DESROCHES MEDICAL CLINIC

Being a single father, I find myself short of time to take care of myself. Yesterday morning through a brief Google search and awesome reviews, I found Desroches Medical Clinic. Within 3 minutes my appointment was Paid, Scheduled and confirmed for an hour later. 10 minutes before my appt. I logged in with the easy link via my iPhone and 3 minutes later I was speaking to Ms. Desroches.She was extremely informative on my medical issues and was able to look me over via pictures sent and the virtual conference. After a thorough exam and all the necessary questions answered, we confirmed a follow up virtual call that evening after I got home from work @ 6pm. This gave her time to look everything over.Joining the evening appt. she was more than prepared with a mixture of supporting articles and documents to corroborate with her medical diagnosis and explanation of prescriptions. She found the most cost effective pharmacies to retrieve my prescriptions due to not having health insurance. Ms. Desroches answered all my questions and we set up a follow up appt. in 4 weeks to reevaluate my medical status. She even followed up to make sure i was able to get my prescriptions with no issues.In short, to say this was a pleasant experience is a huge understatement. The affordability, time spent, and ease of access with the virtual meetings, combined with having a knowledgeable actual human look me over via a 1 on 1 meeting.In 43 years I have never had such a satisfying Physician appt. She actually cares about her patients and It shows. I would highly recommend Desroches Medical Clinic to anyone, all ages. Without needing to waste money on office rent, staff, etc., she is able to save us, the patient money and time. Thank you Ms. Desroches, this was exceptional.

I had an online visit with Danielle Desroches and had a great experience. She spent sufficient time understanding my need and medical history before prescribing medicine. I did not feel rushed. She also went above and beyond to help me save over 80% on my prescription, which was not covered by my insurance policy. Danielle was easy to speak to and clearly demonstrated she cared for her patients. I have rarely had this type of wonderful experience with the exception of my PCP who is a similar rare gem in this whirlwind medical system.

I had a virtual appointment with Danielle Desroches yesterday afternoon. She was prompt and professional, listening to my description of the issue and asking pertinent follow-up questions. There was an issue on the pharmacy end with regard to the prescription and she called immediately, resolved the issue and relayed the information to me. She then followed up to make sure I was able to get the prescription. Overall, this was a very good experience and would recommend her for tele-health needs.

I had a virtual appointment with Danielle Desroches this morning as an urgent care need. I booked my appointment through Sesame Care. I had been instructed to wait 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time but Danielle entered right on time. She was immediately personable, kind, and compassionate. She reviewed my information thoroughly, listened to me, and heard me.Danielle explained what she was going to do and gave me very clear, understandable instructions on what I was to do. She also offered to give me information on getting discounted prescriptions, but I already had that covered on my end. She called my prescriptions in too the pharmacy of my choice right away and also sent me the same information she gave to the pharmacy.I will absolutely see Danielle again if the need arises and 100% recommend her to family and friends, she is trustworthy and knows what she is doing.

Danielle was very compassionate and attentive towards my situation and she prescribed the right drugs for me at a huge discount price. I am very grateful to have gone to her when I was really in need of seeing a dermatologist for the skin problem I had especially because I have no insurance. I highly recommend danielle and her services and this was a life saver for me :)

This is the second time that I have done a telehealth visit with Danielle Desroches & it was a great experience. She takes the time to listen to you & she has always given me the medication necessary to alleviate my health issue. I highly recommend her.

My experience was great! She was on time for my telemedicine appointment and was communicative- the convenience is priceless especially when your under the weather - I found her on Sesame. I’d recommend her for sure. Other reviews say she is rude but at no point was she rude. The fact she was on time and got my situation handled timely was- perfect and if you want a lot of a Drs time I’d say go into a clinic

I had an ongoing issue for 4 months due to not having insurance that I had been putting off and I luckily found out about Sesame and got to speak with Dr. Desroaches. She was very attentive and actually seemed to care about helping you and not just about collecting money. She got me a prescription antibiotic to start and she even took the time to offer GoodRx coupons and told me my initial pharmacy was one of the higher costs and she ended up sending it somewhere that was a fraction of the cost. She also took the time to answer questions and explain her reasoning. I would definitely recommend Dr. Danielle Desroaches, especially if you don’t have insurance. She was a life saver in the time being.!

Dr. Desroches was awesome to join online through Sesame care. She took her time and listened very well to my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had gotten into a car accident and didnt start feeling the pain until 30 days later. She reassured me how normal it was and continued to ask questions. I felt taken care of and heard in such a short period and she wrote my prescriptions and we were done. Thank you so much Dr. Desroches! You will be my Doctor now if needed. I booked a virtual appointment with Danielle Desroches through Sesame Care. She is wonderful and very attentive. She gave me well instructions on what to do via virtual and text. She also helped even after we were done with appointment. I highly recommend her.

I have seen Danielle several times for myself and my kids. She is absolutely amazing and cares about each and everyone of her patients. Stellar service from the comfort of your home. Highly recommend her for both the young and old.

