able to view!!!** Strongly recommend! **They need to open more offices like this esp in Westchester county

Very clean and organized office with a very friendly staff! Went on a Saturday afternoon and even with an appointment, waiting times were a bit longer than expected.However, the care I received during my visit was absolutely wonderful! I saw Ashley as my provider and Ashley was super sweet throughout; not only explaining every single detail throughout each step of the way in how the tests would go and how my insurance covers, but making sure I was always absolutely comfortable every move while asking and answering all of my own concerns.This was my first ever pap smear and GYN visit, and Im super thankful to have a very nice and comfortable first experience. Definitely would recommend as thank you greatly to Ashley and the team here! 💐

I have received medical treatment at some of the most renowned hospitals in the country, including Columbia University, New York Presbyterian, and Northwestern University Hospital in Chicago. The healthcare providers at this facility are among the kindest, most understanding, compassionate and competent I have ever encountered. They spent a good deal of time with me and treated me with respect throughout. And these were not people whom I had known a long time: We just met that day. Everyone went out of the way to make sure I was OK. I was the last patient of the day and spent maybe five minutes waiting for treatment. I truly appreciate them and would proudly recommend them to anyone who has an emergency OB/GYN need. (I have a great, regular OB/GYN, but she was not able to For several days.) Also, the facility looked brand new and was sparkling clean.

I did not wait for my appointment at all. The new patient process was quick and easy. The facility is absolutely dazzling inside and out, and so are the doctors nurses and other staff. Theyre helpful and very kind. The OB/GYN I saw was hilarious and made me feel very safe, actually listened to all my concerns and was not offended or undermined by any of my questions. You will not regret going here.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a gynecologist. Dr.Etman was so kind and thorough, wasn’t in a rush and answered all of my questions. Staff was friendly. Cleanest establishment I’ve seen in a while. So glad I found this place.

Clean clinic and little wait time. Plus, they’re open on Saturdays, which is so hard to find. I was apprehensive about seeing a male gynecologist but the staff reassured me that a female staff member would also always be present in the room. Mindful practice and staff!

Dr. Tara Sung was the best! She made sure I was okay and answered any questions I had! Whatever tests I had to get done, she made sure and recommended that I should do it. This was my first visit here but everything was so quick and simple! Everybody was nice and the inside was so clean and had a good vibe. As a female, they made me feel comfortable. Im definitely making them my go to ob gyn and I recommend for any females that are looking for a ob gyn!

Office was extremely clean ! The staff were so welcoming. There’s nothing like getting a huge friendly welcome as soon as you walk through the door! I was a little nervous about having a male doctor but honestly he was the best doctor I have seen. He’s so informative and is willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I recommend this place to everyone, especially that I got treated so well!!! I can’t wait to go back.

From the second you walk in you are greeted by the most uplifting energetic front staff . Following the staff working you up before seeing the doctor are great . To top it all off the doctor and the Tech have such great communication and answer all your concerns no matter how many you have . This is definitely a place any women can go to and feel relax and comfortable!

I found this place while searching online and it was great that I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. The parking lot is a huge plus as parking in the area can be troublesome. The office is well-organized and super clean. All of the staff were amazing as well as Dr. Etman. All were very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. My appointment was at 3PM and I was out within 30 minutes (I was there for an annual exam). Definitely one of the best doctors office visits I’ve had! :)

First impressions: Very clean and calm clinic. Nice receptionists.And then the nurse and doctors were so patient with all my questions and were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am grateful for this clinic. Women needed to have options like these when we are in need to see a GYN immediately and cant wait for an appointment. I loved that I found Walk-In GYN Care. I will definitely return if I need to and cannot wait for an appointment. The staff was great and lovely, the clinic is very clean and almost has a spa like feeling. The GYN doctor was very professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. Overall, great experience.

Update Aug 2022 - they charged me $250 for STD testing at private lab (Northwell) when my insurance covers this for free at cheaper labs.Amazing experience. felt very comfortable asking questions and learning valuable information about preventative care. Dr Ashley was warm, thorough and extremely helpful. Very clean, sterile environment and 0 wait time -- made an appointment same day.

I love how Walk In Gyn Care makes womens healthcare more accessible and affordable. Like their name suggests Walk In, theres no more waiting to obtain an appointment, giving you the convenience and immediate care you require. The facility is clean with modern and up to date technology. Staff are also very professional and attentive.

I’ve been to both Astoria & Bayside locations. Clean and comfortable environment. Lab work, sonogram and check ups all in appointment. Very efficient. Highly recommend both.

I visited this clinic because of the convenient hours but I will never visit it again.The first reason is that they wanted me to do a test before seeing the provider. I explained that it’s physically impossible for me to test positive for that but they said they couldn’t provide service unless I did it. Even though it was a complete waste of test I did because I needed to see a provider.Second, when I saw the provider, she talked very pleasantly but she wanted me to do another test that I cannot test positive for. I explained to her again my situation but she kept insisting and the only thing that stopped her from repeatedly insisting was when I asked her to explain to me how the test could even be physically performed in my current situation. She didn’t answer.Third, I came in for a specific set of tests, but even though I specifically asked for them and the provider said she would, she didn’t order them all.Lastly, she didn’t do a pelvic nor a breast exam even though this was my annual visit and they charged my insurance for it. (Also charged me a copay)In conclusion, they treat people like a boxes in a conveyer belt and don’t pay attention to each person’s specific needs and situations.I wrote a complaint on a survey and the clinic’s manager reached out but wouldn’t answer my return call and told the receptionist to tell me she’d call “on Friday” I gave her a time when i could make myself available but she only called several hours after and never follow up.A few weeks has passed and that’s why I’m letting you know about my experience.I hope you have a better one

My visit went really good! I saw Tara Sung and she took her time to examine me and explain everything during the consult. She made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. Overall nice clinic and staff!

Website allows you to make early appointments but when they dont even open till 10am! We get there and the lights are off and they are closed. Causing us to waste our time and go there and wait outside and lose our only opportunity we had to go. Staff is extremely rude. If your a male supporting your wife: get ready to be talked down too. They do not respect anyone there, especially your wife. Its heart breaking seeing your wife get disrespected when she is in pain and needs special help. Then get treated like your interrupting their lunch @ any and all times.They saddled us with unnecessary exams and tests so be careful with that and questions their motives.If we need help, our family is going elsewhere from now on because this place is a disservice to our community.

Fast, convenient walked in 15 minutes before closing and was seen right away no rush, and efficient helped me!

Came after work late and got registered super fast even though I was new. Clean convenient location with fluid check in process. I was seen by a knowledgeable and experienced NP for annual physical within 20 mins. I work in an ObGyn clinic myself and she had great technique and was super gentle. Everything was pre labeled and organized. Would come again for well visit. Haven’t seen the doctor or had a complicated workup so I cannot speak on that but for running a few simple tests it’s easy breezy and very comfortable.

Came her because my regular Gyno was closed. It’s super convenient that you can just walk in. I arrived and they took me 5 mins later. Everyone was very nice and I felt very welcomed. The doctor was very friendly and answered all my questions

I would recommend Walk In GYN Care to everyone. As a student/shadower/volunteer of multiple shifts, I have seen the providers give the best patient care with efficiency, thoroughness, and empathy. The entire staff is intelligent and works well together and makes sure that every patient that walks in the door feel safe and welcomed.

All staff at walk in GYN were friendly, attentive, and very thorough. From the receptionists, nurses, to Dr.Etman. My primary gynecologist was on leave so i needed to find another place for an exam. Before finding Walk In Gyn I had an appointment at a different clinic and was turned away despite the fact that I made it clear this was the only day I could make the appointment, and i have extenuating circumstances. So, the first half of my day was very stressful. I found Walk In Gyn on google and came an hour before closing. There was a wait but, that was expected. It’s an urgent care type of place. So, the co pay was slightly higher for me. I had an issue with insurance and they got on the phone with the company and did their best to solve the issue. I had an appointment tomorrow at the original place that turned me away that I no longer need. They wouldn’t go above and beyond like walk in gyn did, and I would’ve been turned away again. Very thankful I found this place. They accept insurance, and PPO.

Wait time is extremely ridiculous. Went there twice & it took me more than 2 hours just to see a doctor who barely spends 10 minutes with you. Sometimes patients who come after you will go ahead of you and you’ll be just sitting there looking dumb!! Happened twice !!

This place traumatized me at another location, hasnt apologized, is ignoring my messages, and hasnt done anything about the offending person who did it, in fact PROTECTING THEM by not releasing their name or certification/licensing details to me, and I hate that I can see the office from my house every day because now I can just look at their office and be retraumatized every morning and every night!THANKS, GUYS. They owe me thousands for all the therapy, drugs, and PTSD treatments I now need.Update 5/16/23: Tara called me to ask me what happened and what I want to do about it, waiting on an update from her end. They still will not release the MAs name to me so I still can not make a report about the MA to the state.

First time EVER seeing a GYN. Told my sexual history, which was basically none to little, to a female gyn specifically there who then inspected me and said I had Herpes and was almost certain that was what it was, her probability was QUITE high. 4-7 days of nothing but emotional trauma, took a swab and blood test=results come back and its just BV and Yeast infection. Had me on antivirals, did nothing, switched to anti bacterial and anti fungal at the SAME TIME, caused me to have BAD oral thrush which I had to go to my PCP and an ENT to help me solve. Horrible horrible horrible. The only good part was the male gyn , who insured everything looked normal. Would NEVER come back to this location. I dont think anyone should be getting a diagnosis before test results comeback. Other than that it is it clean and receptionist are amazing. But 1st gyn I saw rubbed me COMPLETELY WRONG. Also they scheduled me on the day with the male gyn ,which I did not like as a teen girl because Id like to see a fellow woman, and the receptionist changed it to another day in which there was STILL only a male gyn. Wow !!!! I went in anyways because this place gives me PTSD.

Let me make another appointment to see doctor, I wondering if don’t have doctors working that day, why let me come to doctor office? And also I had many messages for my an appointment at 10:15 2/8 ?Why don’t let me know if your office have any changes ?

This was such a blessing able to find a Gyn office on the weekend. Very friendly and clean. As soon as you walk in they make you feel welcomed. Didn’t wait long. Definitely recommend this place.