BEWARE! This nurse was very rude, sarcastic, and frankly just mean. She is very likely burning and turning virtual appointments for a quick buck. Her camera was zoomed in all the way so you could not see her likely multiple computers running simultaneous virtual platforms. She also gave me a fake ph# when I asked to escalate due to her rudeness and lack of caring. Additionally, her English is very poor and hard to understand especially when she is constantly interrupting you mid sentence. ***Also, the majority of positive reviews here and online are most likely fake - Fake reviews are pretty easy to spot*** BEWARE OF THIS CHEAT!*****Update to Danielles below response: Danielle, your response is 1000% a LIE. You really should be able to keep track of your patients especially since you claim you are a Doctor, but actually seem to be a nurse practitioner based on other websites (not sure what is true since you have sprinkled yourself all over the internet including attempts at getting on TikTok which is shameful. You are rude with a terrible bedside manner, and you are just simply lacking in knowledge. Its a shame that you yourself have to search the internet to make diagnosis, but I realize this is easy once you get a degree from a poorly ranked, minimally known school. I will give you props on creating yourself a big money maker with these shady tactics. With that said.. Dont treat people like you are better than them, and just try to be a better person and Doctor - You took an oath (hopefully)

I had the best experience with this provider. She was very caring and very knowledgeable about my daughter symptoms and overall extremely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure we received the prescription at a discounted rate and just attentively listened. I would recommend her to anyone who needs immediate care virtually.Thank you so much !

She took great care of my son and I for strep throat. Was very nice, professional, informative, and replied quickly to my emails afterwards when I had more questions about the medications. I haven’t had a great doctor like her in a long time that actually took their time with us to understand our medical needs. It was more convenient on a late night weekend to do a virtual visit with her to get the medication we needed as soon as possible than waiting 3-5 hours or longer in the urgent care or ER. It was a great relief and thanks to her we feel much better already over night in the convenience of our own home.

I just wanted to leave a quick review for an awesome medical staff at Deroches Medical Clinic. Danielle helped me today online via Sesame and she was very kind, thorough, and helpful. I have been dealing with chronic kidney stones and the UTI that can follow. UTI in men can be very dangerous because it can lead to a kidney infection. She was able to see me right away and prescribed some antibiotics that should help me. She instructed me how to get a discount with GoodRX and helped me to get the discount. How many doctors these days spend extra time to help you? I highly recommend her and her clinic for any issues you may have was a pleasure to see!

Booked an appointment through Sesame and the provider was on time, listened to my problems, and cared about the next steps regarding health concerns. Also wanted to ensure that the prescription I was paying for was affordable and even offered to send it to a different pharmacy to save money just in case.

I have been feeling pretty helpless with my seasonal allergies, and the amount of times I have gotten sick since then. Dr. Desroches was such a light in a time when I needed one. She was funny, soothing, and got right to the point with how and why I may be feeling the way I have been, which validated my symptoms rather than making me feel lost. I will so be coming back to her whether it is a common cold, seasonal allergies, or whatever else life throws at me. Thank you Dr. Desroches!!!

My daughter was having a medical issue and we were unable to find a local provider without waiting many days for an appointment.The practitioner at Desroches Medical Clinic was able to see her almost immediately, understand the problem and send the proper prescription to a local pharmacy that I was able to pick up within 2 hours of the initial contact.Highly recommended!

Honestly the WORST experience I’ve had with a provider. Completely rude and unprofessional - disconnected the phone mid-session during a telemedicine appointment. It was no wonder that this provider was one of the cheapest and available for same day appointments from sesame care! Avoid this prescriber and you’ll be thankful!-WOW, integrity is truly lacking from this provider. As a healthcare professional myself, I am appalled to see first handedly, a medical professional with no integrity. My visit was not for narcotics, it was for antibiotics in which you ended up prescribing. As a fellow healthcare professional, I would hope that you begin to be honest in your responses about your care as I am glad to show a screenshot of what you prescribed. In addition, if I had truly tried to get narcotics and Ativan as you claim, you are in violation of hipaa to release that information publicly. I have screenshotted this and will see how I can proceed.

I have seen Ms. Desroches twice now and both times she was on time, professional, quick without rushing me, and made me feel so comfortable. She even remembered me and my baby! She is amazing, I truly felt like I was in good hands

I was provided with an excellent level of care by this provider. They were attentive to my needs and took my previous medical history into account. The visit was timely and they touched bases on all accounts to make sure that i was able to get the right prescription. Overall a wonderful experience.

Hung up on my wife mid sentence!So I tried to reach back out to her and even offered to pay more money so she could finish the virtual exam with my wife and she responded that she doesn’t need my money because she is very wealthy!! Absolutely disgusting ! As a doctor you don’t hand up on a patient mid sentence then throw your wealth in a sick woman’s face ! This lady is a absolute disgrace to the medical profession.
